🌟 Starscream;

height - 5,2 or 158 cm.

features - In the female version, Starscream has a small chest, but her hips are wider than her shoulders. Her wings are mobile but suitable only for short flight in the human version.

Starscream is one of the best Seekers, and as a fighter, is extremely valuable to the Decepticons. In the past, Starscream was an Autobot, the only Seeker among them, and was responsible for air operations. She joined the ranks of the Autobots at the beginning of the war. Before chaos and hostility between the two factions began on Cybertron, Starscream excelled in fights without rules, and led a cruel lifestyle. Frequent fights, a lot of skirmishes with other bots, she was at the center of criminal society, and often resorted to physical violence, or even murder. Thanks to her small size, Starscream was agile and fast, and her honed skills gave her an advantage against the enemy. She has always been an extremely cruel person, and quickly acquired the nickname "angel of death". She knew about Megatron while he was a gladiator. His arena fights delighted the young fem, and once she was even able to meet the great gladiator. After the war began, Starscream realized all the horror, and desperately sought to find redemption from the Autobots, which soon happened. Starscream had a very difficult time, because containing her true essence seemed like torture, but over time, she learned to control herself, not giving in to emotions in emergency cases. It was quite difficult with the realization that her former idol created such chaos, and this became the motivation to go to the end and win the burning war. Among the Autobots, Starscream stood out for her detachment and arrogance. It was difficult for her to communicate with others as friends, because it was unusual for her character and nature. She felt that she did not completely belong to this place, but she was held by the good goal of ending the war and returning peace. She is a cold, rude and very cunning person, hiding under her beautiful, scarlet eyes her cruel and terrifying spark, capable of tearing anyone apart without mercy, if necessary. Her fearlessness even in front of those who are twice her size plays into her hands, giving her more audacity and ardor.

Starscream's toxic and freedom-loving nature is precisely the reason why Megatron wanted her in his ranks, close to himself. No one had ever dared to challenge the lord before, but Starscream was not at all intimidated by Megatron's formidable status. This was exactly what the big bot lacked, someone who challenges him, especially doing it so passionately.

In the distant past, Megatron was known as a fearsome gladiator in the Kaon arena, crushing his enemies with extreme cruelty and power. He didn't end up in the arena because of a happy life, but his success and fame became the initial impetus for something more than just being a beast entertaining the public. Megatron spent a lot of time training, not sparing his own body and strength. Each new fight became more and more furious and frighteningly cruel, and under the applause of the audience, Megatron began to learn eloquent monologues, wanting to get deeper into the hearts of his fans. Soon the fights turned into a real mess, after which, with a proudly raised fist, Megatron gave a speech, inspiring the people to a coup. It seemed to him for a long time that the council did not care about its own people, because in Kaon there was too much inexplicable disorder, which seemed to be turned a blind eye to. All this did not please the mature revolutionary at all.

The rage towards the indifference of the council grew with each passing day, and, unfortunately, the gladiator's speeches boiling with revolution were noticed too late. Megatron, thanks to his eloquence and self-confidence, was able to inspire many sparks in a short time, calling on them to join "justice". But, everything got out of control when Megatron was overshadowed by blind hatred. His long-time and best friend, Orion, stood against him, who saw the path to a prosperous life in a completely different way. But Megatron did not stop. The once good intention to return justice turned into a thirst for power at any cost, for Megatron could not bear the weight of the leader, and succumbed to anger, turning into a tyrant. The first years, the inexperienced lord created chaos, senselessly destroying Cybertron city after city, but with each new year he gained experience, learning to behave more thoughtfully and wisely than to succumb to eclipsing emotions. When he fully realized his role, Cybertron was finally able to breathe a sigh of relief. Megatron acted thoughtfully and tactically, which made the war against the Autobots even more intense and dangerous. There were many supplies needed by the Decepticons at the Autobot base, so sometimes there were secret operations to steal these resources, but one time, Megatron himself fell under the watchful eye of the air commander. He was neutralized with a couple of easy movements, when the silhouette of a familiar bot shone before his eyes. It was Starscream. And something in Megatron's spark clicked. An old acquaintance had achieved heights during the war, and her pressure kindled an incomprehensible warmth in the Decepticon. This was their first meeting in all this long time. And they are enemies. The gray bot was able to avoid a sad fate and escaped, but clearly decided for himself one thing - Starscream will be in his ranks, at any cost.

Megatron is stubborn and stands his ground, so Starscream has long tolerated the Lord's attempts to turn his head. Whether on the battlefield or when they were alone. Megatron even came to the Autobot base itself more than once, just to see his object of attention again, and to use enticing speeches. Starscream does not admit it, but she really likes the Decepticon Lord's pressure and his attractive impudence.

Hi, there are a couple of things I wanted clarification on, if that's ok?:

"Neifile is to be wed to Ser Peter Champion shortly," he continues, "and all her children will be of House Champion."

Isn't Peter a 2nd son, can't he marry into the Merivale family instead? Especially since he has plenty of siblings, why is it necessary for Neifile to take the Champion name?

The onus of the burden is on having the having a child, the MC is rich, influential and, by the time they are considering children, married to another rich influential powerful person hence they have options that others wouldn't. Surrogacy and adoption are one of them although both are just inconvenient since you would have to pretend to be pregnant for about 9 months as a female MC.

I'm confused, if surrogacy and adoption are options for the heir, then why is it such a big deal that Garland is infertile? That scene comes across like an heir that is blood related is necessary.

Since neither Peter nor Neifile are the firstborn of their respective houses, the decision would default to comparing the status of their families as a whole. Both the Merivales and the Champions are Great Houses, meaning they hold comparable influence. From there, custom shifts to gender as the deciding factor—traditionally, a wife joins her husband’s house unless there is a compelling reason otherwise.

In this case, Peter being male gives House Champion the higher rank by custom, meaning Neifile would join his house.

However, a simpler and perhaps more decisive factor lies in their marriage contract. Peter’s grandfather, as the traditionalist and the current Lord Paramount of House Champion and the Borderlands, would likely insist that any grandchildren from the union belong firmly to his house. As a disabled man with mobility challenges, Garland already faced considerable stigma, which limited his marriage prospects and complicated his role as heir. The Deathslinger

Caleb Quinn’s crew regularly wonder whether it is you he is besotted with or if he enjoys the challenge having a lover the size of an elephant creates. Whilst he does have a fond grin on his crooked face whilst he watches you fill your gaping maw with cake and ice cream, he does share the same expression with an intense focus as he builds everything you need. His homemade inventions he has created towards your care include and are not limited to:

A reinforced reinforced carriage. It was made double the size of the standard kind which in itself would comfortably fit four people. It had eight wheels, and required a dozen horses to move. It looked like a house that had been made mobile. There was a cupboard behind where you sat, at least a metre behind your plentiful behind that was dedicated to your feeding tank.

A walking device, the combination of steam and reinforced metal meant that it was extremely strong. You could rest your weight on two handles, a shelf lifted your gut, and your gargantuan legs were strapped in to ensure that you would have to use your atrophied and turned to blubber muscles as little as possible.

Your bed had a series of mechanisms around it, one was a lever that would cause a platform underneath your mattress to lift up, making sure you didn’t have to waste any calories sitting up by yourself. The bars you held would lift by themselves using a series of pulleys ensuring you didn’t become wheezing and exhausted purely by getting out of bed. That way you’d keep as many calories as physically possible.

The Legion

Jeanette Cole had been missing for six months, and if anyone were to look in the spare room at Ormond Ski Lodge they wouldn’t recognise her, at first anyway. Maybe they’d recognise her cheerleader outfit she still wore, or what was left of it. Her skirt was actually completely swallowed by her belly and thighs now, meaning the red and white fabric was invisible, as was her underwear which had torn obscenely as her fupa grew. The neckline of her cropped sweater no longer was a tasteful curve just below her neck, her gigantic breasts poured out of it now and piling over the fabric. The hem of the top squeezed the bottom of the two overstuffed balloons meaning her pink nipples poked out underneath, both the size of dinner plates.

Jeanette used to be the lovable girl next door, she was a cheerleader, wore a purity ring, had straight As, and a wholesome smile that won the hearts of all of Ormond. She was loved by everyone, well everyone who mattered to her. Of course as a devoted and respected member of her Church she had a duty to ostracise those who were strange and different. As a result, she decided to make Joe and Susie her main victims, Frank would of course come later, and Jules was an unfortunate target by association. Jeanette wasn’t the only cheerleader to torment Joe and Susie, she wasn’t even the worst… She was just the one who was walking alone on that fateful Legion night.

It was easy, Susie and Jules stood by the gas station, and Jeanette tried to look away as she walked past. Jules stood in her way, asking if she had the time. Jeanette tried to shrug her off but then Susie got close with a sharpened ruler poking into her back. Before she knew it Joe and Frank had her slammed against the pavement, ready to become the Ski Lodge Piggy.

The Singularity

Hux-A7-13 doesn’t quite understand why he is so fixated on this human, it does not fit with his history, programming, or evolution so far. All he knows is when he stumbled upon this mass of fat he could not help but … Well, he could not be sure what. All he knew is that this scared pile of adipose that had been abandoned in a warehouse with inadequate food supply was special, and now his.

He reasons to himself that his new pet is not really human, they are far fatter than any person he had seen before and with his adjustments the only functional and movable parts of their body was robotic. He had mechanical arms fitted in, as well as feeding tubes permanently latched into their mouth and navel. They seemed rather attached to him in return, they were frightened of Hux-A7-13 at first but after he had them fed they found themselves communicating happily and listening to every word Hux-A7-13 had to say.

He kept them under surveillance for their own safety, looking in on them whilst he worked. They were oddly enrapturing, even though all they did was eat, play on their computer, sleep, and masturbate. The most movement they had was when they were cleaned by the clone slaves. It was during one of these moments that Hux-A7-13 realised something, he had been so concerned with the waste that had been created through his work. He had so many corpses, humans who couldn’t be changed, excess clones… Now he had the perfect disposal.

The Dark Lord

This time, Dracula told himself, in this sanctuary the Entity had granted him, he would do it correctly. As such he had decided that this version of Lisa would be unable to leave the castle at all. She’d be served on hand and foot, pampered, adored, everything she could possibly want. Her laboratory will be adapted for the change, as will everything else in the Castle. The only cost? She would be fatter than either of them ever thought possible. A multi-ton, magnificent glutton. It was perfect, she would never be harmed again. She had a series of night creature servants to take care of her, and Dracula had never been more besotted with her.

Of course he always adored her, loved her, he was always entirely devoted to her. He always found her beautiful beyond measure. And yet somehow, something about her body growing immensely removed her one and only flaw, she became less human. She retained her morality, Dracula could not convince her to share a meal - to eat the meat of a human whose blood he’d sucked clean, but she looked more like the great vampire monarchs of the ancient times than any human he had ever seen.

Her glorious golden hair framing her enormous cheeks, and her tyre of a neck roll of which her face sunk into, and the mountain of fat which only narrowed slightly as it reached the peak, two gargantuan breasts on top of a pile of adipose. The only difference was that she didn’t have the strength, which to Dracula was perfect. The humans would not come for her again this way.

The Knight

Lord Vittorio Toscano, like most nobility in mainland Europe, seemed like a monstrous beast of fat that made Tarhos Kovác seem skeletal and frail in comparison. He had been developing muscle over the last few years, he was quite toned and strong, especially from wearing his heavy armour all day. His new employer however made him feel like a scrawny child again, especially given what he had demanded Tarhos did.

“You’re going to bathe me today,” Vittorio demanded. “It is difficult to find servants who can lift my fat rolls, and I require a strong young man who can do it as I work.”

“That- that isn’t what you hired me for, Sir,” Tarhos spluttered, visibly offended. “I’m- I’m a-”

“I know what you are.” Vittorio’s interruption wasn’t cruel but it was arrogant and demeaning. “However, more importantly you are mine. My servant. Unless there is someone else who will pay you I don’t see that you have much choice.” Tarhos attempted to argue, but eventually he was so worn down he agreed. Vittorio insisted Tarhos stripped down as he did it, wearing only his underclothes it felt even more depraved and beneath him this way.

It didn’t take long for this to be a weekly occurrence, Tarhos became used to it, and given that he had work more suited to his talents the rest of the time he found himself not minding quite so much. When he grew more fond of Vittorio Tarhos found himself offering to help in more way, finding that he loved nothing more to keep his goblet and plate full every evening whether he was bathing him or not. In fact, he found himself becoming more and more devoted to seeing just how huge he could make Vittorio.

Was it out of adoration, or for how much power it gave him and his fellow knights? Tarhos wasn’t entirely sure, maybe it was a mixture of both.

Sony PlayStation - Castlevania Chronicle Akumajo Dracula (Castlevania Chronicles)

This game is basically a home console port of the Sharp X68000 entry in the Castlevania series. The plot of Castlevania Chronicle is similar to that of the first Castlevania: at the end of the 17th century, the dreadful vampire Dracula is resurrected after a century of slumber. The people in Transylvania flee in horror, but the brave Simon Belmont takes his Vampire Killer whip and ventures into the ominous castle to put an end to the Lord of Darkness. This is the exact same plot as found in the Sharp X68000 original.

When it comes to graphics, I feel I must be honest. These graphics are fairly average, especially for a game released on a platform supposedly capable of arcade-quality graphics, and in 1993 no less. I would say Simon and other sprites, backgrounds, etc. are probably about the same quality as Castlevania Bloodlines. Not bad, but one must always consider the hardware when reviewing. Many arcade ports were lacking on the X68000, but certainly closer to arcade graphics than this version of Castlevania, which looks like an early Mega Drive effort. Think Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle.

Aside from that rant, the familiar-looking Castlevania stages have all been redone, and look definitely better detail-wise, compared to the FDS and Famicom original that kickstarted the series, so at least we can acknowledge them as upgrades. Simon's sprite is certainly different looking as well and it is nice to see the slight redrawn changes of Dracula, Death, and other famous bosses and enemies. The crystal man in Stage 4 sucks ass though. I don't care for his appearance at all, it seems so out of place!

On the bright side, there are many classic Castlevania tunes redone for this release, which include Bloody Tears, Vampire Killer, and Simon's Theme. Exclusive pieces (due to the stages not being present in the MSX, NES, or myriad other versions of the original Castlevania) include Tower of Dolls and Etude for the Killer, both solid compositions that earn their place among CV music. Lastly, Dracula's boss music, while it can't touch Super Castlevania IV (aka Akumajo Dracula on the Super Famicom), is awesome simply because of its name: You Goddamned Bathead! Classic! The gameplay has several changes from the original versions of Castlevania. Simon can whip diagonally down left or right while jumping. He is also able to slightly correct his jumps in mid-air, saving you some unnecessary deaths. We also have a new subweapon that helps to conquer the notorious difficulty of this remake. This is a laurel/herb and for 10 hearts, you can refill 6 life bars. A very helpful and neat idea, proving that the game is not without rules.

The challenge is merciless; this is the hardest traditional Castlevania there is, mostly due to the huge amount of damage that enemies take off with each hit. In the early stages, it is only 2 or so bars. In the later stages, every single attack does 4 bars, causing Simon to die in only 5 hits. This coupled with the still limited dodging and mobility of Simon makes having the aforementioned laurel seem like a necessity if you want to beat this game without a great deal of frustration. The laurel certainly helped me to do as such.

Now you might say that this was the case in the FDS and Famicom Castlevania too. Still, this is an ultimately harder game because of the new enemies and stages. Many more enemies have projectiles that they use to hit you from far away. The dolls in Area 7 are especially annoying, all this adds up to a deeper and greater challenge. Replay value for this specific game is no more significant than the original. There is the added challenge of new enemies and greater incurred damage for each subsequent playthrough, but that cannot be defined as a true incentive to replay as the stages and bosses are identical. The only real difference is that enemies hit harder and that there are more of them.

In conclusion, Castlevania X68000 was mostly unknown at the time of its release, and in playing this, I'm glad it has received greater availability on the PlayStation. There are minor differences in the PS1 version mostly involving the internal system clock option affecting certain stages and graphics, nothing to really write home about.

I try to look at this remake in the context of a Japan-only release or the 1993 release year, but neither bit of reflection gives this product much reason to exist, especially as a far superior remake of Castlevania had already been made in Akumajo Dracula on the Super Famicom. That remake was on a far superior and more accessible system. Perhaps this X68000 version was nothing more than an attempt to sell the Sharp computer (which was sold at super expensive prices with prices starting from US$3,500 for the base configuration) by putting respected franchises on it, similar to the Mario and Zelda games on the Phillips CDi, and we all know how bad those games turned out. Castlevania X68000 is not as bad as those games, it is at least playable, but it feels like an unclear project. Given the PC's limited user base, who was this game meant to appeal to? It is worth a playthrough on the PlayStation version, but I can't fathom the complete sense that would make a gamer hardcore enough to buy the Sharp PC just to play this fairly mediocre remake of the original Castlevania. The limited new features of this version just don't do enough for me.

However, all this pales in comparison to the fact Konami actually added an Arrange Mode to the PlayStation port. Castlevania Chronicle's arrange mode is all about the little changes that may not be initially apparent. It really feels like it was made for the fans, as these are the groups likely to enjoy the changes the most. These are both obvious with the complete musical overhaul and subtle with the slight graphical changes. I think the best way to express my approval is to say that the Arrange Mode not only makes the Sharp X68000 version better, but it also makes it more acceptable as part of the Castlevania series.

February 2021: Ethan makes his way to the next lord’s domain, a reservoir lake inhabited by Moreau. He manages to sneak up on Moreau, and takes the flask of Rose he was given to guard without a fight. Upon realizing what he has done, Moreau pleads with Ethan to return the flask, implying that Miranda plans to use Rose to somehow get back her own child, who Ethan previously learned had died over a century ago. Escaping the acid barricades Moreau creates to try and trap him, Ethan makes his way back to the village. Passing through a series of buildings on the lake itself, he finds out-of-place modern day research equipment, but before he can investigate further, he is attacked by a man in full SWAT gear, who quickly pins him to the ground at gunpoint. The soldier leaves him on the ground as Chris Redfield walks into view, commenting derisively on Ethan’s progress. Upon Chris saying “it would be a shame if something happened to you now,” he confronts him for killing Mia, challenging him to kill him and “finish the job.” Just as it seems Chris is going to explain the situation, the soldier returns, informing Chris that they have detected motion in the area, and suspect that Miranda has caught on to their location. Ethan demands to know how Chris is involved with Miranda, but is only told to stay out of it. At that moment, a large monster appears in the water nearby, and crashes through the building. Chris warns Ethan to stay away one last time before shoving him out of the way. Following the beast’s impact, Ethan is thrown into the lake, and washes up on a dock alongside Moreau, with Chris and his men nowhere in sight. As Moreau informs Ethan that the only way out of the area he is in is underwater, he suddenly becomes unstable, falling into the water and mutating into the same fish creatures from before. Ethan is forced to combat him, eventually managing to open the dam and drain the reservoir. With his mobility now severely limited, Moreau attempts to kill Ethan, but is eventually taken down after an intense battle. On his way back to the Village, Ethan is contacted remotely by Heisenberg through a TV in Moreau’s home. Heisenberg cryptically offers to help Ethan, if he is able to retrieve his flask of Rose from a stronghold outside of the Village.

Wow, how many of us have just survived that year of 2023? 

Geez I hope 2024 proves to be the enlightened aftermath of 2023 with humility for those in dearest need. Aside from such a fandango, how many of you have made your New Year's Resolution? 

What I like to say in every year is a tried and true New Year's Resolution for myself as a near constant. Which is to do the best I can and to be thrice (meaning 3 times) very well for it overall. I've used that one for over a decade now so there's no guilt of making something up that is unrealistic for me to keep alive. 

Today I'll be sharing 4 Jewels of Truth statements channeled freshly this month of December by longhand. Two are the typical longer variety and the other two are the shorts which in my 1st published volume of "Jewels of Truth: A Soul Odyssey Within". Originally that's how I began my Inspirational psychic automatic writing with the angels. With short paragraphs and other one-liners of intriguing spiritual wisdom. Later it evolved into my social media posts on sites like Twitter where the text character limit was very prohibitive in Tweets. 

Today's shorts will be on God and Decision-making as a simplified rule of thumb when listening deeply to your own personal Intuition aka your gut. The other two longer statements about the True Sons and Daughters of God take the viewpoint of the angel that demigods as the avatar major leaguers aren't the only esteemed children of God(dess) on Earth. There are also minor leaguers to borrow an American Baseball term a secondary line-up of elder luminary souls reincarnating onto our world. 

Finally, the Majesty of Being is how in a world of struggles vying with our flawed human conditions. It is almost a radical notion to be able to succeed in such a backward society not just on the career front but the holistic notion of our divinity upon the world at large.

WOW I had fun with this game. it’s so simple and sometimes insanely frustrating due to its limitations- not being able to save except at the castle, no such thing as fast travel- but I felt great being able to finally beat it.

gotta say, the dragon lord really gave me a run for my money at the end. I think I was underleved, even while following a guide. I did end up using save states just for peace of mind, or this game would have driven me insane I think. I played what I think is the mobile remake of the game? with an interesting translation.

it’s cool to see where this series originated as well as the influence from toriyama’s art direction. I know almost nothing about the dragon quest games and I intend to play through all of them, maybe one every time I’ve beaten 3-5 steam games.

this game has its flaws of course, especially looking at it from a modern lens. but it’s a great game regardless and easy to get through. I’m excited to see how the series develops with each title!

People will be assessed using watch-like devices to determine which cues in their environment lead to a drug craving, by measuring physical changes to the body. Virtual reality will then be used to create realistic situations to repeatedly expose people to triggers in a safe environment. Previous research shows cue exposure treatment (CET) can significantly reduce the level of craving and relapse among alcoholics, but it has not yet been fully explored for people experiencing a cocaine addiction until now. Minister for Public Health and Prevention, Andrew Gwynne said: Drug addiction devastates lives and rips apart families, and this government is committed to gripping this problem. We’re determined to harness the full potential of cutting-edge technology to save thousands of lives across the country. I want the UK to lead the way in championing innovation to end the harmful effects of addiction. The research is being funded through the Addiction Healthcare Goals programme, which is run by the Office for Life Sciences (OLS). Around £12 million has been awarded to 11 projects across eight organisations in the UK. Several of the projects are based in Scotland which has the highest rate of drug deaths in Europe.
