Yo Soy

A lot of controversy about having soy in your diet. I am unsure if I am lactose and tolerant but I have always liked drinking soy. It made me feel….well almost nothing. I was happy with feeling nothing. And it gave me time to learn easily at school and I had little distraction.

Not saying I was a drone. I hung out with people and had fun. But what’s really magical about soy is it makes you emotionally detach about feelings.

I only stopped because of the health concerns and I was drinking it for years before more studies showed anything.

This life project is to be alone. And I have decided in moderation to drink soy again.

I’m ready to feel emotionless towards these eradicated feelings. And I am opening my arms willingly accepting it.

Tendrán razón al decir que no tengo razón para estar deprimida.

A todos les ha pasado algo trágico. Al parecer soy la única cuyo padre no la ha violado, que vive en una familia pacífica sin padres alcohólicos o divorciados, que no tuvo que recoger comida entre la basura para sobrevivir, que no es homosexual.

No obstante soy  yo la que van con el psiquiatra, la que toma antidepresivos y benzodiacepinas. La única que exprime la almohada por las noches.

Ya me canse de escuchar que no tengo razones para estarlo. Que se vayan todos al carajo o a donde quieran con sus trágicas historias de su niñez y juventud, y déjenme aquí con mis problemas “imaginarios”
