comfort clothes — my BeTS crewneck! I associate it with my happiest moment and the material is so cozy and soft. I don’t really like black clothes bc my wardrobe is very pink but this is one of the few black pieces I love to bits! I’m planning to paint/embroider the svt logo and fill it with their names or title tracks

comfort book — anne of green gables. I rarely read books nowadays but I inhaled the green gables series when I got the collection. I love the netflix adaptation for it so I got my hands on the book series to stay in that world a bit longer. also anne/gilbert’s relationship is so cute :’( I ship them so hard!

comfort game — stardew valley or any ‘cozy’ life simulation games. I enjoy playing these a lot bc I like the whole aspect of foraging and building relationships with npcs. Recently been playing potions permit and it’s been really fun.

planet zoo and bear & breakfast are also my go to stress relief cozy games. The management and design aspects are really fun!

If I’m feeling more rpg-ish I always go for kingdom hearts. it’s the only reason why I get new consoles for each main title game in the series

A/N: How's it going? This is my first piece for Jason! I hope I did him justice lmao I love Jason and the Hercules movie, so I had to write something about this!

"Are you ready, babe?" Jason's voice cut through his apartment. It was a Friday night, and you had decided against going out with his siblings. Instead, you wanted to have a cozy movie night! And because it's you and Jason, movie nights always had a theme. Today's theme was greek mythology. Maybe a little complicated for a movie night, but you two made due. The rules were simple: both of you picked a movie according to the theme and decided via rock, paper, scissors.

The winner got their movie played and the softer blanket. The choices today were Hercules and Percy Jackson: the lighting thief. You'd obviously picked out Hercules. As action-filled and enjoyable as Percy Jackson was, there was no beating the colorful and entertainingly inaccurate world that was Hercules.

"I can't believe you've never watched Hercules. It's my favorite Disney movie!" You exclaimed, plopping down next to your lover on the couch. Bowl of snacks in hand, you swung your legs over his lap  and pulled the blanket around you. Jason chuckled. "Well, I'm watching it now, aren't I? I'm fulfilling my 'boyfriend of the year' duties, you know?" He joked, a grin on his face. You playfully rolled your eyes.

"First of all, you're just saying that because you lost rock, paper, scissors, again and second of all, you'll always be boyfriend of the year, no matter what." you grinned, leaning forward and pressing a sweet kiss to his cheek. Jason hummed in satisfaction. "You flatter me, baby." He responded, a teasing tone to his voice. "What can I say, I aim to please." You popped a piece of popcorn into your mouth.

Jason gently caressed your thigh under the blanket. He did that quiet often, absent mindedly tracing patterns on your skin. It grounded him, that he knew that you were right here with him. You pressed play and excitedly watched the TV. Continuing to enjoy your snack, you slightly moved your foot along with the music. It wasn't your fault that the muses belted out incredible bangers.

A smile tugged on Jason's lips. He turned his head and looked at you; eyes wide with joy, your soft lips pulled into a beautiful smile. It tugged at his heart strings, to see you so happy over such a simple thing. He admired that about you. No matter the circumstance, you always found something fun in it. Something you enjoyed. He faced the screen again and watched the movie. He wanted to know if the hype you gave it was worth it.

You laughed, giggled and occasionally ranted about some of the many inaccuracies. At some point, you'd changed your position and were now cuddled up to Jason's side, feeding him popcorn. He seemed to enjoy the movie as well, letting out those absolutely beautiful laughs of his. He was very invested too; he threatened to trash the TV if Meg didn't get her soul back. You had to hold him back with your entire body weight and then trapped him in the blanket. The TV was safe.

The credits rolled, and you set the now empty bowl of popcorn on the coffee table and slightly turned to Jason. "So.. what do you think?" You asked, curious of his answer.

"Probably one of the best movies I've ever watched, to be honest." he laughed. You grew excited. "Yes! I knew you'd like it. Who's your favorite character?" You questioned, beaming with excitment. His heart melted at your passion for this movie. You looked so cute with that sparkle in your eyes. He pondered for a moment.

"I mean, Hades was phenomenal, but... It has to be Pegasus. What about you, sweetheart?" He said with a soft look in his face."Pegasus is great. Mine's Meg, obviously! She's a badass."

Jason hummed at your statement, letting his fingers trail up and down your arm. You two sat in a comfortable silence for a while, letting the names in the credits run over the screen. "You know, you remind me a lot of Hercules." You said. Jason turned towards you. "How so?"

"A. Huge Himbo," Jason gave you an unimpressed look with a smirk tugging at his lips,"B. You're kind and soft with a tough looking exterior, just like he is. You don't just look tough, you are, but you also help people in need and you've got a big heart." You said softly, placing a hand on his chest with a smile. He returned an equally as soft smile and wrapped his large hand around the one you had positioned on his chest.

"If you think so, will you be my Meg?" He smirked. You laughed and threw your head back. You looked so pretty like this, Jason thought. "Sure, as long as it's the movie Meg and not the myth Meg because... yikes." You responded. His brows furrowed and he tilted his head in confusion.

"Why? What's so wrong with myth Meg?" He questioned. You sucked in a breath. "Well... You'd end up murdering me and our children. You pissed off a witch and she put a spell on you which made you go on a homicidal rampage against your will." You mumbled. His eyes widened and he slightly slacked against the couch. "Damn..." he breathed out. You giggled. "Yeah... but that's greek mythology for you, baby." You sighed. He turned to you with still furrowed brows. "And you like this stuff?"

"Not the murder part, obviously!"

He chuckled and pulled you into his lap, hands on your waist.

"Can we be a different couple from greek mythology? A happy one, perhaps?" He questioned with a grin.

"Sorry to break it to you, Honey, but there is no such thing as happy couples in greek mythology." You laughed.

A frown formed on his face.

"We better just stick to Herc and Meg, huh? Movie version, of course." He chuckled.

Jason smiled and pulled you closer by your waist.

"Yeah... we should." You smiled, lightly brushing your nose against his.

"I love you, Wonder boy." You breathed out, a teasing tone to your voice.

"I love you too, Nutmeg." He teased right back and pulled you into a soft and passionate kiss.

You pulled him closer by wrapping your arms around his neck. Pulling away, you two broke into one last fit of giggles and laughter. The movie night had concluded, and it had been a wonderful evening once again.

- I just cannot stop thinking about how he definitely has a wonderful sweater collection and they’re all so soft and cozy and he loves seeing you wearing them (this could get smutty lmao but I’ll restrain myself)

- you know that one Taylor swift lyric “just living room dancing and kitchen table bills”? That’s the perfect way to describe your relationship with Remus, like maybe your apartment is a little shitty but it’s home and the two of you make it so cozy and you have a wonderful little life together and just putting on a record while you make dinner and you end up dancing together in the kitchen and maybe your food gets a little burnt but that doesn’t matter

- imagine babysitter baby Harry together omg just Remus holding the tiny little baby and singing to him when he can’t fall asleep and making him laugh that cute little baby laugh and every time you watch Harry you can’t help but think about actually having a baby with Remus because he’s so perfect and him with a baby is just too wonderful

domestic remus thoughts under the cut!

- the sweater collection is absolutely off the charts! drawers and drawers of the softest sweaters ever and even more stashed in different parts of the apartment for when he or you need it. some of them are solid colors, some of them have fun little patterns, but all of them are equally as comfy bc they're his and they smell like him and every time you put one on it's like being enveloped by him even when he's not there and it's the best thing in the world.

sometimes he'll be looking for one specific sweater to wear but he just can't find it no matter how hard he looks and he's just like have you seen my green one love? i think i might've lost it. but then he looks at you at you're wearing exactly what he was looking for and he just. melts. because he loves you and because you look so cozy and comfy and cute in it and he's just like oh ☺️ you can keep it i'll grab another one ☺️ and then he comes and sits with you for the rest of the morning.

- your life with remus isn't what some people might call perfect but it's just the right fit for the two of you! your apartment is a little cluttered and the paint is chipped and yeah maybe the front door gets jammed sometimes but it's your home and you couldn't love it more. you try your best to eat dinner together and unwind from your respective days with each other and most of the time that means a bottle of cheap wine and whatever dinner you can scrounge up from what you've got on hand. sometimes you do a puzzle together, other nights you'll talk for hours, and sometimes you both just sit and do your own things in the same space (parallel play LMAO). remus always makes sure to press a kiss to whatever part of you he can reach every so often just so you know he's still there. post full moon nights are fairly quiet though. remus just wants to sleep and you let him. sometimes he wants to be alone and you let him do that too, but he knows you're right there if he needs you <3

- babysitting harry is such an ordeal, especially the first time bc i feel like it might be a spur of the moment thing? james and lily desperately need a day to themselves and sirius is out of town and euphemia and fleamont are also busy so they're like surprise you get to watch harry for the day! obv you're not gonna turn them down and at first it's awkward bc you're both just staring at harry in his little baby buggy and he's staring back at you and neither of you really know how to take care of a baby?? but then harry starts crying and it's like a flip inside remus switches. he's just like yeah i think he's tired but then little harry refuses to go to sleep and remus starts humming a song and you see him start to drift off as remus bounces him in his arms gently.

when harry wakes up uncle moony is his new favorite person so they're inseparable for the day. at one point harry bumps his head on the couch or something while he's crawling around the living room and you can both tell he's about to start bawling but remus is so quick on his feet and picks him up and does something funny so harry gets distracted and suddenly he's shaking with peals of that infectious baby laughter and you're just like what. what is this i'm feeling is this baby fever??? and you can't stop thinking about having a little remus or yourself running around the place one day. obv you've got some talking about it to do since you haven't even discussed kids yet, you don't even know if remus would want kids with everything he's had to deal with his whole life but it's worth a shot right? to have someone who's a perfect mix of you and your favorite person in the world, to be able to raise them into someone who could quite possibly change the world, even to just have someone else to love more than you love yourself.

Snow for sure <3 They love making snow men and playing and watching the snowflakes fall. They also just find it cute to see the other bundled up in a big winter coat and a cozy scarf💞

I can see both of them doing that tbh They both have huge empathy for animals so both of them would be on board with helping an injured bird or abandoned cat or something. But I do think Jere would be the one to play responsible adult at some point once the animal is healed again and explain that they have to set it free even tho they've both gotten attached to it

Jere 👀👀 He can be surprisingly raunchy lmao The fact that he communicates mostly through text and looks so innocent is something he uses to his advantage. No one would suspect a thing if Jere casually shows Bojan the dirtiest message you can think of on his phone lol While Jere is often the one to start things, though, Bojan tends to be the one to finish them 😏

30: your OTP gets to pick out each other's outfits, what are they wearing?

Jere: he'd really love to see Bojan in leather so he'd give him a pair of his own pants and a leather shirt so he can swoon over his handsome Bojan 🥰 Bojan: he's putting Jere in more skirts... 1, because it's sexy. 2, because Jere really does look nice in skirts <3

They're both pretty protective but unfortunately Jere is more likely the one to be harassed or treated rudely by a stranger so it's more common that Bojan would (fiercely) defend his angel. Bojan doesn't get angry easily but if someone is mean or hurtful to Jere he can become absolutely livid. Jere prefers to avoid conflict but he's not above using a right hook to protect his Slovene 💪

13: who's the bigger tease?

I couldn't really choose one in particular. Bojere have a really playful dynamic so the teasing is pretty equally divided haha

Something active. Maybe like a bowling date. It'd be just something lighthearted, something they'd do as friends. roman is a pretty good gift giver + has the means to literally afford to whatever. he's the type to just pick something up on a whim if it reminds him of aaron. fancy teas/coffees from wherever roman has to travel for work. any knickknacks involving cats. also fancy stuff like whiskey glasses, stupidly expensive liquors. bigger presents include a red fender guitar...concert tickets...vacations...roman eventually does just throw his money at aaron

aaron does Not have throwing around money but he really really likes giving gifts. clothes are fun because roman is obligated to wear whatever aaron buys him, more colorful stuff, a tasteful pattern here or there, fancy bf in graphic tees ... :3c roman has so much money and space but doesnt have a lot of homey stuff. aaron would want to get him some comfy fleece blankets, candles, cozy pjs, stuff to help roman relax

I was also wondering what's your favourite thing to incorporate into your designs of the characters detail wise? (ie. jewelry, patterns, accessories etc)

Oh man- I love everything about character redesigning tbh. The most obvious thing for me to say is my favorite would be scars- not only are they fun to draw and add a little flavor to the character design, but I feel like they can kinda tell a story without words. You don't need a backstory to be spelled out for you if you're given enough context clues + the character has scars.

They can also make the viewer have a lot of like "oh damn how did that happen" kind of thinking, and it creates a lot of intrigue, despite how cliche they can be [I refuse to do eye-scars hehe]. So they're extremely fun.

I also like doing jewelry and accessories- but more broadly, I just LOVE changing up a character's outfit in general :D

Not anything obnoxious [unless you're Nooshy, which in that case-] or anything that would be out of character for them to wear ofc. But I think things like having Charley's jacket look more full and cozy and give him a necklace, or have Buster's blazer get turned into a tailcoat [scrungly], or making Eddie's bright jacket be more of like a raincoat [also because it sucks when wool gets wet in the rain lol] or- Ash specifically has like a million outfits I like to draw her in. The list could continue forever.

But I think the most clear and obvious thing I like to do to characters is- for lack of a better way of putting it- completely change up how they look physically to either be more in line with how their irl animal counterpart looks, or to better fit their personality that may or may also have been changed by a plethora of headcanons I have. One of my friends described it as a character being "Lemified" and now the word "Lemification" has permanently been branded into my vocabulary.

Uh- the most obvious example of this is Judith. A character that's been changed so much for Tone Deaf that they're barely recognizable anymore past their name. I turned them into an enby capable of ripping your soul out of your body- 7'4" with a hat and peacoat and sharp teeth. And, most importantly, screentime. Mwahaha-

Another thing is the horns I gave Eddie- like they're such a crucial part of how I draw him now. Same goes for Meena's tusks, which you may not even know they have, because I don't draw her enough, but yeah. They have tusks lmao.

And what I think is my best change, Charley and Buster's double thumbs. I used to hate them but now I love them. Like they're one of my favorite parts about drawing Buster now- I always put a huge focus on his big paws and extra thumbs and the claws too. Omfg. I give a bunch of characters claws that they didn't have before, I fucking love claws >:D

...I'm reading back and starting to realize that between the scars I give characters and the claws that I draw them with, I might just like anything that can make a story possibly darker o_o

gosh, okay. they're both people who seem like they appreciate quality time with loved ones, so if they get to steal a cozy night in together during the season they're going to make the most of it. not leaving for anything, no one else allowed in their space. making dinner together, something mostly from scratch but not too hard so they don't fuck it up. lots of chirping and flirting, just having fun with getting to kind of play house for a couple of hours, and then retiring to the den to put on a movie and cuddle, where they will then shift to chirping the movie characters instead of each other. they absolutely never get through the movie before they start making out, but maybe at least make it to the credits before they relocate to the bedroom to have tender fucknasty sex. (you didn't specify the HAW version of them but this is definitely inspired by that, although it's kind of how i envision any established relationship cozy night in for them.)

i don't think leon could hide an emotion if his life was on the line. not to make it about HAW again but it's a whole thing in that where matthew's like "ugh leon is so hard to read" and it's like no buddy you're just stupid. i think that leon would sometimes like to be able to hide when he's upset but knows he's terrible at it. matthew is better at it, but his facade only really works on people who don't know him well, so it won't take leon long to learn to see through it. i can for sure envision an "if you're pissed just tell me why you're pissed" "i'm not pissed!" "you're obviously pissed!!" fight between them, lmao.

absolutely, are you kidding? matthew will get in a fight to defend anyone's honor. he loves to defend honor. would love to read something where someone notices the weird pattern of him picking fights with guys who coincidentally have taken a run at draisaitl recently. leon by his own admission does not fight and does not want to fight, and honestly i think he'd find the idea of defending matthew's honor kind of funny, but i can definitely see him getting rough with a guy if he actually injured matthew. just throwing a couple of elbows, getting a little nutshot in when the ref's not looking. not to make it about HAW again but there's that bit on nye where leon's like, ok who punched you, and matthew's like idk someone on the stars, and then later when matthew's watching the stars/oilers game with johnny and monny leon is just being the worst person on the planet to every dallas player on the ice, sorry to them. anyway, i think whichever of them has wounds, the other will tend to them.

hmm, i answered this in the context of HAW here, but in addition to that i can definitely see like. showing off on the ice as a way to get the other going. just showing off a little. the combination of hating to lose but thinking the audacity of pulling off some absurd tricks on the ice is hot would make for some fun spicy times after the game, imo!

okay so a large part of me starting this blog is that i am v inspired to share my work and plans the same way a lot of knitting youtubers and knitting podcasters do so here is my humble attempt of doing it in textpost format.... this will probs be a long post so under the cut we go !

first off i wanna start off with my fall moodboard (this idea is heavily inspired by emily from high fiber knits on yt much love to her) that i just made on canva lol

i think if i were to give this one a name it would be medieval scholar autumn lol. medieval not in the riches and jewels and such way but in the cobblestones and horse drawn carriages and those white and cream buildings with dark brown wood beams all across them if you know what i mean. it's crisp weather and chilly nights and county fairs and clear blue skies and just a very vibrant autumn. the more scholarly side of it to me is hot milk tea and browns and creams and not necessarily dark academia (bc i think that has become too oversaturated and now everything qualifies as some sort of academia esque thing and i've decided that FOR ME its cringe and i dont care.) but like books and reading and stufying and studying groups because well i neeed to romanticize school because i have to do it now. now that i am taking a class and also working i really need to keep the motivation up and like. this will help bc i love pretty pictures. another thing i was heavily inspired by was this package of milk tea flavored kitkats that had a nice red and green tartan pattern on it now i don't like red and green together it always reads christmas to me but the pattern combined with the tea really spoke to me. tbh i don't know how often i would really go for this much orange i had a very specific vision in mind when making this moodboard but i feel like the aesthetic isn't fully captured, and that's okay ! i'm trying to learn and really internalize that moments are not things to have and own, and certain feelings and blips of time and that perfect slant of light, or scent of something sweet on a cool breeze, or sky just the right shade, cannot and should not be kept forever. they are there to exist and be experienced, and if they are forgotten later that's okay. it doesn't have to be owned to have mattered. all this to say that maybe the vibes aren't exactly right and i won't wear all of these on the perfect day for the perfect vibe because that doesn't exist outside of pinterest lol. on we move.

before the patterns, a disclaimer: i will not make all of these patterns, i know this. i might not even make or finish any of these patterns lmao i have work and school and while that doesn't take up all of my time, i am still a very beginner knitter (still haven't finished my first garment lol) and do not have the skills or the money or the time to invest in all of these patterns no matter how much i want to. i have other hobbies too ! and that's fine ! honestly a lot of the reason i am making this post is because i 1 love explaining my thought processes 2 i love planning stuff and 3 mmmm categorization. big fan of ravelry bundles its my jam. honestly im not even 100% tied to the idea that aesthetics and trends and seasons (in the fashion and style sense, not the natural phenomenon) are even a good thing or something that aligns with my morals and values. i just like pretty pictures and matching things around and stuff.

okay pattern 1 and the most likely one i am to cast on is the tonight top by lily kate france! i would use malabrigo sock in the colorway ivy, as i got this yarn as a gift from my friend when she was in paris <3 not much to say about this pattern in regards to what i would do with it, i just think it would be a nice way to learn some new skills and show off the beautiful green earthy yarn. and even tho it's not bright orange lol.

pattern 2 and now we're going in no particular order is the winter's pullover by ozetta. again really nothing special about this one but i do think a hand knit cozy sweater is a goal of mine just as a knitter and this one fits the bill! can never go wrong with a thick cozy sweater in fall

pattern 3 is the honeycomb cardigan by sedna yang which again, cozy cabled cardigan can't go wrong with that. do i think i will be knitting this any time soon? absolutely not. but i do think it fits the vibe very well even tho i will not be able to purchase yarn for it lol that is too expensive for me rn

pattern 4 is the romy sweater by sandnes design and tbh i'm not sold on this one. mostly picked it for the colorwork being reminiscent of the afformentioned medieval buildings with the dark wooden beams across the outside but. well i'm not sold. it does fit in as a cozy oversized sweater but idk if it's different enough from the others to really get me to wanna make it.

pattern 5 is the cadogan sweater by lily kate france and omg i do really love this design. like overall i just feel like it fits in with the vibe really well and is still modern and fun and new and feels like something i would by at a retail store so . !

pattern 6 is these tartan mitts by carolyn kern, although i wouldn't knit the mitts themselves, just use the tartan pattern and transfer them onto some different patterns, namely : the sirius skirt by charissa (which originally has a houndstooth pattern that also fits in but i have a vision in mind) as well as a sort of cape/capelet pattern as a little matching set thing. i have 2 patterns in mind for this, the butterfly cape by sj kim and the beauxbatons academy of magic capelet by dana williams-johnson. on the butterfly cape first, i love the sleeves and how they look in the photos on ravelry, but all of them include a belt and i really don't have any belts and am not a belt wearer so i'm not sure how this would really fit into my wardrobe and how often i would wear it. it looks beautiful but i'm not sure how much i would reach for it.... it also seems like the sleeves are connected to the lower body, giving it that butterfly wing shape, but that would limit movement and well. one of my goals in life and in my style is to never wear pieces that limit movement and make me more aware of how i can and can't move my body and draw my attention to how i'm moving around in life so like. there is that. now, the beauxbatons capelet is more of what i'm looking for and it looks easier to slap a pattern on there and not have too much trouble... however it is from the official harry potter knitting book which i do not support in any way shape or form. i have absolutely no qualms about pirating the book itself and taking the pattern from there, but the idea that it's connected to jkr puts me off of it a little bit. either way both of them look like they make beautiful finished objects, i just have to decide which one to make lol (if i make any at all. out of this tartan pattern mini collection i would probs make the skirt first and go from there)

pattern 10 is the agave by tricot design mcl and what drew me to this was the drawstring detail at the front. i don't think i would necessarly knit the full garment but maybe adding the detail to something like the milly skirt by sandnes garn at the bottom hem as like a little nod to the more medieval side of my plans and aesthetic.

okay finally pattern 12 is the penny gloves by petiteknit. a classic. cute. practical as gloves for when my steering wheel in my car gets cold. a fun small fall accessory when i'm not really an accessories gal.

and that's all ! in no way am i knitting all of these, this is an aspirational thing that also is mostly for my planning brain. honestly i think i might like planning out which garments to knit more than actually knitting them. either way happy knitting !

In the first dream, i was looking into the mirror i think and i was touching my hair, it looked very curly (my natural is coily but at the moment it doesn’t really have a pattern). It looked nice, in a way that when i woke up i said “i wish my hair looked like that!”. I was wondering if you knew what’s the spiritual message of hair in dreams because it’s not the first time that i’m looking into a mirror and my attention is being brought to my hair.

the second dream is something totally different. so basically i dreamt about a tea leaf card ( i don’t know if you are familiar with them but they’re used in readings), i turned it around and it had a month on it. so when i woke up i said to myself “this is just my subconscious doing subconscious things, it can’t have a deeper meaning” but then the same day a reader that i follow posted a reading titled “most important months of 2024 for you” so that obviously caught my attention and when i clicked on the third group, she mentioned the month i had dreamed about and what it would bring. the reading was positive, but the thing is that it’s not the first time i dream of a month/ season and then it arrives and nothing significant happens. also, i feel like every time i ask for clarification from my guides i don’t really get it so i find it weird that this time i had a dream and right after i was shown this reading. it just feel too /easy/, if you know what i mean. it feels weird lmao.

Hair in dreams can have different meanings according on what you dowith them, how they look (short/long, curly/straight, soft/intricated... also the color) and how you feel. Seeing that usually you look at yourself in the mirror, could be that you're asked to do some self reflection over something that has happened, or maybe on repressed emotions of yours or... to acknowledge your self worth and express yourself, to let go of trying to fulfill others' desires and just be you, cause you can be that confident in you. Mostly I believe it's a sign of checking what is not working (emotionally, what is stressing/hurting) and nurture yourself.

Yeah I know of tea leaf cards. I don't use them but I have seen them being used! This is not really an interpretation you're asking for, but just an opinion Ig? :) Anyway imo when we dream of dates/months, it depends on what the dream is about. Sometimes, as when we see them in readings, they're not to be taken as per se (not to mention in pacs they may not be for us, but you know this better than me). I mean, at times there's a different meaning to them for us personally eg. December is the ending month of the year, could also mean an ending is approaching. It's also the month of Christmas (if it's related to your culture ofc) so maybe there may be a gift or you may be feeling more cozy during that time or spend more time with dear ones... Another thing to take into consideration is that we may also need to stay in a matching energy for that something to happen in that month/date. Again, depending on what it is about, we may go through trials or fallbacks in our healing path and the "something" may not happen at that specific time cause we have changed our energy (maybe when we dreamt of it, we were in another mental/emotional/energetic situation). Since dreams are very intimate and personal (we get downloads/infos strictly for us and from us), it doesn't mean it won't happen anymore and we lost our chance, it means it has been postponed to when we will be ready again. Especially if it's something that still matches our path. (Basically, as in readings, we do have the power to make our path anyway, and the dates we come across through it should not be taken as "expiring dates"). Other times, those dreams can be real predictions. Especially if you get more similarly-themed dreams, at least for what it concerns my personal experience. It's like they show you a path and support you until you take the right action and make it happen (trust your guts on this). This is my experience: on December 2022 I got some kind of confusing news and it gave me huge stress. I think... yes in January 2023 I got a dream in which I dreamt of a specific date (March 8th). I don't dream of dates very often so that kinda stood out but for the "wrong" matter: the dream was about a slightly stressing situation in my life (unrelated to the one I discovered in December) solving by chance (I waited but nothing happened about it on that date. Still...). In between February 2023 (I don't remember when exactly) I started having recurring dreams about a blonde woman helping me solve a situation. I got like 3 dreams in 4-5 close nights, two of them were on following nights. Everytime the issue I was having was different, but everytime it was a blonde woman coming to give me support and a solution. Long story short: a couple of days after the last dream or so, I decided to make a phone call and I got an appointment for March 8th (but I honestly had forgot about the first dream at that point: I remembered and connected the dots months after it was all done!). On that date a blonde woman literally helped me out and relieved my big stress. :) For how I see it, the situation I dreamt of in January was just a sample still pretty unclear in my unconscious, and all of the dreams were there from my Guides to suggest me: it'll be fine, dw. Just do what you know you have to do and can do.

I totally understand that you may feel a bit "weird" (that's not the word for the emotion I was searching but yeah, let's keep that). Try to stay positive but do not let the expectations do it all (at times we may wait so much for a date and get disappointed, especially if we have moved in the previous months just waiting for that date "to free us" or to just make it all better. Or for a specific event that wasn't the one supposed to happen anyway in the first place). And I mean not in a way "Do not believe it", but as in acknowledge it, be thankful, stay hopeful, but focus on you and on your path, on what you can actually do too to get there. I'm sure further infos will come for you, be patient. And remember not all the times things go the same way: this is exactly what ruins/blocks us in life too. We base ourselves on how things went in the past (especially if they went "bad/not as expected"), and so when things seem to repeat similarly, we don't trust them to go any differently. Not even if we're shown more proofs (but that's human: we're trying to defend ourselves from the pain of being let down once again -especially if we have been let down/abandoned a lot in life-. But maybe... we can try anyway? Maybe it's all about changing perspective, staying more open to the possibilities).

Okay okay Im still not over the idea of bucky knitting a sweater for sam !! husband behavior!!!!

When bucky gives it to sam at first he laughs bc the sweater, lets be honest, looks a bit silly. Bucky ran out of the main color he was using so the left sleeve and half of the right one are a different color (he swears it wasnt intentional) and its got a big lopsided star on the chest and theres some knots (but otherwise its pretty impressive for a first timer) and the sleeves are so wide for no reason (except maybe buckys always thinking about sams hunky biceps). ANYWAYS so sam kinda laughs like ‘where did you get this’ and bucky confesses he made it and the smile slips right off sams face. He looks at the sweater, at bucky, at the sweater again and asks so quietly ‘you made this, buck?’. And bucky cant tell if sam is horrified or surprised so hes getting real nervous cause sams just staring at it. ‘Yeah well but uh you dont have to wear it or anything! I know it doesnt even get cold here…’ but as bucky babbles, sam is putting the sweater on and he looks down at himself and absolutely beams and then jumps into buckys arms ‘you cranky dork, i love it! i love it so much!’ And then he runs into the bathroom to look in the mirror and actually cackles cause hes so excited abt this sweater. Bucky is blushing so hard and trying to hide how glad he is.

When sam wears it to sarahs house for the third day in a row shes like ‘wow sam, okay we get it, you love your boyfriend’ and sams like ‘naw this is legit the comfiest thing ive ever worn! Bucky used organic yarn or some shit cause its super soft!’ And sarah feels it and holy shit it is really soft. And when they have a little family get together at the wilsons, people just keep coming back to sam for hugs because hes so cozy !! Especially AJ and sam doesnt know why his nephew is hugging him so much when they see each other all the time till he notices AJ rubbing his cheek on sams shoulder and he bursts out laughing ‘oh i see how it is! you only love me for my sweater!’ And buckys of course just hopeless, he cant keep his hands off sam, its like hugs from behind all day every day, pressing his nose into the space btw sams shoulder blades cause it is really soft but also cause buckys heart flutters a little bit every time he sees sam wearing it.

Hes running around trying to find bucky who hears sam yelling so hes almost worried ‘christ, calm down! are you okay? whats wrong?’ And sam doesnt even tell him, he just starts kissing all over buckys face and muttering ‘youre adorable’ and ‘best gift ever’ and ‘i cant believe you’.

i cant stop thinking about how bucky would have had to spend a lot of time working on it in secret,,,, personally im a huge fan of early bird sam (see what i did there lmao) and night owl bucky so maybe bucky works on it when sam is sleeping,,, maybe when bucky can't sleep he works on it so he has something to focus on that's repetitive and soothing,,, also when you're knitting for someone you also think about them a lot so working on this sweater is super calming for bucky in two ways

also he joins a local knitting circle to re-learn knitting. while he may have known knitting from growing up in the 40s when war knitting was a big thing he's definitely pretty rusty also knitting patterns have changed A LOT since the 40s i'll spare you the infodump though lol i just love the mental image of a knitting circle of a few older ladies and some hipstery young people and then bucky. his best friend is an older lady and she gives him relationship advice once he tells her why he's relearning knitting but in return he's gotta take her dancing sometime. he's genuinely excited about it

hm also how would he get sam's measurements,,, i know the best way would be to steal one of sam's sweaters and measure that but i choose to believe he called up shuri (since she made the cap suit) and was like i need to know sam's measurements and she made fun of him. except the sleeves he was indeed thinking of sam's hunky biceps and was like yeah sam's arms are so nice i don't need to do sleeve shaping

when it's done bucky doesn't like it because of all the mistakes but he decides to give it to sam anyway, he can play it off as a joke gift that sam doesn't have to actually wear, but when sam puts it on and tells him he loves it,,,, well bucky is so happy he gets a little choked up

Oooo, I don't know if any of this stuff is cool lmao, but I can definitely answer.

I've been watching a lot of Law & Order: SVU lately even though it's total copaganda, it's still one of my comfort shows when I'm doing a lot of artwork and stuff, because they tell you everything that's happening so you rarely need to look up, lol.

I'm also rewatching Blue Period and Buzzfeed Unsolved with my roommate, which has been fun. We do that like once or twice a week at the moment, since a lot of the time I'm working at night, or we're both doing our own thing.

I've also been rewatching a lot of Studio Ghibli films! It started by accident because I wanted to watch My Neighbour Totoro with my mum, and then I just watched a bunch more, and I finished Ponyo on a Cliff only yesterday (which I think is a very underrated Ghibli film).

I'm going to be starting Heartstopper soon, as well as Vox Machina, and I need to catch up on Demon Slayer and some other things. But believe it or not, writing actually eats up so much of my time that I rarely have the energy to watch new shows or movies, or play new games. It's one of those catch 22s that writing means I barely have time to read or engage in this stuff.

In terms of video games, I've been playing Cozy Grove, which is a really lovely game and nice to chill to. And I've been playing Elden Grove, which is not at all nice to chill to, and I mostly just die a lot and then try and over-level and then die a lot more. (Don't ask me how far I am, I'm not out of Limgrave yet.) I play an astrologer, because I tried initially playing a warrior and that was hilariously terrifying. At least the game isn't crashing my computer anymore (they patched through a fix).

On my phone, I've been playing Zen Koi 2, after like years of not playing it at all??? I kept it on my phone because I thought 'what the hell I might pick it up again' in like 2018, and now here I am in 2022 after four years, playing it again. It's an extremely chill game where you level up koi into dragons, and you earn different patterned koi, and there are seasonal koi. You can't die or be injured, and you mostly swim around a pond eating little bugs. I love it. Phone games are hugely underrated I find (please check out Boba Story!)

OKAY SO. The one thing I'll say put me into the realm of giving this a try was the talk about cleaning them. I was honestly on the fence about reusable pads, they always seemed like they'd at least be more comfy, but cleaning?? HMMM.

I actually did as someone said on that post- I'd rinse the pad out, put it in a container of water to soak overnight, then I'd give it a thorough wash after. Works perfectly! (Also rinsing out red is somehow satisfying lmfao)

Here is a liner to show you how it's put together. Really simple design, the clasps keep it positioned nicely- I'll admit if you're active perhaps go for the longer designs cause mine slipped a lil now n then. The grey fabric there is EXTREMELY soft! Like... It's really nice, it kinda reminds me of those thin throw blankets people tend to buy as gifts?? One of the things that I've always hated about pads is how they're really stiff and the plastic sticks to me- but not these guys! It's almost cozy in a way haha. It just feels like you added a layer to your undies- which I guess is true?

As for the practical part of things- after using my first one for a whole day, I take it off and I'm wondering if I'm somehow doing something wrong because it doesn't look like anything happened at all! There's not even a dark spot in the grey... But once I rinsed it out, it was like fruit punch was pouring out of it lmfao. This thing absorbed everything without feeling sticky and gross or feeling like I was wearing a used diaper like some of these plastic ones! It just might feel a little heavier than before.

The combo of easy to clean, nice feeling, and how incredibly absorbent it is... I've really gone full throttle and decided to lean heavier into these guys. I've even stopped using tampons except for places I want to be Doubly Sure Of... These guys are gonna save me so much money and embarrassment!!

My lil collection so far uwu If you sign up to their newsletter you can get a free liner so be sure to do that! I will say that I found the extra large to be more preferable to my nighttime use while the one labeled for night use feels better for longer or more active days. I liked it for work.

They also have some different sorts of Specials and all- I was like $5 short of free shipping and decided why not use it for another pouch? Would recommend- the pouches are actually really nice and they're able to get these all into one but I can't seem to manage it so I need both of them lol!

The one bad thing I'll say about the brand is that they mention you might be able to ask for specific patterns by email but I don't think they either checked it or noticed in time for my shipment to go out. For my second purchase I tried putting a request in the comment field and had kinda better results but it still wasn't the greatest in regards to pattern choice. (Not unless you purchase their specialty patterns... I've got pokemon pads now lol)

okay okay flustered in a sweet, ‘oh my god i’m in love with her’ way? absolutely. i think it’s a mix of receiving gifts and acts of service. i don’t think he likes to betray his emotions a lot - sex being the exception - so at first you don’t really think it’s a big deal at all. making him breakfast before he leaves for work, shining his armor when he’s napping, buying him a cheap little bracelet with triangular beads on it.

Rating Kaya’s collection

I’m bored so I’m starting a new thing where I rate a charactar’s ENTIRE collection. (Buckle your seat belts and enjoy the ride, this is going to be a VERY long post) I’m going in chronilogical order of year they take place so Kaya is up first. 

DISCLAIMER: THIS IS IN MY OPINION! IF YOU DON’T AGREE WITH ME THATS OKAY! Please don’t attack me for some of my decisions!!!

1: Doll and Meet outfit 

Doll: 10/10 I love the new face mold that respects the cultural customs and her cute little nose

Dress: 8/10 very cute and hopefully historically accurate but I feel like it fits the doll a little weird compared to how it looks in the book and in real outfits worn by the her people

2: Meet accesories

10/10 The bag and necklace are so cute and I love the patterns

3: deerskin dress

9/10 so pretty and to my understanding is supposed to be her “special” dress since her culture doesn’t have christmas, so AG released the special edition mini doll with this dress. My only complaint is again, it uses the same pattern as the meet dress so it fits just a little big compared to the illustration.

4: winter accessories

10/10 looks so comfy and adorable. Kinda want boots like those for myself

5: Jingle dress fo today I

9/10 So cute and a lovely shade of blue. Kind of confused why they brought modern clothes into the collection but I suppose its because they couldn’t find what they’d use back then

6: jingle dress of today II

5/10 such a down-grade and much more sterotypical. Idk if this is even accurate. It was retired only one year later so I might not be

7: fancy shawl outfit

10/10 very colorful and beautiful. Not much more to say about it

8: Pow-wow dress of today I

10/10 Beautiful and very detailed! I love the little beads on her dress and the accessories

9: Pow-wow dress of today II

8/10 very colorful but less deatailed than the first version and looks more cheaply made which she doesn’t deserve. It also doesn’t come with the accessories, over all a pretty dress though.

10: Beforever shawl outfit

7/10 very beautiful but again looks more cheaply made which breaks my heart. I would have liked to aee AG put more thought into her collection during the beforever era

11: Beforever Pow-wow dress

7/10 Less detailed than the other two versions, and has even less accessories. My point about her beforever collection still stands here. I will say it still has very nice colors

12: Trading outfit

9/10 very colorful details and and cute beads on the fringes. A rare gem in her beforever collection

Back to her original collection, here are some of her accessories!

1: Food set

10/10 Love all the little details like the mat and the bowl and the basket. Those berries look so realistic I want to eat them myself

2: Doll and cradel

10/10 I always love it when they give the dolls their own dolls. It’s doll-ception! Anyway, this looks accurate to actual native dolls i’ve seen and I love her little cradel!

3: Saddle

9/10 Horses are an important part of her story, and most horses need a saddel to go with them! I’m a bit confused about the super long tassels though

4: Tee Pee

8/10 Tee Pees are an iconic part of native american culture, and its very nice to have a home for your Kaya, but it looks a bit small in proportion. Someone correct me if im wrong and it’s actually alot bigger than I think

5: Bed roll and sheild

10/10 Looks cozy! I slept with a blanket like that once on vacation and they are very soft and warm!

6: Beforever TeePee and Bed roll

10/10 I like how they combined the bed and Tee pee together so you don’t have to buy them seperately!

7: Trading accessories

10/10 Match very nicely with her trading dress and has lots of little things to trade

8: Beaver

10/10 idk where or why they added a beaver to her collection but it is so cute and fluffy lmao

9: Tatalo and Travis

10/10 very cute, very fluffy, looks like a very strong boi

10: steps high the horse

10000/10 I fricken love horses. this horse in particular is such an iconic part of her story and just has the prettiest design!!! horses will always get 10/10 or more on this blog!

11: sparks flying the foal

∞/10 Need I repete my last statement about horses? And its a little baby horse 🥺  I. Love. her.
