looking for alaska by john green
as with all my review posts, *spoiler warning*
well well well folks. i am officially finished with my first year of college and my exams. since moving from my small town high school to an ivy league - i can now say that i am a mediocre student - at best. i went from someone who had all A’s during high school to having half of my transcript be B’s and B-. And even so, I still had the best time. I can’t wait to leave my hell hole of a house to go back in June, because I miss the city so much already. (I think it’s something having to do with the sun being out now, because I wanted to go home soooo bad when it got cold - i am not a cold person).
In my scrumptious 16 hour car ride back home, i took up one of my previous pastimes - reading. because I was in the car, I only had the selection of books which i had previously downloaded on my iPad - one of them being Looking for Alaska by John Green.
I have mixed feelings about this book. I reallyyy want to like it. I do. I really do. But for some reason I just can’t. I don’t like how the book is built around the one central point and it happens halfway thru the book.
We never got to see Pudge and Alaska in their moment. There was so much buildup and then suddenly it was gone. And Pudge got super annoying and thank GOD the characters were able to recognize this and tell it to him. However because the story is told from Pudge’s point of view, we have to put up with him.
Pudge is unlikeable. He’s lowkey narcissistic and a pick-me. He thinks that no one wanted to be friends with him in high school because he just wasn’t cool or because he was too skinny. This really bothered me.
Alaska is unlikeable. She’s manipulative, especially toward Pudge. She would get jealous when Pudge would be with Lara, but she wouldn’t want to be with Pudge. And she knew that she could control Pudge.
The only likeable characters were Colonel and the Eagle. I actually really liked the Eagle. And Takumi and Lara but they were so minor that they didn’t even add much to the story.
The story was too short. I feel like John could have expanded the story so much. It ended so abruptly. It felt like we were just finally getting to understand the characters and how they act with one another and then *boom* climax of the story and then its over. that was it. too short and too abrupt of an ending.
the climax didn’t make an sense. the story felt like John knew he wanted Alaska to die, but then wrote the story before he had figured out how. It felt like John didn’t even know how she died either. And i didn’t like this. I don’t like being in the same state of ‘not knowing’ as the author. I like being kept in the dark, if it means that the reveal is coming later on. It never came. I was still left confused. “Yeah but that’s the point, you’re supposed to come to your own conclusion like Pudge and Colonel” Shut up. Just shut up. You sound like you’re trying to justify bad writing. Shut up.
There should have been more buildup to the car crash. And the book would have been better if it was told from both perspectives of both Pudge and Alaska. Because it would be better for the audience to know exactly what was going through Alaska’s head.
The part where she just storms out and has to drive to see her mother at 3 am was so abrupt and stupid too. It made no sense. She would have been too drunk to even remember, which is what they made a point of at first. Also she never would have been able to drive straight. Her committing suicide made NO SENSE. and john made a point of that through the characters’ investigations and THEY EVEN SAID IT MADE NO SENSE FOR HER. this is why there should have been a perspective from alaska. it was just lazy writing in my opinion to have not had that.
i hate this book. i hate this book. it had so much potential and then it felt like john got in a rush at the end and rushed the ending. the buildup was so good and then he just ruined it.
rating: 4/10
it pains me to give this rating, can someone please make a fan version of the novel that is actually good, im begging.

I didn't even get 20s into this sketch before I knew that Alaska would rise up to say its piece. (And yes, that's piece as in pewpew, not peace as in pacifism.)
As one commenter points out, In Alaska, even the liberals have guns and know how to use them. They kinda have to, because of bears and moose.
Now, the population of Alaka is pretty low compared to landmass size...but a lot of it is not easily transited. There aren't many roads, and some areas are literally not accessible until everything is frozen over, due to the massive number of muskegs (boggy waterlogged meadows), rivers, and lakes.
Unfortunately, when everything is frozen over, you are far more likely to have equipment and personnel losses due to the extreme cold and the difficulty in getting resupplied across long distances.
And for those who want to claim, "Well, Russian winters can get quite cold, hurr hurr hurr!" ...Yes, for certain portions of Russia. Which are also sparsely populated with fewer roads, etc.
This is where we have to move from comedy to tragedy, because unfortunately, those folks are suffering disproportionately higher conscription efforts:
REMEMBER: The average Russian citizen does not want to go to war with anyone! The vast majority, even.
Unfortunately, they* have some horrible people in charge who need to be removed from power to stop yet more stupidity from happening.
And aside from the stupidity of trying to "reclaim the Russian Empire," which was a product of a monarchy being reapplied by a communist dictator whose sense of logic is so pretzel-twisted that it's amazing he still looks human-shaped in public...
...The United States has a bigger military than the next several countries COMBINED. It has massive resources, widespread infrastructure support, and pours way too much money into its budgets for equipment and R&D.
The whole Alaska thing is just posturing, because they know they don't dare actually try to reclaim Alaska...
...Unless, of course, Trump gets back into power.
Trump is so in love with Putin, so much a puppet of Russian interests, that every time he speaks, you can see Putin's manicured nails gleaming behind Trump's teeth. And he would use his power as Commander-in-Chief to refuse to aid Ukraine. A people who are being re-invaded by oppressors they threw out many years ago, and who are completely in the right to fight back as hard as they can, in defense of their homeland.
So...do enjoy the comedy in the first link. Try to understand the hitting-home-hard horrors of war in the second link.
And remember to vote anything but Republican, if you're an American and can vote in the coming elections this year.
The vast majority of Republican GOP "leadership" is aiding & abetting Trump. Removing them from office removes the danger they are to our nation and the world alike.
It's all very much interconnected.
#*we have our own horrible people in power who need to be removed to stop our own stupidity issues#So don't at-me because it's not hypocrisy when you're stating facts

ok so i’m finally watching the looking for alaka book to screen tv show. . . and i gotta say i kinda love it
it’s my favourite book, has been since i first saw those before and after pages when i was 12. alaska young was messed up, mean and everything i ever wanted to be. even though i’m poc and she’s not i saw a likeness and a kinship to her that changed me
but then the show was announced . the cast came out and i was very sceptical. alaska was always powerful and smart and in my mind they had kinda annabethed her (litteraly)
but almost 4 years from the release, i gotta say they did my girl good so far. i guess we all imagine the characters in our own way
but as long as there essence is there, and the feeling the book gives you. then it’s all alright

NO BECAUSE ME TOO BUT I DIDNT WANT TO BE RUDE IF THERES AN ACTUAL CONCEPT ARTOST BEHIND THESE
Theres so many skins woth eyes that i just. couldn't imagine an artost making them look that way???
Medusa: Eyes look soulless, ear looks very wonky to me, nose is.. interesting And some of the snakes just kinda merge with the larger strands
Unreleased BB skin: Her one eye is literally the same colour as her skin, I cant imagine a real person could fuck that up. Also her mouth is being sucked into her nose a little bit. Furthermore her eyeliner becomes a part of her helmet??
Aphrodite: her eyes are wobbly and taking a closer look, her headress doesnt really make sense? Is it looping back around her head? and what are those things on the left do they just float there?
And like, this summery skin with blue hair, the eyes also look weird, I don't wanna know what's going on with those earrings, one of the cat ears is filled in with the hair colour while the other isn't, and that hand. If a real person did do this I'm sorry, but for a piece for concept art I should expect it to look a little bit nicer (if that makes sense). Yes there's five fingers but those fingers look wrong on the palm, heck the palm looks wrong all together in accordance to the thumb!
And the final one im gonna talk about is this unreleased Hermes skin.
For one I could not tell you whats written on the shirt, kind of important for concept art.
Two, his hair makes NO sense because at his head, the long tail part is going under his clothes, however a little lower the end of it is shown?? So unless this guy has a hole in his shirt spesifically for his ponytail, something is wrong here.
Ans thirdly, simething is UP with that shoe because whats up with that random spot over the shoelaces?? Sorry if im wrong but i could NEVER see a real person doing that intentionally, maybe as an accidental touch on the drawing tablet, but that can be ruled out because this hypothetical artist would have notoced it when they went over it again to do the shading.
In comparison, here is some of the work done by Yang J in 2018, an artist who created many different skins in the game, including the one and only Drift. Just look at the difference.
(Also a little personal note, Yang J also did the summer drift skin and I find it really funny but smart that he copy pasted parts of the model where he could.)
Though I can understand if these examples are too old to be of substantial evidence, how about we look at a more recent example? Here are some concepts created by Bode Alaka, as far as I can tell a current concept artist at Epic and again, see how these weird artifacts don't happen.
Apologies if these images are crunchy, with each artists name I have linked their ArtStations for you to go look at their art pieces yourselves, which I would highly recommend. I hope this helps illustrate the fact that Epic is 100% doing something shady behind the scenes with some of these Survey skin's "concept art."
Reminder to support real artists 💖💖
So... does anybody else think these are created (in part) by artificial intelligence..???? nobody has talked about this and its making me feel so crazy
#please reblog for reach#this is actually really important people should be aware of this#fortnite#fortnite battle royale#fortnite art#fortnite official art#fortnite battle pass#fortnite battlepass#possible ai art

i’m like, pretty sure, looking for alaska and paper towns are the basically the same book.
fake deep main girl character? check.
fake deep main girl character not actually being there in the present day and only mostly, if not entirely, in flashbacks? check.
main guy character who only had a fleeting romance with said main girl character but is for some reason obsessed with her bc she’s fake deep? check.
the whole book just being said guy chasing said girl after she goes missing despite friends telling him she’s trouble? check.
they’re literally the same book man
#john green literally copied and pasted most of these two books#this is all from memory#and ive only read both books once#and like that was in middle school do#but my point still stands!#looking for alaka#paper towns#why am i oroud of this 4 am post#mia rambles

To you, i bestow the legend of the foundation of Lanka, one of my fav myths ever.
So there are actually two versions to this story, here you go with, uh, both of them
1)Now this first one is what i had learned initially. And it starts with a snub.
Goddess Parvati had once gone to meet her sister-in-law Goddess Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth, fortune and prosperity. And Lakshmi's home, was quite literally, the abode of wealth (imagine like the biggest, richest home you can find, only infinity times bigger and better). Parvati was awestruck but obviously couldn't show it, but she lost it when Lakshmi said, quite smugly, "Oh I bet you haven't seen anything like it. Like no offense boo, but, um just look at you."
Parvati, fuming, went over to her husband Lord Shiva, demanding a palace, to which Shiva replies, "Y tho? Like we live in a cave, so there's plenty greenery and stuff. Plus i always break out that leaf mattress when we wanna smush so what's the problem?" Parvati, exasperated, said "She insulted me, she insulted you, and i'll see to it that i teach that bish a lesson. You better find me someone who can make a bigger, better palace, or i'm going back to my parents."
Shiva, thus, approached his greatest devotee Ravana. Now this dude, he would literally cut off his own head if Shiva told him to, that's how big of a suck up he was. When Ravana heard Shiva's proposal to construct a new palace for him, he was overjoyed (imagine if holt asked amy to do his errands for the day).
And look at what he built. An entire island city. Fully furbished, plated in gold, protected from any calamity you can imagine. Parvati immediately threw a housewarming party during her gruhpravesh (it's a hindu custom where the house and the land and are worshipped for good luck and stuff. idk why they did it they are literally the strongest gods). Now, once all th customs were done, Shiva asked Ravana for his fees. And Ravana demanded, hold for it, the palace he had built. Lanka he demanded Lanka. His logic was that Shiva and Parvati also live in it, they would also come along with him and stay with him forever and he would devote his entire life to serving them (told you the dude had issues). But since they hadn't entered Lanka as of yet, they technically didn't live in it, so all Ravana got was a city of gold.
Parvati. straight up lost it. First, she shouted at Shiva for being the naive fool he was and losing their home. Then, she cursed Ravana and his city (imma gonna write this epic dialogue now bear with me) - "O Dashanana! Scion of Pulastya! I curse you, and your audacious city - may you never find peace! May your city never experience true happiness! I curse you, that just the way you stole my home uner my nose, some day, your city too will be destroyed in front of your eyes, as you stand helpess! I curse you O Lankapati, and I curse those fated to occupy your city!"
2) This one, involves bloodshed.
So once upon a time there was this trio of Asura brothers - Mali, Sumali and Malyavan, who lorded over the prosperous empire of Lanka. The gods, jealous of their success, approached Lord Vishnu, who defeated them, killing Mali in the process, and gave their empire to Kubera, the Lord of Yakshas and the god of wealth (the guy had a jewel spitting mongoose).
Sumali thirsted for his revenge, and so did his daughter Kaikesi. In a clever plan, thus, Kaikesi married the strongest rishi of her time, Vishravas. Kubera was actually Vishravas' own son, through his first marriage to Ilavida, daughter of Rishi Bharadwaj. Kaikesi had four kids with him, who were called Brahmarakshasas - Ravana, Kumbhakarna, Vibheeshana and Shurpanakhaa.
Kaikesi narrated the tale of her entire people to her children, who then also longed for what was rightfully theirs. The strongest, Ravana, got a boon from his great-grandfather Brahma (the god of all creation, Allfather) to be invincible in any battle, except against humans. Thus, he waged a terrible war against his stepbrother and ousted him and his brethren from Lanka (it is said they fled north and founded their city Alanka or Alaka, meaning "not Lanka"), taking it back for the Asuras and Rakshasas.
both of these are buhdass and i absolutely love them.

The holy land of Odisha is divided into four kshetras. These kshetras are named after the four names of weapons of Lord Vishnu such as sankha (conch shell), chakra (disc), gada (mace) and padma (lotus). Puri Dham is known as Sankha Kshetra. Bhubaneswar is Chakra Kshetra, Jajpura is Gada Kshetra, and Konark is Padma Kshetra. Puri is known by various names of which Sankha Kshetra is one. Sankha means conch shell. The geographical size of Puri resembles a right oriented conch shell, the ‘Dakshinavarta Sankha’, which is why it is also called the Sankha Kshetra. The sacred section of puri looks like a conch shell and it is in this section that all the sacred centres like temples, mathas, sacred tanks, trees and various other sacred sites are located. Sankha or conch shell is one of the Aiyudhas of Lord Vishnu, who resides in the naval or the central part of the Conch shell in the form of Lord Jagannath. The Sankha Kshetra covers an area of 10 miles, out of which nearly 40% is submerged under water and the other part which lies above water is of the shape of a conch shell or Sankha. 1. Okay without further ado, here is my new child. If you read his bio before, please re read this one as I have completely rewritten it from the original. To sum it up, he’s forty going on fourteen. His likes include beer, motorcycles and not wearing a shirt. His dislikes include bad weather, animal cruelty and olives.
BIO
name: Alaka’i Inoa Keahi
age:40
faceclaim: Jason Momoa
pronouns:he/him
hometown:Hale’iwa Hawaii
time lived in roswell: five months
profession: mechanic and martial arts instructor
bio:
Alaka-i , “Allie”, was born in Hale’iwa, Hawaii to Kaikane Keahi and Isabella Archambault. And at first everything seemed normal, at least from the outside. The town wasn’t too large, they stuck to themselves and their routines, the couple ignoring the rumors spread about their out-of-wedlock baby, the questions about where the woman came from anyway, about why she seemed so odd Where Kaikane was an open book, his lover was not. She never spoke about her past, about where she was from or why she left. And as Archambault turned to Keahi and she became a permanent fixture of the community, people eventually settled and learned to accept that her life before the island was simply a mystery that would remain. After all, she was friendly and the absolute best vet in town. Always seemed to have a connection with the animals that was unmatched. Furry friends and owners alike learned to love her immensely and eventually, the gossip whispers and prodding questions died down.
Like his mother, Alaka’i had a bit of an oddness about him no one could put their finger on. He inherited the seemingly unhuman affinity for animals that his mother had, working around the vet clinic from an impressively young age. His mother noticed, but kept quiet. As if somehow not telling him would protect him. As if keeping certain things a mystery would make life easier for the boy to navigate.
As Alaka’I grew older, his connection with animals continued to grow, but he never questioned it. To him, it was normal. And he talked about it so confidently that no one dared to question him. Most aspects of his childhood into young adulthood were fairly normal. He played sports, did okay in school, had a vibrant social life. He was well liked, if not occasionally reclusive. He spent an incredible amount of time in nature and around the animals he was so connected to. A perfect mix of introverted and extroverted. He skipped out on higher education, instead he began working as a mechanic and teaching at his father’s martial arts gym after high school, his years of volunteering at the clinic teaching him he didn’t want to follow in that path.. Everything was completely normal. He was content.
Until suddenly he began having the strangest dreams. Of a town he had never been to and didn’t recognize. A town he wouldn’t have known the name of if it hadn’t been plastered on signs in the dreams. ‘Roswell, NM’. Something about it, something about those signs stuck with him, the images burning in his brain. They called him. And when he finally broke down and looked the place up, he was shocked to find it was real. He told his parents he would have to leave for a while. That he needed to go to this Roswell place, even if he didn’t know why. The dreams and images taunted him relentlessly, and he just needed to know what the source was. Clearly the universe was trying to tell him something.
That’s when his mother’s truth finally had to be revealed to him. Isabella was born in Roswell, NM to two alien parents, an alien herself. When she was eighteen, her parents had been taken by the FBI, but she had escaped, staged her death, and ran to the first place she could find a flight to, changing her name and everything else she could about her. She had only horrid memories of that town, of being looked at like a tourist attraction, of the visions of those agents in their suits, the nightmares that haunted her about what had been the fate of her parents. She had sworn to never speak of that place again. But she also wasn’t going to stop Allie from going. She knew she couldn’t anyway. He was simply too hell bent on discovering what it was those dreams were trying to tell him. So he left, picked up and moved to Roswell. He’s just now settled in, having found a job and a place, and is still searching for why exactly the town called him here.

ENGLISH TEXT Hello everybody. I’d like to share my laser eye surgery experience which I had a long time ago and give some helpful insight for people who are fed up with using eyeglasses. I will write about my preliminary assessments and try to give some recommendations to people thinking about getting a Laser Eye Surgery as I had 8 years ago. I recommend laser eye surgery to anyone who can’t use normal sunglasses, to the ones who can’t take a walk on rainy days and I specifically recommend ReLEX SMILE laser eye surgery to people who cannot freely involve in sports activities because of their prescription glasses. Before having my Laser eye surgery, also called excimer laser operation, I did an extensive research on the internet and I talked to people who had laser eye surgery. I learned many details on the subject. The reason was simply it being my eye, it is no joke.
Some people told me not to have this surgery, they said: “you may go blind, look around and you will see most of the eye doctors use eyeglasses, they don’t get the operation themselves”. People are really good at scaring and discouraging others. As someone who had this surgery 8 years ago, I now think the good thing I didn’t listen to those discouraging people. There is no reason to be afraid of getting laser eye surgery. Don’t listen to those calamity howlers. This is my personal opinion. There might be people out there who are not happy with their laser eye surgeries. I personally think that if you have the surgery done by an experienced surgeon who uses state of the art technology you will happily say goodbye to your eyeglasses and contact lenses. For you who are asking where to find the right doctors and the right clinic to have your laser eye operation, I will tell this at the end.
There is a variety of methods of Laser Eye Surgery all named depending on the procedure performed on the cornea of the eye. As far as I know, these methods are named; ReLEX SMILE, Lasik, Femto-Lasik, Laser Presbyond, Excimer Laser, PRK No-Touch, Wavefront.. These are the names that I came across during my research. And I found out that people had either one of these methods. Some of these technics are for correcting myopia and some for presbyopia, and some for correcting farsightedness and astigmatism.
For example, if the surgeon finds it necessary he does the surgery without opening a flap on the cornea and this is called PRK, No Touch. If a flap is created on the cornea it is called Excimer Laser, LASIK. (They call this the second generation, and this was the procedure eye had) And if the surgeon does the operation through a very small opening which they call the keyhole it is called ReLEX SMILE (This is the third generation of laser eye surgery, I would have chosen this method if it were available at the time of my surgery, because it is a minimally invasive method of surgery which heal much quicker) Generally, the surgeon help determine the right method of the surgery depending on your personal needs. A good eye clinic takes you through a series of detailed tests and measurements. And you are offered a tailor-made treatment which is best for you.
All treatment methods have advantages and disadvantages. Some methods are not applicable to people with a thin cornea. It is best to let the surgeon make the decision to choose the best method for you. This was what I did, I trusted the surgeon and respected his choice of method. The very next day after the surgery I was able to see crisp clear. I used the eye drops which the doctor prescribed punctually. The healing was super-fast. The first morning after the surgery I rushed to the window of my apartment and looking at a distance I was able to see clearly without glasses and I was reading everything with the passion of a child who just learned to read. I cannot find the right words to describe how happy I was. After 8 years now I can still see perfectly without glasses. With all the research and my personal experience, I can say the eye surgery clinics in Izmir are the best with their experienced team of surgeons and the technology they use. Many patients from abroad choose Izmir eye surgery clinics. The day after my surgery I had a post-surgery examination and when I arrived at the clinic, I thought I was at a clinic in London. Everyone was speaking in English. To my surprise I found out that there was a group of people from the UK, visiting to have their laser eye surgeries.
My final recommendation to those thinking about getting laser eye surgery is that they should do extensive research, ask questions and then choose the right clinic to have the surgery. After my satisfying and successful experience, I would recommend eyesurgeryclinic.co and Net Göz Cerrahi Tıp Merkezi This will be a choice you won’t regret. The satisfactory explanations they make, the doctors’ experience make you feel comfortable. Even when I got down to the nitty and gritty of the matter, they were patiently answering all my questions which really helped me to relax and trust them. All the staff were very helpful, they all did a very good job.
One of the websites I used to do my research on the methods of laser eye surgery, which clearly explains all different methods of eye surgery was http://www.eyesurgeryclinic.co and https://www.netgoz.net I strongly recommend you visit this website and read for yourselves.
I wish you all a healthy and clear vision and say goodbye to your prescription glasses and contacts.

Book Review #4
Title: The gods are not to blame: A play
Author: Ola Rotimi
Year: 1971
Publishers: London: Oxford University Press
Summary: King Adetusa and Queen Ojuola consulted the gods as custom demanded in Kutuje “to divine the future” of her first son (p. 2). The gods revealed that the “boy, he will kill his own father and then marry his mother” (p. 3). Painfully and sorrowfully the baby was taken by the King’s messenger to be taken to killed in the forest to avert the horrible prophecy. 11 years later, King Odewale, “the only son of Ogundele” ruled Kutuje (p. 7), King Adetusa had long died. Odewale was married to the former King’s wife, Queen Ojuola and had four children. The people of Kutuje came to the king’s palace to complain. The land of Kutuje was sick. People were falling sick and dying and nothing the people did brought healing to their land. The King sent Aderopo (Adetusa’s second son) to seek answers from the gods. The story ends tragically when the Odewale, Ojuola, the chiefs, and people of Kutuje find out that their king, Odewale is the son of his wife, Ojuola. Ojuola commits suicide and Odewale makes himself blind by removes his eyes from its socket, and banishes himself and his children from the town.
Reaction:
1. The mixing of native language in the drama. When the people in the story sing or speak in their native language, the playwright, Ola Rotimi does not provide translation in English. The native language is mixed with English but reading the native language, you can tell it is not a translation to English. The characters go on, as if, their audience understand what has been said.
2. The abundance of proverbs. It is impossible to get through two pages in this book without coming across a proverb. Rotimi captures the use of proverbs used by elders in this Nigerian town. He does not provide an explanation of the proverb but readers may deduce from the dialogue what the character intends. Sometimes conversations between characters are only in proverbs which reflect the mixing of proverbs in everyday conversation. Some of the proverbs are below (can you decipher their meaning?):
“When rain falls on the leopard, does it wash off it spots?” (p. 10)
“By trying often, the monkey learns to jump from tree to tree without falling” (p. 14).
“The horns cannot be too heavy for the head of a cow that must bear them” (p. 20)
“Until the rotten tooth is pulled out, the mouth must chew with caution” (p. 21)
3. Nigerian ways of speaking. I recognize that not all Nigerians may speak like how Rotimi captures, but there are dialogues between characters that reflect speech patterns and expressions I have heard used by Nigerians around me and also in Nigerian media. For example, when Alaka tells Odewale that his “father,” Ogundele, is dead, Ojuola says: “Awu! And you call that good news? (p. 58)” Interestingly, Rotimi italicizes this word “Awu”. This italicization might not be because it is non-English but because it is simply an expression of shock. Even when Ojuola says to Akala, “Awu! And you call that good news?” rather than “Oh my god! This is terrible,” a response that may be used by a different person who is not Nigerian, Rotimi, in English is able to capture the ways of speaking of Nigerians.
In the classroom: I can see this book being paired with “Hamlet” by Shakespeare or classic tales of fate and the Roman gods influencing human activities. One lesson Odewale gives in his final speech is “Do not blame the Gods. Let no know blame the powers... They knew my weakness...” (p. 71). A lesson these tales of gods influencing human action often draw out. The book could also offer opportunities for discussions of how we treat people of other races, people who do not look like you or speak your language, gender roles in society, and spirituality.

11. GÜN
Bugunku secimim Megadeth'in Killing is My Business... And Business is Good albumu. 1985'te cikmis. 11 sarkidan olusuyor. Yargilamayin yani beni. Bir sey deniyorum.
Last Rides / Love to Deth albumun ilk sarkisi. Sarkinin giris kismi bildigimiz bir muzikti. Ve ben o muzigi cok sevdim. Sarkinin geri kalan kismi hmm ne biliyim. Cok da anlamadigim konular. Ama fazla sarmadi.
Ikinci sarki albumun adini tasiyor. Bu sarki da sarmadi. Simdi bir paragraflik ismini yazmakla ugrasmayayim.
The Skull Beneath the Skin, bu ucuncu sarkimiz.
Gelelim altinci sarkiya. Looking Down the Cross.
Yedinci sarkinin adi Mechanix.
Sekizinci sarki These Boots. Meeh.
Albumun diger sarkilari, onceki sarkilardan 3 tanesinin baska versiyonuymus.
Albumden 3 sarkiyi oburlerinden daha cok sevdim. Simdi gidip Megadeth biyografisi falan okuyayim. Kacc senelik grup sonucta, neler neler vardir kim bilir bakalim.
