a lazy evening gossiping after (only sam’s) hard day of work (frodo being an heir twice over (distantly related to the thain and bilbo baggins) and having very little to do but write and laze about)

My impression of the gang in the beginning <<3 Sam, Frodo, Pippin and Merry! (this is somewhen between Bucklebury and meeting The Strider, ik they mostly rode ponies then but i didn't wanna draw that) Sam is unaware of the romantic tint to his love for Frodo yet btw. Frodo too busy worrying :(

ok, there may be bigotry in the kingdoms of men or elves or dwarves, but hobbits definitely support gay marriage. they’ve had legal gay marriage since they’ve had marriage.

they’re also the most supportive of trans ppl. like, you can get legal name and gender changes so fast and without a big long procedure

the idea of progressive hobbit culture gives me life

Hobbit girl autumn : a zine

Tomorrow is the Kickstarter launch of my art and fiction zine, celebrating everything cozy and lovely about autumn in the shire.
