“I haven’t seen Annie since she was a baby, it’s so nice to see her again. I couldn’t help it and I hugged her while crying even with Nick right there.” She says and you chuckle. “She doesn’t want Nick to know, I think she came here to meet him.” She tells you and you nod.

“Well you know they’ll have to get switched back at some point so why not spend time with her while you can.” You tell her and she nods.

“Ya, I’m actually going to make some lunch now. Do you want to come keep me company?” She asks you and you nod.

“Sure, I’m certain Nick won’t care if I take a break.” You say with a smile and then she grabs your hand and leads you into the house.

You sit down at the counter but before she can start to make anything you hear a bell ringing and Meredith calling for Chessy. She looks at you confused and then walks to where they are, you follow after her.

“You rang?” Chessy says, voice covered with sarcasm and her trying not to laugh. Meredith then asks her for two martinis and you can tell Chessy is looking perplexed at Nick.

“Please Chess.” Nick says and she turns around and goes to the wine rack to make the martinis. You follow her to the kitchen and she gets the glasses and you burst out laughing and she turns around to look at you.

“I’m sorry but that was hilarious.” You say through giggles and she shakes her head at you with a smile.

“Oh come on, I can tell you were trying not to laugh as well.” You tell her and she snorts.

“I’ll be right back.” She says as she goes to bring them the martinis. She comes back a minute later and then gets ready to make something to eat.
