to be honest, either concept could just be for a reader in general, but the first thing I thought of was sansnomaly so!!! yeah

feel free to ask me stuff about either of these AUs!! The general info is down below but I do have more ideas for these! Depending on how well this does I might make more drawings, but if you want more feel free to ask!!!!

So the Hades AU is pretty simple. Sans is our Persephone, getting dragged down to the underworld with us!! I chose to make my Hades anomaly a lonely and nervous person, but the anomaly is literally us, so the personality is up to you!!! You can choose to follow the stuff I put in text, or not. Either way it’s more sansnomaly :)

The second one is a little more obscure- it’s a Coraline AU! We give Sans this little world where he can be happy for a while before he returns (we aren’t gonna hurt him or anything like the Other Mother dw!!!) to his own! Also, there are multiple anomalies!! Unfortunately, we’re all stuck in the Other World. This causes some anomalies to… become a little unhinged. They still don’t hurt Sans, but they take on more and more spiderlike qualities as they get more and more possessive of Sans :( The anomalies who have more doll-like attributes still want Sans to stay with them, but if he is put in harm’s way they will let him go.

Also, yes the spider anomalies have the Other Mother’s hands. Those things are fucking gorgeous how could I not

so i'm a completionist and i hate missing anything in my games. sometime last year, i made this checklist for all missions and assignments in mass effect, including all upgrades and licenses, as well as the locations of the collection assignments (minerals, asari writings, etc.) and thresher maws.

ive only finished me1 on the legendary edition but this should work with OT fine. im fairly sure there arent any differences in terms of quests except for the pinnacle station dlc (which is included). but i could be wrong. let me know.

a tiny little zine inspired by @koddlet’s how-to! (i love your zines, they’re so fun and inspiring!) i first just folded it out of a sticky note for fun and put it in my pocket thinking “i’ll fill this in later when i have an idea” and then i looked outside and it was so. fucken dark. and here we are :) i really loved treating it as an exercise in “draw whatever comes to mind, let it be as shitty as possible, just try something” — drawing isn’t something i think of as my strong suit but little doodles sure are fun!

one time after witnessing this draxum tried to tell them who was older and they both chewed him out. it's not about who's actually older it's about the PRINCIPLE

in this canon the invasion took place aroundddd six months after shredder round two

i REFUSE to believe donnie wouldn't build his techbo/other tech stuff that got destroyed again. he would NOT solely use mystics you cannot convince me. my reasoning for why he did in the movie is that he was too focused on trying to bring back shelldon to worry about his other tech stuff

SPEAKING OF SHELLDON. idk that it'll come up in the fic directly so basically: donnie spent a while trying to bring him back and wasn't able to during that time, and then... didn't give up exactly but got super discouraged and 'took a break' from working on him

'took a break' aka saying he would get back to it but not actually doing that because he refused to admit he was really just scared it would end with concrete proof that it wasn't possible. at least this way he doesn't know for sure that shelldon is gone forever (even if he also doesn't know for sure that he isn't)

i told myself i was gonna start filling in the content and then reassess stuff visually but then i realized due to how i was loading stuff dynamically thru javascript, the backspace button didn't work as expected (like clicking from home to rules and then backspacing would make you leave the site instead of taking you back to home) so i ended up scripting something to solve that issue and now this is all properly functional lol

this site is so small i probably don't need this dynamic javascript loading system but in my defense i still don't want to have to edit every page if i ever make changes in the future, and this HTML is satisfying as fuck

this is my first time working with this stuff specifically in JS so sue me if it's not a perfect solution but it seems to be working just fine

I love baji and chifuyu friendship but that is all, friendship. I'm tired of people saying they are romantically in love or seeing so many fanarts or them fucking like 🥲 I am gay myself but I'm just tired of sexualization in general. Ships are fine but I swear the mlm fandom is just so toxic!! We already got closure from wakui that they are still friends, that's all, friends. Chifuyu baji and kazutora. Don't get me started on kokonui too 😭. I already have a headache. I just hope the spin off won't have translation problems cause the mlm fandom will take it and fight with their lives for it. Bajis feelings for chifuyu are platonic and vice versa. We see a very nice friendship/ older brother dynamic with chifuyu looking up to baji and being a fanboy. We all know how younger brothers act with their older brothers. Baji probably realized that chifuyu is indeed important to him, although he's always yelling at him and calling him names. That's all . No love confession.

And we already saw in the final timeline how things are, still the same dynamic with baji ruffling chifuyus hair at the wedding.

Yeah I guess the shipping can go a bit over the top sometimes but as long as no one's starting fights or ship wars I'm personally ok with it. I think it's mainly just people having fun. Have you tried blocking the ship tags? Idk how it works on other sites but if you block the ship tag on tumblr you hopefully won't see it anymore (I've done it before in other fandoms for ships I hated and it's really helpful!).

i think probably the core issue of lorien legacies, beyond anything to do with individual characters, is the mixed metaphors.

more specifically, about politics.

[longpost after the cut; a lot of talk about racism, xenophobia, fascism--including ecofascism--genocide, and all of the above being poorly handled. also some deeply upsetting anti-indigenous awfulness wrt the w-word.]

the writers try to make the series Heavy-Hitting and Deep and Socially Conscious by addressing real-world political issues like racism, fascism, religious fundamentalism, dictatorship, colonialism, genocide, and so on... and instead of trying to build it into a coherent dynamic with any kind of real statement about any of it, they just blindly grab at every political issue they can find and slap it together into a jumbled mess.

they don't actually understand any of the things they're talking about. and the most disturbing part is that they don't even limit themselves to drawing on bad neoliberal takes, and/or captain-obvious shit like 'genocide bad.' they ALSO draw on the politics of fascists and racists--sometimes unironically, sometimes putting it in the mouths of random protagonists without reason after establishing that it's supposed to be a bad thing, sometimes doing shit that strawmans itself into confirming the Bad Guy Fascism and what have you--and often they mix those metaphors in ways that are anywhere from bizarre to horrific.

and the ecofascism. good unholy fucking god the ecofascism. probably the most fundamental driving force of the entire first series is that if you don't ~take care of your environment~ your entire race/ethnicity/culture deserve to suffer and die slowly in the results. yes, all of them. it doesn't matter who was responsible. every last one. including the masses we see protesting on mogadore in flashbacks/visions.

also did i mention the Great Fascist Cult Leader who is responsible for the loric's genocide is a race traitor who took charge of wiping out his own? because that is a thing. it's a thing.

This is a bit aside from the actual topic but the way this poll is set up, with "the two on top" and "the three on top' as options distinct from simply voting for the second or third choice, implies something really funny to me.

It means that hypothetically the only reason you would vote for the second option is if you thought 4-6 years was okay but 1-3 years wasn't okay (because otherwise, you'd be expected to pick 'the two options on top' to cover both ranges, instead of picking '4-6 years'.) Likewise, if you voted option three it would be because you thought 7-10 years was okay but 1-6 years wasn't (because otherwise, you would pick 'all three options on top'). That's very funny. I have to assume people voting for those options didn't interpret the poll as such, because there's no way there are people saying "ugh, I can do a four year age gap but a three year one, no!!!"

As to the actual topic, gotta shout out one of the best replies on here being the one from @chiisana-sukima saying "If what you're worried about is what kind of fictional age gap your current friends would judge you for though, unfortunately no one can answer that except those friends.
