Tactic Makes A World Of Difference . Man, as an Empath, people can’t imagine how much words can make a mood positive or negative. I struggle with being so sensitive, but I still insist on people being mindful of how they speak, and the words they speak. What troubles me the most is when they are the ones that are more offended, after they are the ones beings rude.... The hypocrisy is daunting. Also the problem with empaths like me is that we strike back with the same force of energy or worse. There is no difference between their energy and ours. Empaths like me vibe with other’s energy Good or Bad. It’s a hard practice to shield and ground ourselves from other people’s energy/emotions. Ok! Story time! My mom once told me in Spanish..... “Mija este sos bien tiesa!” Meaning.... “Sweetie, you‘re pretty stiff” She told me this one time when I was little, and I was complaining about not beings flexible lol. Today I remembered this because I was feeling disappointed when I noticed I had lost the progress I had made with my Downward Dog and Camel pose. I don’t like being a Debbie Downer, but as you can tell it’s my go to lol. Mood! I’m pretty pessimistic by nature! Takes all that’s in me to not give in, but now I just don’t allow myself to go there. I ignore the negative talk and go on trying.
