As long as I’ve been realizing myself as a female, and not just a person I’ve been totally opposed to what I saw in the mirror. I’ve been through a long journey of losing, gaining, losing and gaining weight. Nowadays I finally find myself to be strong enough to deal with it once and for all with total love and acceptance for my body and that f*cking number on a scale. Wish me luck. So! For the past few days I’ve been living off a 400 calorie sausage roll and 19 calories soothers because I have tonsillitis :,( but I’m losing weight slowly but surely. Been looking at thinspo and stuff to keep me motivated to not eat anything more than I have! It’s going well.

Binged out on pizza last night and had a full blown panic attack because it wouldn’t come back up. Have had some binging urges but I reminded myself why I’m not eating and that I NEED to lose the weight.
