#MentalHealthAwareness - a few words from @thejimihunt “... the same thing happens every single time a celebrity takes their own life. A similar thing also happens every single time there is a school shooting in America. People post, then go back to their lives. . 'Suicide' is not the problem. Having low mental health for an extended period of time and having no hope that you will be happy in the future is the problem. ⚡️ . There is help out there, in a plethora of forms, the key point is that if people aren't ready to take that help and do the work in their heads then there is nothing you can do to force them. ⚡️ . We need to inspire them to want to engage with that help. ⚡️ . We need to look after each other, talk about REAL SHIT with each other, make genuine enquiries about each other, have each others backs, encourage everyone to start looking after their own mental health NOW, improve our own mental health so that we may help others, love everyone around us so that they can feel that hope. ⚡️ .
