If Newton's Third Law is where a person gets the notion of these various things, it demonstrates a misunderstanding of that on top of completely misunderstanding the various axes of bigotry. Like, you can "consider" a notion of cisphobia, but it's only doable with the understanding that the "equal and opposite reaction" is between cis people, let's say, a long, heavy freight train traveling at 150 kmph, and trans people, in this metaphor, a fly. The force is strictly equal, yes, but the impact of the force on the fly is far, far more destructive with the mass backing the train, while the train just has like, "a bug on its windshield" now. Easily wiped off. Equal and opposite means the value of the force is the same, not that the effect of the force is the same. Also, social dynamics aren't something governed by natural laws anyways so this metaphor, in my mind, is STILL bad outside of a very specific axis if it could help explain it to someone.

a lot of you people try to apply newton's third law of motion to social dynamics and come away with some incomprehensible takes.

One of the biggest things that makes me see Leo as trans is absolutely the size of his carapace in comparison to his brothers’.

And I’m not talking about height! I’m specifically looking at his shell here, because when you compare him to the others, particularly Donnie who is nearly the same height as Leo, it’s very clear that Leo’s carapace is much longer in proportion to the rest of his body.

Like - standing side by side, even though Donnie is shorter his carapace ends noticeably higher up than Leo’s does. And I like this not only because it really helps push the idea that Leo could very likely be trans (or intersex!), but it’s also just a fun design difference between them.

(It also lends way to future scenarios of Donnie eventually getting taller than Leo, but sitting down still has Leo being the taller one haha.)

y’know i was talking about genderfluidity and trying to find a way to make my body as satisfying as possible for me with my mom and i mentioned not wanting top surgery but instead wanting to get tattoos of the scars and she worried about it coming off as offensive to other trans folks or people who’ve had mastectomies. SO i figured i’d ask the people of these communities myself!

*a realistic tattoo would be designed to look as accurate to actual scars as possible, whereas a stylized tattoo would be more cartoony- think the “eyelash/starburst” scars you see in a lot of transmasc art

unpopular opinion but i think its inherently transphobic for anyone to define their sexual orientation solely around their partners genitals

genital preference is not what makes you gay, lesbian, or straight and if you insist that it is then you're clinging to transphobic assumptions that we need to leave in the past
