Hey, I hope you’re having a good day! I had an idea, Marvel cast flirting with y/n for x minutes?
Tumblr media
. . MARVEL CAST FLIRTING WITH Y/N Y/L/N FOR 10 MINUTES STRAIGHT!
Coming home from an extremely long and stressful day/week was unfortunately something very familiar to you—so familiar that you and your best friend (your not famous best friend who was your pilar through all the chaos fame brought) had created a little routine; she’d send you various videos and links to movies and online books she knew would relax and amuse you.
So, cuddled up in your bed with your pyjamas and your star lights on (a true child at heart, always) you opened up your chats with them and eagerly swiped to see that they’d sent.
‘Marvel Cast Flirting with Y/N Y/L/N For 10 Minutes Straight!’ was the video for tonight.
Immediately you cackled to yourself, hurriedly sending your best friend thanks in the form of ironic emojis and frantic proclamations of undying love, before loading up the (true to prior word) ten minute long video.
Surely this was an exaggeration.
The video began, large letters in a cute font appearing on the dark screen ‘the marvel cast all being in love flirting with y/n for ten minutes’. The quick ‘AS THEY SHOULD’ before the clips started playing made you giggle to yourself.
The first clip was from some years back, you were pretty sure this was a premiere for The Avengers, given how you looked and the quality—you were standing opposite on interview, smile on your face and dressed in a pretty outfit the same colour of your character’s aesthetic.
“How do you feel about your costume?”
Before you could even answer the interviews question, Scarlett intercepted your interview—hair in a short red bob and a smirking grin at her lips as she wrapped an arm around your waist.
“Well I know how we all feel about this ladies costume, it’s a beautiful piece that just makes the women wearing all the more beautiful. If that’s even possible.”
The edit quickly gave Scarlett beating heart eyes for you as she didn’t tear her eyes away from you for a second—making present time you laugh.
With that she kissed your cheek, leaving a red mark of her lipstick and walked away, dramatically winking in your direction.
The second clip was a blooper, from .. Captain America: Civil War, you thought. You were on Sebastian’s shoulders, thighs locked over his head—in character, as your character and his were mid fight.
He stumbled back over a table accidentally and you let out a startled yelp, hands flying to steady yourself in his long hair and one of his landing on your arse cheek to steady you as he steadied himself with the other.
“Is it bad that I’m loving this?”
“SEBA—“
“Cut!”
The third clip was you and Lizzie (Elizabeth Olsen) reacting fan tweets; Lizzie unrolled the piece of paper, her eyes lighting up as she giggled with a little smirk.
“Elizabeth. .” You wearily trailed off, looking at your friend.
“Sorry, sorry. Okay! This tweet says if i could just pretty BEEP please with the juiciest most mouthwatering cherry on top get a not kid friendly scene of Wanda and (Your Character) I could die peacefully, my wish fulfilled. I implore you marvel, listen to your dying fan.”
“That tweet had over fifty thousand likes as well.” A feminine voice added in from behind the camera, laughter in her tone.
You and Lizzie turned to each other at the same time, grinning.
“I mean the fan is dying babe. .”
“Right? We should totally make this happen, like, totally.” She gave you a cheeky once over, eyes appreciating all of you. “Because it was the fans wish, not mine, duh.” Lizzie added.
“Mhm.” You hummed with a smirk.
The fourth clip was a evidently some sort of ‘guess the body part’ game: a photo of what you were pretty sure was your bottom half was the picture currently used for guessing, in the picture you were leaned over in a pair of yoga pants and in your personal opinion, you looked good. Well, your arse looked good (amazing, otherworldly—you humbly added)
Lizzie was the first person to answer, the video showing each persons turn one by one and immediately she said, “that’s my girl. Y/N.” Then giggling she added, “now get my girls booty off the screen, I don’t need you all ogling her. We get enough of that, sometimes causes a strain on us. But we’ve remained strong together.”
Paul Rudd was next and he stared at the picture of you for a few solid seconds, “it’s Y/N.” He sheepishly admitted. He pointed an accusing finger dramatically towards the camera—“I only know this because of all the edits you guys make!”
“You don’t have to watch them.” The interviewer pointed out innocently; Paul pouted, grumbling.
Next was Anthony who instantly answered, “That’s Y/N right here!” He hyped you up, grinning. “Don’t even try and make it creepy, we do glutes together man, it’s why we’re the best asses in the cast. Up top!” Anthony exclaimed, holding his hand up towards the picture as if pretending to high five you or something—the interviewer timidly gave him a high five.
Sebastian was next as you (and everyone) watch his eyes flicker and grin that was more of a smirk spread across his cheeks, “that’s definitely y/n.” He assumed instantly. “Would’ve been able to tell you that blindfolded.”
“But—“
“I’d have just sensed her.” Sebastian giggled.
Chris Evans was next—a grin picked up on his face immediately, eyes trained on the photo of you and he ran a hand over his beard, lightly biting his lip (HEELLLOOO????)
“That’s Y/n.” Chris stated confidently, smirking lightly and the camera caught some of the team in line of sight exchange raised eyebrows.
The fifth clip was of Brie Larson who was being interviewed on some sort of premiere event again—presumably or her (marvellous) movie, Captain Marvel, smiling at the interviewer.
“Out of all of the people on the Marvel Cast, those who you’ve met, do you have a favourite out of them?” The interview questioned.
“I’m not really one for favourites but I would definitely say I’m closest to Y/n! She’s—she’s just so lovely and funny and she’s like a ray of sunshine, honestly. She’s been a great help in the filming process as well, she coached me through everything with so patience—I would’ve strangled me if I was her, but no, she just had that adorable smile on her face. She’s truly an amazing person and a better friend than I thought possible.” Brie answered enthusiastically with a soft smile.
“Awwww! We love to hear that—are any of the rumours about her true?”
Brie blinked, seeming taken aback for a brief moment— “Yes she does smell amazing, she’s always effortlessly beautiful, she’s unfailingly hilarious and yes no one in this world deserves her. But like. . if she’s open to it,” Brie paused, winking at the camera and making a call me sign with her hands and mouthing the words with a flirty grin.
The sixth clip was of you, Tom Holland, RDJ, Paul Bettany, Zoe Saldana and Pom Klementieff on Jimmy Kimmel, tasked with drawing your characters. The clip started just as you turned around the drawing of your character and well, it was actually surprisingly good in your own opinion—the audience immediately erupted into loud and obnoxious cheers.
“As great as that is, love, it still doenst capture the extent of your beauty.” Tom Holland, who was sat to your left, grinned cheekily at you and the audience practically shouted and hooted.
“Would anything ever?” Zoe shot back from your right side, twirling a lock of your hair affectionately and smiling as she leaned against you.
“I sincerely doubt that anything could.” RDJ piped up, giving you an unapologetic grin when you looked over at him with fond exasperation as the crowd was practically inconsolable in their glee and enthusiasm, shouting out your praises. “Give it up for sunshine, people. Our gorgeous ray of sunshine!”
“I—“
“They are quite right, Y/n.” Paul Bettany spoke over Jimmy who was obviously going to try and calm down his crowd.
The seventh clip started playing: it was a clip taken from Jacob Batalon’s story, clearly in a party setting—the video showed you and Zendaya in the centre of the dance floor, everyone around you clearly watching you both as you danced up against each other to the sounds of Yeah! by Usher.
“Mate I think your girls about to be stole.” The voice of Tom’s friend, Harrison, sounded from beside Jacob and presumably Tom himself and to empathise Harrison’s words, Jacob zoomed in on your faces, wide grins of ecstasy, and the way Zendaya was admiring you.
“Right in public as well, the scandal.” Jacob cackled.
The eighth clip was an interview of Chris Evans and McKenna Grace (you adored that little girl to pieces). The two of them were answering the ‘Webs Most Searched Question’s’ together.
“Who was.. Chris Evans, date at the Oscars?”
McKenna immediately ooed, smiling teasingly and Chris laughed from beside her.
“This is getting juicy!”
“Well, it was my mom one year and then my sister last year—“
“He wishes it was Y/n though.” The little girl laughed with a beaming smile on her lips and you, present time, arched a brow.
Chris bashfully chuckled with a smile and you swore you could see a genuine red hue on his cheeks, “I mean—it’s Y/n. Anyone would be happy to go with her.”
“I would be!” McKenna excitedly exclaimed as she grinned so sweetly you were now going to make sure you took this sweet child with you to the Oscar’s, Chris seemed to melt as well, recovering from his brief flustered moment.
The ninth clip was Sebastian and Anthony reading out their thirst tweets in a Buzzfeed interview, the clip started as Sebastian was pulling out a tweet from the large bucket.
He read it to himself and blushed faintly, Anthony’s eyebrows practically reaching his forehead as he tried to lean over and read it but Sebastian jokingly shoved him back.
“Oh for—That scene where (Your Character) chokes baby Bucky out with her thighs, his—his head all up in there; the shit I would give to be her, I would give my soul, my fridge, my moms purse, my dads golf clubs. Please, sir. Put your face between my legs like you did Y/n.”
By the end of the tweet, Sebastian had a deeply awkward and slightly perturbed look on his face and Anthony cackled at his side.
“Nah, I’m pretty sure he was more than happy with it being Y/n, wouldn’t change it even for your dads golf clubs.” Anthony laughed.
“That’s. . I’m gonna have to decline that, um, respectfully.” Sebastian spoke in regards to the tweet, ignoring Anthony.
In turn, Anthony ignored Sebastian as well and just dramatically kept winking at the camera.
The tenth clip was Cobie Smulders, who was being interviewed on some sort of carpet event, smile on her face as she spoke to the interviewer before her.
“How does it feel knowing that the lesbian community, myself included, are firmly rooting for your character, Maria and Y/N’s character (Your Character) to end up together?”
Cobie’s smile turned genuinely delighted, “I love it—we love it. Y/n and I actually have made so many PowerPoints and presented them to the Russo brothers, but alas. I do really want to end up with her—oops, sorry, wait. I really want my character to end with hers. . would be the appropriate wording. But I’m all for inappropriate if Y/n wants.”
Cobie jokingly bit her lip at the camera and you, watching the video, could not contain your laughter as the interviewer practically burst out with excitement.
The eleventh clip was a blooper from your filming of the avengers—you were standing next to Chris Hemsworth who had an arm around your waist, holding you to him as in the scene his character, Thor, flies the both of you away. But Chris quickly tugged you in front of him and began tickling you mercilessly, hysterical giggles falling from your lips as the people around you laughed as well.
“Chris, HAVE MERCY!”
“Aw, but I enjoy hearing your laughter. It’s a very pretty sound.” Chris laughed to himself, finally stopping his attack and letting you slump against his, back to his front. “I particularly like this as well.” He smirked down at you.
“CHRI—“
In the twelfth clip, you and Tessa Thompson were reading out thirst tweets together: “The feminine urge to fall asleep cuddled into Y/n’s boobs is too real, pls come here mommy.” You read out, giggling all the while.
“The urge is so strong.” Tess commented, nodding her add as she sneakily glanced at your chest with a innocent smile.
“Come here, baby.” You joked, laughing as you opened your arms for her and she practically leaped into them, resting her head on your chest.
“I’m living the dreams of millions right now and it feels amazing.” Tessa gloated jokingly, pulling away from you with only final squeeze and a little wink the camera caught.
“I concur.” You grinned back.
The thirteenth clip was you and Tom Hiddleston, talking with an interviewer on a carpet event. His arm was around your waist and both of you were wearing smiles greeting the interviewer.
“So, obviously, you both act in marvel movies, but not really close together! If you could, would you want to work more closely and have you characters be more involved?”
“I absolutely would.” Tom immediately replied with an honest, heartwarming smile. “And personally, it’s not even a fact of our characters being intertwined it’s more that working this fantastic woman beside me is a gift I have come to deeply cherish, truly it’s an honour. And I suppose, if our characters were to get involved, so to speak, that I would enjoy that because this is the y/n y/l/n, I’d be a mad man not to want that.” He finished charmingly.
You grinned, taking a bow, and both Tom and the interviewer laughed before that clip cut as well.
The fourteenth clip was at Comic-Con, mostly everyone on the cast had already been called out and taken their seats and then your name was called, the audience erupting into loud cheers.
Sebastian, who was sat next to your assigned seat, hopped and and jogged over to offer you his arm as you grinned and waved at everyone—the crowd screaming louder at his actions.
The screams only increased as Chris Evans and Don Cheadle got up to pull out your chair for you to sit down in—you pretended to swoon into Sebastian before kissing all of their cheeks and taking your seat.
“Where was the treatment for me?” RDJ joked.
“Man, they’re just whipped. But, like, who isn’t for Y/n?” Anthony stage whispered back to him and the crowd literally roared in excitement.
The fifteenth clip was Aaron Taylor-Johnson being interviewed with Lizzie for the Age of Ultron press, most probably.
“So, Aaron, obviously your character—spoilers, sorry—isn’t with us anymore but if you had the chance to explore Pietro more, who would you have wanted to explore a romance with?”
“(Your Character) definitely, Y/N.” Aaron answered with a little sheepish grin at the speed and Lizzie giggled into her palm.
“I’m not making fun, I agree, for myself.” Lizzie commented unprompted.
“Why is that?” The interviewer questioned.
“Why—mate, I think it’s pretty obvious. Y/n is such a stunning person, inside and out, I would have loved to—and obviously her character is extremely sick and I’m certain the relationship between her and Pietro would’ve been the stuff of legends but. . come on, Y/n Y/l/n is my real reason.” Aaron joked.
“Get your own girl, she’s mine.” Lizzie glared.
There were still many minutes left of the video left and that alone astounded you; overcome with cackles, you forwarded the video the your Marvel groupchat—so yall bitches like obsessed with me or sum 🥰🥰🥰

Main Masterlist
What’s better than playing a superhero role in the movie industry? Well, nothing can top the joy and the fun of filming in one of the Marvel movies with your beloved wife, Elizabeth Olsen. You and Lizzie have been married for five months now. It was a very small intimate wedding with family and close friends, just like how you and Lizzie wanted. There was no media nor paparazzi craziness. Both of you try to keep your relationships for two years and the wedding under the radar to enjoy and cherish each other more privately in between busy schedules.
“You did a great job, Lizzie. I can’t believe that you did that scene in one shot. That was pretty hard to do with all the wires and stuff.” Benedict compliments her as he takes a seat next to her, taking a break.
“Aww thanks, Ben. I was actually nervous. You know me with heights, never a fan of it.” Lizzie lets out her little laugh.
“Oh yeah, I see what you mean. They pull you up pretty high.I bet it can be uncomfortable sometimes, especially with your Scarlet Witch costume right now.” The Wizard cast responds.
“Sometimes but I love this costume. So, I won’t complain.” She laughs again after trying to let out a joke.
Lizzie and Benedict have a great time talking for a little while until she sees something that makes her stomach turn. Anger thundered through her. Her heart aches and she crumbles inside. All emotions mix up in a split second. Lizzie stands up furiously. She can’t believe what she just saw. Seeing Rachel kiss your lips and you don’t even do anything to avoid it, makes her want to get to you right away.
“Liz? Are you okay?” The British man asks confusedly after taking notice of Lizzie's displeased facial expression.
“Yeah. Excuse me. I’ll be right back.” That was all Lizzie said shortly before she rushed her steps with her full Wanda’s costume and barged into the set where you and Rachel are.
“What’s going on here?” Lizzie asks in such anger. You and Rachel look at Lizzie in surprise that neither of you say anything for a few seconds.
The silence from the both of you upset Lizzie even more. Her glossy hurtful eyes look at you in disappointment as she continues telling you how she feels in gritted teeth slowly walking closer to you and Rachel. “After everything we’ve been through, this is what I get in return? Was it a game for you? And to think I would go through the ends of the world for you. Just explain to me why?!” she demands. Her voice gets shaky.
Rachel slowly moves to get to behind you, trying not to get involved between you and Lizzie. Noticing what Rachel is doing, you naturally take a stand in front of her. You were about to tackle everything she said but she didn’t let you. “How could you do this to me?” She added as she spread her palms then clenched them to fists with fury.
Then all of sudden, a familiar voice struck Lizzie’s attention. “Cut! That surprisingly fits perfectly!”
Lizzie quickly turns her head to where the voice came from. She came to realize what was actually going on. She looks at you, Rachel and surroundings. The filming crews are looking at the three of you. Sam, the director smiles satisfiedly.
Her cheeks slowly turn crimson. “Oh my god. I’m so sorry. I–I–I didn’t know that you were filming a scene. Oh my gosh.” She covers her face with her hands for a few seconds and then uncover it. She tries to laugh her embarrassment off. Her cheeks feel warmer from blushing.
“It’s okay but yes, love. I was filming a scene with Rachel.” You replied.
“I’m sorry, Lizzie. It was totally a professional kiss.” Rachel explains in a light joking tone to make your wife feel better.
“No. No, you are totally fine. I’m sorry. I-I just didn’t know that there’s a kissing scene.” Everybody in the room heard what she just said in awe.
“Yes, babe. I told you about it the other night, remember?” you explain yourself as you grab both of her hands to give her the reassurance and comfort she needs. Lizzie tries to recall. “Oooohh yeah. Gosh, I was probably distracted when I was cooking dinner. So embarass–”
You and Lizzie notice that Sam came to talk.
“I’m so sorry, Sam. I totally forgot that there was a kissing scene and I got—” Lizzie awkwardly apologizes but Sam finishes her sentence.
“Jealous? First of all, it was cute. Second of all, it was a brilliant spontaneous scene! I love it. You should see your facial expression on the whole thing.”
“Oh yeah, I could see that, Sam. I thought the Scarlet Witch existed for real for that whole minute.” you joke more as you gently squeeze her hand as your way to let her know that you are with her to comfort her.
“Yeah, but I apologize for ruining the scene.”
“Oh no, you didn’t at all, Lizzie. As a matter of fact, I will change the script and we will use it in the movie. We just need to add some visual effects in it and it’s good to go.” Sam lays out his idea and plan in a thrill.
Hearing his plan, Lizzie’s face slowly shows some relief. “Oh, uh– wow. Okay.” The four of you laugh. “Okay, then. Let’s take a lunch break and we’ll continue in an hour?” Sam announced.
Everybody walks away to take their break but you grab Lizzie’s hand before she turns around. “Feel better, babe?” you try to make sure.
“It was so embarrassing but yes, I feel better.” She smiles then laughs.
“No, I meant that the kiss was just one of the scenes.”
“Uh-y-yes.” She admits and covers her face once again. You pull her hands away and look at her lovingly.
“I would never do that to you nor hurt you like that. I’m all yours I love you.” You kiss her forehead then look at her again.
“Aw. I love you too, y/n. Thank you.”
“You were cute and sexy at the same time when you get jealous though.” You tease her and both of you laugh.
“Oh yeah? Well, you better watch out.” She teases you back.
“Oh, really?” your lips form a teasing smirk. She playfully hits your arm and rolls her eyes.
“You are silly. Let’s go have lunch babe. I’m hungry after all that jealousy I felt.” she grabs your hand and walks with you.
“You are cute.” you follow where Lizzie leads you.
_____
It has been two weeks since the latest Marvel movie came out. It was a hit. People love you and Lizzie in it. You are happy with how positive the public's reaction was. There was a rumor going around that Lizzie improvised on the jealous Scarlet Witch scene after your character kisses Rachel’s. Neither you, Lizzie nor other casts know how the words spread. Lizzie is happy with the fact that people love your acting in the movies. That’s all that matters to her.
Today, you, Lizzie, Rachel and Benedict are invited to the Jimmy Fallon show to talk about the viral movie. Before you got to the location, both you and Lizzie had a talk and decided to be ready if Jimmy asked about your love life. You both think it’s time to let the cats out of the bag about your relationship.
“Welcome everybody! Wow, I feel so safe right now with some of the Marvel superheroes around us.” said the host followed by the cheer and applause from the thrilled audiences.
“Thank you for having us, Jimmy. So good to be back here.” Lizzie expresses her gratitude from where she sits next to the beautiful older actress, Rachel. You adore her beauty from the seat across from her as the dark haired actor next to you chimes in.
Everything went well and it was really fun for everybody. All the casts get their questions. The studio is filled with laughter and excitement.
“Okay, Y/n Y/LN. It’s your turn right now for questions.” Jimmy slightly turns his head to you.
“Oh lord.” you joke as you pretend to look nervous. The audiences and Jimmy laugh at your antics. “I love your character. You have a cool super power in it and as you know a lot of fans are simping your character with the one and only Scarlet Witch.” The crowd can’t hold back themselves with such thrill as soon as Jimmy mentioned the both of you.
You hear Lizzie’s lovely laugh and you glanced at her to see her smile.
“Ah yes, yes. I heard about it.” you respond as you shift the way you sit a little and smile.
“Let’s just go straight to everybody’s favorite scene after you kiss Rachel’s character.” Benedict and Rachel playfully do a hand gesture as if they are locking their mouth. Rachel even throws the imaginary key of the lock to you.
“What? What is it? Are we missing something?” puzzled with what he just saw, Jimmy asked. His gaze bouncing back and forth between the four of you.
“Oh no. Nothing. Nothing.” Benedict denies the question and laughs. Jimmy then looks at Rachel, hoping he will get an answer and Rachel pretends jokingly to look around with a smile.
“Ah, I see. We’ll get back to you two later.” Jimmy adds.
“So, back to you, Y/n.” Jimmy looks at you and with that he interviews you some questions regarding the movie. Three questions and some jokes later, you thought he was done asking you but you were wrong.
“As the newcomer in MCU, fans are dying to know about your current love —” Jimmy was interrupted by the cheering women fans in the studio. He smiles as he slightly lifts up his hand asking for some silence to continue.
You laugh as your cheek blush and you tap your hands gently multiple times on your thighs nervously. You and Lizzie knew sooner or later that this question would come.
“Are you seeing someone now?”
“As in dating or hallucinating?” Once more you joke around and everybody instantly laughs.
“Good one. Good one. Nice try on stalling to answer the question.” Jimmy responds humorously in between laughs.
You sneaked another quick glance to Lizzie then looked at Jimmy. “Well, I’m taken, married actually.” you finally answered and you subtly show the wedding ring on your ring finger and awkwardly laugh.
“Wait.. Wait.. Wait.. What?? When did this all happen? Last time you were here, you were single.” Jimmy exclaimed.
“Yes I was but now I’m happily married.” The audiences are in awe with your answer.
“Okay, okay. Congratulations! Wow. What an exciting surprise. Is your husband from the movie industry as well?” Jimmy asks curiously.
“Wife.” You corrected it with an excited smile. Surely, Jimmy looks surprised yet excited for you. A huge cloud of curiosity flows over Jimmy and all of the audiences instantly.
“Awww! Who is this lucky woman?” Jimmy asks and shortly after people start to chant “Who is she? Who is she?”
The four of you laugh. Rachel and Benedict try to keep their expression that they know the truth. Nobody notices that Lizzie looks at you and gives you a subtle small wink and you take that as your cue that it’s time to let people know.
“Okay. Okay. My wife is a very lovely woman. She is the sweetest so I’m the lucky one. We have been friends since the first time I came to this industry. She helps me and teaches what she knows in acting.”
“Oh?! So she is an actress?” Jimmy tries harder to dig more.
“Yes she is. Lizzie and I have been married for five months now.” In a split second, everybody in their seats cheers, applauses and goes crazy.
“Oh my god! I knew it! I knew it!” Jimmy exclaimed with a huge smile, raising his fists as if he just won a jackpot.
A few minutes later silence slowly covers up the cheerings.
“Okay, since the tea has been spilled, Lizzie, let’s switch seats so you can sit next to your wife.” Benedict stands up and gives up his seat to Lizzie. Everybody looks at you and Lizzie in awe as soon as she sits next to you and holds your hands.
Jimmy quickly connects the dots and asks one unexpected question.
“Wait, so does it mean that the improvised jealous Scarlet Witch was actually real?” An image of the scene shows up on the giant screen as Jimmy’s hand points at it. “I meant Wanda’s expression looks so real that I can even feel it when I watch it. Were you really jealous, Elizabeth?” he continues.
“Uh oh.” Benedict's short remark lures some laugh from you and Lizzie.
“Tell him, Lizzie.” Rachel joins in jokingly.
Lizzie laughs awkwardly, blush creeps up on her cheeks. “Oh my gosh. This was embarrassing. So, in my defense, I didn’t know— well actually I forgot that there was a kissing scene between Y/n and Rachel. I was just taking a break and chilling with Benedict then I saw them kissing, I didn’t know they were filming. So yeah and then that happened. Eeeeend scene.” Lizzie explained.
Jimmy lets out a pretend gasp and looks at Benedicts. “Why didn’t you stop her?” Everybody laughs.
“Oh I was just so puzzled because she just suddenly stood up, excused herself and told me she would be right back. I tried to stop her, I wish I had the time stone with me at that time.” The  dark haired man responded with some laughs.
“Rachel, you were hiding behind Y/n’s back.” Jimmy examines the giant picture.
“Yes, yes I was. To be honest, I was so bamboozled and my mind tried to think if Lizzie was really mad with me because I don’t want her to be mad at me or if it was just Wanda’s part in the scene. My mind starts to question in those short minutes if Wanda will push me with her wiggly woo in it because I have all the wire around me and I wasn’t ready if they were gonna do a sudden pull on me with them.” Rachel smiles at Lizzie and you.
Jimmy nods at Rachel’s answer then looks at you. “I was as confused as Rachel was but I tried to calm her down because I knew it was all a misunderstanding. Lizzie never really shows jealousy but I’m not gonna lie she actually looked so cute and adorable.”  You look at her in adoration and rub your thumb in the back of her hand. Lizzie gives you a smile back.
“Wow, I never knew behind that iconic scene was actually a funny moment. So Sam, the director, decided to use that scene for the movie?” Jimmy lets out his thoughts.
“Yes, he did.” Another shy laugh followed Lizzie’s answer. With that, the show continues with a little more questions and everything goes well.
You and Lizzie are happy with people’s positive reaction at the show about your relationship until some comments you read on social media a few days after.
_____
You and Lizzie are having a relaxing week before the Golden Globe award event this weekend. You are sitting in the backyard scrolling on the internet while Lizzie is doing her gardening vlog.
“Hi babe. What you doin’ there?” Lizzie asks as she grabs a glass of iced tea you made for her and sits next to you once she is done with her plants.
“Oh nothing. Jimmy’s show that we were in is up on the channel and internet. So I was just reading people’s comments.” you answer while your gaze is glued to the screen of your tablet.
“Oh? I hope they are all good comments?” she responds after a sip. “Hm yeah, they are.” you mindlessly answer but she notices your facial expression. You squint a little as you read more. Your eyebrow knitting together and your lips pressing in a straight line without even realizing it.
“What’s wrong, babe?” Lizzie’s tone sounds a little concerned.
“Ah nothing to be worried about, Liz. Some people are just funny with their comments and really need to find something else to do.” your hand did an air quote on the word funny and you laughed.
“What did you mean? What comment? Let me see.” Lizzie's curiosity takes over and she opens her palm, waiting for you to hand her the tablet.
“Just promise me, don’t worry about the comments and ignore them, okay, love. They really don’t bother me.” you subtly demand shortly before you let her read them.
“I can’t believe that Lizzie married Y/n Y/L/N. I hope it was just a lie.”
“Y/n is a new actress, she probably just wanted fame from being with Lizzie.”
“I think this whole thing was a skit to gain more fans attention, she probably lied about being married to Lizzie.”
“Even though IF it was true that they are married, she just uses Lizzie as her ride to fame. I’m sure as soon as she gets enough fame or movies, Y/n will leave her.”
The more she reads the comments, the more upset she looks. “I’m not happy with this, Y/n. We gotta do something about this.”
“No, I don’t think we have to do anything about it. I’m sure the comments will soon be old news and people will forget about it. I don’t really care what people say about me, Lizzie.” you express your point of view.
“I do. I will do something about it.”
“Wait, what are you going to do?”
“We’ll see. Don’t worry, darling. Everything is under control.” She kisses your cheeks and smiles, not giving you any clue what’s on her mind. You try to shrug it off and not to worry about it.
Few days later, there are more comments, both positive and negative about you and Lizzie’s. There are even videos in the media from the influencers or fans talking about them and going viral.
_____
Today is the Golden Globe award day. It’s the first big event since you got married. After hours of getting ready, you and Lizzie finally arrived at the venue. As soon as both of you got out of the car and walked to the red carpet spot, fans went all hyped up and so did the paparazzi and the media. You and Lizzie sometimes stop to sign some autographs.
You hear a bunch of voices calling Lizzie’s and your name. It’s your and Lizzie’s turn to be on the red carpet, camera flashes start to show up from every direction. Lizzie holds your hand as she poses with a smile and her eyes look at the camera.
The photographers caught some cute moments of you and Lizzie smiling at each other with the look of love.
Suddenly, Lizzie pulls you closer to her and kisses you on the lips to show the world how much she loves you and how happily married she is to you. She wanted to show all the internet trolls who said bad things about you to just mind their own business.
After the kiss, Lizzie smiles and says “I love you.” and without a doubt you say it back to her and it all caught on camera.
At the end of the red carpet, Lavern Cox is already waiting for you two to come and interview you.
“Oh my god, here comes the newlywed. One of the IT couples. Hi you guys. Both of you look amazing tonight!” She greets you and Lizzie.
“Hello, Lavern. Thank you. So glad to see you again.” you replied after you and Lizzie gave her friendly kiss on the cheeks.
“Me too, Y/n! Congratulations on the wedding! You both make a perfect couple and Lizzie, that kiss just now, I was in awe when I saw it. That was a pretty strong statement you made after things went viral about you two.” Lavern said shortly before she directed her microphone to Lizzie and you to respond.
You start with an awkward laugh. “I really didn’t expect the kiss, Lizzie always surprises me with her lovely and sweet gesture. I really appreciate her ways of showing her love and I’m really proud to show up as her wife tonight.” You can’t hold back a smile as soon as you are done saying your part and Lizzie takes her turn. Lizzie’s eyes are drinking the view of your smile in awe.
“Nice to see you again, Lavern. Thank you. It’s always nice to see our friends here and I think tonight is the perfect time for us to openly come out as being married to each other. I thank all the fans for their support and I would also like to tell some of the people who spread bad words or lies about Y/n to just leave her alone. We are happily married, we love each other sincerely. Y/n has been a great partner for me and she loves me for who I am. She could be famous even without me because she is a very talented actress and amazing person.” Her gentle smile looks totally opposite from her subtle firm tone as she expresses her thoughts towards the end of her statement.
“I couldn’t agree more with you, Lizzie. Wow, I love you so much for standing up for Y/n.” Lavern compliments her and continues with a few more questions about the outfits you and Lizzie wear tonight before the usher leads the two of you to the ballroom.
After having a little small talk with the others on the table, you gently hold Lizzie’s hand under the table and whisper to her “Thank you so much for standing up for me. I’m so lucky to have you.”
Lizzie’s gaze gently locks on yours and she replies with a loving smile. “Of course, babe. Like I said, everything is under control.” she gives you a quick peck on your lips then tonight’s host starts the event.
Everybody had a great time. At the end of the night, the crowd cheers even more positively as you and Lizzie walk out.
A/n: Welp, that's all from me for today, peeps! I hope you enjoy this. Let me know what you think. Reblogs and comments are highly appreciated. Follow me for more and see you in next!
Cheerio!

The Sweetest Con
Wanda Maximoff x Female Reader
When you are put in charge of the volleyball team, you have a very interesting set of interactions with a mother at the church
Warnings: Smut! 18+ please! Kissing, cursing, fingering, etc.
Note: Milf Wanda hehe. This is inspired by Lizzie in the Love and Death trailer. Enjoy!
Wanda Maximoff Masterlist, Main Masterlist
Tumblr media
When you were asked to spearhead the volleyball league, you accepted immediately. You’d been looking for a way to get more involved and volleyball was the perfect inlet.
The first few practices went well. You had a good amount of players, but there was one player in particular that caught your eye.
Wanda Maximoff. The gorgeous woman is an absolute born athlete. She’s captivating as she makes perfect passes and hits like she’s been doing it her whole life.
After practice today, you decide to ask Wanda to stay afterwards.
“What’s up, coach?” She says the last word with a silly grin on her face.
“I’m assuming you grew up playing ball,” you say.
She nods. “I played at the middle and high school’s here, yes.”
“Me too. I’m surprised coach never talked about you.”
“Oh, well I am a bit older than you, honey,” Wanda says. The term makes your heart skip a beat.
“Right, yeah,” you agree, feeling a little flustered as you watch her take a drink of water.
You should not be watching the way her neck looks as she sips the water.
“I have to be getting home to my kids. I’ll see you next week?” Wanda asks.
“See you next week, Wanda.”
You watch as the woman walks away. Her shorts hug her just right and you internally scold yourself for checking her out in a church. And you’re pretty sure she’s married.
The next week does nothing to ease your crush. One of the players can’t make it, so you sub in and scrimmage with the team.
Wanda remains the captain of the A team and you let her do her thing.
It’s down to set point when you and Wanda both go for a ball. You both dive onto the floor and collide with each other. Wanda ends up underneath you.
“Oh, I’m so sorry Wanda,” you tell her. Her arms are pinned to her side and your entire lower bodies are touching. “Are you okay?”
“I’m fine,” she says with a chuckle. Her eyes seemingly glance to where your breasts rest over her.
You stand up and hold a hand out for her to take. She takes it and you lift her off the ground. Wanda smiles at you before she returns to her position.
Your team wins the scrimmage and everyone cheers.
Wanda calls after you before you can leave the gym. “I’m having everyone over to my house if you want to come,” she tells you. “It’s a Bible study slash team get together.”
You’re proud of the way the team is bonding.
“I’m there,” you tell her. “I just need to get changed.”
“Alrighty. It’s casual,” she says. “We’ll see you there.”
You go home and get ready for Wanda’s get together. Thinking about her calling it casual, you slip on some pants and a button up shirt. Maybe you leave one extra button than you should undone.
When you get to Wanda’s house, there are people in the yard throwing a football around and you notice her husband grilling.
“Y/n, glad you made it!” Another player, Monica, greets you.
“Hey y’all,” you greet everyone.
You walk inside to greet everyone else and that’s when you see Wanda in the kitchen. She’s hard at work, but when she sees you she stops in her tracks.
“Hey Wanda,” you say. Her eyes fall directly to the open buttons of your shirt.
“Nice to see you,” she comes back to reality to say.
“Do you need any help?”
“You can help Natasha grab the ice,” Wanda says. You nod.
You see the redhead waiting by the door for you to join her. Natasha leads you outside and you two spark up a conversation.
You like Natasha. She’s not like the other stuffy church members and you’re pretty sure she’s dating her friend Maria.
For most of the evening, Wanda is running around and doing her host duties. Before you leave though, you decide to go find her and say your thanks for the invite.
You find her inside tucking her sons in. Respecting her space, you stand in the hallway a few steps from the bedroom. But Wanda knows you’re there.
She kisses her boys goodnight and comes into the hallway.
“Hey, sorry I just wanted to say thank you for the invite,” you say quietly.
She takes your hand and pulls you into her bedroom, shutting the door behind her. Wanda sits on the edge of her bed and invites you to join her. You sit a respectable distance away from her.
“I’m glad you came,” Wanda says.
“Of course, yeah. I wish we could’ve talked more tonight,” you admit.
“Me too, y/n. I’d really like to get to know you better.”
She looks you over again and you feel a chill up and down your spine. Wanda scoots a little closer. Your eyes glance down to her lips.
“I’ll see you next week, Wanda,” you break the silence, knowing this is nothing but a bad idea.
“Yeah, okay,” Wanda says, a slight pout to her voice.
You leave her there in the bedroom and go back home. For the entirety of the next week, you think about how Wanda seemed disappointed that you ended that moment at the get together.
Wanda shows up early for practice this week. You’re sitting in your makeshift office when Wanda comes through the gym doors.
“Hey, I’m in here,” you call out to her.
“Hey, I was just going to hit the ball around a bit before practice.” She stands at your office door.
“Okay, great,” you say. But she doesn’t move. “Is everything okay, Wanda?”
“Yes,” Wanda says, but then she steps in and shuts the door behind her. “No.”
“No? If this is something with the team, we can talk about-“
“It’s something with you, actually,” Wanda says.
“Oh.”
Wanda walks to your side of the desk and leans against it. You look up at her from your chair. Her legs threaten to cloud your mind completely as they flex against the desk.
“Do you like me?” Wanda asks, her lips are turned into a pout.
“Of course I like you, Wanda,” you say nervously. “We’re friends.”
“No, not like that,” she says.
“Like what then?”
“Forget it,” Wanda mumbles.
She tries to leave, but you stand up and grab her hand. Turning her around, you pull her close but stop inches from her lips.
“Tell me you want this,” you say to her.
“I want this so bad,” Wanda says. “I’ve wanted you since the day I met you.”
You take her face in your hands and kiss her soft lips. Her hands pull you closer with one on your hip and one on your neck.
Wanda turns her head to deepen the kiss and you allow her to take control. She kisses you until you’re both breathless.
“Fuck, I’ve never done that before,” Wanda says.
“Kissed a woman?” You ask. She hums in agreement and kisses you again. “So you definitely haven’t been fucked by a woman?”
“No,” she says against your lips.
“And you’d like to?”
“God yes,” Wanda says.
You smirk against her lips and move your hands under her shirt. She gasps as you take the material over her head. You kiss her neck and she moans when you bite her softly.
“Harder,” she says.
You take her instructions and bite her harder as you slip your hands down her stomach to her waistband. Slipping off her shorts, you admire her lacy panties.
“Fuck Wanda, you’re not such an innocent church girl are you?” You say. Her knees buckle, but you hold her up.
“Please fuck me,” Wanda says.
You slip off her sports bra and her panties. When your lips go to her nipples, you can tell she hasn’t felt this sensation before.
“Oh god,” Wanda moans out as your tongue circles her nipples.
You slip your hand down to her center to be met with her wet folds.
“All of this is for me?” You ask her.
“Yes, honey, yes,” Wanda says.
“You’re so wet, Wanda. Does fucking me here turn you on that much?”
Wanda nods and her eyes close in pleasure as you slip your finger into her.
“Fuck you take it so well, Wanda.”
Her head falls onto your shoulder as you add a couple more fingers and slip in and out just as she needs.
“God, this feels so good,” Wanda moans against you. She lifts her head to look you in the eyes. Her mouth is parted slightly and you kiss her perfect lips.
“Come for me, Wanda,” you tell her. She keeps the eye contact as her hips shake and she lets out the prettiest moans you’ve ever heard. “Good girl.”
It’s quiet as Wanda comes down from her high. You kiss her neck and cheeks as her breathing resumes.
“You gotta get dressed, babe,” you tell her, noticing the time.
“But you didn’t-“
“We can finish this later,” you say. You hold her cheeks in your hand and admire the way she’s so flushed. “We have to practice right now.”
“I wanted to make you feel this good,” Wanda says. “Or at least try.” She adds shyly.
“Oh you could definitely make me feel good, Wanda. You already have,” you tell her. She smiles. “But I’m perfectly fine with pleasing you first.”
“Oh, okay,” she says. You can tell she’s not been told that before.
You kiss her deeply and she chases after your lips even once you’ve pulled away. Reluctantly, she gets dressed. But before she leaves your office, you pull her in for a hug and kiss her forehead.
“Do you have plans after practice?” You ask her.
“I do now,” Wanda says with a smirk.
She takes the initiative to kiss you this time before she straightens her shirt and walks out of your office.
Wanda Maximoff is definitely your standout player and the woman you can’t help but be captivated by.

I wish Lizzie get cast in more movies, like she deserves to act with other big celebrities, she deserves to star in a film with a great director. Starring in just a random movie isn't enough. Like she deserves so much better, she deserves to have a better filmography. I love Wanda too, but I hate that she got trapped in the mcu for a long time, ( I know Lizzie enjoys playing Wanda) Pietro's Actor atj is so lucky that Pietro died, because he gets cast in other big Movies that actually respect filmmaking, I love Elizabeth Olsen the moment I watch her in Kodachrome ( after that I binged watch every movie she's in) (majority of them being....well...she deserves to win a lot of awards for being so good that she makes bad movies watchable. it's such a shame that she got stuck in the mcu for a long time. I feel like she missed so much opportunity, ( she talks to an interview once that she missed a great role because they were filming infinity war)
she's such a great actress, I wish her the best it's a good thing that she's taking a break from marvel (don't be angry but film critics, film students, and people who is interested on the art on making movies have valid reason to hate the mcu)
I hope she got cast to a good movie this year I hope she caught the attention of famous directors cause I need to see more of her
(sorry for bad English)
never be sorry for "bad" english because the fact that you can speak more than one language is pretty amazing :D
I completely agree with you :) I bet she's currently finding her groove again and is just back to enjoying what she loves doing :) she's starring in 3 upcoming films i think, and while im sad there's less of her in conventions, im so happy she's thriving :)

Simon: He likes to sing and play the ukelele just like his father. Most people find it sweet and nice, if possibly a bit dorky. Rarely performs in public as he's shy and prefers singing with his family or friends, but actually pretty good at it.
*Note: Musical talent runs pretty rampant in the Drac Pack. Not only can Drac sing and play the ukelele, but Mavis, Johnny, Dennis, Frankenstein, Wayne, Wanda, Winnie, Murray, and Griffin all sing and/or play an instrument. Even the Van Helsings show interest in dance.
Lucy: Takes more after Ericka, Mavis, and Johnny in that she LOVES to perform, including singing. Is quite impressive with it, and a wonderful addition to parties and performances.
Meg: LOVES playing the electric guitar and singing. Often includes music in her "performances" as hero, which the city loves. More into hard rock and heavy metal, but can do softer stuff.
Lily: I could see her doing well at karaoke nights! Better than her dad, anyway. XD
Aaron and Connie are both pretty good singers, but not sure what they'd do with it.
Judging by Jake's fantacies and him rapping with Nigel Thrall, Lizzie would probably be pretty good with rap.
If your OC is musically talented, what do they do with these talents and how do others react?

Lalalaalala heeeeeeeellow! I have just read that we might have some 'wips to fics' this weekend👯‍♀️ (Rebel Wilson happy dance- uop! uop!)
I got grown-up gifts... they were no fun 😒 after a certain age you start to get useful stuff. Like... shoes, Pj, sportswear. I want lego. And puzzles. And funkos. And weird "I don't know why but this piece of garbage remembered me of you". Not.. shoes😔
(I did love the shoe tho, so pretty 😍. And my PJ is so gay...)
Wanda was literally born to be a milf. I can imagine someone (no-idea-who) writing her first comic in 1971 and thinking "one day tumblr will go crazy writing fics about how much she is a MILF"
Normal Monday then? 😅 well, this week is rather... eventful... I had my nephew and niece over the last couple of days, so I am officially drained.
Ps. I am working on a fic that I should have requested it to you 😒😤. Is such a good idea, and you would do it so much better then me. But now I am already writing it and I will finish it *self-inspirational moment*
. .
hfsfhhgeehfhgdghg 😭😭 welllllll i’m happy to see you excited abt it :) *dances with you cluelessly trying to follow along*
oh i know that feeling everybody is like you will need this. you will need that. this is useful for your career. what if i don’t want to grow up. what then. huh. also WHAT DOES YOUR PJ LOOK LIKR OMG
wanda has this big milf energy that nobody can deny. in my head she’s the softest and the most careful mommy who can’t dare hurt her s/o. maybe the idea of that is disturbing to her, maybe she’s just not that person, maybe she holds too much of love, or all. her princess always gets the best treatment😌😌😌 (me when)
yes it was a #NormalMondayTM 😗 i sincerely do not like children especially the ones younger than 10 yrs. FIRST OF ALL CAN WE PLS ADMIT THAT THEY GET TO CRY ANYTIME THEY WANT AND ITS SUCH A PRIVILEGE? like dude. my entire future is at stake because of a stupid college. why can’t i cry 😭😖 the last few days, kids from our neighbourhood have been comingbover to play at our place and they think i’m like an elder sibling to them… heartwarming but they’re still scary 😖
I AM S O O O O O EAGER TO READ YOUR FIC and i’m so happy you chose to write it!!! keep going twodottie 🖤🖤
ps: i cannot stop thinking abt this picture of lizzie 😩

🍊 - What are your favourite genres of threads? Fluff? Angst? Etc
Already answered here! ^_^
🍋 - Does your muse complain about things to you? If so, what?
Wanda is really loud about mental health, especially women’s health. I’ll be watching a movie and a frightened woman will be called hysterical, or her fear/anger will be blamed on “that time of the month,” or a panicking woman will be told to “just calm down,” or in horror movies no one believes what someone says about ghosts and things and calls them crazy... and Wanda’s just like excuse yourself, no. Like... she weirdly pops into my head sometimes when I watch things like that and just gets defensive like no, this isn’t constructive, this isn’t healthy, and how dare you treat women this way. She understandably is very sensitive about women not being heard or getting help when they need it.
🍌 - What drew you into the fandom in the first place?
Honestly, hearing that Lizzie played Wanda and Paul played Vision. I was huge fans of theirs already and Wanda and Vision were almost the only characters I was interested in when I used to read the comics as a child, so when I found out two actors I really liked were played two characters I loved, I was like... *sigh* Okay, I guess I’ll give it a try. I don’t overly like action movies and superhero movies are really not my thing, so I had no desire to get involved in the MCU fandom, heh. But I watched to see Paul and Lizzie, jumped in the fandom in 2018, binged a bunch of movies, and now here I am, writing seven MCU muses. XD
🍓 - What’s your sweetest rp experience so far?
I already answered this here, but besides what I said in that post, I think some of my sweetest rp experiences have been with Vision very soon after he’s “born.” Meeting kittens. Talking to plants as if they understand and can talk back. Learning to do various things. He’s just so innocent and cute in how he goes about things and at that age he’s wowed by everything. I need more “baby” Vis in my life heh, he’s so pure to write.
🥝 - If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Already answered here, but I’d also like to go to Ireland. I’m a large part Irish, so I grew up with the stories, food, music, and decorations/sayings around the house. I’d love to visit there, see the countryside, see interesting landmarks, have a pint in a pub, learn a lot, do some shopping, etc. I’d be a shameless tourist, probably, but I’d enjoy it, haha.
🥜 - What’s the nuttiest thread you’ve ever had?
Oh gosh, I have no idea. I’ve written some pretty strange threads, but nutty? I’m thinking funny/crazy in a goofy way? That kind of nutty? I don’t know, I don’t tend to write goofy threads, heh. Uhm... hmm. Well, some of the nuttiest setups for threads have been Luther in the middle ages, Jix in a zombie apocalypse, and Nemesis giddily freaking out because he found a bunch of chocolate chip cookies. I think those all count as pretty nutty.
I forget what happened to Luther in his thread, it was a long time ago, heh. I think he served a king as a soldier or something and the other muse was there as a servant or princess or something. I really forget, it’s been years. But it was so weird to take him from his canon modern setting and plop him into medieval times, haha.
Jix climbed into a vending machine to get a can of soda to bring back to the other muse in the thread, and he ran into a zombie along the way. The zombie didn’t recognize him as food, so Jix stood there trying to have a conversation with it for a while before he just took the soda and ran. The zombie didn’t talk and was like, you know, rotting, so Jix called him rude and stinky. XD The muse he was paired with in that thread was very stoic and grumpy, heh, so Jix was the polar opposite. Unfortunately I think the other mun got bored and dropped the thread, but it was a really fun and wacky thread, I thought.
And Nemmy... well he got super happy about the cookies and gave some to Alice, who asked him if he was, in fact, five years old due to his adorable and childlike behavior. Undaunted, Nemesis then devoured said cookies and an entire thread followed from there. So really only the start was nutty, but close enough, heh.

Can I request a modern angsty Wanda x Female reader where they’re best friends? R is openly out while Wanda is still in the closet. They very much like each other but Wanda still pushes her feelings away. And R says something like “I wish we could stop playing this game where we act like you don’t love me...it’s getting tiring to not love you in the way I want.” And like hopefully a happy ending :)
Hey, hope you’re fine :) I wanted to make something nice to you ‘cause you’re always so nice to me. Really hope you like this, i tried to follow everything you request.
Good reading!
Tumblr media
Gif is not mine, and it doesn't really match any scene, but Lizzie just look so good in this. who even look this good while fighting.
Wanda Maximoff x Reader - Friends never love me like you
Words:  6.785k // Read in AO3 too
Warnings> 16+, hints of smut, soft angst, fluffy i think, language.
You're dreaming about Wanda again, and it makes sense, because your face is buried in her hair as you sleep in her bed.
And then the alarm clock is ringing and you grumble, scrambling up in bed to reach the device on the nightstand.
- Come on, Wandy, we need to get up. - You say as you stretch and sit up in bed, having turned off the noise. Wanda grumbles in displeasure, and puts her pillow over her face. You laugh, moving closer. - Wandy... wake up...
And then you are tickling her, and she is squirming as she laughs. But you let go quickly, laughing too.
- You're mean. - She says, and you shrug, getting up.
- Come on, it's our last week. - You say as you walk toward the bathroom. You have a toothbrush at Wanda's, a friend thing.
Then many minutes later, you are at school, surrounded with your group of friends in the cafeteria area, Wanda's head resting on your shoulder.
Everyone is used to the demonstrations of affection from the two of you, and even though you have been out since elementary school, none of your friends hint at anything about it. Wanda has been your best friend since kindergarten, and you really believed that she would be a part of your life forever.
And as you hold her hand through the hallways, or exchange messages between classes that you don't share, you smile, and think that nothing could ever change that.
//-//
Things begin to change on prom day.
Trish Walker has been your classmate for three years, and she has always hated you for no apparent reason. Well, you guessed the reason, really. You remember how she tried to humiliate you last year by making a mean comment during a debate in history class, and you just turned to her with a wry smile and said "You don't have to fight me to get my attention. Just ask me out," and you watched her turn pink and mumble that this was absurd, as she quickly left the room. But that's past, and you've forgotten.
And so here you are ignoring the strange feeling in your stomach that settled in when you saw Wanda dancing with Vision, a boy from your class who asked her to the dance at the last minute, justifying that he was embarrassed. You smiled when Wanda told you, even though you weren't happy about it. And now she was dancing, and you were walking outside with your hands in your pockets when you heard someone crying.
Trish was sitting on the sidewalk, and you approached slowly.
- Hey. - You greeted her, and she quickly began to wipe away her tears, letting out a humorless laugh. - Can I sit with you?
- It's a public street. - She replies, extending her arm. You chuckle lightly, sitting down next to her.
- Can I ask why you are crying?
- Why do you care?
You shrug, looking at the parking lot in front of you.
- I am curious. - You say simply, and Trish holds back the tears in her eyes as she looks in the same direction as you, and hugs her knees.
-I'm just... - She starts and takes a deep breath to control her tears, and then lets out a wry laugh. - You were right about me.
You raise your eyebrow slightly, turning toward her. But she is still looking straight ahead.
- I like girls. - She confesses, tears streaming down her face. You frown. - And I just told my boyfriend that. And he didn't take it very well.
You let out a sigh.
- You want me to punch him? - You offer with a smile and she laughs, wiping her face. But then you change your posture to a tender one. - I'm sorry about that, Trish. - You say and she nods slightly, looking down at her lap. - I know you hate me and all, but I'm here if you need to talk about it.
Trish lifts her head, blinking in confusion. And then she laughs, and you look at her in surprise.
- I don't hate you. - she says with a shy smile. - I never hated you. I just... It was because of you that I told Peter I was bi.
You're really surprised.
- Wow, really? - you ask, and she nods, her face flushed. And then she moves forward, kissing you quickly. You swallow dryly as you pull away. - Trish...
- Damn, I'm sorry! - she asks, shaking her head and closing her eyes. - I'm so stupid!
- Hey, no. - You tell her sweetly, hoping she'll look at you again. - It's just that I was surprised. And well, you haven't been very nice to me over the years. - You point with a smile. - I didn't expect that.
Trish raises her eyebrows slightly.
- But last year, you made fun of me. - She retorts and you frown, not remembering, and seeing her expression, she sighs. - I guess I thought about it a lot more than you did. - she comments. - Last year, when I found out that I liked you, I tried to torment you at school for no reason. And then you retorted my teasing by saying that I was probably in love with you.
You let out a little laugh, remembering.
- Yeah, sorry about that. - You say. - I wouldn't have said anything like that if I had known it was true. It's not nice to bring people out of the closet.
Trish nods slightly, and you are silent for a moment.
- Do your parents know? - she asks curiously. You start to fiddle with your shoelaces.
- I told my father when I was 13. - You say. - I think my mother heard about it from him. And yours?
Trish lets out a humorless laugh.
- No chance. - She denies it. - My mother would kill me. I need to be far away from this place if I'm ever going to date a girl.
- This sucks. - You remark before you return to silence.
And then there is a noise and you turn your head slightly back to see two students stumbling out of the gymnasium as they exchange a passionate kiss, and you laugh lightly.
- I think you should go back to the party. - You say with a smile and Trish looks at you with a furrowed brow. - You look very pretty, Trish. You shouldn't be crying in the corner, especially since you're going to be prom queen for sure.
Trish laughs, looking away. And when you stand up, and offer your hand for her to hold, she accepts it and gets up.
You walk side by side back to the party, the place is packed and the music is pleasantly loud.
As your gaze wandered around the room, you felt your chest tighten. Wanda and Vision were kissing softly as they danced in a far corner. You swallowed the lump in your throat, and felt Trish pull your hand gently, asking you to dance with her.
When she was crowned prom queen a few songs later, you let her kiss you again, and this time, you kissed her back.

You keep telling yourself that nothing is different in your relationship with Wanda.
Because in theory nothing has changed. You still spend a lot of time together, and there are still messages, and jokes, and coffees and outings. And then you are packing for college, because of course you two were going to the same place, and her hand is in yours all the way there.
What has changed is the notifications from Vision on her cell phone, and the phone calls you get from Trish. But you two play along. There is nothing to talk about.
Unfortunately you are not in the same dorm, and Wanda lets out a dissatisfied sigh when you hug her last to grab the boxes you need to carry to your room.
- I'll be at the end of the hall, Wandy. - You comment but she is not happy at all.
- That is so unfair. - She says with a pout. - I wanted you to stay with me.
You let out a little laugh, ignoring the pounding of your heart. You were going to tell her that you would see her every day, but then there is a girl coming into the dormitory next.
- Hello - she greets you both with a smile. - Which one of you will be my roommate?
- Tha'ts me. - Wanda says with a smile as she extends her hand to greet the girl. - I'm Wanda, and this is Y/N.
- Monica. - The girl says smiling. - Is your girlfriend going to study here too?
- She is not my girlfriend. - Wanda harshly clarifies, and you frown for a moment, surprised at her aggressiveness. Monica doesn't seem to mind, and lets out a giggle, explaining that it was common for boyfriends and girlfriends to help freshmen get settled in.
And then you nod slightly at her, and pick up your boxes from the floor, carrying them to your room at the end of the hall.
There is a girl in your room sitting on the bed opposite the room, and you smile at her, while she seems to be appraising you.
- Hello, it looks like we're going to be roommates. - You say amiably as you leave the boxes on the floor.
The girl ends up interrogating you for the next few minutes, and you are surprised to find out that she is studies business, not espionage. She asks your major, your age, your parents' names, and how many friends you have. It's a little intimidating, but you answer honestly. And then she smiles and stands up, saying that you were nice and she was happy to have you as a colleague. She invited you to have coffee with her when you're done before she left the room, and you were quite surprised by the whole thing.
- Hey, did you get everything? - Wanda asked as she entered your room. You were still slightly upset by the way she had reacted earlier, and just nodded. - Can we have a snack?
- Sorry, Wands. - You denied it by organizing one of the last books. - I'm busy.
Wanda blinked in surprise, and crossed her arms.
- What's wrong? - She asked, but you didn't look at her, which seemed to bother her more.
- It's nothing, I just want to finish tidying up. - You lie.
- Fine then. - She says, sounding upset. - I'll see you later.
And she leaves. You feel like running after her, and apologizing for, well you don't know what exactly. But you just slam the book down harder than necessary.
//-//
You only see Wanda the next day, as she answers a call from Vision outside her room. You swallow the bitter feeling in your throat, and smile, giving her a kiss on the cheek to greet her before heading toward the cafeteria. You have coffee together, and share class schedules so you know when you have time together.
- Is your roommate nice? - You asked as you poured yourself some more cereal, Wanda was leaning her head on her hand, looking at you.
- She is noisy. - Wanda says. - Like you.
You laugh before putting a spoonful of cereal in your mouth. As you chew, Wanda speaks again:
- Your seems grumpy. - She comments and you nod in agreement, causing Wanda to smile slightly.
You drink some orange juice before speaking again.
- She is surprisingly nice, actually. - You comment. - She took me out for coffee yesterday, and we talked.
Wanda murmured, looking away. Maybe she was still upset that you refused to go out with her, but you didn't say anything.
When you finish breakfast, you have your first classes. You expect to see Wanda soon, but your schedules don't really match.
You just hope it doesn't affect your relationship too much.
//-//
College was a stressful and uncomfortable experience. The classes were difficult and long, and the assignments were even worse than those in high school. And the little free time you had, you wanted to spend with Wanda, but you couldn't neglect your other friends, and you had to divide this little time very well. The parties were good because you got to see all the people at once.
So, two months since you started studying at NYU, you were on the roof of the boys' dormitory, at one of the numerous parties, laughing at Carol Danvers' joke about adult life.
And your friends are all around you, laughing and talking. And you think you're staring too much at Wanda, who looks stunning in her black dress, but you've been drinking for a few minutes, so you don't care.
Someone turns up the music, and your friends cheer, and then Carol is pulling you by the hand inside, while Nat, Tony, Steve, Sam, Bucky, Wanda and Monica follow behind.
You begin to dance all together, and you let the beat of the music command your movements as you close your eyes. Then you end up in front of Wanda, because it has always been this way, your bodies always pulled together.
And it's okay to dance close together, because it's a party. You don't complain when your bodies come together, and she doesn't complain when your hands go down her waist, or when your hips rub against each other. No one seems to notice that your foreheads are together, and you both gasp out of breath shaken by the intensity of your movements.
But someone is drinking too much, and they bump into you, breaking the spell as you stumble away. Your head is spinning a little, and there's someone yelling fight, and then your friends are pulling you by the hand out of the building.
With the night air, you breathe better. And your gaze searches for Wanda, but she doesn't look happy. She says from a distance that she is tired, and turns toward her own dormitory. You want to go after her, but the look on her face says she wants to be alone. So you take the after party invitation your friends offer.
You are getting used to having more friends that are as close as Wanda. You realize that adult life changes relationships considerably, especially since you no longer have the same amount of time. You prefer to believe that you are getting closer to other people, rather than further away from Wanda.

It is during the Thanksgiving holiday that you discover that Wanda likes girls.
The two of you have returned home, and your father has joined Wanda's family in celebration.
After eating a lot, laughing and playing fun games with the whole family, you and Wanda have had many sips of wine, and you are tired and giggly.
You go up to Wanda's room, and talk about college with your heads on the pillows. And then both of you are with your eyes closed, whispering, and practically asleep.
- I am pansexual. - She whispers weakly..
You thought maybe you were dreaming, and it took you a few seconds to fight the sleep and open your eyes, finally understanding what Wanda said. But when you looked at her, she was asleep. You frowned in surprise as you sat up in bed. You ran your fingers through your hair, and moved closer to Wanda only to cover her with the blanket. You lay back down, trying not to stare so long at her sleeping face, but she looked so beautiful and peaceful. Your heart was racing, and you lied to yourself that it was just because of her words. And then you closed your eyes, and it didn't take you long to fall asleep.
The other day, Wanda said she didn't remember anything. And you didn't press her, believing that when she was ready, she would talk to you about it.
//-//
And then you decided to just have lunch with your father before you went back to college, and while you were eating, you thought about how you told him.
"You were thirteen, and you two were sitting watching television, each in an armchair. It was between one score and another. And your heart was beating so loudly, it seemed impossible that he wouldn't notice.
- I like girls. - You suddenly confessed. Your father blinked in surprise, looking at you quickly, before turning his gaze back to the television.
You swallowed hard.
- I don't know what to say. - He says. - It makes no difference to me.
You nodded frantically, holding back your tears as you stared at the television. And then your father sighed, straightening himself in his chair and turning off the television.
- Come here, darling. - He asked, and you stood up robotically, walking over to him while your gaze was on the floor. - I'm sorry, I'm not good with these things. - he says. - But don't worry, okay? I love you, kid. No matter what, i love you. - And then he lifts his hand and places a finger on her chin, lifting it up gently. - Head up like I taught you, okay? Never let anyone tell you what you can and can't be.
You let your tears flow when you hug him. And you watch the soccer in the same armchair, cuddled in the blankets."
You blink slightly, awakening from the memory. You exchange a smile with your father before going back to eating.
//-//
In the second year, you have your first fight with Wanda since you became friends.
It's stupid, really. You were supposed to meet earlier, and you got the schedules mixed up, and then she got angry and you ran out of patience. Pretty soon you're yelling and accusing, and then she's storming out of your room with a slam on the door.
It is the same day that you see Wanda kissing a girl for the first time too.
Because Tony loves parties, and he invites you over, and there's lots of drinking. And you know you should talk to Wanda about the discussion earlier, but then she is avoiding you and you think you'd better start drinking.
The hours go by, and you should leave because it's a school day tomorrow. But you want to get some air, after having spent the whole party pretending to listen to your friends while your gaze searches for Wanda. And so you go to the roof, shortly after you have lost sight of her, and try to sober up a little with a bottle of water.
You choke as you look around, seeing Wanda being pressed against the wall by a girl you don't recognize.
But they don't see you, and you turn your feet in the opposite direction. And when you are outside, there is a message from Trish on your cell phone saying that she misses you, and you decide to say that you miss her too.
//-//
When your friends ask Wanda about the mysterious girl, she laughs and says it was just a party, that people do that sort of thing. And nobody pressures her. And then Vision is calling her again, and you're too busy to listen because you're texting with Trish.
In February, Trish comes to see you in your dorm. You talk a lot, and it's nice and safe. And you ignore the feeling that it is not right. And then Nat opens the door, and gives you a mischievous smile, before taking her bag and leaving again.
And then other dates happen after that, and the more time you spend with Trish, the less you spend with Wanda. And that's okay, because you're adults now, and these things happen. And now Trish kisses you as often as Wanda goes on dates with Vision. And then you want to ignore the nervousness in your stomach when you're kissing while there's a sock on the doorknob.
- I can't do this. - You confess breathlessly with swollen lips.
Trish doesn't mind. She is thoughtful and patient, and she tells you that everything is fine. And the dates continue for a few weeks, until you tell her that you are not in love with her. She hugs you, and says you never seemed to.
But when you walk back to your dorm, Vision has come to see Wanda. And she smiles, and kisses him. And you want to throw up, but you nod politely as you walk past them and throw yourself on your bed in your dorm.
- What's the matter with you? - Natasha asks the next moment. She is sitting at her desk, probably doing some homework.
- I broke up with Trish. - You say this as if it were the real reason. Nat lets out a grumble of understanding.
- Why don't you try hanging out with Wanda for a while?
You close your eyes and bury your face in your pillow at the mention of her name. But then you feel irritated, and are sitting up in bed.
- Vision is here. - You comment with irony, and Nat giggles.
- Wow, this is bad. - She says, writing something in her notebook. - It must be hard to share a girlfriend.
Her teasing bothers you. Or maybe it is something else.
- We're not girlfriends. - Nat giggles, and you let out an impatient sigh. - I'm not laughing. What are you trying to imply?
Nat turns her head toward you, her eyes gleaming in defiance.
- Insinuating? I am presenting facts. - she says with a slight irony. - What would you call "friends" who act like you and Wanda? I know them as a couple.
- That's ridiculous. - You retort. - We act like everyone else.
- Excuse me, when was the last time you had a nightmare and crawled into my bed in the middle of the night? - She mocks. - Or got all upset when I went out with a boy? Oh, I have an amazing one. When you became my emergency contact for everything?
You blink in surprise. Nat doesn't look angry, just impatient. You don't like the feeling in your stomach.
- Just because you are not as good of a friend as Wanda, doesn't mean that we are dating. - You accuse grumpily, and regret it at the same second. So Nat is looking at you with disbelief and irritation, and then she leaves the room.
You wish you could disappear, but you force yourself to get up, hoping to catch up with her in time. But when you leave the dormitory, you don't see her anywhere.
You resist the urge to punch something.
It is already evening, and Nat has not returned to the dormitory yet, and you are anxious and impatient as you wait in your room, after having spent the afternoon trying to distract yourself with some pending lessons. And then you go outside again, and try to call. After falling into the mailbox a few times, you decide to leave a message, while leaning on the balcony bench at the entrance to the dormitory.
- Hey, Nat. It's me. - You say on the phone. - I'm sorry for saying that you are not a good friend. That is absolutely untrue. You are loyal, and fun. And you put up with my shit even when I'm being a brat. I'm sorry that I acted without thinking, I guess I didn't want to see the truth. No one has ever confronted me about Wanda like that. - You confess, and take a deep breath. - Anyway, I hope you don't hate me forever, it would be hard to get along in the dorm. - You joke last. - Please call me when you can.
You put the cell phone back in your pocket, running your hand through your hair. And then there is a female voice that you know well.
- Are you all right? - Wanda asks walking towards him. She was coming from the dormitory entrance; she had probably just said goodbye to Sight.
- Everything is fine. - You reply with irony. - I'm just making sure Nat knows she' s a good friend.
Wanda blinks in confusion, and then assumes an ironic posture.
- Wow, I would like to hear that I am a good friend. - She jokes, and you bite your lip, feeling your irritation rise.
- This whole fight only happened because of you, so I find it difficult. - You retort aggressively, and Wanda frowns in surprise.
- What's the matter with you?
- You, Wanda. - You retort, straightening your posture. - I'm tired of it all.
Wanda takes a step back, confused, and you feel your body boil with anger.
- I don't know what you are talking about.
- I'm talking about us. - You clarify impatiently. Wanda blinks in confusion, crossing her arms and lifting her chin.
- There is no us. - She retorts. - I'm with Vision...
You laugh wryly and approach her.
- I'm tired of this game where we pretend you're not in love with me. - You say seriously. - It's exhausting not loving you the way I want to.
Wanda shakes her head in denial, her eyes filled with tears as she takes a step back.
- I don't...
- Wanda.
- No. - she says seriously. - Just because you're gay doesn't mean that all girls are.
She seems to regret her own words as soon as she speaks them, because she takes a step toward you, but you let out a dry laugh, before walking away. Maybe Wanda has called you, but you don't look back.
//-//
You are on the verge of emotional misery, but you feel better when Nat brings you some hot chocolate. She forgave you for the fight, and apologized for pushing you, but explained that she couldn't stand to see you grumpy anymore whenever Wanda answered the phone and it was Vision calling. And then you told her about your conversation with Wanda, and she hugged you, and said she hoped things would work out.
You weren't talking to Wanda for the time being. It was strange, and it felt like a piece of your life was missing, but you tried to fill it in with homework and television series.
When the mid-year exams came around, you wished you had never come to college in the first place. It seemed like you were going to explode with anxiety and stress at any moment.
And then the vacations came, and you went back home, this time you took the train.
Pietro visited you the day you arrived. You went out for hamburgers, and after you talked about people from college, he mentioned Wanda.
- She misses you, you know?
You were sitting in the empty stands of your old high school, and you leaned your arms on the metal and your chin on top of them, looking at the field. Pietro was with one of his legs crossed in his lap, looking at you.
- I miss her too. - You confessed. - But we both said stupid things, and there's no going back from that.
Pietro took a bite of his burger before speaking again.
- I just think it's weird to go out with you without her. - He remarks, and you laugh softly.
- Hey, we are friends too.
- Of course we are. - he says. - But you were like, well, I don't know, soul mates maybe.
You feel your heart break, but force a smile.
- You're too corny, Pietro.
He laughs and goes back to eating. And then he lets out a low exclamation, as if to tell you something.
- I guess you two must have talked about it already, and all that. - he says. - But Wanda told our parents that she is pansexual.
You raise your head quickly and end up hitting the top iron of the railing, and Pietro looks worried, but you just ignore his look, and ask:
- What did you say?
He looks surprised as you massage the spot where you hit your head. But then he shrugs his shoulders.
- She told us during Dad's birthday. Just before the weeks of exams when she came here. - He says. - It was fine, Dad was surprised and Mom didn't really know what to say, but they took it very well.
- And you?
Pietro laughed.
- I bought her a flag the next day.
You laugh, pushing Pietro lightly by the shoulder.
- Wow, that's good to know. - You say. - She must have been happy.
- Yeah, well. I think she would have liked to have you there, though. - Pietro says and you look away, knowing that he is right. - I always thought you would be the first person she would tell.
You swallow dryly, remembering that Thanksgiving night. But then Pietro's cell phone rings, and he says he has to go, so you are driving home mumbling songs into the radio in Pietro's car.
//-//
It's good to go back to college, because you see your friends. But it also means that you see Wanda in the dormitory hallways, and occasionally in the college building.
- You are staring again. - Natasha warned you when you were in the library, and you blinked in confusion, looking away from Wanda, across the room.
- I wasn't. - You grumbled, looking at your book. Nat laughed.
- Jesus, why don't you two just talk to each other?
- She has already said what she has to say. - You retorted with a shrug. Nat sighed.
- What about you? - She asks and you frown in confusion. - Have you said everything you wanted to say?
You look away again, thinking. No. You haven't said half of what you wanted to say. Honestly, you couldn't even tell Wanda that you were proud of her for coming out.  But you pushed those thoughts away for the moment.
You went back to studying for a few minutes, trying to distract your thoughts. But then Nat received a message and let out an excited exclamation.
- Party on Saturday. - She announced, looking at her cell phone. - I'll confirm our presence.
You let out a grumble, and she looked at you.
- Don't even start with that. - She said. - You need to get out of that room, for God's sake.
You laughed lightly, laying your head against the books. Nat massaged your hair with one hand while she sent Steve an audio message saying that you were behaving like a crybaby, but that you were going to the party.
//-//
The party was bubbling with noise and people. Nat stood next to you for the first five minutes, and then you laughed when she let out an exclamation when she saw older foreign students who were very handsome, and you gave her a little push to go talk to them.
Your gaze finds Wanda in the room almost within the next minute. Looking fucking gorgeous. And she looked back, so you found it hard to breathe in there, and looked for the exit.
It was amazing how you always ended up on the rooftops in this place.
You lean your arms on the balcony, enjoying the cool evening breeze. And then you feel a glance behind your back, and you don't have to turn to know who it is.
The next instant Wanda is beside you, mimicking your position.
- Hi. - She greets you by looking forward as you do.
- Hi. - You answer softly. - You look beautiful.
You watch her smile slightly from the corner of your eye.
- How are you? - she asks. And you bite the inside of your cheek.
You adjust your posture and turn to her.
- I need to say a few things to you. - You say, and she looks surprised by the sudden change, but also turns and looks at you. You take a deep breath to build up courage. - I'm sorry I pushed you that day. I shouldn't have done that. - You say and Wanda looks ready to say something, but you add quickly, believing that if you don't say it all, you won't say it anymore. - Also, I visited Pietro during the vacations, and he told me that you told your parents that you were pansexual. And I'm proud of you for that, and I'm sorry I wasn't there with you.
Wanda looks at you wide-eyed, and you let out a sigh.
- Wow, you said a lot of things. - She then declares with a slight frown, and you let out a short laugh. - But I need to apologize too. I was mean to you. And I'm sorry for that. - She smiles next, looking down at the floor. - But what about all those things you said about ... us. Are you sorry about that too?
You swallow dryly, feeling your heart race. And Wanda looks at you with sparkling eyes.
-No. - You tell her. - I meant every word.
Wanda's cheeks flush as she smiles, but then there is a loud noise and you both look over to see Natasha snuggled up to a boy entering the roof area. She steps aside to close the door, and then she notices you both, giving you a mischievous smile as she pulls the boy by his shirt into the corner of the roof. You and Wanda laugh at the scene, but the moment from before is broken. Especially since you can hear Natasha kissing a few feet away.
- So... friends? - Wanda asks, holding out her hand to you after you look at her again. You shake her hand, smiling.
- Friends.
//-//
Things are going great. You are doing well in the tests, you are having healthy habits and you are about to combust every time you are with Wanda, maybe the last part is not so good.
You have resumed your friendship in the same way as before. And when you told Natasha about this she laughed for fifteen minutes.
And then you eventually found out that Vision was no longer in Wanda's life. Pietro called you and mentioned this superficially, as if it wasn't something that completely changed your dynamic. Maybe you were overthinking it.
The relevant thing was that there was a tension in your relationship that you were not used to having. Or maybe it had always been there, and you just ignored it better.
Like now, studying in the library, sitting side by side, with your legs touching under the table. You have spent the last twenty minutes repeating to yourself not to think about it so much instead of actually studying.
- How did you do exercise number thirteen? - Wanda asked suddenly. You almost choked with fright, but you masked it by turning the pages of the book. You hadn't even done any exercises. But then Wanda came closer, looking at your notebook, and you resisted the urge to close your eyes as the smell of her shampoo invaded your senses. - Are you all right?
You blinked in surprise when Wanda looked at you. She had turned her head toward you, and you could see her eyelashes clearly.
- Huh? - you mumbled, feeling hyperaware of the proximity. Wanda frowned, bringing her hand to your cheek.
- You're warm. Are you getting sick?
You were trying to disguise that you were trembling at her touch, and then Natasha arrived, throwing the books on the table and looking at you both with curiosity over your position. But Wanda turned away with a smile, and greeted Nat, while you tried to normalize your heartbeat.
The three of you went back to studying together, it was easier to concentrate now that you had Nat's judgmental gaze on you, waiting for a slip to make a comment that would embarrass you.
//-//
You have a free period in the late afternoon, and go back to your dorm. Nat is lying on the bed with a book on her lap.
- God, don't you seniors ever study? - You sneer as you enter, and she laughs.
- Pick the right classes and you'll have as much free time as I do. - She replies without taking her eyes off the paper. You flop down on your bed, let out a sigh. - What's wrong?
- I didn't say anything. - You retort with humor. Nat closes the book and crosses her legs, looking at you.
- It's your energy. - She says, and you laugh with confusion. - You have a charged energy, my friend. What's going on?
- I really don't know what you are talking about. - You say with a slight laugh and turn over on the bed to rest your head on her arm and look at her.
Nat is thoughtful for a few seconds, and then stands up in the direction of the room, picking up her cell phone. She reads something on her screen for a while, while you stare at your sheet, and then she lets out an exclamation.
- Aha, here it is! - She says without taking her eyes off the device, but turning her body toward you. - The sexual aura is detected through...
- Oh my god. - You interrupt by throwing a pillow at her, and she just laughs and deflects, while putting the phone down. You bury your face in the bed, feeling it warm.
- Girl, you are emanating a sexual lust! - Nat exclaims, throwing the pillow back at you. - You need to get laid!
- Please shut up! - You ask, your voice muffled against the bed sheet. Nat laughs as she walks around the room.
And then there is a knock on the door, and someone enters. You pull your face away from the sheet to see Wanda.
- Wow, it's fate. - Nat sneers and you move quickly on the bed to attack her, but she laughs and deflects your hands, running away. She shouts something like "don't forget the sock" before slamming the door on her way out.
- What was that? - Wanda asks with a giggle as you throw yourself back onto the bed, your face reddening.
- Nat is crazy, don't listen to her. - You grumble and then adjust your position to sit up in bed. - I didn't know you were free now.
Wanda smiles, dropping her backpack on the floor.
- The teacher let us off early. - She says as she walks over to you, sitting down across from you on the end of the bed. - I thought about watching a movie.
You let out an exclamation of agreement, moving on the bed to reach for your notebook. Wanda lies down beside you.
And things go well for about forty minutes. You think it's the choice of film that's to blame. If you had chosen one of the sitcoms that Wanda likes, you would be laughing right now. But you decided to watch Carol's recommendation given a few weeks ago. And so now you watched in silence a particularly visual lesbian sex scene.
You weren't sure whether your heart was pounding in shame or excitement, but judging by the rising heat at the tip of your belly and in your cheeks, it was easy to guess.
You want to think of something to say that might lighten the mood, but Wanda moves again, as if interested.
- Wow, did you ever do that? - she asks, pointing briefly at the movement on the screen. You swallow dryly.
- No. - You say in a slightly husky voice. - I've never...
And then Wanda looks at you in surprise.
- I thought you and Trish...
You let out a clumsy laugh.
- Yeah, almost. - you say. - But I told her I couldn't.
- Why not?
You look away from her.
- You know why.
Wanda lets out a sigh, and then she turns to the notebook, closing the equipment and placing it on the other end of the bed. You look at her confused, wondering if she was angry, but your brain short-circuits as she turns to you and sits on your lap.
- Oh, okay. - You sigh shyly as Wanda relaxes her weight on top of you. She smiles as she puts her hands on your shoulders.
- What do you want to do? - she asks softly, looking into your eyes intensely. You feel your heart beating against your ears.
- What do you mean? - you ask with a trembling voice.
- What do you want to do to me? - She asks with a slight blush on her cheeks, bringing their faces together until their foreheads are resting against each other. - Do you want to kiss me?
- Fuck. - You sigh. - Yes, a lot.
And then Wanda breaks the distance between your mouths, gasping against your lips. You feel your whole body electrify, and move your hands up to her waist. And then she pulls away again.
- Was that good? - she asks breathlessly.  You are trembling as you pull her back, this time kissing her with your tongue. And this time she doesn't interrupt.
When you part your mouths again, your bodies are sweaty and tired.  And she blushes when you smile at her, burying her face in your collarbone.  You cover yourselves with the blanket, and close your eyes.
Many hours later, when you wake up for a snack and meet Nat in the cafeteria, she tells you that your aura is clear as she gives you a suggestive look.
You are dreaming about Wanda. But that's okay, because she is curled up against you, and you have rings on your fingers, and shared key chains.

a/n: i’ve never written for her but im willing to try 😳
It’s the night of the first promotional event for a new movie you’ve been working on alongside Elizabeth Olsen for the last nine months. It’d been nine months of learning from her, and each one was nothing less than perfect, but for reasons you’d never expected to appreciate. Lizzie was such an openhearted woman, laidback and entirely down to earth, and you anticipated your every day on set with her.
Promotional events beginning meant that your time with her was dwindling. There would only be a few more showings and events before you were back out and ready to be hired by new directors, and it wasn’t often that two actresses playing main characters would work that closely again. Meaning, there were only a few nights left that you’d be in Lizzie’s company.
“Are you nervous?” she asks as she takes a seat with you in the backstage waiting room. She leans back against the couch, looking over at you with pert green eyes and undivided attention. Her very presence is calming.
She’d told you before of her experiences with anxiety- dread that often came over her and detestment of the press- but you’d never guess it if she’d never told you. She was impressive that way, and all the more alluring.
“A little,” you answer and offer her a small smile.
A hand is placed on your upper thigh, your dress the only separation between her slender fingers and your bare skin. “Don’t be,” she says with a laugh that makes you melt. Everyone loved Lizzie, but when she spoke with you, she was with you, and all her attention was focused on one thing only. She made you feel special in that respect. “I’m here for you. It’s not really as bad as you might think, although it still is pretty shitty.”
You laugh and look away from her, and you can see her eyes follow your face with a graceful smile.
“I’ve enjoyed working with you, seriously,” Lizzie tells you, and suddenly her hand lifts from your thigh and her fingers are placed against the slope of your jaw. She redirects your focus to her. “Have you?”
There are several moments you spend before you answer, and it takes Lizzie running the pad of her thumb across your bottom lip for you to remember to answer her. “Have I what?” you repeat blankly, stunned by her proximity. Her leg is pressed up against yours, your shoulders brushing as she leans over to touch your face.
She repeats, “Have you enjoyed your time with me?”
You note the way she asks you about your opinions of her rather than anyone else on the set, no other actors you worked with nor any other experience. Her. You become aware, overly, perhaps, about the fact that anyone could come in, anyone with the ability to spread rumours to the press and earn a few dollars for it. You swallow and attempt to settle your nerves.
“N-Not more than anyone else has, I think,” you stutter out. “And that’s not to say that you’re average, in any way, so don’t take it that way. But I just mean that-”
Bringing your hand to the back of your neck and playing with the strands of your hair awkwardly, you try to find your words. “Well, I mean that I really have loved being with you. No, not being with you, per se, but-”
“Y/N, would you just shut up and kiss me already, baby?”
Without a second thought, you concede, and lean forward to press your lips against Lizzie’s, mauve lipstick meshing with your own. Rationality follows you after, and you wonder if she had been asking you lightheartedly, perhaps as a joke, no less, so you try pulling away. But the fingers against your cheek round your head and Lizzie pulls you against her, further crushing your lips against hers. She giggles against you and she lifts her leg over your thighs, then straddles your lap.
The next few minutes before a knock comes at the backstage room door to call you and Lizzie up to the stage are spent with your hands on her hips as her dress hiked up her thighs, then her face buried in your neck as she presses lipstick-tinted kisses against your skin.
The rest of the night passes as a wobbly blur until Lizzie takes you back to her hotel room, leaving early with you after an hour.

I think Leigh has got to be one of my fav characters that Lizzie has played (besides Wanda) but could you do something where we see her point of view of going through the stages of grief but she notices that the whole time the reader has been there for her and a happy ending 😀
Hey, anon, thank you for the request! You said reader has always been there so I changed somethings of the original story a bit, but I tried keeping it as unchanged as I could. Hope you like it!

It didn’t take much thinking for Leigh to know that this was the worst year of her life. But the stupid therapist that her mother so kindly obligated her to go to assigned her this stupid project where she had to list all the good things that happened throughout the year.
So here she was, sitting on her couch, notebook in hands and an infuriating list to make ahead of her. She starts. She types some random stuff that didn’t exactly made her feel happy but were minimally joyful like the times she had lunch with Drew or the times she watched tv shows with Jules.
But soon she felt more comfortable with the activity and started to write things that were more meaningful to her. A few moments pass and Leigh frowns, rereading carefully the things she just wrote, finding a certain pattern among them.
You. You were part of the majority of her (she guess she could call it) happy moments throughout the year. No, not a part. The reason. Leigh closes her notebook and begins to reminisce the memories she had of you.
Like when Matt died and you stood there with her. You didn’t say things would be okay, because you knew this was the last thing she would ever want to hear. You never pressured her to talk to you or to tell you how she felt. You always respected the terms of her grief and if she was honest you were probably the only one who ever did.
You wanted to check on her regularly but without making her feel uncomfortable or suffocated. So you two established a weekly coffee meet. Whenever she didn’t feel like going for whatever reason you would never pressure her. You would never call complaining that she bailed on you. You would never demand her to act in any certain way. You would just wait for the next coffee that she felt like going and you would smile and say that it was nice to see her. And it would be light.
It always impressed her how you always seemed to know exactly what to do to make her feel better (or just less awful). If she needed to distract, you would tell her a bunch of stories till all her problems were thrown to the back of her mind; it amazed her how many stories you could have. If she needed to laugh, you would tell her jokes and would often make a fool of yourself even if only to take a smile from her; your jokes were terrible, and you knew it pretty well, and somehow that was what made her laugh the most. If she needed the silence, you would sit there and have coffee with her without saying a word.
Leigh giggles alone in her living room at the memory of you sprawled on your rollerblading and helmet. On one of her crises near to her birthday, Leigh had decided that she would be happy instead. The reason was because she couldn’t bare the idea that Matt may have decided to take his own life. He chose to leave her alone, so she would choose to be happy without him. That was not a thought she was proud of and she worked it out. But at the time that’s what it was so she got to you with extra excitement saying she wanted to go rollerblading. Of course you noticed she was not acting normal, but instead of blowing her off like everybody else, you agreed without making any questions. And that’s how you ended up almost breaking a leg.
She was a difficult person to be around. Leigh new that pretty well, not only because she was aware of her behavior but also because people around her would constantly remind her that. But not you. You knew this as well, of course, that’s why you were so cautious in the first place. Leigh reminds of one day when you took her to your favorite ice cream shop. It was one of Leigh bad weeks, but she really wanted to see you so she went. You were talking about something that Leigh couldn’t remember right now, but she made a harsh comment about it. She still remembers pretty clearly your hurt expression, but you just gave her a small smile and looked away. Her heart ached at the sight of you like that. You were the only person in her life she never wanted to hurt.
“I’m sorry, (Y/n). I just…” she said, running her fingers through her hair. She wanted to give you an explanation. More than that, she wanted to give an explanation to herself. But she couldn’t, so she just said the only thing she knew was true, tears threatening to form on her eyes. “I’m just mad all the time.”
Without saying anything, you got up. She was sure that you would just leave her like everyone else. But instead, you turned around to face her. When she didn’t move, you smiled and said “come on” and she did. She would always go whenever it was with you.
You drove in silence and if you noticed her curious eyes on you, you didn’t show. Eventually, you parked and she frowned when she noticed you were in a junk yard. You two walked in silence among the old cars, furniture and electronic devices. She looked around trying to find out why the hell you brought her there. But before she could ask you, you handed her a baseball bat. She took it, her brows raised in surprise. Without saying a word, you stepped away from her and rested your back against one of the cars.
She stood there for a while, uncertain of what to do. But then she allowed herself to do what she have been wanting to do all this time. She hit everything she could find with all the strength she had again and again, cursing the names of the people and the things that were making such negative feelings form inside of her. It didn’t take long for her to start crying, but she kept smashing the things, screams and sobs in between.
The amount of rage and hate inside of her scared her deeply. But apparently it didn’t scare you because when she couldn’t bring in herself to go on, she collapsed on the ground calling your name in a whisper and without hesitation you sit there beside her and held her tight. You didn’t say a word. You knew they were not needed and that she didn’t want to hear them. She just needed you to be there, to show her she was not alone as she always thought she was. And that was exactly what you did.
You’re always so respectful, so kind and generous. You always let her know how much you care about her and how she can always count on you. Leigh smiles tenderly thinking about the phrase that most certainly is your trademark. Whenever the two of you talked through the phone or even in person, you would always say “I’m only one call away” when you said your goodbyes. It was so simple, but it meant so much for her. You never told her to call you, or demanded her to be in touch. But you always let her know that you would be there, all she needed to do was call.
And that’s exactly how it was. Leigh lost the track of how many times she has called you in the middle of the night because of a crises or because she couldn’t sleep. And you would always pick it up and you would always stay on the phone until she wanted to hang up, even if it meant staying up all night.
You never judge her as well. Even when she told you about her relationship with Danny (which by the way was a huge mistake), although you never seemed really interested in talking about it. Jules says that it’s because you have feelings for her, but she would always say it wasn’t true. You were her best friend and she was yours, that was it. You would never feel that way about her. Or would you?
You are, indeed, too good for her. You’re so caring and loving with her. But that’s just because she has been through a lot and you were a good friend, you would do it for any other friend because that’s who you are.
Suddenly, the thought of you treating someone else the way you treat her made Leigh move uncomfortably on the couch. An unfamiliar rage grew on Leigh’s heart as she imagined you taking some other person to your favorite places or spending the entire night talking to them on the phone or hugging them the way you hug her or…
“Oh shit” Leigh mumbles when the realization hits her. Maybe you weren’t in love with her but she was definitely in love with you. Thinking a little more, it’s not that surprising.
Your hugs would always linger on her skin even way past your goodbyes. Her stomach always acts weird whenever you smile of laugh. And not to mention the burning rage she felt when she saw you talking to one of her friends on her birthday party last year. That was definitely a shitty day and she pushed those feelings away, saying she was just confused. But it was never confusion. It was always love. It has always been there but she only now realized it.
Without thinking too much, Leigh grabs her phone. She needs to talk to you. She needs to know if you feel the same way.
She smiles when she sees your last conversation. It’s from this morning and the last message is yours and it says “I’m only one call away” with a green heart emoji. Leigh chuckles at the emoji.
She didn’t like the regular red heart emoji. It seems so fake to her after all those stupid meaningless texts from people that didn’t even actually care about her but were only reaching for her to feel better about themselves. Those messages always came with a red heart emoji and that’s why she hates it so much. So you said you would only use green ones, because it reminded you of her eyes and they were always true. You said you could know if she was sad, angry or happy through them. So you used green heart emoji ever since. Leigh smiles at the memory, feeling her heart warming up inside her chest.
“I’m only one call away” she read it again and sighed. That’s not where she wanted you to be.
So she picked her car keys and rushed through the door, not even bothering to change her pajamas. Leigh had a silly smile on her lips the whole way to your house, thinking about how stupid she was for not realizing it earlier.
She knocked on your door, feeling her legs trembling with anticipation. It was almost 1am and you were probably sleeping, so she gave the door a more intense and longer knock.
When the lights inside of the house came on, Leigh held her breath for a second, her whole body warming up with anxiety.
You open the door, rubbing your sleepy face and Leigh can’t help but smile tenderly at the action. You look at her, your eyes tender and attentive.
Leigh opens her mouth just the slightest but no words come out. How was she supposed to tell you all the things that crossed her mind this night? How would she explain to you how much she loved you and how she had just realized these feelings now?
As she overthought every single thing, you open the door completely for her to enter. Your eyes scanning her face and at that moment she knew she wouldn’t have to explain anything to you. Because you already knew. You always seemed to know exactly what was going on on her mind, even when she didn’t. It wouldn’t be different this time.
You gaze her with knowing eyes as she walks slowly inside the house and towards you. But there’s more in your eyes then just knowledge, there’s also relief. As if you’ve been waiting all this time for her to realize her feeling, quietly and patiently.
Leigh slowly moves her hands to your cheeks, giving you plenty of time to move away. Instead, you place your hands on her waist softly. Leigh smile lightly before leaning in. You meet her half way on a soft, gentle kiss and Leigh sighs. It was right, and comfortable and familiar, even though she had never done it before.
When she breaks the kiss you kiss her forehead softly and Leigh smiles, knowing she would always feel safe if she was with you.

Love "ON AIR" (E.O)
Elizabeth Olsen x Fem!Reader
Tumblr media
Summary: You and Lizzie have been keep your relationship a secret for the past years until the secret got revealed, ON AIR.
Warning: None, just pure fluff. I'm in the mood of writing fluff, so y'all will read more of it from me. :D
Requested: Yes by @ilovemarvel97
A/n: Hello peeps! I'm back with some more fluff with Lizzie! So, happy reading!
Main Masterlist
"Babe, how do I look?" Lizzie walks in as she twirls a little to present you with her look for tonight's interview with Jimmy Fallon.
"Wow, darling. You look so gorgeous." Her beauty stunned you. All the wait for a few hours was worth it to see her blushing and smiling at you in that outfit.
"Really? This look, is it simple enough and not too much? What if people have negative comments about it? There will be a lot of people there, in Jimmy's show." Worried sounds in her ramble as she asks. Nervousness is written all over her face.
You grab her by her shoulders. "Sstt.. Liz, Liz. You look great and you will do amazing there. Just take a deep breath, think about a happy place or whatever that makes you happy. Also, I'll be waiting at the lounge in the building next door, I'm five minutes away from you. Okay?" You try to calm her down as you rub her upper arms up and down gently. Then you give a quick kiss on her forehead.
She nods. Your touch soothes her and takes her away from her anxiety. "I will think about you. You are my happy place." Her green eyes sparkling with comfort when she looks at you as she speaks.
"Aaw. That's sweet, Liz. So are you to me."
"Are you really okay to wait for me there, y/n? You can just come with me and wait backstage." Lizzie proposes another idea.
"Yeah. Yeah. I'm okay. If I wait backstage, people will question it and it will draw attention, sweetie." You give her your reason as your response.
You and Lizzie have been dating secretly for a year and a half now. Lizzie isn't ready to tell the world about it since it's her first relationship with a woman. Nobody knows except family and close friends. She thinks that if the media knows, it will draw a lot of attention and too much for her social anxiety. You totally understand that. Both of you have kept it sealed pretty well that fans think that you are best friends, well…most of them.
Even though there are rumors about you and Lizzie, they don’t cause any ripples to your relationship. You both met as casts in the same movie three years ago, since then you both are inseparable.
“Alright babe, just call me when you are ready for me to pick you up. Good luck, you’ll do great! When you are on air, tell Jimmy I say Hi.” You laugh a little as you are joking. “Haha. You know that he will ask about us if I tell him that.” Lizzie rolls her eyes playfully shortly before she kisses your lips then gets out of the car.
_____
“Alright everybody, please welcome the woman who plays Wanda Maximoff, The Scarlet Witch, the one and only, Elizabeth Olsen! Give her applause!” Jimmy calls her name in excitement as he claps his hands. Audiences instantly stand up and cheer loudly with such hype that overlap with clapping sounds. Lizzie walks into the set and gives a cute small wave to the audience as she walks closer to where Jimmy sits. The talk show host welcomes her with a hug.
Slowly silence starts to fill the set and it’s the cue for Jimmy to talk with Lizzie. “How are you, Lizzie? Good to see you again here.”
Lizzie patches her best smile, draws a subtle deep breath. “I’m good. I’m great actually. Thank you for having me back here. Good to see you and everybody here.” The blonde glanced at the audience and it was enough to make them cheer for her once more.
“Congratulations, I heard your book was a success. They are everywhere now. My kids love them. It’s a great book.” Jimmy’s compliment makes Lizzie smile in gratitude.
“Thank you so much. I was actually excited and nervous but I’m glad that it got very fantastic responses. The whole process from beginning until the launch day was a very fun, interesting and unforgettable moment. I got a lot of support from family, friends and people who are very close to me.”
“Aww that’s really awesome. It’s always nice to know that you have somebody who always supports you.” Jimmy replies in agreement.
“Oh yeah, most definitely. I remember the first time ever I told somebody about this book idea. It was Y/n Y/L/N. She was very supportive and was there for me at every step.” Lizzie’s green eyes sparked in elation. The corner of her eyes crinkled from the wide smile she gets once you popped in her mind as speaks.
“Y/n Y/l/n? As THE Y/n, your co-star in your upcoming movie?" The man asks and looks at her with a knowing smile.
Your girlfriend laughs a little then she nods. "Yes, yes that y/n."
"Oouuh…" The audience responds in unison.
As much as Jimmy really wants to talk about Lizzie and you, he tries to focus on the next topic.
"Oh okay and speaking of your upcoming movieee… How did it go and how do you feel about it?" Jimmy pitches another question to her.
"It was a long filming with a lot of different locations, also I had to do a bunch of flying scenes so there were a lot of wires and strings involved but I'm glad that everything went great! The closer to the premier date the more excited I get. This is my third movie with y/n and it has been really fun to work and spend time with her." Lizzie looks a little nervous and she tries to calm herself down by fidgeting with her ring on her ring finger but her smile is still there. Her brain is multitasking by now between focusing on the interview and thinking about you to help her with her anxiety. Her cheeks turn a little rosie color as she continues to speak highly of you.
Jimmy looks at her and listens to every word she says. He leans a little on his desk, slowly nods at her.
“Y/n has been super sweet and lovely to me since the first time we met.”
“And you met her at the movie set like three years ago, right?”
“Yeah. Yeah. We met at the movie set. It was early in the morning and she came up to me with two cups of coffee in her hands then introduced herself to me but she said she needs my help to grab which coffee that I like so she can shake my hand.” Lizzie can’t help herself to tell the story of how you met her and a cute little laugh slipped out of her.
“So she brought two different coffees in her hands for you and introduced herself to you? Did you actually already know who she is?” Jimmy asks.
“Yeah, one of them just plain coffee and the other one with light cream and light sugar. It was really cute actually and Y-yeah. I know her. I mean, we never met before but I watch almost every movie she is in. She is a great actress. Then we talk more whenever we can on the set. We exchanged numbers. Since then we talk and text on a daily basis. Sometimes we hang out together or with our mutual friends.” Praises and her fond memories of you flows easily out of her smiling red lips.
“Sounds like both of you are really close.” Jimmy shares his thoughts after listening to her answers and some audiences say “Yes..yesss” at the same time.
“Yes, we are.” The Marvel actress admits.
“So has she met your family or maybe your twin sisters?” Jimmy asks slowly to see how she would react to it.
“Well, she met the twins at some events a few times but I think it was Christmas two years ago, which means that was like two months after we became official, I introduced her to my parents and the family.” And just like that, Jimmy’s eyes are rounded, his mouth is slightly open in shock. The audience starts to cheer right after the words “official” and the dark haired man says “Wait..wait..wait..” He politely expresses his surprise to Lizzie and raises his hands a little as his sign to ask the audience to let him talk. Meanwhile, Lizzie looks genuinely confused with what is going on right now. She keeps her smile as she looks back and forth between the host and the audience.
As soon as the crowd calms down, Jimmy proceeds with his curiosity. “Wait. Okay.. Okay. Hold on right there, Lizzie. Didn’t you say that you and Y/n became official?”
Jimmy’s question makes her realize what she just said and she takes her turn looking as shocked as he was. She covers her panic with her iconic laugh while her hand covers her mouth. She shifts her sitting position nervously. “Wait, did I say that? Oh my gosh.” She asks herself innocently and loud enough that instantly brings out laughter from Jimmy and the fans.
“You did. You did. You can’t back out now, Lizzie. Come on, spill the beans.” Jimmy still shows how thrilled he is with the accidental revelation. Little do you know, Lizzie has been thinking that she is ready to share the good news about both of you dating. She plans to tell you this weekend. So this fortuitous confession doesn't really bother her. She perhaps got caught off guard by her own serendipitous divulgence but that's all.
She lets out her soothing contagious laugh, her cheeks slowly turning crimson. “Well, uh–okay. Since the cat is out of the bag, I will answer this specific question. Yes, Y/n and I are together. We have been together for a year and a half now and we are very very happy.” She proclaimed. The blonde laughs once again even deep down her anxiety creeps up slowly but the audience’s exhilarated reaction gives her the reassurance she needs, that people are okay with the news.
She fiddles with her ring again to quickly remind her of you and your smile.
“Wow! This is really unexpected and great news! I meant, all of us have been wondering about you and y/n. Dating or just friends. But we are happy that you are happy.” Jimmy expressed.
“Thank you. I’m sure if Y/n is here now, she will be all laughing because I accidentally spilled the tea.” Lizzie joked followed by her giggle.
“Well, where is she now?" Jimmy questions as he looks around and checks if you are around or backstage. “She is actually waiting for me at the lounge next door.” she stated.
“Oh! She’s five minutes away. I got an idea! Can we call her from here and ask her a question or two? Can we do that?” Jimmy looks at the actress then his gaze moves to the producer to ask both of them for their approval.
He gets the green light from the producer. “What do you say, Lizzie? Is she gonna get upset with our surprise?” He waits for her answer.
“Oh, she won’t get mad. It takes a lot for her to get upset and that’s what I adore from her so much. She will find it funny. So yeah, I can call her.” Lizzie confirms. “Okay, uh everybody needs to keep quiet so she can talk to her. Go ahead, Liz. Whenever you are ready.” Jimmy tries to hold his laugh after he requests some silence. With that, everybody went hushed.
Lizzie turns on the speaker phone. The dialing tone is the only sound that fills the studio. By the third tone, your voice is made to be heard as you answer the call. “Hi love.” Lizzie’s effort to hold her laugh mixed with her nervousness, falters her words. “Liz? Hello? Are you there?” You answer her one more time to check if she is there.
“Hello babe. Y-yeah. I’m here.”
“How did it go? Do you want me to pick you up now?” Your voice sounds clear from the other end of the line. You hear her laugh and like usual and it always makes you laugh too. “What’s so funny?” You wait for her answer.
Jimmy still gives sign language to tell everybody to keep it quiet. “Uh actually, I’m not done yet. I’m still with Jimmy right now.”
“Wait, what? Hold on, I’m confused. You are with JImmy but the interview is over or still on going?” You laugh despite the confusion you have in mind. "It's still going on. He asked me to call you."
"Well, hello there y/n! How dare you keep a secret from me this whole time!" Jimmy hinted. He
starts talking to you and lets out his joke then people start to laugh and clap.
"Oh hi Jimmy! Secret? What secret?" You start to think if this is about you and Lizzie but you ask anyway.
“Uh well, babe. Actually, he already knows. I accidentally told him in the interview.” Lizzie slowly tells you what happened followed with a little laugh.
“Oh?” That was all you said then this time you laugh the hardest thinking it was actually really funny. “Yes, y/n. I know. You both are great secret keepers.” Jimmy teases in a sing-song tone..
“Well, in my defense, I’m just following what the queen wants.” You return his tease jokingly.
“Oooh, she’s your queen?”
“Yes, she is, Jimmy.” You answer and you hear people react in awe all at once.
“What do you love most about her? Things that make you fall for her.” Jimmy sneaks a question for you. “I will be very cliche but I will say, everything. Everything about her that makes me fall for her. But mostly is her smile, her laughter and her big heart. She is the sweetest and the kindest person I know.” You answer him with nothing but the truth.
Meanwhile Lizzie, as she is holding her phone, she can’t stop smiling from everything you just said. “Awww, that is so sweet.” Your girlfriend reacts to your answer as her other hand try to fan herself
“It is.. Wow, y/n y/ln, I never thought you were such a romantic person. So, back to you, Lizzie. Same questions.”
“Well, like I said earlier, I really adore her patience. I feel like she is the only person I know that will almost never get angry or upset. She is very funny and always makes me laugh. She is a great listener and a very supportive girlfriend. I love her for everything she is.” Her eyes twinkled, her cheeks blush and her heart sends direct order to her face to patch the warmest smile with the thought of you. The sound of the applause exhilarates her feelings.
“Oh my god. You two make a very cute couple. We are really really glad that we finally get the answer about what's been going on between you two for years. Once again congratulations. Lizzie, y/n, I’m gonna have to talk to my producer so we can have another interview with both of you. Lizzie, thank you for coming and Y/n thank you for answering your girlfriend’s call and talking with us here. We’ll see you both soon.”
“Thank you for having us here, Jimmy.” Lizzie responds politely. With that, she also ends the call with you and you take that as your cue that it’s time to pick her up.
_____
You see her talking with the makeup artist. Hearing her laughter really makes you smile. You walk closer to her back and you gently tap her shoulder. She turns around and instantly smile at you.
"Hi!" Without waiting a single second, she hugs you right away. You return her hug and give a kiss on her cheek. "Hi, love." You pull back a little to look at her gorgeous green eyes.
"Y/n, I'm so sorry. It was an accident, I was thinking about you because my anxiety started to bother me. Then I didn't realize what I was saying about us became official–" Your girlfriend rambled with rows of explanations and guilt.
"Liz, it's okay. I don't mind if people know about us. I'm just worried about you. How are you feeling after what happened? You okay?"
"Yeah, I'm okay. I'm happy that finally people know about us. I was actually going to tell you that I'm ready and should let the media know about us." Her soft voice made its way to your ears. You are very content to hear that your girlfriend wants people to know about your relationship. Joy bubbles up in you, warmth wraps your heart.
"Really? That's great to hear, Liz. Well, at least no more sneaking around behind the paparazzi." Both of you giggle from what you just said. You hug her once more before you say more.
"Let’s go home. Ready?" You whispered and smiled.
Lizzie's warm hand takes yours and her head nods at the same time. Both of you are ready to go, walking towards the exit. Lizzie and you know that there will be a bunch of fans and paparazzi waiting outside.
As soon as you both walk out of the building, there are quite a lot of fans cheering and calling Lizzie’s name and they are surprised that you are there too, holding hands with Lizzie. They sound a lot more excited after they see both of you.
Your girlfriend stops her steps and waves at them. Flashes from cameras keep popping like fireworks. Before both of you proceed to walk further, you hear her call your name. As soon as you turn your head, Lizzie gives a quick peck on your lips that quickly curves a smile for her. “Now, I can kiss you whenever and wherever I want.” She whispers. You can’t help yourself, let out a little laugh. Then both of you walk further to the valet service to get your car.
Although people find out about your relationship in a funny unexpected way, both of you are relieved and happy about it because both of you always wanted the world to know how much you love each other.

Walk Away (Wanda Maximoff/ Reader)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hello!
Double Lizzie! All I will say is be prepared for chaos. Enjoy! :)
Summary: How will Y/n handle developing feelings for Wanda and an intricate history with Leigh? Will it all boil over on their birthday?
It was a mistake. It had to be. That’s the only way you could rationalize the invitation glaring obnoxiously back at you from the screen of your laptop. You pinched the bridge of your nose to ease the tension that had built from being in the situation.
As much as you wished you didn’t, you couldn’t help but feel the familiar sensation of irritation that began to crawl under your skin. It seemed that no matter how many times you played this game, you were always the one at the disadvantage.
Again, and again, and again.
The routine of her pushing you away and pulling you close was familiar, but you expected things to be different this time around. That was your own fault. You were foolish to think that anything would change.
The cycle would never end because you would never have the strength to break it.
Figuring there was nothing to lose, you pulled out your phone and dialed the number you had memorized years ago. It wasn’t like you expect her to answer anyway. She hadn’t since your night together and you were quite comfortable with her voicemail at this point.
“Hello?” The surprise of Leigh actually answering caused you to choke slightly. In an attempt to breathe through the fit, you began coughing. “If you’re choking you should’ve called 911, not me.” Her voice dripped with sarcasm.
You adored the woman, but nothing would’ve given you more satisfaction than to be able to flip her off in that moment.
With a final cough you rushed out a reply. There was no point in beating around the bush with formalities. She might hang up before you got to the point. “Was it a mistake?” The words clumsily tumbled from your lips without allowing your mind time to process how they may sound.
“Are you seriously-”
“The invitation to your party.” You clarified over the sound of Leigh’s response.
There was a brief pause. “Oh. That.” You furrowed your brows. “No, it wasn’t. You should come. I mean, if you want to come. I know it’s last minute.”
If Leigh wasn’t infamous for her brutal honesty you would have thought that was the opposite of what she wanted. “I’ll be there. I think it’s only fair since I missed your last one.”
Her last birthday must have been much harder than this one and the guilt that you left her alone for it still weighed heavily on your conscious.
An awkward silence hung tensely in the air. “Right. Well... See you then. Bye.”
“By-” A small frown tugged at the corners of your lips when the dial tone interrupted your parting. “Of course.” Leigh was always an enigma but lately you had been getting whiplash from the uncertainty of it all.
You couldn’t help but feel like you always seemed to lose a piece of yourself to her whenever you spoke.
There was one person who's conversations didn't come wrapped in barbed wire. One person who stole all your words away in the best way possible. Just the thought of her eased the tension that pressed heavily against your chest.
It was as if she knew you were thinking of her because your phone began ringing almost immediately after thoughts of her began to float through your mind. You couldn’t help but smile that appeared when you saw her name flash across your screen.
Your spirits had been lifted before you even heard her voice. “Hey, I was just thinking about you.”
A quiet hum drifted over the line and you could see her soft smile so vividly in your mind that it was almost as if she was there with you. “Is that so?” You hummed in response. “And what exactly was it that you were thinking about?”
Absentmindedly you began fiddling with a pen that was on your desk. “Oh, just that I kind of miss you, Maximoff.”
The sound of her laughter made butterflies erupt in your stomach. “Only kind of? Guess I should ask them to extend my time over here until you fully miss me.”
You gasped in mock indignation. “Don’t you dare.”
“I kind of miss you too, Y/n.” She said softly, and the butterflies multiplied. “I was actually calling for a different reason though.”
Again, you gasped in mock indignation. “So, you mean to tell me you didn’t call just because you couldn’t bear to go another minute without hearing my voice?”
The laughter that floated down the line was even more boisterous than before which caused your own smile to grow. “That and I have a question.”
“I might have an answer.” You replied easily.
You could hear the sounds from where she was become louder, but she didn’t seem fazed by it. “Are you going to Leigh’s party tomorrow?”
The pen slipped from your grip. “Technically your party as well. Tomorrow is your birthday too.”
“Parties aren’t really my thing. It’s Leigh’s party.” There was a shyness to her words that you found so endearing. “You didn’t answer my question.”
You picked the pen up again. “I’ll be there. I wouldn't miss it. I wasn't around for her birthday last year and it was after she lost-” you stopped yourself, not sure of how much Wanda knew about Leigh’s life yet.
“Her husband.” Wanda finished quietly. You nodded even though you knew she couldn’t see it. “Why weren't you there last year?”
On reflex your fingers formed a fist around the pen. “It’s a long story. A story for when you’re not who knows where.”
You dreaded the day you’d have to explain the complicated web of history that you shared with Leigh. The thought alone filled your body with anxiety.
It was as though Wanda could sense your discomfort, as she changed the subject. “I’m pretty sure I told you where I was.”
“I’m positive you didn’t. Keeping up the mystery.” You teased lightly. “Will you be back in town in time for the party?” The obvious hope that slipped into your words made you bite back a groan. You hoped she didn’t think you were desperate as you sounded.
There was a bit more commotion coming from Wanda’s end. “I actually should be touching down right before Leigh’s party begins. I wasn’t sure if I should go or not.”
“You have to go. Please. Then I can give you your present on your actual birthday.”
For a moment there was silence. “You got me a present?” She asked quietly.
Again, you nodded even though she couldn’t see. “Of course I did. You’re- I- We’re friends.” You stuttered out nervously even though friends was the last thing you wanted to be with Wanda.
“Oh.” She mumbled and suddenly the commotion became even louder. “Hey, Y/n, I have to go, but I’ll be there. I can’t wait to see you.”
A small blush spread across your cheeks. “I can’t wait to see you either, Wanda. Safe travels.”
Maybe tomorrow wouldn’t be as bad as you thought it was going to be.
_______________
From the sound of it, the party was in full swing and you couldn’t help but feel nerves build in your chest as you knocked hesitantly on the door. “Y/n!” Jules greeted happily as she ushered you into the home.
“Hi, Jules.” You mumbled, still feeling the residual embarrassment from the last time you saw her.
She nudged you playfully. “If you plan on sneaking out tonight after your extracurriculars with my sister, just make sure you plan ahead.”
You shifted uncomfortably. “That’s no-” But she had walked away before you could finish your sentence. Looks like that ran in the Shaw family.
With a sigh, you ambled out into the backyard where it seemed everyone was gathered. You didn’t see a point in lingering inside when the memory of the last time you’d been there was still so fresh in your mind.
It only took a moment, but you finally found Leigh by one of the tables speaking animatedly to one of her friends. Your heart dropped at the sight of her in that black dress. You almost wanted to turn around and leave rather than run the risk of saying something you know you shouldn’t.
When she looked like that you knew you probably would.
The opportunity disappeared when she looked up and met your eyes across the yard. You took a steadying breath and made your way over to her, listening to her excuse herself from the other person. “Hey. You look lovely.” You said with a small smile, hoping that even if it was just for a night, everything would be okay.
The storm in her eyes seemed more subdued. Maybe you’d be able to stay afloat. “Thank you, Y/n. You look… nice as well.” The small smile and compliment she returned nearly sent you into shock.
“Happy birthday.” You offered her the wrapped package timidly. You ignored the small tingles that arose on your skin from where her fingers brushed.
The intricate design on the front of the gift appeared as Leigh slowly tore away the wrapping paper. “Is this what I think it is?” She asked quietly as she turned the book over in her hands.
You nervously rubbed your forehead. “It’s okay if you don’t like it. I just figured since In Time of Daffodils is your favorite poem, it’d be nice to have a first edition. Which, thinking back now, was kind of ridiculous since I’m sure you have a copy already and-”
Your rambling was brought to an abrupt halt when you felt Leigh’s arms wrap around your waist as she pulled you into a gentle embrace.
Despite everything in your mind telling you to leave, you couldn’t help but melt into her as your hands hovered tentatively over her waist. “Y/n. I love it. This might be one of the most thoughtful gifts anyone’s ever given me. I can't believe you remembered my favorite poem.”
The smile on your face was inevitable when she spoke to you like that. "Of course I remember." You mumbled softly. When she stayed in your arms, you allowed your hands rested lightly over the middle of her back.
You could feel your heartbeat racing in your chest when you felt her arms tighten around you.
“Hey, lovebirds. Break it up. You’re not in Leigh’s room yet.” Jules joked in passing as she made her way over to the snack table.
As if coming to her senses, Leigh abruptly stepped back and tossed the book on the table like it had burned her. The storm in her eyes was back in full force. You mentally cursed Jules. “I’m going to go mingle. Enjoy the party, Y/n.” Before you could say anything, she had rushed off.
All you could do was breathe out a heavy sigh as you rubbed a hand down your face. You looked around the party and recognized a few acquaintances, but no one you could actually talk to. They were all Leigh’s friends. Jules was your only other friend there, but you didn’t think you could handle the teasing.
With nothing else to do, you picked up the book Leigh had carelessly thrown aside and began reading. You just needed to pass the time until Wanda arrived.
You were lost in one of the poems in the book when you heard the volume of the white noise around you shift, almost like everyone began talking all at once. You decided to ignore it.
“Hi.” You heard a quiet voice say by your side.
That voice. The one that had begun to infiltrate your dreams. Your head shot up as your eyes met the sparkling emeralds before you. “Wanda.” You breathed out happily as you gently placed the book to the side.
She’s a dream that keeps coming back and I don’t think I ever want to wake up. You thought to yourself dazedly.
The corners of Wanda’s lips turned up in a genuine smile. A subtle hitch of her breath caught your attention. “Y/n.” Before you could even process what you were doing, you leaped in her arms. The sound of her surprised laughter filled the air around you as her arms pulled you closer.
“Happy birthday. I missed you.” You said into her shoulder, allowing yourself to relish in her touch.
In response Wanda buried her face in the crook of your neck, her lips lightly brushing your skin as she spoke. “I missed you too.” The warmth of her breath fanning across your skin sent a shiver down your spine.
I think this is happiness. Was the only thought in your mind as you remained wrapped in her embrace. You could feel Wanda shiver as her arms tightened around you.
Eventually Wanda pulled away and you couldn’t help but feel a sense of emptiness. “You look beautiful.” You said sincerely, allowing your thoughts to escape the confines of your mind for once.
Wanda ducked her head bashfully. “Thank you. You look quite beautiful yourself.” Your cheeks burned with her words.
Reaching into your jacket pocket you pulled out a small, neatly wrapped box. “When I saw this, I couldn’t help but think of you.” You explained as you bashfully offered her the box which she shyly accepted.
You watched with bated breath as she opened the box and pulled out the dainty necklace with a small crescent moon attached to the chain. “It reminded me of the night we spent at your spot. When we looked at the stars.” You added after a moment of silence, feeling your nerves build the longer she went without saying a word.
“Y/n. It’s beautiful. I love it.” Wanda finally said as gaze shifted to meet yours. There were constellations in her eyes. Your heart thudded heavily against your chest at the sight. “Can you help me put it on?”
Wordlessly you took the necklace from her hand and moved to stand behind her. Your breath became heavy when she pushed her hair to the side. You clasped the necklace and quickly moved to stand in front of her again. “Beautiful.” She blushed.
The rest of the night was much easier to get through with Wanda by your side and the hours passed by in a blur. “So, what exactly is it you do?” You asked with a quirked brow. “I mean, I know you get sent crazy places, but you always avoid saying what you do exactly.”
Wanda shifted uncomfortably at the question which you didn’t understand. “Oh. I do humanitarian work.” She began to play with her fingers which you now knew was a nervous habit. “With a really obscure company.”
You could sense that she was desperate for you to drop the subject, you just didn’t understand why. “Okay, Wanda.” You couldn’t help but feel a bit disappointed that she didn’t want to tell you whatever it was she was hiding.
There was a brief moment of silence. “You know, I hadn’t acknowledged my birthday since I lost Pietro. I expected this night to be so hard.” Wanda admitted suddenly, her eyes clouding over.
You took her hand in yours. “We celebrate him today too, Wanda. Even if he’s not here with you now. He’s here.” You pointed to the center of her chest with your free hand, “And here.” Your pointer finger lightly tapped her temple. “And he always will be.”
A shaky breath escaped her lips and your heart hurt for the woman before you. “I know. I miss him. Everyday. Especially on days like today.” You squeezed her hand lightly in comfort. “But being here with you made today a little easier.”
“I know there’s nothing I could say that could ever fix the hurt, but I’m here for you.” You told her quietly. “You deserve the world, Wanda.”
A small smile formed on her lips, “Thank you. Hopefully we’ll see it together.” Wanda’s eyes widened slightly as if she wasn’t meant to say that out loud. You heart fluttered.
Almost immediately she ducked her head, her hair falling gracefully in her face. You reached a hand out to gently brush away a piece of hair that had fallen in front of her eyes.
Your hand lingered as your thumb lightly caressed her jaw. Wanda leaned into the touch, her eyes fluttering.
What I wouldn’t give to be able to kiss her. How can I be just friends with someone who I want to kiss? You thought to yourself as you became lost in her eyes. Wanda’s cheeks flushed as she raised her hand to rest over yours.
Her lips parted slightly, and your eyes were almost immediately drawn to the action. Your breathing became more ragged as you fought against every instinct to stop yourself from leaning in and feeling her soft lips against your own.
Am I dreaming or is she leaning in? You wondered in disbelief.
“Alright, sis! Time to sing happy birthday!” Leigh interrupted with a clap of her hands. Both you and Wanda sprung apart, matching blushes on each of your cheeks.
Your brow furrowed at the overdramatic smile on Leigh’s face. It was obviously fake and being fake was so out of character for her. “Looks like the spotlight is calling, birthday girl.” You whispered in Wanda’s ear with a playful smile.
A quiet laugh fell from her lips as she met your eyes. “Looks like it.” She bit her lip shyly. “To be continued?”
Your body vibrated with excitement. “To be continued.” You promised.
Leigh took Wanda by the hand and dragged her away just as she opened her mouth to respond. You could see Leigh’s jaw was clenched from where you stood.
A moment later everyone in the yard was singing to the two women and you couldn’t, for the life of you, tear your eyes away from Wanda and the way she shifted uncomfortably under the all attention she was receiving.
When her eyes met yours, her shoulders visibly relaxed and you played up the way you were singing in hopes of easing her discomfort. The smile that overcame her features made making a fool of yourself in front of all of Leigh’s snobby friends more than worth it.
As you were making your way over to Wanda after the cake had been distributed, you saw Leigh storms off out of the corner of your eye. You worriedly watched her disappear into the house.
“Hey, do you mind if I go check on Leigh? She looked upset.” You asked Wanda when you were finally stood in front of her.
Wanda shook her head with a small smile. “Not at all. I’ll go talk to Jules while I wait.”
You easily returned her smile. “I’ll be back.” You assured her as you turned to head inside, following the path you had seen just seen Leigh take.
When you walked into the kitchen you saw Leigh slam a bowl into the sink, the glass shattering on impact. Your eyes widened in concern. “Leigh!” Instead of answering, she took a plate and threw it into the sink as well, the shattered pieces mingling with the fragments of the bowl. You rushed over to her as she picked up another plate. “Leigh, stop.” You took her hands and gently pulled her away from the sink.
Her breathing was shallow, and her jaw remained clenched angrily, but no words left her lips. “Look, I know today is hard for you.” You began cautiously.
Leigh ripped her hands away from yours. “You don’t know anything.”
“Let me help.” The words bordered on pleading as you could see that all her defenses were up.
“I don’t need your help. You can’t do anything for me.”
Going against your better judgement, you continued. “I know you’re suffering, Leigh, and I know that you feel suffering is all you are but you’re more than that-”
Her words were so faint you could barely hear them. “Stop.”
“It can be a part of who you are, but don’t let the pain push away the people who care about you.”
“STOP!”
You recoiled in surprise, taking an involuntary step back. “I’m sorry. I’m just trying to help.”
Leigh pushed a frustrated hand through her hair. “Well you’re not helping! Stop trying to fix me!”
“I’m not trying to fix you, Leigh.” You insisted as you took a cautious step forward.
“You are though!” Her eyes were wide with fury.
The last thing you wanted was to make her feel like she needed to be fixed. You just wanted to help ease her pain. “I really wasn’t, Leigh. I was worried, and I wanted to see if there was something I could do to-”
“You’re pathetic! I just use you and you keep coming back.” A dark chuckle fell from her lips. You flinched. “I’m not yours! I was never yours and I will never be yours! I’m never going to want you back so just stop!”
There was a heavy silence in the air as Leigh’s chest heaved from the force of her words. It was a low blow and she knew it. You’ve had plenty of experience being burned by Leigh’s words, but this time felt different though. It was final. She finally said how she truly felt. You were done avoiding that.
You schooled your features and nodded slightly. “Okay. I’m sorry. Have a good rest of your night, Leigh. Happy birthday.”
Leigh was a hurricane, what more did you expect than to be caught in the downpour?
“Y/n-” You left before she could say another word, so you didn’t see the way her face dropped as tears welled in her eyes.
If Wanda wasn’t still there you would have left and never looked back, but you knew you couldn’t leave her without an explanation. In a useless attempt to gather your emotions, you paused before entering the backyard and took a deep breath, clearing your mind.
The sight of Wanda’s smile brought you a small sense of peace, but it couldn’t take away from the fact that your precariously healed wounds had been ripped open. Ashes within yourself had been set ablaze in anguish once again. You needed to tend to the flames on your own.
“Hey.” You softly called, your hand on her elbow. She turned from Jules who quietly excused herself. “I'm sorry, but I have to go. I’m not feeling well.”
Wanda’s brows furrowed, and her eyes filled with worry. You mentally cursed yourself because you knew she didn’t buy it. “Are you okay?”
You nodded in hopes of reassuring her, your lips quirking up halfheartedly. “I really am not feeling well.” Which wasn’t entirely a lie. “Do you maybe want to do something this week though?”
The worry never faded from her eyes as she nodded faintly. “That sounds great, Y/n.”
“Perfect. I’ll call you. Happy birthday, Wanda. I hope it was a good one.” You leaned forward and placed a soft kiss on her cheek, smiling slightly at the blush that was left in your wake.
Wanda began fidgeting with her fingers. “It was. Bye, Y/n.” She said shyly as you walked away. When you had disappeared out of view, Wanda turned to face the house. If something had happened with you, she figured she should check on Leigh. She was her sister after all.
When Wanda entered the kitchen, she found Leigh leaning against the counter, her face buried in her hands. Wanda knocked lightly on the wall to get her attention. “Hey, Leigh. Are you okay?’
Leigh’s head shot up, her posture relaxing slightly when she saw it was Wanda. “Why? What did Y/n say?”
Wanda blinked in surprise. “Nothing. I just wanted to check on you.”
A smile that didn’t reach her eyes formed on Leigh’s face. “Right. Well, I’m fine.”
“Okay, I just wanted to check.” Wanda eyed Leigh skeptically but didn’t push. “I think I’m going to head home, it’s been a long day. Thank you for inviting me. I had fun.” Leigh just nodded as Wanda began to exit the kitchen.
“Hey, Wanda?” Leigh called. Wanda stopped and turned to face Leigh, her eyebrows raised in question. “Look, we’re sisters now, right?”
Hesitantly Wanda nodded, unsure of where Leigh was going with her words. “Yes…”
Leigh shifted slightly. “I need you to do something for me.”
“Of course. What is it?” Wanda worriedly walked over to the other side of the counter, so she was face to face with Leigh.
There was a brief moment of silence before Leigh met Wanda’s eyes again. “I need you to stay away from Y/n.”
The surprise of the statement made Wanda laugh. Her laughter quickly faded away when she realized Leigh wasn’t joking. “You can’t be serious.”
Leigh rubbed at her temple, avoiding her twin's gaze. “I am. I need you to stay away from Y/n.”
“I’m sorry, I can’t do that.” Wanda eventually replied, her head tilted slightly. Leigh’s eyes hardened when she met Wanda's determined stare.
And we have concluded part 3! Chaos has ensued. Thank you all so much for all the positive feedback this story has been getting! I hope you all enjoy this part just as much. Are we team Leigh or team Wanda? I would love to read your thoughts!
As always thoughts and comments always welcome. :)

Hello, can I request a Wanda x Female Reader? Where R shifts to date Wanda and everything is all fluffy until Wanda asks why R has thoughts about a person that looks like her (Elizabeth O.) but she doesn’t recall ever doing these memories?
Break Up and Break Through
Pairings | Elizabeth Olsen x reader, Wanda Maximoff x reader
Summary | shifting to date the renowned and well loved scarlet witch comes with troubles, when the avenger reads your mind.
Warnings | angst, mention of a breakup,
Quick link to my masterlist, if you’re interested in reading more of my crap 😬
Tumblr media
Wanda laid upon the well made bed, eating a packet of salt and vinegar crisps as she stared at you. She was waiting for the light to illuminate the room, as she watched you with a soft smile, down on your knees, cleaning the old disc that you had kept all through your youth.
It was one of her favourites too, it was one of the things the pair of your shared. The fact that you knew that she loved Bewitched when she was younger almost scared her for a second, but she realised that she must have let that detail slip in one of your many conversations before the pair of your had gotten this comfortable around one another.
The one thing that she would not allow herself to do around you however, was read your mind. She thought that as pushing boundaries, though, sometimes, the ability could not be helped. The avenger tried her best to respect your privacy, only looming in the corners of your mind when she was worried with how you felt about her.
It was no secret that the public had a formed opinion about her, they simply thought that she was not in control enough to save lives, all because of the ones that she has taken via incarnated accidents. But you, you accepted her just the way she was, and that gave her much comfort. And whilst you were sorting out putting the television on with the chosen agenda of what to watch, Wanda decided to go against her usual promise, and look into your mind.
The aura within it was sweet, and she found everything that she loved about you within the mental realm, however, she didn’t disrupt your own recollection locked away in your mind so that she could envision you in your child, chasing butterflies and sneaking an extra cookie against your parents’ orders, as nice as the character building of you was.
Her aim was to discover the folder that had inclusivity of her, she wanted to gather the thoughts that you had around her, and use them to keep herself content with being who she was. And then, she saw herself, though, she looked a little different. She had dirty blonde hair, and you kept referring to her as ‘LIzzie’.
Never in her life had she wore such a light hair colour, her roots were naturally dark, and had changed to hold a reddish tone as she had gotten older, and staked out during the split of the avengers. But all that ruckus was over now, was it not, or was somebody else creating illusions to trick your mind into seeing her as someone other than the scarlet witch?
It left her in a state of concern, hardly noticing how the beginning credits rolled onto the screen, and you dived quite goofily onto the bed beside her, for all that she could think about was how you had the incorrect image of her in your pretty and confusing mind. This Elizabeth that you harboured memories of was certainly not her, she had had a brother, whom was now deceased all thanks to Ultron, not two twin sisters that had lead her into the lifestyle of being... an actress?
Wanda was pulled from her invasion of your thoughts, as you reached beside her, stuffing it inside of the green chip packet, pulling out a few altered potatoes, and put them mindlessly into your mouth, as your eyes shon towards the screen. And so, the avenger cleared her throat, grabbing the grey remote and pausing the show, so that you would pay her some attention.
“Y/n...” She spoke your name, her accent peeking through as you tentatively listened, your ears perked for her only. “Who is Elizabeth Olsen?” The question was innocent enough, but the way that your eyes went wide was anything but. It had not been something that you had expected, but yo had been caught out, considering that your current, and girlfriend from another reality had the ability to read minds.
It should have been something that you had expected, though, it had been the last thing from your mind, and Wanda reeled that thought through her head as you listened to you mull over your possible answers that would grant her, and perhaps yourself, some clarity on the situation.
“Um, she’s my ex.” You reached your hand back to play with the roots of your hair, as you nervously admitted the fact aloud. It had been hard to let her go, it was stupid, you couldn’t even remember the fight that had caused the pair of you to break up, but in the end, the pair of you had still gone your different ways, and kept distance between you.
The memory had you gulping, there had been tears falling like faucets from your eyes, you had laid in your bed that night, immobile as she packed her things to stay with a friend. You wished that things could have worked out, but instead, you had opted to shift, and find another her, and whilst Wanda was an amazing woman, she wasn’t Lizzie.
Gulping, you registered what to say next, but Wanda placed her finger upon your lips, stopping them from moving. “It’s okay, I understand.” Wanda smiled, shrugging softly. “This isn’t real for you, and when you wake up, this will all be a very realistic dream. And that is fine, but you should go to her as soon as you open your eyes, if there’s another me there, there has to be another you here for me.”
You weren’t sure how to thank her, and so, you relaxed in her arms, and watched Bewitched, until your damned alarm interrupted your vivid senses, and brought you back to your reality, where you were in bed alone, but didn’t want to be. There was only one thing that you could do, and that was throw a pair of shoes onto your feet, caring not to change out of your pyjamas, and rush to your car.
You knew exactly where your destination was, and whilst remaining within the speed limit, you went as fast as you could to said place. When you reached there, you parked your car, and went straight to her new address, rapidly knocking upon the door, feeling urgent to see her.
It took a moment until there was an answer, and when you were met with her green eyes, it was clear that Lizzie was in shock of your presence. “Can I help you?” Her fingers nervously picked at the skin of her arm as she awaited for you to say something, but instead of speaking, you acted.
Reaching your arms forward, you tugged Lizzie closer, pulling her lips down upon your own, like a lovesick fool. “I think you can.” You confirmed, feeling proud that you had listened to Wanda, and done what she had suggested. Lizzie tucked her hair behind her ear as she opened the door further, inviting you inside.
“I’m watching Bewitched, care to join?” Accepting the invite, you entered her new place, looking around for only a second, until Liz tugged you onto the sofa with her, and rested in your arms, the pair of you having missed each other equally.

Alright, I finally got to see MoM, so have my thoughts about it (they’re free):
Multiverse of Madness SPOILERS
Stephen Strange: world renowned neurosurgeon, former Sorcerer Supreme, & savior of humanity cannot tie a tie.
Idk why he’s complaining about losing Christine when Wong is right there & available.
America Chavez my beloved, welcome to the MCU. Smashing entrance on your part, please stick around for the rest of my life.
Honestly I can’t really blame Wanda, I’d probably do the same thing in her situation. I don’t condone killing America, but considering everything Wanda’s been through & done I understand where she’s coming from & her desperation.
What I wouldn’t give for a miniseries of her slow descent into corruption by the Darkhold. (not a 2nd season of WandaVision, that ended perfectly, I mean a separate miniseries)
Sooooo Wanda’s line about Stephen breaking the rules vs her breaking the rules held up for literally the entire movie.
I have to wonder why Wanda didn’t seem to care about being w/ Vision as well as her sons. Probably because Vision would put a stop to that shit as soon as she tried it. But actually probably because they just couldn’t get Paul Bettany.
The entire Illuminati scene gave me AGGRESSIVE flashbacks to the era of WV theories. From Patrick Stewart’s Professor X making an appearance to John Krasinski as Reed Richards (tHe AeRoSpAcE eNgInEeR).
Also gotta wonder why the Illuminati is so bent about the powers of a man who got bested by a child who knew math.
I’d watch a Marvel Illuminati movie.
What happens when the Illuminati finds out that the Wiccan (son of the Scarlet Witch who possesses the same power set & is destined to rewrite the rules of magic & reality itself) becomes the Sorcerer Supreme (now also possesses the same powers they’re so worried about Stephen having)?
Honestly this movie said Sapphics Win bc we got:
- America being pretty
- America existing as a lesbian (yk that pride pin will be edited out to make money overseas but it’s fiiiine)
- America having 2 moms
- Wanda being pretty
- Wanda wrecking everyone’s shit in all her monstrous glory (covered in blood, morphed into a terrifying mind monster, killing innocent people, doesn’t matter. I’m gay).
- Live action Captain Carter!!!! Peggy on that Super Soldier juice
- Maria Rambeau wrecking shit right back as Captain Marvel
- & Rachel McAdams was . . . there
Don’t think a falling statue should’ve killed Captain Mar(ia)vel but it was caused by Wanda so okay.
Take a shot every time that 1 chord plays to remind you see? This is a horror movie! We’re a horror movie! It’s supposed to be scary you guys!
& take a shot for every eye the camera decides to emphasize.
Honestly props to Elizabeth Olsen’s acting prowess because every time she lets out her witchy side is *chef’s kiss*.
No fucking way Wanda’s dead, she’s way too powerful to be killed by some falling rocks, & there’s no way Lizzie’s contract is up.
(although if she wanted to - which she probably does - she could let herself die, & given everything that’s happened to her I wouldn’t blame her)
So, I’d thought that the woman in the mid-credits scene was that 1 girl from Eternals (which I didn’t watch) but I looked her up & apparently she’s Clea, so neat.
FUCK THAT POST CREDITS SCENE I WANTED WANDA CRAWLING FROM THE RUBBLE NOT PIZZA BALL VENDOR GUY.
Overall, I really liked it, & I want more America.
