1975 Totem Pole Jumpsuit

Displayed at Graceland with the Red Armadillo belt originally designed for one of Elvis' two-piece stage suits. When seeing stage photos of these suits being worn it's hard to tell what exactly makes up all of the design work. But getting to see these stunning jumpsuits and all their intricacies in person, it's clear that these are a work of art all in themselves!

he is but he also isn't !!! He's like. HEAVILY based off of a character from a Tv-show (Abbe from Höjdarna) I grew up watching. I essentially just added eyebrows, made his hair black, and made him taller 😭 didn't even change his overall color palette!! It's why his name is Albin, to pay tribute to Abbe (nickname for Albin)!

everyone else are my creations though! The most original ones are Donna, Ricky, and Lune; the others have pretty clear inspirations too imo but those three are straight from the soup that is my creative brain juices!!

hi sam!! so i was skimming through the jjk official character guide and gege says he enjoys drawing people in a clash of opinions—he’s so good at that. it got me thinking, do you have any specific thing you lean toward when writing character dynamics?

ooooo god what a thought provoking question let me put some effort into this

i'm sure the most obvious thing that i love is a sort of like. attack dog/handler situation. it doesn't even have to be romantic, and it can also extend to blade/scabbard or gun/bullet. anyway. it's very explicit with chuuya and umbrius, but it also exists with two other pairings in their universe (though, granted, the universe really allows for it given.... everything). but it is something that i really love. the blind faith/loyalty, the inherent violence, the care and keeping, deep levels of protectiveness from both parties. god you just can't beat it it's so fucking good

but i also really love a situation where characters are talking past each other. they're saying the same things, they're agreeing with each other, but both of them are so wound up for an argument that they're still arguing even though they're on the same page. it feels very real to me, where intellectually you understand that you are agreeing with each other, but you're not saying it exactly the same way, and you were both kind of hoping for a fight but you're not getting it, so you make it one anyway. in the right scene with the right characters with the right amount of stakes happening Anywhere Outside Of The Conversation i think it can have good emotional payoff for the characters and the readers. it's not miscommunication but it's toeing the line and i think that's fun

also i think my years in the aftg fandom/writing andreil fic (and reading tgcf later didn't help either) show through with this one but i love characters (romantic relationship especially but i have it in some friendships too) where they just Get each other. not to the point of reading each other's minds or making predictions but just like. "yeah i know you're stressed because of the way you're doing xyz right now so i'm going to suggest we go have a cigarette" or "well it's 2pm and they're not Here so they have to be There. no i don't need to call them where the fuck else would they be" or "i'm going to say this thing and i know you're going to disagree with me but you need to hear it bc i know what you need right now and it's not coddling." like just... characters who tick to the same rhythm and are able to rotate unobstructed inside of each other's orbits

I've been churning through so many Sonic character redesigns, here are some of the sketches. I post these and more on my Discord server as I make them, these are just the ones I probably won't bother turning into full drawings. Here's the thoughts on each:

The Freedom Fighters, but I specifically imagined these being their outfits during Sonic Forces since Forces' story could be so similar to SatAM's. Sally and Bunnie have stories and trios before this (Sally with Mighty and Ray, being smol woodland creatures, and Bunnie being with Fang and Trip, being western outlaws hired by Eggman)

Nicole the Holo-lynx. Now looks more holo and more like a lynx. May or may not make an even fleshier version on top of these

Sage, also made to look more digital, but honestly I don't care enough about her character to really consider including her anywhere. Who knows tho

Jewel, made to look like an actual insect. I got the insect Mobian idea first with Charmy of course but I'll probably draw the Chaotix in full later

Jet, honestly one of my favorite redesigns so far. It just ended so perfect, even making his shoes more like bird claws.

Big, basically the same just made more frazzled and wild-looking

Lanolin, made to look like that other kind of sheep and also made chubbier cuz sheep have a chubby aura

Bokkun, now is himself the exploding message. I wanted him to look like Eggman just randomly strapped a rocket to his back, instead of being a normal jetpack. He loves exploding and being rebuilt.

One of the Ancients, now given clothes that match the vibe of some of their creations. I also thought it would be cooler if the Koco were their actual brains/bodies, and the gel exterior is another part of their technology to make them stronger and more versatile.

I was finally an adult and sent in my transfer app for college stuff~!! I'm gonna wait until tomorrow to try and set up an appointment with the woman over my degree (especially since I can't get into the system yet to try and sign up for classes, until I get the stuff from my admission letter!! Which sucks!!) BUT!! i'm still very excited~ College Life (Part 2) here I come~

i really, really like both tho, i think the idea of him prying your mouth open with his thumb while you're looking at him is just so hot. and depending on how you're looking at him, whether it be super sultry fuck me eyes or wide open innocent looking doe eyes, the way he acts might be different.

give him the fuck me eyes while he's got a finger in your mouth, suck on it a little, and let it go with a pop; he might relent and let you do all the work. meanwhile, the latter (doe eyes) he's leaning into any sort of daddy kink he may have. not that i think he'd have a daddy kink necessarily, but that dynamic ykiwm? like he's in your ear telling you to relax and promising he'll be gentle. 

i also think he'd put his fingers in your mouth after he fingers you so you can taste yourself. to me, that could go for either scenario. he's a versatile man but he likes what he likes.
