Do you know what bothers me? This German officer Ulrich Haussmann, who interrogated Bucky…

He is played by Louis Hofmann, a German actor who starred in the movie Die Mitte der Welt (Center of My World) where he played a needy bottom.

And his top looked like Bucky - tall, big, with dark hair and blue eyes. And it just burned through my brain like a hot iron from the first seconds of his appearance on the screen. Remember his voice during Bucky's interrogation? How sweet and seductive was he?

And now this AU in which the German officer Ulrich Haussmann combines business with pleasure: he likes the American pilot Bucky, he would like to force him to fuck him, and fortunately, this pilot’s lover Gale Cleven is already in their captivity. Remember that scene when they asked how they would make us do this? And Bucky put his finger to Gale’s temple, showing exactly how.

Bucky knew what he was talking about, because this is how Ulrich made him fulfill all his desires. For Ulrich Haussmann, it's like killing two birds with one stone: getting a great black-haired blue-eyed lover who will do anything to keep his boy Gale out of trouble and at any moment you can report this information to Cleven, and that will certainly ruin the relationship between the two damn American pilots. It's a win-win situation. And Ulrich blackmails Bucky for some time, forcing him to fulfill his desires. And then Gale finds out that his Bucky is fucking a German officer. Can you imagine a lot of angst from all sides?

okay, so, disclaimer, i'd like to say that when it comes to older will, my fancasts are either for his twenties or his forties and fifties. i've yet to find someone in their thirties or that i think fits overall, like dev and louis for mike. :(

that being said, when it comes to will, a few things are important to me: he has to have a boyish quality to him and he should be handsome in a warm, light, soft way. the people that come closest to fitting that bill are...

charles leclerc. he's essentially noah's doppelganger, super boyish, very pretty, and covered in moles, so. hi, will! (btw, could you imagine will with dimples omg...)

charlie rowe. boyish, sweet, and soft. he's also played nerdy characters before, so his mannerisms in some gif sets make me think of will, too. he has more of will's scruffy s1-2 vibes, i think.

louis hofmann, in the parallel universe where the duffers had gone with naomi watts instead of winona and will was thus blond. he and noah are the kings of crying. he has a very pretty-handsome, delicate thing going on, which suits will nicely.

Wild how I spent years of my life not hearing Louis Hofmann utter a word of English until now. It’s been two weeks & I’m still *SH00K*, TBH. In my defense, I was knee-deep into my studies @ uni in 2017, so I didn’t have much mental bandwidth to spare for Dark, even though I liked what I saw of the show. So, I set it aside & sort of forgot about it. Fast forward six years later, the ATLWCS trailer pops up on my feed & I recognize the actor who played Jonas in the YT thumbnail, piquing my curiosity. Now imagine that I’ve only ever heard Louis Hofmann speak German, as it didn’t occur to me to look up cast interviews/promo materials when they were right THERE. Silly me, huh? Nothing could have prepared me for the on-point RP in the press. It’s not so much that I’m surprised he speaks well, but what gets me is HOW well. He could easily blend in with the British crowd unless you’re listening closely.

P.S. His current accent & level of proficiency took years of dedication, which I can confirm after going through his interviews over the years. He always had solid foundation, but he improved so much within that time frame.

Yes, they have the same last name but with a different spelling. I was looking for German actors on the internet just for starters to look for potential candidates until I saw Louis Hofmann. He caught my attention and went to look for other photos of him, observing and imagining him being Stefan's face claim so I quickly didn't choose any candidates. His face looks very calm and gives off an intelligent and calculating vibe to it which the two are one of Stefan's traits as a person and also a team leader to his crew.

This struck me while thinking of some potential face claims for the crew and the first thing I was thinking about was for Marcel. As I was spacing out, my brain just went to remember that time I watched Bonifacio: Ang Unang Pangulo and remember Jose Rizal was played by Jericho Rosales. My mind just clicked and quickly made him as Marcel's fc with no other candidates available but only for Jericho. I chose him because of how I grew up just seeing him from any telenovela series that I binged watch every afternoon or every evening, depending on the series' schedule.

Adrien Brody for Lorenzo Beneventi

I mentioned this from the Main Ocs that Adrien was the first one that I had on mind for Dragomir but I disregarded it and make it for Lorenzo's. His facial structure was the driving force of me to make him as Lorenzo's face claim and also the fact that I watched Peaky Blinders and remembered him makes me think about a Mafia Au for our Italian boi.

Junichi Okada for Ryuji Tanaka

This was a very hard decision I had since I chose three candidates for Ryuji's face claim, that being Shun Oguri, Joe Odagiri, and Junichi Okada. I turned Shun as a reserve for now until I am left with Joe and Junichi. Both are present in war movies that I've watched before (Junichi was a Japanese pilot in The Eternal Zero while Joe was an IJA officer in the movie My Way). Both played their roles phenomenally but Junichi begins to grow in me considering that he has a similar facial hair with Ryuji.

Stacy Martin for Rochelle Levesque

The very first actress I laid my eyes on while searching for French actresses and I gotta say, her facial structure is what I wanted Rochelle to have. She has that cute yet beautiful face of hers and how her eyes looks very dreamy and elegant to look at. This will also apply to Primis Rochelle but since her Ultimis counterpart is a member of the Salvatorix Crew so I had to put it here.

Anna Kendrick for Mirabelle Hawkins

I have some other candidates with me like Elizabeth Olsen, Emma Stone, and Scarlet Johnson but I stumbled upon Anna Kendrick and went to search about her on the interest. I never imagine she was part of the Pitch Perfect series and the one who sang Cups (Where everyone uses a cup while singing it and it was a thing before). Her eyes was the key factor of making her as Mira's face claim as it has a slight dark bluish shade on her eyes.

‘Look at me. Y/n, please, stay with me.’

There’s no noise, no reply to his pleas, to the falling of his face, to the tears that drip down onto your bloodstained cheeks as Jonas tries to wipe the bleeding away with his trembling fingertips. Nothing.

‘Please-please-’

Jonas stumbles back into your desk, knocking a few loose papers of homework onto the floor by your bed, but you don’t move to pick them up. Instead, you only raise an eyebrow at the boy, as he jolts himself back up into a standing position, wiping away a few beads of sweat, and some dirt along with it, from his forehead.

‘I forget sometimes, how much you look like her.’

‘I don’t know where you disappeared off to for the last - four hours, but you do know my house has a door, right? You can’t just drop news of an impending apocalypse on me and then leave straight away. Especially when my parents are home. I was really freaked out, you know.’

‘Sorry, I’m still not used to the way this world works.’

You only sigh, patting the duvet next to you.

‘Come on, I think we both need a decent night’s sleep.’

Jonas didn’t say a word as he kicked off his shoes, he didn’t know what else he could say to make this situation any better as you turned on your side, shuffling along the bed until there was a slither of room for him to collapse down in. Pulling on his jacket, you manage to drag it off the boy, nearly feverish with exhaustion, with only mild entanglement. 

Sweeping the hair away from his forehead, you reach down, heart hammering, to pull one of his legs over your waist. Gingerly, he places his head against the curve of your neck, eyes squeezed shut as he listens to your heartbeat. Holding his breath, he tries to keep himself from crying as your left hand tentatively spreads out over his chest, keeping him in place.

‘When are you going to show me?’

‘Show you what?’

‘The future.’

‘Trust me, I don’t think you want to see it. Time travel has caused enough scheisse in this town.’

Flickering his eyes closed, he tries not to focus on how warm your skin feels against the coolness of his grimy cheek. Nor on the way your fingertips, idly, almost unconsciously, wrap around his shoulder and play with the short strands of hair brushing against the nape of his neck. Breaking out in goosebumps, he gives a delighted shiver, a sigh escaping his lips. They felt so familiar, as if he was really here with the girl he had spent his whole life entangled with.

He grimaced, a final, aggrieved tear racing down his cheek. Deep down, he knew you weren’t going to make it, but he didn’t want it to be true. Couldn’t let it be. Not after everything he had done.

‘Some pain you never forget. You will carry this pain with you all your life.’

He wakes up with a start.

He tries to catch his breath, eyes flicking around the flipped room in confusion, as the sleeping figure next to him begins to stir, perhaps alerted to his distress. Finally, your eyes fully open, blinking a few times as all they see is the slight dullness of a crumpled white shirt. Your focus finally snaps to the side of Jonas’ face, contorted in pain, as a soft cry escapes his parted lips from time to time. Suddenly, he curls into himself, elbows hitting chin as he rubs his eyelids with the back of his palm, and it’s only then you realise he’s been weeping.

You place a hand on his shoulder, pulling him down towards you. He falls without complaint.

It scares you how much he’s shaking underneath your fingertips.

‘Hey, it’s okay. Come on, it’s okay.’

You continue to push back his hair with your hand, trying to get as much of the golden whisps away from his eyes. Your other hand continues circling his shoulders, feeling his shudders weaken and weaken with every swirl.

‘You were just dreaming.’

You trace one finger down his cheek, as he rolls his eyes up to look at you.

‘I’ve seen us, you know. That’s what I didn’t tell you before, underneath the bridge. Every different world, every timeline - there’s like a silent connection between us. Between our hearts. You’ve felt it, otherwise you wouldn’t have let me, an almost complete stranger into your room tonight.’

‘What are you talking about?’

‘I don’t know what you’d call it. Destiny? Fate? We’re always together, Jonas and Y/n, Adam and Eve - we’re soulmates, Y/n. No matter what comes between us.’

You wore a puzzled expression, as if thoughts were clouding over your mind and making your words stall in your throat. Were your thoughts visible they would be a inverse explosion, crazy chaotic turns and twists of light all coming together to just one idea, to just one word.

‘Destiny, huh?’

‘I know you probably think I’m crazy, but I swear-’

‘No, no. I’ve seen enough weird stuff in this town to know you may be right. You say all this happened... in your world?’

‘I promised you, I promised you I would make it right. I’m going to- I just wish I didn’t have to do stuff anymore. I’m so sick of doing what everyone tells me to, and still just making things worse. But I’m going to save you, I swear. I’ll find a way out of this hell for us.’

‘Let’s just - let’s just enjoy the moment, and worry about the rest in the morning.’

He nods, pressing his forehead against yours, as if almost in pain. You reach up to cup his cheek, bumping your nose against his. His breath is warm against your face as his breathing settles.

‘I’m glad it’s you, Jonas. I’m glad you’re my soulmate.’

He kisses you then, and this time he doesn't see flashes of his old life, the pain he’s already gone through, when his eyes are closed. Instead, all he sees is every memory he has of you: your smile, yout laugh, everything that makes you you.

Life can be crazy sometimes and can put you the in the wildest scenarios that sometimes you wouldn’t dream about or comprehend. Well, that was where you were currently at in the current moment of your life. You have existed on this Earth for over sixteen years and it was all leading to this moment, right here and right now.

Your best friend, who you have known since before you could even walk, Jonas Kahnwald had confessed to having some more than platonic feelings for you.

It was just the two of you as you were walking home from school. Martha had rehearsals for the play after school and Bartosz was home sick with a cold. You two had shared some moments alone but the air looming over you both was very different this time. This was the first time you had been alone since Jonas’s father Michael had killed himself a little over three months ago. Jonas had been MIA for about two months and it was just a few weeks ago he had re-entered the picture. Things were a little off-center but why wouldn’t they be? His dad had killed himself and to this day no one really knows why.

Your heart broke for Jonas and Hannah that day you found out. You had spent most of your life over at that house. Michael was like a second dad to you and now he was suddenly gone. You had felt sadness in the hours and days that he had left this earth but you can only imagine the pain and sadness that Jonas and Hannah have.

You looked to your left at the broken boy. He didn’t smile as much as he used to and you don’t blame him. He was close to his father, and Jonas idolized him.

You gave his arm a little nudge to grab his attention to which of course it worked. He gave you a small smile but it didn’t quite meet his eyes. Your life has been living in a constant state of trying to make Jonas smile or laugh. You had assigned yourself this task and boy was it the hardest task you have ever faced. But in a few short moments of your little nudge, you found yourself stopped in your tracks. Jonas stopped abruptly just a few seconds after no longer feeling your presence beside him. He looked to you, confused as ever. But you just smiled, “catch me if you can!”

Your teasing tone was followed by a chuckle as you ran off. Your backpack still strapped to you and thankfully it wasn’t that heavy and holding you back from running quite fast. You looked back to see that Jonas was indeed following you or better to describe it, chasing you. You continued to laugh pretty loud and you could have sworn you heard Jonas let out a small laugh. But before you could turn back around to see if that was indeed true you hadn’t seen the branch that created a little cross path on the ground in which it caused you to trip and sent you to the ground. Your hands broke your fall for the most part and thankfully the surrounding ground was dirt and leaves which didn’t really mark up your hands. But it still hurt nonetheless.

“Y/N!” Jonas’s worried tone followed behind you. As you looked up whatever chance you had at bringing some sort of smile to that boy's face had ultimately been shoved to the back because his face was wearing a worried expression.

“Are you okay?” He asked as he leaned down next to you.

“I’m fine,” you tried your best to brush it off but it didn’t seem to work. You won’t lie you felt some aches and pain but you were always one to never admit it out loud. So you being yourself, cracked a joke.

“Wow, I guess I really fell for you Jonas!” You laughed but when it wasn’t reciprocated the laughter stopped.

Jonas’s face was paler than usual.

“Jonas it was a joke,” you started to get up off the ground and he followed suit but not once breaking eye contact.

“Jonas?”

He blinked a few times before finally finding the words to speak and just before he let the words slip out he gave a small smile. It was genuine.

“I really hope you are joking when you say that you are joking…”

It took you a moment to process his words. He hopes that you are joking when you say that you were joking??? It took about a minute for it to really click in your mind. He hopes that you are joining about saying your pick-up line was a joke…

You took your eyes off of him for a moment to process all of it. When you looked back at him he was still smiling that small handsome smile and his eyes met yours.

“Jonas,” you started to begin but losing your words seconds after trying to come up with the right ones.

“I know you were trying to make a joke about being in pain but I really do hope you were being serious. I have always adored you Y/N. From the moment I could even comprehend what feelings were, I knew I always had them for you. You are one of my best friends but gosh do I want to be more. I know it’s been a rough couple of months but honestly, you have been helping me with getting through these hard times without even really trying. Your presence is so comforting and the memories I have embedded in my brain that we have made together are cherished. I really like you Y/N… I mean I love you.”

There was a silence that fell between you both for a moment and you could have sworn he could hear your heart beating rapidly. Jonas Kahnwald, your best friend since you were babies has just confessed to being in love with you… After you just fell to the ground...This was it, this was the moment... The wild scenario you didn’t seem possible.

You smiled at Jonas before releasing your truth, “I love you too.”

This time you didn’t add that you were just kidding… but a kiss was added as the distance between you two closed. And there you stood in the middle of the woods entangled in one another’s embrace and lips...

There’s a lot of people that want Dark to be remade in English to reach a wider audience. I’m all for gaining more popularity for this brilliant show but losing the German would lose a part of its authenticity. Rather English speakers should just get used to subtitle reading.

Mini Nakshatra analysis for the series : DARK Netflix💫

Tbh 😭 i don't even know if all this makes sense or if my rahuvian Brain is overhyped but yesterday I searched up the charts of the cast of the Netflix series dark . This is a mini analysis because the series is far more complex and has more characters 🙃.

It's one of my favourite series because it has metaphysical , sci fi theme along with romance and drama , anyway back to the topic I am surprised how the signs act up in the series 😭 like if I am not delusional like how are these working . So here's what I found :

✨Louis Hofmann who plays Jonas in the series has his sun in rohini whose deity is Brahma , in Indian mythology Brahma is equivalent to zeus . In the scriptures , it's mentioned that God made the first man as the copy of him so Adam has same qualities as Brahma and in the series louis Hofmann is the Adam depicted in the world of tannhaus . Then also his Venus is placed in mrigashira which is the Nakshatra of quest and in the series he goes on a quest to Martha's world a quest which can change world's , he was also intelligent enough to question that maybe if we are doing this , not doing this would stop the apocalypse but not understanding that no matter how many times he had contradiction views he had them in all the repetitive cycles of the creation and destruction of the world . He also has his ketu in purva Bhadrapada which subconsciously manifested in his behaviours in the series .

✨The elder version of Adam was played by Andreas Pietschmann , who has his sun in Uttara Bhadrapada , which is the sign of depth , he could use his depths to analyse the situation and tried figure out ways in order to stop the apocalypse , his mercury being in purva Bhadrapada also gave him the knowledge to create destructive equipments , with moon in Krittika , the older version of himself goes on being agressive and Killing the mother version of Martha . His ketu is in Uttara Bhadrapada , this subtly shows the difference and progression , earlier the younger version came from a destructive life and was subconsciously manifesting it but as he grew , he became depth from destruction and then it became Rahu for the elder Adam version of Jonas hence his fulfillment of life.

✨Younger Martha , Lisa vicari has her sun in dhanishtha which is also the sign of rhythm , she was responsible for the device to work at certain times in Martha's world , her Venus is also in Shravana , Shravana also relates to the mind and mother , so in the series we can see the elder martha , her higher self telling her not to give up on her child and convincing her of mothers love and that no matter what her child should come into existence even if it brings upon doom , with her rahu , ketu being same as Andreas Pietschmann , so there is a theory that if you have the same rahu and ketu with a person you will have great sexual chemistry with them and it will be short lived and might disrupt the lives , here as well their love created the child , which was thought to be the origin of all the chaos .

✨Nina kronjager the middle aged version of martha has sun in shatabhisha which is also a depiction for shadow , at a point she lives alone to depiction , with moon being in vishakha her obcession helps her create connections , her Venus in Uttara Bhadrapada gives depth to her love .

The eldest version played by Barbara Nusse , has younger Martha's sun in dhanishtha and middle aged Martha's moon in vishakha now she has rhythm and obcession , now she has known both , with mercury in Shravana she can convince the younger Martha with mercury in Venus to keep her child , despite what Adam says her . With rahu in dhanishtha she embarks towards glory as it is her fulfillment of this life.

✨Julia Jenkins who played young Claudia tiedmann has moon , mercury and Venus in Swati , Swati stands for the most imaginative natives, these are the people often immersed in video games , thus she was able to wholeheartedly devote herself to being and working for a way to break it . In order to break the matrix , you have to know the matrix. She also has sun in chitra , which is the very sign of architecture and making things , thus her making the device transferring to the other world , the third world .

✨Tannhaus in his middle age played by Christian steyer , has sun in Jyestha , gives him the drive to complete making his time machine , mercury and Venus being his mind and his love for his kids and both of them being in vishakha , giving him the obcession to bring them back .Moon in bharani , which also stands for love which transcends lives , like wise he wishes to not stop even if he brings doom upon the world . His ketu being in Jyestha , his expertise he's acquired from before being able to make things and being undefeated at it .

And finally his rahu , his drive in life , being in Rohini i.e again the sign of God Brahma , he then creates , Jonas's world and Martha's world insted of a time machine .

I would also like to state the fact that I watched this a year ago🤡 and the ending gave me emotional damage and tho it's my favorite but not my comfort series , so fell free to point out my mistakes or reckless points
