the basic roleplay rules apply, no forceshipping, godmodding, rushing, stealing, and absolutely no out - of - character drama. ADDITIONALLY, any bigoted behavior or speech, including the erasure of race, religion, or sexuality, will not be condoned on this blog and will result in an immediate hardblock — no exceptions.

that also means that, on this blog,  common sense rules apply.   [ no incest, rape/non/dubcon, underage smut, genderbending/rule!63, ETC. ] if you engage with any of the above OR something that i am otherwise not comfortable with,   i will hardblock you. this is not to attempt to police what you do, but rather for my personal comfort and safety.

under no circumstances do i have any interest in interacting with : strictly book - based tvd, marvel/dc, hotd/got, billy hargrove, tate langdon, american horror story. i will also be incredibly selective regarding following back tvdu blogs for DAMON SALVATORE, ALARIC SALTZMAN, and KAI PARKER.

seeing as this is a multi - muse blog, which means that typically, i am okay with interacting with duplicates. HOWEVER, the exceptions to this rule are as followed : landon kirby, lizzie saltzman, klaus mikaelson, and hayley marshall. solo - blogs for the above will not receive a follow back, while multis will be dealt with on a case - by - case basis.

as mentioned, i am strongly anti - jplec + largely critical of the canon material. this can and does range from issues with the very REAL problems found within the source material to particular catty personal preferences. while i will try to be mindful of my comments and never simply throw negativity on the dash untagged, i do ask that you keep this in mind. especially considering some things have a significant impact on my portrayals and what i do and do not acknowledge.

all muses are primarily headcanon based + derived from their original canon material — making them personal interpretations with creative liberties taken where desired. some have been in development for several years across various platforms, some even close to a decade. this means that they are specific and primarily my OWN and should not be copied in any way, shape, or form. if you are curious about my past urls, you are always welcome to ask.

regarding MUSES: do not use my muses as an outlet for your character hate. i am well aware that not every character, show, season, and ship within the tvdu is liked; this is fine. AND WHILE YOUR PREFERENCE IS YOURS, we are all adults here, i expect us to act like it. if you are overly hateful ooc to me about my muses OR you use them ic as a source of your personal dislike, i will notice and will quickly want nothing to do with you — i am all for in - character drama, love exploring the more negative and tense dynamics, and am more than happy to let my muses get what is coming to them when warranted, but otherwise, they are not here for you to use as a punching bag simply because you don't like them.

my muse list is made up of characters from all three shows of the tvdu. while this may not appeal to everyone, do not play favorites. [ examples of such : men > women, white > poc, canon > original, tvd > legacies ] — every character here is as valid and valued as much as the rest, and i expect them to treat you as such. i understand preferences, do not expect you to interact with someone you truly hate, and certainly do not expect you to interact with every single muse. HOWEVER, i do believe in throwing a bone and granting writers the acknowledgment and fair treatment they deserve. thus, if you only ever focus on a particular muse or set of, fail to acknowledge a specific group, or otherwise pointedly dodge content produced for them, i will not be keeping you around.

outside of those in my dni, i consider myself welcoming of nearly everyone, with some exceptions. namely, i ask you not to follow if you are under the age of 21 and request that you refrain from interacting if we are not mutuals. beyond those, i am crossover + original character friendly, and greatly enjoy exploring alternate universes and timelines. if you have an idea, chances are i am more than willing to give it a go; you simply have to let me know.

due to sensitive topics and the overall dark and questionable nature of the tvdu, this blog is considered potentially triggering and nsfw. this includes but is in no way limited to mentions of canon - typical violence, body horror, abuse, neglect, sexual assault, miscarriage, death, weapons, addiction, sex / smut, and mental illness — while each of the mentioned + any others that arise will be tagged to the best of my ability using [ trigger // ], I AM HUMAN. if i mistakenly forget to tag OR you need additional tags, please let me know so i can remedy it. otherwise, i do expect you to curate your own space.

this blog is low priority with low to medium activity levels. i am in school full - time and work, meaning i do not always have a lot of free time to come around. as a result, slow replies are something of a common practice for me. i ask that you be patient and attempt to understand. i will do the same for you.

this blog is primarily plot - driven,  which means that i prefer that most, if not all, threads be pre - plotted or at least somewhat discussed between muns beforehand. on rare occasions, i will attempt to post plotting calls, wanted connections and plotting guides to help move this along.

tumblr and its failure of an im system aside, discord is the best place to reach me. i also do a lot of prioritized writing there. if you also enjoy this or would simply like to chat out of character, plot, or discuss dynamics with me over there, you are welcome to reach out. my handle is available to mutuals upon request.

i am a literate writer who enjoys third person multi - para and novella - length threads. on occasion, i may implement a mix of the first and third person when i feel the scenario best calls for it. i am very particular about my writing and favor a specific styling; i enjoy utilizing limited prose, purple [ occasionally blue ] over beige, repetition, and a series of set symbolism and motifs for each character. i also use a mixture of small and regular text with mild to moderate formatting, along with static icons and medium - sized gifs. colored text and fancy fonts may be utilized, but very sparingly. 

if you find my writing hard to follow, prefer shorter lengths, or would prefer i alter my writing in some way when interacting with you, i am more than willing to forgo my usual styling; you simply have to let me know — my preference and aesthetic will NEVER triumph over someone else's accessibility and comfort.

as mentioned above, i do not tolerate out - of - character drama. i am also very skeptical of and do not often associate with call - out pots. while i recognize they can be critical to shedding light on actual HARMFUL situations and persons, there is also no denying that the rpc does not always use them for such so much as petty and personal drama. that said — until the summer of 2024, i have been away from the rpc for a very long times. several years. this means that i naturally have missed a lot, including keeping tabs on the on - goings of the rpc. if you see me interacting with someone who has been proven harmful in some way, or someone who can be found on your dni, please let me know privately. the chances are, i have no idea and would much rather be informed for both my safety and the safety of others.

for the sake of transparency, it should be noted that this blog is run by someone who has audhd + heavy memory issues. unfortunately, i do forget and misinterpret things regularly. while not personal, this is an oversight i am sometimes unable to keep up with. if you believe your messages, threads, etc., have been overlooked or in some way misunderstood, you are welcome to nudge me.

furthermore, i have a tendency to get overwhelmed relatively easily. due to a mix of chronic and mental illnesses — i often find myself with little to no energy. this makes upholding ON - GOING out - of - character conversations and writing a task that i cannot always uphold. i ask that you be patient and understand : the frequency of my replies ≠ the interest i have in you, your muse(s), or our interactions. if you feel that something has been overlooked, again, you are welcome to nudge me.

⸻ the year is 2034 in quiet mystic falls, nothing ever happens there, right? but nothing can ever truly stay dormant. in the years since stefan salvatore gave his life to save mystic falls, and niklaus and elijah mikaelson gave their lives to save hope and new orleans, there has been a lull. alaric saltzman, freya mikaelson, and vincent griffith have been running the salvatore school for the young and gifted with caroline forbes-salvatore having a more hands off role, the schools recruiting advisor while also looking for a way to stop the merge between lizzie and josie since the schools creation.

since the schools creation in 2019, there was the odd situation here and there that caused a bit of chaos, but nothing too extreme that those in charge could not handle. that was until recently, when a still grief stricken hope mikaelson used the last seven years of her life to master spells with one simple goal; bring her parents back from the dead.

only the spell didn’t go according to plan and she brought back every single dead supernatural being. because of this, headmaster alaric saltzman received a letter from ‘the council’ ⸻ a council that is so ancient it predates silas and amara and no one alive has heard of it for one simple reason - malivore.

when hope opened the portal between life and death to bring her parents back, it left a window for all dead to return, including the council who had been watching from the dark .
