Patataj is still running through Barovia, only making the soundest of decisions! For example he wanted to protect some werewolves from certain death after he helped them rebel so he agreed with Strahd's offer of giving him 10 whole favors. He was just too happy about the werewolves being okay.

Rahadin was angry, not so much because Patataj owes favors to Strahd, but because Patataj is clearly absolutely terrible about making deals. And what if something else asks for a bargain?

Researcher!Siffrin does have his own sus event (although I haven’t actually gotten that event in my own game so I can’t properly explain how it goes at this moment-) for Traveller!Mirabelle. He does have minor knowledge on Wish Craft through his research and tests, but due to their memory can’t really bring it up unless prompted in certain situations, and it drives them crazy. I will certainly update this when I get the sus event with how it actually goes, but for the time being, I hope this is good!!

Well, in most states the age of majority is 18 years. After that someone is no longer a minor and can legally have custody over themselves.

If one is not over the age of 18, they can go to court to gain emancipated legal status.

reading your response to the ousai/saiou ask made me realise, I don't actually know if with the ship name order people mean the one who tops or the one who doms or takes charge in general?? i'm curious what you're thinking of with ousai (and do you maybe know how other people approach this topic?) thank you!!

i feel like i've been talking too much lately so i'll just, put this under a cut to explain more,

so: the order of names is significant in eastern (bl) fandom spaces; from left to right, it's (top/攻め)x(bottom/受け). it usually denotes positions for spicy content, but in not-spicy content can also denote a portrayal of the characters' attitudes towards the relationship (e.g. initiator/pursuer x receiver). because some creators/fans are very specific about their preferred portrayals (you'll see stuff like (ship)🔄❌ or 左右固定, 'left/right fixed positions' in bio), strictly labeling ship content is courteous because it allows other fans to find/avoid it as they wish.

as far as i've seen, in western fandom spaces people tend to pick whatever portmanteau of the characters' names sounds good to refer to the pairing in general, though i've definitely seen others who follow the same naming conventions ^ as above when referring to ships. if you're not sure what to call it if commenting it's probably safer to just use the same nomenclature OP uses.

(for me specifically, i more or less follow eastern bl naming scheme, which is why i answered the last ask about saiou/ousai that way... but i also tend to write or draw any ship i like as 🔄. i mentioned before that i tag everything to "saiouma" on tumblr for convenience's sake, but on twtr where there's substantially more overlap with eastern fans, i usually label my stuff as either  🏁🔎 or 🔎🏁 or even 🏁🔎🏁.)

When I wrote those tags I had in mind the iconic Shane trying to gain Ryan's attention (and winking) from that test friends video from years ago.

I think also by this point they spoke each other's names a lot so there's definitely many ways to gain each other's attention, or getting a reaction from each other. There's maybe some bits and ways to say each other's name that only they find funny. It's known that Shane finds the Bergigle (that giggle Ryan does in live shows and at the end of AYS) very fun which annoys the rest of the crew (but Ryan will continue doing it because it makes Shane happy gosh this sounds so damn cute).

So yeah I think there's many silly voices that Shane uses that we won't even know about. Considering they also have so many nicknames for each other there's many ways to say them fond or exasperation or whatever you want to imagine. But yeah I do think they heard each others names called many times. For that photo that's mentioned I think Shane might've either called Ryan from across the room or maybe was being a menace and send him a text sth like "turn around :)" and this is why the photo is like that.

I think LQR would be a lonely old man. LXC and LWJ moved out, and probably LQR had been taking care of them since he was super young, so he doesn't know what to do with himself!

Then he walks into a perfumery one day and he meets MY. Polite, helpful young man, who sniffs out the scholar in LQR and starts talking about philosophy with him or something like that

Maybe LQR os a teacher for some niche thing! And MY starts attending his classes because LQR goes to his perfumery often and he likes him!

LQR is all pining but he'd never make the first move on someone so young

LQR also gets the hots whenever MY opens his mouth in his class. Intelligence/competency kink!

LQR all like "Meng Yao <3" /Dreamy sigh/

And then MY is like "I'm gonna fuck that old man >:)"

And he does. And LQR cries and then is embarassed about it

OMG that's so adorable!! LQR as an empty-nester latching onto this lovely young man that is very mature for his age and very knowledgeable.

His interest increases when MY is fascinated by the super niche thing that he teaches, but of course LQR is a proper man that wouldn't dare cross the line with a boy, especially when it would risk ruining this nice friendship that makes him forget that he is alone now.

MY attending his classes would be so smart of him, but what else is new XD. Bc MY wouldn't also risk an open first move, no, his especialty is getting ppl to do what he wants without them noticing, and he has learned enough about LQR to know that being a delight to have in class will help him get the ball rolling.

MY is gonna get him some old man dick one way or the other or so help him!

And naturally he succeeds, only now he has to convince LQR that it was something he totally wanted, he was never coerced, no he doesn't think it's improver and he would very much like to do it again :'D.

Also having to deal with the nephews going through all the stages of grieve in a couple of minutes as soon as the news reach them, but it'd be worth it 😌
