Daily Grind
21/01/25
So, I decided to try something new: a daily routine challenge. Why? Because my life felt like an unfinished jigsaw puzzle where all the pieces are just slightly bent. It was time to attempt the impossible—becoming that person who has their life together. You know the type: the ones who drink lemon water in the morning and don’t hit snooze 12 times.

So here's how it went:

productivity & focus
• studied for: chemistry practicals
• focus level: 5/10 (too much chaos around lol)
• top takeaway: increase my focus
• time spent: 2 hrs
• distractions: got distracted by constant jibber jabber
fitness & energy
• workout : a 20 minute stretching session along with a in the morning as I get up as a headstart
• meditation & yoga: a 25 minute strong yoga session along with a 10 minute meditation session
• energy before: 7/10
• weight: 56.2 kg
• progress update: none- (since day one hope for a positive response)

nutrition & hydration
• breakfast: (kinda skipped it)
• lunch/brunch: basic salad
• dinner: idli vada,sambar and chutney popular (South Indian breakfast dish of soft idlis and crispy vadas served with sambar, a lentil-based stew)
Drink rotation
1. Warm water with honey+lemon(empty stomach)
2. gooseberry+mint+ginger+turmeric drink (empty stomach)
3. Apple cider vinegar (30 min before meals)
4.cinnamon turmeric ginger tea (evening)
• water intake: 2.5 litres
• Intermittent fasting :18:6(ie 18 hour fasting nd 6 hr eating window)

• mood: meh-
• stress level: 6/10 (my parents argue a lot lol)

hair care:- scalp massage nd light oiling (almond+jojoba oil)

• sleep hours: 3am-9am (6hrs)
• sleep quality: mediocre (kept having vivid dreams)
• energy levels: got drained by the end of the day(since i ended up going out for some work)
personal growth & reflections
• what i learned about myself: that i should probably start taking some shit seriously
• how i'm becoming stronger: just by convincing myself to finish on thing at a time nd not cluttering my mind with everything together
• one challenge i faced: distractions

• gratitude of the day: ull get through everything just believe in urself
• what went right: meals,self-care
• tomorrow's focus: getting back on track... being mindful of what u do..
