In. LOVE. With this! I can’t wait to wear it once it cools down more!! I used tuteate‘s super braided cowl tutorial to help make this! If you guys do loom knit and haven’t checked them out yet, please do so! They’ve got some amazing tutorials that are easy to follow along!
I am tempted to make it in a different color. 😩
Enjoy!!

Loom knit star.
It's basically 5 time a sock heel, using 8 pegs and german short rows. Two additional rows on the shortest length (2 legs) to make it more pointy. I think I did the decreases right but I'm not sure I did the increases right.

I've loom knitted a few cardigans and wearables recently and someone asked how much I'd sell one for... I ducked the question cuz idfk.
I didn't time myself while making the thing.
99% of my yarn is second hand so it's a lot of partial skeins and/or yarn without labels so I have no clue how many yards went into it.
So what to do?
I guess I'll dig out the few full skeins I do have, with labels(wooo).
I guess I'll use the stop watch function on my phone every time I pick up my loom. (yay.)
Maybe then I'll have an estimate for the next person that asks for prices. 🤷
I imagine it'll be an obnoxious price. At this point I'm estimating it'll be about 50 hours to complete.
And the cost of yarn is a constantly adjusting variable.
I use thrifted, basic bitch, dead granny's estate sale yarn. I'm not picky cuz I can't afford to be.
But jo schmo ordering a custom cardigan might want pure alpaca wool. Idk how expensive that is.
See, an adjustable variable. An annoying adjustable variable.
On top of this tracking and planning to figure out pricing...it now feels like a chore.
I've started a cardigan and the stop watch is making me nervous. The yarn I'm using is a DK weight but I usually use worsted weight; is that going to fuck up the yard count?
Man, this sucks the fun outta it.
*sigh* I'm keeping notes on my phone.
Maybe I can do it lil by lil...
And just bounce to a project that feels more fun.
If anyone has advice on this stuff, let me know. I'm a novice with this side of fiber works. The sad business side. I just wanna make stuff.

I'm working on my loom knit packer pattern file to upload to ko-fi (for free, of course!)
I'm actually really proud to say that this is likely the first loom knit packer pattern that's at least been published to the Internet as far as me and others who have looked can tell (and trust me I looked hard)

These are 3 different sizes. The middle one is uncircumcised and was my first successful attempt at doing it. Hence why it looks a bit rough lol
The blue one was my first one which is wayyyy too long for my liking. I like the length of the tan one the most personally.
The pattern is pretty customizable when it comes to length of both parts of the packer.
I'm excited to share it with y'all when I have it uploaded!

I actually made a graduation cap cover already when I graduated from college but there was a few things I didn’t like about it so it’s been frogged. My original goal was to make the background and the butterfly separate so I could get an actual curve instead of pixelation but I think that the cut out is cool as is so idk anymore. Once I get this together, maybe I’ll offer it on my etsy shop who knows.

HOT SELLER!!!! These sell out at all the craft shows!
This cute knitted tooth fairy pillow is perfect for when your child loses a tooth. I wish I’d had one when my kids were little! I can remember not being able to find their tooth because it had gotten lost in the sheets. I would desperately search for it the next day so it wouldn’t be found by my children.
With yarn stitched eyes and mouth for that cute little face and the added touch of a hair bow or bow tie make these little pillows absolutely irresistible! There is a small pocket in the back where they put their lost tooth and then when the tooth fairy comes, she will leave a special gift inside the pocket. There is a hanging loop so the pillow can be hung from the bedpost or doorknob. I suggest putting the tooth inside a small bag (included) then placing it in the pocket of the pillow.
This pillow features maroon pocket hair bow and hanging loop
There is also an attached note that reads:
Tooth Fairy Pillow When you lose a tooth it’s such an exciting day as a brand new tooth is soon on its way.
Place your tooth in this little pillow and when you close your eyes, go to sleep knowing there will be a surprise.
The tooth fairy will visit when your sound asleep, replacing the tooth in your pillow with a little gift you can keep.
Measures 9.5 long without hanging loop, 14 in with hanging loop
Machine Wash Warm, Dry Air/Cool Or Low
Handcrafted for your happiness!
10% of all sales will go to 1 of 3 charities: Autism Speaks in honor of my nephew, Domestic Violence as I am a survivor, or RSDA/CRPS as I suffer with this condition. I will choose 1 of these 3 charities each month to donate to

And for my next cosplay! Started working on the leg warmers! This is more so of a self insert/oc. I do plan on drawing more of this! I’ve had many dreams of blue exorcist. In them, I am true cross student and for some wild reason, a vampire that’s attending cram class.
To make the whole… “eating” in class less squeamish for everyone, rin thought it would be a funny to suggest using a silly straw with the bag. It has been a trend ever since.
These dreams get pretty detailed so I will try my best to doodle them!
In the meantime, here’s a little cosplay wip!

Made this on a whim, thanks to insomnia.
I have this red and white acrylic yarn that came with a toy knitting loom (that's probably the loom I am enjoying the most so far) so making a toadstool made sense?
It's just two tubes, the stem is made on a six peg knitting nancy, with the bottom part turned up to simulate the bulb. I didn't count how many rows. The top is 16 rows on a 20 pegs loom, with a few white stitches scattered around. It was a way to test Fair Isle on a loom without committing to a large project. I then gathered both ends and flattened them together and it came out the right shape, which is what I was hoping for but wasn't entirely sure would happen.

I made a sweater and a hoodie!
I loom knit and did all this on 3/8 gauge looms.
Finished the hoodie a while ago but the pumpkin blew past my first couple of deadlines. Made it just in time for the Halloween parade.
Also, that's a pretty flower I saw today.
