Pondering Something

As I am writing my way through my Summer Spice list - which will feature all kinds of ships from BG3 and Castlevania. But now I am pondering to write some bonus stories for Xedgin from DnD:HAT. Because I kinda want to write for them again.

I really have too many writing projects open.

I really need to start writing Kindness Begets Kindness - and then Wishing Well.

But by now I am also very inspired to finally continue with Thick as Thieves. (Yes, I know folks are very much waiting for it. I am sorry I was so blocked on it.)

So, anyways. Does anyone have any smutty or lightly kinky Prompts/Wishes/Requests for Xedgin?

hello, I'm garlicbread! I am a fanfic author who has found it really hard to stick to one idea and get writing, so I thought a Tumblr might help me connect and get inspired!

My ao3 is GarlicBreadPokeFan. I have 4 fics up right now, but they're all unfinished, and I'm only sure about continuing one.

Danny being dragged to a gala, against his will, by Vlad, only he notices that Damian also looks like he wants to be litterally anywhere else, so Danny approaches him.

Danny: Listen, you don't want to be here, I definitely don't want to be here, want to stage a fight so we can both leave.

Damian: ...*cracks his knuckles* You are my new favorite person. *punches Danny in the face*

Danny: *grinning with a bloody nose* Likewise! *punches him back*

Danny has been having issues trying to find a job that allows him to use his powers. He’s no longer in the superhero scene anymore but why not still put his powers to use?

After successfully gaining a job as a Stuntman, he didn’t know what he signed himself up to do but he took multiple classes to prepare and fell in love with the profession. His powers letting him further excel in his career as things like flight, intangibility, and duplication all were things that studio heads were delighted of as it lessened the cost of production.

Stuntman don’t get a lot of recognition by average film goers which is fine for Danny. Staying under the radar and living a normal life is all he could ever ask for.

Sadly for Danny, that anonymity didn’t last forever. Danny was hired as a stunt performer in a 90s satire esque autobiography movie written and starring the Gotham Billionaire Bruce Wayne.

During an on set interview midway though Bruce explaining to the interviewer that Hot Shots was his biggest inspiration for this film, Danny casually walked behind the set, just trying to get to the costume department and thinking nothing of being temporarily on camera behind the Billionaire.

The day the interview was uploaded onto YouTube, Danny’s phone was blowing up from messages from his friends and family telling him he had become an internet sensation overnight. It turns out his casual walk behind Bruce Wayne led to the internet losing their minds trying to find the Bruce Wayne look-alike. I mean, Danny DID become Bruce’s primary stunt double because he looked so similar, that’s the whole point of stunt doubles, but Danny didn’t think it was THAT similar.

My favorite flavor of Danny Phantom in the dpxdc universes is the ordinary on the first glance teenager who stands before an unimaginable, indestructible threat and throws his hands up to yell BITCH DO I LOOK LIKE I GOT TIME FOR THIS I GOT FINALS NEXT WEEK FUCK OFF and the threat retreats and crawls back where it came from

Pickpocket for Hire

It started off as a joke.

No really, it was something that Jason felt the Bats would laugh about, while also helping out some street kids along the way.

He put out a job for the kids of Crime Alley, anyone who could pickpocket the entire Wayne family would get all necessities paid for them by Red Hood until they turned 18.

Most kids that saw the challenge would think it was a joke.

Most kids that believed it was real would think it wasn't even worth trying.

Most kids that tried would be caught immediately, and subsequently get a meal paid for by their Wayne of choice and suddenly have some doors opened for them, because Jason knew his family and knew they had a soft spot for kids.

Except the one thing he didn't account for was Danny Fenton, who most certainly was not most kids.

Danny did his best to ignore the person trying to wake him, but they were annoyingly persistent. After a wave of "Hey"s, "Get up"s, "You can't be here"s and one muttered, "How did you get in here?" Danny finally opened his eyes to see a boy about the same age as him staring while holding up the lid to Danny's casket.

He had thought he was done being woken up after he successfully escaped his superhero responsibilities by running away from Amity, "Am I just not allowed to rest in peace?"

"Not when it's in our attic."

The ghost boy scoffed, "Shouldn't have a casket in here if you didn't want to risk something crawling in."

The guy stared at him for a long moment before Danny decided he had enough and yanked the casket closed again, this time making sure to seal it shut with ice on the inside.

"Hey!"

The ghost rolled over with a huff, determined to ignore him.

Unfortunately, he underestimated how nosey this family could be...

Golden Age King Arthur accidentally gets sent back in time to the beginning of his reign. While making his way to Camelot hoping to find Merlin and figure out how to get back to his own time he runs into Agravaine making his own way to Camelot for the first time. Knowing he was a traitor working for Morgana in his own timeline, Arthur kills him and decides to take his place. No one had seen Agravaine since Ygraine's death, there were no portraits of him in the castle, and Arthur's premature greying hair has to be good for something other than Merlin calling him a silver fox. He can pass as his own uncle and be the caring advisor that young him deserved damn it!
