How you choose their name + Kat

Kat was originally named Katherina Amelia Williams Minola after Katherina Minola from the taming of the shrew (because I named her after seeing taming of the shrew at Shakespeare in the park) with Amelia Williams as a nod to doctor who/Amy pond since her original face was Karen Gillan

I changed Katherina to Katarina because I just felt like it flowed better and Minola to Aliano when I revived her on this blog (thanks to @lorettastwilight who encouraged that) just to give myself a bit of a fresh slate, but Katharina Minola (with Karen gillan as a face) is now her TASM variant since she was originally made to exist within a crossover universe with TASM being in the MCU

so the last project I worked on was The Start Of Something New (my girl Dylan Efron) but there’s a second secret surprise underneath it!

“[New York was] Loud… we moved around a lot, lived in a lot of different neighbourhoods, and it was always so loud.  The quiet here is already hard to get used to.  But it was nice, too.  There was a strong sense of community in some of the areas we lived in, and there was always something to do.  Libraries, parks, museums… as soon as I was old enough to ride the subway, I had a whole world at my fingers.”

“That sounds incredible.  Utah must be a pretty big change, then?”

She was so close to saying something, to opening up far more than she should, but she caught herself in time to turn it back to playful.

“Well, I definitely wish that I had learned to drive, I’ll tell you that much. 

but as a bonus gift, just because you tagged me, have the last 7 lines I wrote for Ivy too!

“Tommy?”

“Yeah, Ives, I’m here.  What’s going on?”

“Oliver – I – can you come get me?”’

“Of course, Ives.  Where are you?”

Ivy rattled off the street signs, tears streaming down her cheeks.  She wasn’t quite processing anything that Tommy was saying, but his voice was still soothing enough to quiet her sobs.

“Ives,” he said again, and she made a small noise of acknowledgement.  “I’m in the car, shouldn’t be more than ten minutes.  Do you want me to stay on the line?”
