Ghee Roast with tomato curry and kattan chaya Its a quick curry that you can make with minimal ingredients and goes very well with dosa, neer dosa or even idli. Recipe (4 ppl) Ingredients Tomato - 3 Garlic - 5 - 6 cloves crushed Coconut grated - handful Jeera - 1 tsp Green chillies - 2 Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Haldi - 1 tsp Curry leaves - few Mustard - 2 tsp Method In a kadai, add oil and mustard and curry leaves, once the mustard splutters add diced tomatoes, garlic cloves and chilli mix well and cover and cook on low flame. Once the tomatoes are cooked, mash it well and add haldi and red chilli powder and cook until the raw smell goes, add 1/2 cup water and cook well. Once that is ready add salt to taste. In a mixer add coconut and jeera, make a fine paste once the tomato is ready add this mixture and mix well and let it boil for sometime. Mix well and serve.
