A burpee variation you and your workout partner have to try! @work_hard_eat_harder and I both had to fight for our workout mojo this morning, but we made it through and decided to end with 50-feet of these. At the end of our workout... “Want to try planking with one another on us”? Okay! Working out is fun, having an intense session is awesome but having a fun, intense workout WITH a workout partner you can laugh and do ridiculous things with... PRICELESS. @work_hard_eat_harder and I def threw down this morning with some inspiration from @fitdanny... Started with a timed mile. Then did 3 mini circuits for 3 minutes each (these were SO HARD). Rest 2 minutes and repeat to try and beat your score. If you do, great. If you don’t, then sprint .2 miles. Luckily we hit our goals, but man it was tough. Here’s one of our mini circuits: 20 KB Swings (#50-lb) 4 Squats (#50-lb) 4 Burpees 20 Lunge Jumps Great way to kick off the day!
