Maybe some Valerius headcannons, or something for the courtiers?

hi! if you haven't already checked it out, there's currently a valerius story up right now (val x fem mc, but of course can be read by anyone)! here's a short hc list from some observations i made about him. hope it's up to standards! (ive actually never made headcannons before)

Valerius

There's no denying that Valerius is more on the hostile side, and there's never a shortage of cruel remarks when you're around him. But, he doesn't act like that just to be an ass. Valerius is plagued with frustrations from the court, and a deeply routed loneliness. In short, Val is struggling on the inside and the only way he knows to "deal" with it is to take it out on others.

At first, he genuinely felt that his deals with The Devil were justified, and made them to benefit the city and it's rulers.

He deeply regrets decisions he has made in the past, and looks forward to redeeming himself.

Valerius is actually very impressed with the apprentice and their dedication, but he's afraid to show it.

He wants to get to know the apprentice and is interested in learning about them, including their magical abilities.

Valerius wishes to educate the apprentice on wines and poetry, his two favorite things.

He loves having his hair brushed and played with, although he keeps quiet about it due to embarrassment.

He's never been in a "real" relationship, but longs for an emotional connection.

The apprentice seems like they could provide that

While Val doesn't have any desire for extreme physical activity, he's a sucker for neck kisses, hand holding, and intimate cuddling.

He loves to dance! (Paso Doble is his favorite, he adores the challenge and complex meaning)

When he isn't commanding the guards and working in the palace, he spends most of his time studying gothic literature.

To Val, a perfect date is sharing a bottle of Montoya Cabernet on Vesuvia's beachside viewing the sunset.

His favorite flowers are dark red roses.

He always keeps a bouquet of them in his office.

He secretly has two of his finest guards keep an eye on the apprentice and guard their room at night.

The guards think this is because he is suspicious of the magician, but really he just wants to make sure they're safe

He has been wanting to invite the apprentice to a wine tasting for a while, but backs out everytime he gets close in fear of rejection or coming off the wrong way.

What up, what up! It’s ya girl Liv here with another chapter of Work Out. In this chapter we’ll go deep into Geneva’s past and her favorite past time. The sounds of 70’s to 00’s music rumbled through the rink, as skaters young and old all came together for one night in solidarity. For those who can skate that is. Others like myself however, have been in the game for years.

“Come along and ride on the fantastic voyage.” I couldn’t help but sing along to the sounds of my childhood. Seeing friends of old and new in the rink made me feel at home again. Not like good old nostalgia to make you feel at peace.

“Is that Jimmy and Trinity? The franchise let them have a break before the big match? That’s new.” Destiny got my attention by noticing two old friends of mine from the past.

I was a trainer for WWE in Orlando, years ago. I have met the past; present and the future of the company come in and out of those doors. It was a tremendous job to have right out of college, that I will forever cherish. I’ve grown close to most of everyone from all rosters. I left due to some personal reasons.

“Yeah it is. Let’s go say hi.” Maneuvering through the busy crowd I tapped the glow queen herself, and was met with an excited squeal. Thus rewarded with a loving hug with just enough force.

“Gege! It’s am so glad to see you. How’ve you been girl?” Upon giving Destiny and Cynthia their hugs as well, Jimmy and Jey both hugged us all in a group hug.

“I’ve been well, about to be blessed with a divorce soon.” Taking a swig of my Angry Orchard Rośe, I heard Trinity chuckle.

“You finally went through with it. Proud of you little sis.” Jimmy commended me, with Jey nodding in agreement.

“Thanks Uce, It’s been a long time coming too. Trust and believe me, Dede and Cyn are throwing me a divorce party. What better city to do it in, than Atlanta?” You better believe I was looking forward to that party. Nothing was going to keep me away from it.

“You know I’ll be there. Even if I have to drag Jimmy with me.” Trinity nugged her husband, who was in a deep conversation with his twin over which food is better: bacon double cheeseburger vs mozzarella sticks.

“Huh? Uh yeah Atlanta seems cool.”

“That’s funny because last time I remember, you weren’t going for my good sis to move to the ATL.” I arched a brow in mock curiosity, causing Jimmy to blush a tad.

“At first I was but then I realize she needs a lot of family around no matter what. Plus Georgia and Florida ain’t far, so we came to an agreement.” Placing a kiss on how wife’s head, made all of us smile in pure joy.

“Y’all are sickeningly cute. Let’s go skate, I gotta get my groove on.” Lacing up my white skates, the ones with the hot pink wheels, and neon green laces on them, I saw a pair of Jordan’s come into view.

“Well well well, look who showed up.” Leaning against the table, giving a glance over

“Couldn’t stand my cousin up now could I?” Michael showed his pearly white teeth, before giving me a hug. Looking up behind him I see Florian in all his glory.

His tight black v-neck shirt; with matching jeans and red polo sneakers just made him irresistible. His hair and beard were clean cut, and what set it off was his gold link chain around his neck. If I’m being completely honest here y’all, at some point I plan on yanking on that gotdamn chain and-

“Hello gorgeous.” His deep voice broke my inner thoughts and just melted my insides. Making my body feel all warm and giddy. This man does things to me already.

“Well hello there handsome. I see my cousin let you come out and roll with the big dogs huh?” Smirking a bit as I skated around him on the rubber glow in the dark floor.

“Actually he didn’t want to come, I dragged him. He wanted to stay in all day and watch Netflix.” The way he laughed was even a magical tone. Like you could be hugged by a velvet blanket, by a cozy fire in the middle of winter.

“Oh? Damn Baraki, you don’t wanna spend time with ya cousin? I’m hurt.”

“I’m here aren’t I? Besides, had to break out my skates from retirement and help Florian buy his from Amazon. Turns out, the dude here owns a pair, without my knowing” He shrugged and stuck his tongue out at me when I flipped him off. Feeling glad that the rink had given us the party section to have us somewhat away from fans. Yet a few had asked for pictures, and I didn’t mind taking them for them.

“Yeah yeah. Anyway, Florian do you know how to skate?” I asked gently.

“Little bit. Haven’t had the time to in a while, just been training more often.” His reply was honest and sincere. Man why isn’t her dating anybody already?

“Oh really? Well I wouldn’t mind teaching you a bit.” The slight bite on my bottom lip, caused Florian to smirk at me before taking a sip of his Heineken.

“I’m sure you could.” He mumbled just enough for me to hear, letting me hold his beer so her could tie his skates up.

His arms bulged with every movement, a vein popped a few times and it just made my body hum in desire and need. That was until I felt my phone vibrated, I gave him back his beer, and watched as he skated with Michael over to the Dj booth. Checking my phone for a few updates from friends and fans of my work, I received a message from Cassie that she had arrived.

Cassie was also another childhood friend of mine who had no issue with telling you how it is. Knowing that she moved back to the city as well, made it all better for me to have friends. My phone buzzed again, letting me know a message came again. This time I was worried. Re-reading the message, I felt my face scrunch in confusion.

Cassie: Uh Geneva don’t be alarmed but a certain blonde walked in.

What was she talking about? Responding as fast as I could, I looked around the section and saw nothing.

Me: who?

Looking at Trinity, who nodded her head in the front direction of the rink.

Trinity: she devil

Me: oh fuck

The she devil in question, was another former trainee of mine at the facility back in 2016, when I had started. She is one of the major causes of my divorce; Mandy Rose. I don’t see what the WWE universe sees in her anyway. All the while I know what I did see; Jake’s dick in her in our bed.

“Watch my back.” I told the girls, and they all looked towards where I was skating at. They soon followed me when they knew immediately where I was going. The memories came flooding back.

I haven’t spoken to Mandy sinch I quit. It was around April of last year, Wrestlemania season, when everything went down and I had filed for divorce 2 weeks later. That was the final nail in the coffin of my marriage with Jake, and I couldn’t take it anymore. With all the blatant disrespect; the awkward silences when I asked him about the finances of our joint accounts; the secret rendezvous he’d have coming home late, the high expense charges and the lying.

I thought he was different from all the others but that was lie, a bold face lie. We got married right after graduation, in 2014, two years later I started working in Orlando. The first full year on the job I introduced Jake to Mandy. It had been a whirlwind to work for WWE with my medical degree, to make sure the superstars were in tip top shape. With the constant bickering, physical altercations and accusations he threw at me, about sleeping with one of my coworkers I had to put out marriage on pause that same year.

A year of separation had put my mind into perspective and think about what I wanted out of this marriage. We had agreed to meet up at our house, I was staying at Cynthia’s at that time, for dinner to catch up. I still had a key to the condo, it was in my name, and I looked all over the house for him. What do I see walking up the stairs? Mandy riding Jake like no tomorrow. He tried to save his ass by running away from me, as I waved my steel bat at him. Mandy was long gone and laughing by then.

Putting in my resignation was hard but I had to do it. Now more than ever, I was focused on me and only me. Moving back home to New York was just the beginning. During the first few months, filing for divorce, I did go on a few dates. Only a few guys came home with me, none of them satisfied the itch I craved. Maybe Florian could be the one to fix that.

Trying not to fall while skating through the crowd, I made it to the group that just came in. Sonja Deville sported me quick and pulled me into a tight embrace. The death glare I set straight towards Mandy could be picked out of a much bigger crowd.

“Geneva! It’s been too long. How’ve you been?”

Keeping my composure I returned Sonja’s gesture.

“I’ve been well, been well. Working on my personal trainor thing, keeping the lights on. I’m always busy, plus going back to school so yeah.”

I made it my priority, to keep my bond strong with Sonja, after I left the company. When I told the MMA fighter about the scene I witnessed, she couldn’t fathom it either. She promised to keep an eye out on Mandy for me as well.

She was one of the first people, besides my crew of course, to message me about the sly matching posts on Instagram, between Florian and I. She wished us nothing but luck and invite her to the wedding in the future.

“I hear ya. I hear ya. Just to let you know, I did keep- ah hell.” An exaggerated sigh escaped Sonja’s lips, causing my face to contort in confusion.

“Uh something wrong?” I asked curiously, seeing her visibly gulp.

“Want me to be honest?”

“I expect nothing from a woman who kicked my ass in practice back in Orlando.” Earning a soft chuckle from her, she sighed and turned me around to the scene.

“That little bitch.” The growl that erupted in the back of my throat, made Sonja go wide eyed.

“Geneva-”

Before she could even finish that sentence, a let my anger skate me towards Florian. I was already attached to him and I didn’t want Mandy to ruin that for me. She was touching all over him; feeling him up, touching his face, shoving her silicone bean bags in his face and just being her trashy self. The look of discomfort shown on his face, but soon shifted once I came into view.

“Hey Florian, ready to go skate?” I intervened so fast, that you could see steam coming out of Mandy’s ears.

“Well lookie here, It’s the hag. Listen honey, he doesn’t want to skate with the likes of you. He’s having fun talking to me. Isn’t that right Florian?” Moving her hand on his chest, you could see the disagreeable expression on his face. Upon removing her hand from his chest, he stood by me and I felt my body temperature erupt in euphoria and triumph, as if I had won.

“Well I was here to skate with Geneva and her friends.”

Mandy sneered at me with her fake lips and tosses her bleach blonde hair.

“Fine, but this isn’t over Geneva. May the best woman win. Oh and Florian, I’ll catch you later.” Being the snake that she is, she leaned up on her tippy toes and placed a kiss on his cheek, before leaving with her friends. I wanted to claw at her face so bad, yet I’m surprised Florian held me back.

“It’s Genevieve to you.” I gritted through my teeth.

You see, lately I’ve been talking to Florian about myself, opening up a bit more, getting to know one another better and such. I had mentioned Mandy in the conversation, how she was one of the causes of my divorce, and how she tried to one up everyone. He knew her through a friend of theirs, they chatted and had a night together.

Although she got too clingy for him after that and it’s not in him to just let a woman go after a night, but he needed to be away from her. By the time this all transpired, it was before his practice scenes for Creed. That’s when I met him on set a month later.

“I’m sorry that happened Geneva. Nor did I know she was coming either.” He tried to sooth and keep me calm. I had never been consoled by another man who wasn’t my father or my brothers.

Glancing up at Florian I saw hope; dedication and devotion. Some qualities I loved in any man, but this man here was something else. Collecting myself together, I took a breather and skated away from him on to the rink floor.

“It’s all good Flo.” The way I said his nickname, caused his face to heat up in embarrassment. The action caused his sweet smile to appear as he leaned against the rock wall, watching me groove to the music in place for a bit. He was entranced by just a little movement.

“So I hear that you’re, Queen of skating huh?”

“Maybe so. If you can keep up with me during this song or the next I’ll go on that date.”

“Wait wait, for real?” He arched a brow, as I nodded.

“Foreal. I’ll go on a date with you if you can keep up.” Sending off a wink before I skated off to the jumping sounds of reggae music. Moving my hips to the rhythm, I kept eye contact with him as I move to the beat.

My hips have a mind of their own, as I float across the floor and take off my jacket. I managed to hand it to Cynthia as I skated around to hand it to her and I kept going. I always felt at home here, it was never a dull moment.

Upon hearing the song change over, to Rock the Boat by the ever so great Aaliyah,I felt a pair of strong hands grace my hips. I didn’t think he’d catch up to me.

“Guess who?” His warm voice graced my left ear, and sent chills through my body, as we grooved to the music in sync. Moving my hips on instinct against him, rolling in tandem with his hands around the rink.

“So Flo got rhythm. So tell me, how do you know how to skate?”

“A movie you mentioned, that was your favorite. May have picked up a few pointers.” Grabbing my hand on cue, he twirled me around before bring me back to his strong, broad chest. I stand corrected, I was in heaven.

“You watched Roll Bounce? And you listened to me too.”

“And I’ve been skating since I was 10. So that’s just a bonus.”

Dancing on him with the music changing, made the tension grow hotter and more sensual. Lost Without You started playing and I followed Florian’s movement this time around. Hearing his gentle voice singing in my ear once more, I began to sing along with him. I haven’t felt this much emotion in so long, I’m starting to feel like this was meant to happen. The smooth gentle rocking, made me feel like I was floating. We were floating. I felt safe in his arms more than I thought. I could feel his rigid muscles through his shirt on my back, making me hold back a moan.

I know he could feel the connection as well. The grip on my hips told me otherwise. Placing my hands on top of his, I laced our fingers together before turning to skate backwards.

“White boy got some moves. I like it, you can keep up with me.” He twirled me around a bit before holding me against his chest again. I leaned my head back to look up at him a little, just to place a kiss on his chin.

“That’s not all I can do.” The deep baritone bass of his throat made me want to jump his bones right then and there.

“Oh I bet.” I teased him back by rotating my ass against him, earning a low growl to erupt from his chest. Gege can play too Flo.

The Dj let everyone know that it was time to roll out, and to drive safely. Rolling off the floor, we met up with our group and planned the next move of action to extend the night. The rink was starting to close up soon, so we all met in the parking lot.

“Girl we saw you and Florian getting down like an old southern couple.” Cynthia nugged me, giving me a sly look.

“Y’all were doing the damn thing.” Destiny winked and caused me to laugh a bit.

Cassie high fives me before heading to her car.

“Geneva, I’ll catch you later this week aight? Gotta get up for work in the morning. I’ll see if I can bring Josephine to the meeting.”

Sending her my love my regards, I placed my skates in the back of my Range Rover.

“So y’all good for some bar hopping? I know this great spot along the jersey shore.” Ryan mentioned while looking up the directions.

“I can’t. I have class in the morning and a test, I need to be sober for. Sorry guys.” Gently replying I smiled up at the crew before shrugging.

“Dang maybe next time. Oh what about our monthly couples game night? How about Monday, Geneva’s?” Destiny suggested as she headed towards her Jeep renegade.

“Couples game night? Sounds intriguing, I’m in. I’ll bring Johari, you in Florian?” An enthusiastic Michael was all anyone could handle.

Glancing over at me, he smirked gently.

“Yeah I’m down. Geneva, I’ll pick you up tomorrow from class for our date. See y’all around.” Placing a kiss on my cheek, I sighed heavily and bit my lip. This man was gonna be the death of me. The action caused him to chuckle adorably.

“Deal. See you tomorrow Flo.” Kissing his cheek, I saw his face heat up again. Seeing him walk away with my cousin, I let out a soft groan.

“Girl, you are sprung.” Cynthia smirked at me while Destiny let out a gut busting laugh.

“She got it bad.” Destiny couldn’t help herself.

“I will say this; I hate to see him go, but I love to watch him leave. His ass is sculpted like a god.” I fanned myself in the process.

Hugging my friends goodbye, before getting into my car and driving home, I glanced down at the sound of my phone going off. Glancing down for a split second, I saw the notification. I had received a text message from Florian.

Making it home safely I got ready for my shower and for bed; tying down the massive mess of my 4c curls in a silk scarf, I finally read the message. Leaning against my room door, I read it over and over again, feeling all giddy.

Florian:

Can’t wait for tomorrow night gorgeous. I promise it’ll be worth it. You deserve the best and I plan on delivering. Sweet dreams my queen.

This man knew how to charm his way through anything. Getting back on track, I kept staring at the message. I had to reply and not be rude. So I kept it short and sweet, yet tasteful.

Me:

Looking forward to what you have in store handsome.

“Damn Florian. My heart is yernin for ya love..” singing gently to myself before getting into the shower, I felt powerful. Maybe this is my chance to finally be happy. To finally be free from my chains of the past. This whole turning over a new leaf thing, won’t be so bad after all.

Summary: On the night of the San Trobida beachside, Ian and Estela share a moment under a moonlight while reminiscing a few moments...

“Don’t worry, Estela. Your uncle agreed to watch over her for a moment. Besides, Liv is a heavy sleeper.”

“Gee, I wonder where she got that from.”

Ian chuckled at the way the female assassin was teasing him and helped her carry all the stuff for tonight. It’s a rare, but a soon-to-be special night for them, even long after a year and a day they spent together as married couple.

Every summer, the couple visit Estela’s uncle, Tio, at the beach house the older man built for the family and did almost everything together from swimming in the ocean to having the Montoya family teaching Ian the ropes of survival such as sparring. And let’s not forget that their daughter Olivia made a wonderful addition to the family ever since she was born. She was already at the age of three and she already adapt to San Trobida at the beach side. Not to mention, her great uncle always dotes on her.

Soon, Ian and Estela left the house and head towards the cliff of the beach side and saw the full moon shine brightly with its reflection shining at the ocean. The couple stared at the scenery in awe.

“It’s...beautiful.” Estela spoke out.

“Yeah...it really is.” Ian agreed before turning to his wife. He could see a rare, but a soft, beautiful glow that appeared on the assassin, thanks to the moonlight from the sky, and he couldn’t help but admire it, “Remember the time back at the hotel on the island where we first sat together looking at the stars and the moon?”

Estela nodded, “That was the first time you’ve ever approached me. I don’t think I can ever forget that.”

“Me neither.”

The wind breezed through around them, prompting the two of them to shiver a bit. Ian pulled out the blanket that was in his bag.

“Looks like we both need this.”

Estela chuckles in agreement and helped the dark hair to setup the campfire on top of the cliff. It only took them a moment to gather the firewoods and snuggled against each other, with the blanket they’re sharing and sat in comfortable silent while looking up at the full moon. It was only then until Ian prompt a question.

“Estela, do you ever wonder how our lives would be different if we haven’t met in La Huerta?”

The former assassin bit her lips in thought, “Sometimes, to be honest, but I really don’t want to ever think about that. Otherwise, I wouldn’t be able to have this life with you.”

The dark hair smiled and moved closer so he could wrapped his arm around her, “And I wouldn’t want to change any of that just so I can meet you. Even if it keeps happening over two thousand times.”

The couple stared at each other in a warm, loving moment before meeting into a passionate kiss. Turns out, it’s going to be a long night for them.

Chapter 1:

AN: After the final of SVU and Organized crime I felt the need to write a story. I knew it would focus on Alex as she is my favorite, and I realized that I wanted to include the Stabler who we know the lease about, Elizabeth. So, she is going to be a big part of this story. This story will be A/O but will not diminish the importance of the relationship Liv and Elliot share. It will also include friendship between Alex and Barba as I'm a sucker for the head cannon that they went to law school together.

I will also be addressing plotlines that SVU dropped such as Antonio Montoya and the effect the shooting and being in WITSEC had on Alex. I may or may not be ignoring Conviction, I haven't decided.

April 30 th 2018

Thirteen days ago, Alexandra 'Alex' Cabot, former Ice Queen and ADA, once again walked away from Lieutenant Olivia Benson. While it was not the first time the Lawyer walked away from the Detective it does not mean it was easy. In fact, other than when she was getting in the car to be taken away by the martials, it was the hardest time.

For eighteen years Alex Cabot has been not so secretively in love with the brunette detective. It took Alex a long time accept her feelings, and by then she was sure that everyone other than the Detective herself knew. For Alex she was able to accept her feelings, but she was never able, and is still not able, to admit them to anyone other than her herself.

It has been six years since the last time Alex saw Olivia and the second, she saw her in that carpark all the feelings she has been pushed down came racing back. As the two of them talked, and fought, and drank together it felt like the old days; something Alex has deeply missed.

While Alex still believes that what she has been doing is the right thing, she also knows that it might not be right for all situations; something Olivia made her realize. So, for the last thirteen days Alex has been using her connections, family money, and experience to set up Vita Nova, an organization, a hope for suffers of domestic abuse.

Even though it is a Sunday morning Alex is the office space she has rented setting up things she is going to need. While it is just her for the moment she intends to get help eventually. As she works on setting up what will be her office Alex hears the elevator dig and as she is not expecting anyone she feels a flash of fear rise up inside of her; a side effect of two years in WITSEC that she can't quiet shake.

Walking out of her office Alex sees a young woman, who cannot be any older than about twenty-five, walking towards her. After so many years of helping victims Alex automatically looks her up and down searching for signs of injuries. When she does not see any Alex feels relieved, but also more confused.

"Can I help you?" Alex asks, the confusion she is feeling all too clear in her voice.

"You don't recognize me. I'm not surprised, it has been a while," the woman says, in a tone of voice which says she expects Alex to know who she is.

"I'm sorry? Who are you?" Alex asks, her confusion only growing.

"Liz Stabler," She introduces. "I'm…" Liz starts to say.

"Elliot's youngest daughter," Alex says amazed. "The last time I saw you you were ten chasing your brother around at the Squad picnic we were at," Alex says, not sure how rectify that little girl she used to know with the grown women standing before her, as while she saw Dickie at sixteen she never saw Elizabeth.

"And when I couldn't catch him you told me that I didn't have to be faster or stronger to beat him, I just had to be smarter," Liz remembers.

"You remember that?" Alex asks surprised.

"I never forgot," Liz admits, and Alex is incredibly touched by that.

"It's really good to see you, Elizabeth, but I don't know why you are here, or how you know about this place," Alex admits, not being able to help but be incredibly curious about how Liz found out about what she is doing.

"Call me Liz," Liz requests as only her parents, and Dickie, call her Elizabeth, everyone else, including her sisters and Eli, call her Liz, just like her siblings and parents are the only people who call Richard Dickie. "My boss told me about this place, said you might need some help, I'm here to offer my service," Liz explains.

"Your Boss?" Alex asks confused, as she gestures to two of the seats that are unpacked so they can both sit down.

"I'm a social worker I have been since 2014 when I graduated Columbia early," Liz explains, like it's no big deal.

"Congratulations," Alex says, feeling proud of her. "That's a difficult profession to choose," Alex admits.

"It never really felt like a choice, more like a calling," Liz admits, and Alex gives her an interested look. "You know Dad was a part of SVU my whole life, until I was eighteen. My whole life I watched Dad be a cop, fight for victims and to get the bad people and even though he and Mum tried to hide it I know the cases he worked, and I realized that I wanted to help people before it ever became something Dad had to handle, and that's why I became a social worker," Liz admits. "But in the last four years I have seen that the system is so broken and I knew I wanted to do more, so I applied to law school, got early admission to Columbia for the fall, and it's also why I'm here," Liz admits. "Ms Cabot, I remember you from when I was a kid. I remember how you would fight for victims, and I know about the people you've helped since leaving SVU," Liz reveals as she has worked with some of the women. "When my boss told me you were starting this place, and looking into hiring a social worker to help I knew I wanted to be a part of it too, that's why I'm here," Liz reveals.

"Call me Alex," Alex requests, and because of the look on Alex's face Liz finds it really hard to figure out what she is thinking. "If you know what I've been doing since leaving SVU then I need you to know that if I need to do that you will not be a part of that, I won't do that to you," Alex tells her, knowing that if Liz starts to work with her she will do everything in her power to keep her away from that and make sure nothing falls back on her. "But if you're sure that you want to be a part of Vita Nova then I will be thrilled to have you. You'll help me build this place into what I hope it can be, be a social worker, and once you've started Law School some paralegal work if you'd like," Alex offers.

"I'd love that," Liz says as she is pretty sure that there is no one better to learn from than Alex Cabot.

"Then welcome to Vita Nova Liz Stabler," Alex says, sticking out her hand for Liz to shake.

"Thank you, Alex," Liz says, with a grin as while she is sure that this is going to be hard work it is also work, she wants to be a part of.

March 21 st 2020

Almost two years have passed since Liz Stabler and Alex Cabot started working together at Vita Nova. In the two years Alex has become a mentor to Liz, and the two of them have become friends, but as she hasn't been sure how to tell him during their weekly phone calls, or even when she visited her parents and brother in Rome, Liz hasn't told her father who she is working with and Alex hasn't asked about Elliot; it seems that both of them feel that it is a subject better left unsaid.

Since founding Vita Nova Alex and Liz have been working hard and have managed to help a lot of victims of domestic violence, but there have also been victims that they were unfortunately not able to help for a wide variety of reasons. While they have causal and part time employees, which occasionally includes Kathleen Stabler who has become a psychologist focusing on Bi Polar Disorder, Alex and Liz are the only permanent, fulltime, employees, and everything Vita Nova is was built by the two of them.

In a manner of weeks, the world has completely changed, and not for the better. As she stands in her office and looks out at the bullpen full of masked Offices Captain Olivia Benson feels afraid about what is going to happen next.

For most of New York a stay at home order has been ordered, but that does not include Oliva and her team, and Olivia also suspects she knows someone else who will not follow the order; Alexandra Caroline Cabot. It has been almost two years since Olivia talked to the blonde Lawyer, turned vigilante, but so many times she has thought about her, wondered if she is safe, or if the partner of one of the women she has been helping have hurt her. Even with everything that is going on Olivia knows that if there is a woman, or children, in danger then there is no way Alex will stay home.

"You okay Captain?" Rollins asks as she has noticed that Olivia has been staring out to space for the last five minutes.

"I don't know," Olivia admits.

"Yeah, I don't think any of us are," Amanda admits. "All I know is that I'm gonna hold my girls extra close," Amanda explains.

"I'm going to do the same with Noah," Olivia admits, and she hears the sounds of heels walking along the floor, and just for second Olivia expects to see Alex, and is even a little disappointed when she doesn't.

"Liv?" Amanda asks concerned.

"I need to make a phone call," Olivia says, causing Amanda to be incredibly confused, as Olivia heads back into her office.

Before she has a chance to second guess herself Olivia picks up her cell and calls the number that Alex gave her the last time the two of them talked. Not even sure if the number is active Oliva waits as it rings until finally the line picks up, but it is silent.

"Alex?" Olivia asks, feeling her concern grow.

"Liv?" Alex's surprised voice asks, and Olivia feels relief.

"Yeah, it's me," Olivia confirms.

"It's been two years," Alex says, sounding surprised, but also glad.

"I know," Olivia confirms, feeling a little guilty about that but she also knows that Alex hasn't reached out either. "How are you?" Olivia asks.

"Healthy," Alex answers. "Right now, that's all I can ask for," Alex admits. "How are you?" Alex asks, having no idea what else to ask.

"I'm healthy too, so is Noah," Olivia explains, knowing that Alex learnt about her son the last time they talked.

"I'm really glad to hear that," Alex admits. "Liv I'm always happy to hear from you, but did you need something?" Alex asks curious.

"No…. I just wanted to check in," Olivia admits.

"Well I'm glad you did," Alex admits. "I've missed you," Alex admits, knowing that the fact that she has barely slept for the past week would have played a part in her being so honest.

"I've missed you too," Olivia admits, finding it easier to say it because she heard Alex say it first. "Alex…." Oliva says, and then trails of.

"Liv?"

"Stay safe, okay," Olivia requests.

"You're not going to tell me to stop what I'm doing?" Alex asks, both knowing what she is talking about.

"I know you well enough to know you won't stop," Olivia admits. "But I just need to know that you're at least being safe, especially now," Olivia admits.

"I'm doing my best," Alex admits. "I hope you're being safe too, Captain," Alex admits.

"You heard about that," Olivia says, not being able to explain why, but feeling glad that Alex seems to at least know about what is going on in her professional life.

"I keep informed," Alex admits.

"You know, that sounds a little stalkery Counsellor," Olivia comments, there being a level of amusement to her voice.

"Whatever you say Captain," Alex says, sounding amused, and as she does Olivia sees Fin walking towards her office.

"Hey Alex, I've got to go, Fin's coming my way and he's got the look on his face that tells me we've got work to do," Olivia admits.

"It never ends," Alex says. "Liv, call again sometimes okay, it's been nice to talk again," Alex admits.

"Phones work two ways counselor," Olivia reminds her.

"I'll remember that," Alex responds. "Bye Liv,"

"Bye Alex," Oliva says, before hanging up and gesturing for Fin to come into her office.

After hanging up with Olivia Alex just stares at her phone, feeling shocked that she actually talked to Olivia Benson again.

The next morning after another night of little sleep, though this time it was because she was thinking about the call she exchanges with Olivia, Alex is walking into the Vita Nova offices. Getting off the elevator Alex takes off her mask and as she walks towards her office, she sees the same sight that has greeted her basically every day for the past two years, Liz Stabler sitting at her desk.

"I told you that you didn't have to come in," Alex says as she walks towards the young woman.

"If you're here, I'm here," Liz informs her. "And I needed to be here," Liz says, slightly quieter, and because she knows Liz Alex can tell that there is something off about her voice.

"Liz, what's going on?" Alex asks concerned as she pulls up a chair, but makes sure to keep a reasonable distance away, and right away she notices that Liz looks hesitant to talk. "You know you can always talk to me, no matter what," Alex tells the young woman. In the two years that the two of them have been working together Alex has been a mentor to Liz, a sounding board, given advice, guidance, and support when needed, and been there for Liz when she needs it. In a lot of ways Alex has been a parental figure to Liz, but neither have voiced what they both know.

"I know Alex, I've known since you picked me up from the bar when I was drunk and heartbroken and had no idea who else to call," Liz admits, as why that night is foggy she knows that she knew she didn't want to call her siblings and it felt natural to call Alex. "It's my parents, and my brother Eli," Liz reveals.

"Are they okay? Has something happened?" Alex asks concerned, being very aware that this is the first time either of them have mentioned Elliot.

"They're in Rome," Liz reveals, as Alex feels her heart sink and realizes why Liz is acting the way she is. "After Dad left SVU they went to Europe, and he's been working in Rome for… years," Liz reveals. "I'm sorry I never told you," Liz says, looking a little guilty for that.

"It's okay, you don't have to apologize," Alex assures her. "I've thought about asking about your parents, your Dad, but I never knew how," Alex admits.

"Just like I never knew how to mention them," Liz admits, then sighs. "I'm scared for them, Alex, things are so bad there," Liz reveals, fear in her voice. "Eli's not even thirteen and he didn't grow up the same way the rest of us did, he doesn't know how careful he has to be," Liz explains. "Dad's still working and even as they stay home as much as possible Mom and Eli will have to leave the apartment occasionally," Liz explains, and Alex recognizes the signs of her spiraling. "If something happens, they're so far away, and we're not going to be able to help," Liz says, revealing all her fears, and Alex wants to reach out and comfort her, but giving the current situation she can't.

"Liz, I want to tell you that everything will be okay, and I hate that I can't," Alex admits. "I'm scared too, I'm scared for all the people who are quarantining with their abuses, I'm scared for Antonio because he hated being on Lockdown when we were in WITSEC so I have no idea how he's going to handle this, I'm scared for my old squad who are on the front line, and their families, I'm scared for my oldest friend who is in Iowa dealing with corrupt politicians surrounded by people who don't even believe the pandemic is real," Alex explains, and while Liz knows about Alex's time in Witsec, and is friends with Antonio Montoya, she also knows it's rare for Alex, or Antonio for that matter, to talk about that time. "We're living in frightening times, Liz, we've just got to take it one day at a time," Alex explains. "It's not going to be easy, but that's what we've got to do," Alex tells her. "Videocall your parents, and your brother, see for yourself that they are okay; it's only a little but it will help," Alex tells her.

"Yeah, I think I might do that," Liz admits. "Thanks Alex," Liz says.

"You never have to thank me, Liz. I'm always here to listen, and help when I can," Alex assures her, standing up.

"You are going on a coffee run?" Liz asks curious, knowing that Alex basically lives on coffee.

"No, I'm going to take my own advice," Alex says, heading into her office, and Liz gives her a curious look as she goes.

Walking into her office Alex, after closing the door behind her, puts her bag on her desk, sits down in her chair and pulls her phone and places a video call to Olivia.

Feeling a little nervous as she isn't sure that Olivia is going to be able to answer her Alex is very glad when Olivia actually does answer, even though it takes a little while.

"Twice in two days, this is a habit I could get used to," Olivia says, sounding glad and due to the fact that they are on video call Olivia can't help but take notice of every little detail of Alex Cabot; trying to pin point any differences.

"Me too," Alex answers.

"Where are you?" Olivia asks, as she doesn't recognize anything that is in Alex's background.

"My office," Alex reveals.

"Ah Vita Nova; New Life, good choice in names their Counsellor," Olivia comments as when she learnt what Alex called her organization she looked up what the name meant.

"It seemed appropriate," Alex admits. "And I see I'm not the only one who he's been keeping informed," Alex says, looking amused.

"What can I say, I'm a detective," Olivia responds. While she has looked into what Alex has been doing, she hasn't realized that Alex is working with Elizabeth Stabler.

"A good one at that," Alex responds, with a slightly flirty tone of voice.

"I've heard people say that" Olivia responds, and Alex just rolls her eyes in an amused way. "This is nice," Olivia admits, as even with all the horrible things that are going on, all the horrible things she has been through over the past few months, it is nice to talk to Alex again.

"It is," Alex confirms. "Things are so bad right now, I think we need to find the good where we can," Alex says, saying something remarkably similar to what she just told Liz.

"Are you saying that talking to me is a good thing, Al?" Olivia asks curious.

"It's a very good thing," Alex admits, and as she does she sees Liz walking towards her office. "And as much as I would very much like to keep talking to you, I've got to go," Alex admits. "Talk again soon?" Alex asks.

"Definitely," Olivia responds. "Bye Alex," Olivia says.

"Bye Olivia," Alex says, before hanging up, and once she hangs up she gestures to Liz to walk in. "How are they?" Alex asks curious, as Liz walks over and sits down across from her.

"Eli's annoyed that he can't see his friends, Mom's scared, Dad's dad, but they're all okay," Liz admits, looking relieved, as while it was only a quick call it was beyond good and exactly what she needed.

"That's good," Alex says.

"Yeah, I feel like a weight is off my chest," Liz admits. "I know they might not stay okay, but just to know they in this very moment they are… it's everything," Liz says, looking thrilled.

"That's great Liz," Alex tells her with a smile, and as she does her phone goes off with a message, which wipes the smile off her face. "And while I hate to put a damper on the good, we've got to talk about Brianne Harrison," Alex reveals.

"Has a hearing been scheduled?" Liz asks, looking interested.

"Not yet," Alex admits. "Her husband just breached the restraining order. She's at her doctors," Alex explains looking concerned.

"How bad?" Liz asks concerned.

"Bad," Alex says, standing up.

"The kids?" Liz asks concerned, knowing that Brianne has two kids. A son who is four, and a six-month-old daughter.

"With her," Alex explains. "I'm going to go talk to her, I need you to find out what happened, and get started on the paperwork," Alex explains.

"You've got it," Liz responds.

"Liz don't leave the offices. We'll figure out a plan for how we're going to adapt to this situation when I get back," Alex tells her.

"Okay," Liz responds, and once she does Alex heads out of the office, putting on her mask as she goes.

At v?re din egen dommer for Alejandro Guerra, tager det hans krop at blive professionel?

"Bare ankom i god stand."

Hvad var ambitionerne for den Alejandro Guerra, der tog sine forste skridt inden for bodybuilding, og hvad er Alejandros ojeblikket?

”For var jeg kun lidenskabelig med at tr?ne og ikke konkurrere, og jeg konkurrerede kun, fordi mine venner overbeviste mig. Lidt efter lidt indsa jeg, at jeg blev fodt til at v?re en mester.

”Jeg begyndte i denne sport, fordi mine gymnastiksejers venner foreslog mig at konkurrere om at repr?sentere dem, og derfor ville jeg tr?ne gratis. Jeg tog den nodvendige k?rlighed, fordi jeg indsa, at selv uden de rigtige forberedelser var jeg altid pa podiet og til sidst besluttede at tage det alvorligt for at komme til de store ligaer. ”

Hvordan har denne proces v?ret siden den forste konkurrence indtil i dag? Jeg mener en del af din fysik, der har udviklet sig i dig.

”For mig er den bedste bodybuilder i Colombia Marco Cardona IFBB PRO, da vi skal respektere hierarkier, og han var den forste colombianske bodybuilder, der fik sit professionelle kort, ogsa for hans muskulose kvalitet, der er uigenkaldelig, af den grund vil han altid have min respekt .

Og af hele verden eller jeres historie er den 8 gange mestre Ronnie Coleman, sa enkel. ”

”Jeg folger en kaloriunderskuddsdiett med dage med l?sning og losning. Han brugte essentielle aminosyrer, BCAA'er, hydrolyseret protein, glutamin, vitaminer og mineraler som den grundl?ggende base. ”

Hvordan tr?ner du fra mandag til sondag? Det vil sige, hvordan er din muskeldeling.

”Jeg arbejder kun en muskel om dagen, og det er det, der har givet mig flest resultater.

”Det er meget vigtigt at opna stor koncentration, nar man udforer dine bev?gelser, ligesom vi forstar, at kroppen reagerer perfekt pa hjerneimpulser. Sa hvis du koncentrerer dig om at sende en ordre fra hjernen til dine muskler, vil de v?re mere modtagelige ikke kun for de sammentr?kninger, vi genererer under tr?ning, men ogsa nar du tror, ??at du far din krop til at reagere positivt pa denne forbindelse. Jeg tror virkelig pa det ... og det er sadan, jeg foler, at jeg har gjort store fremskridt. ”

Giv os dine opmuntrende ord til dine fans og l?sere.

”Bodybuilding er en af ??de sportsgrene, der kr?ver mere kamp, ??disciplin og fokus, og selvom vi kunne sige, at det er en sport med mange penge, og mange mennesker ser det som en begr?nsning; Jeg kunne underskrive, at hvis du opfylder de allerede n?vnte egenskaber, vil penge aldrig v?re en hindring, fordi alt hardt arbejde endelig vil betale sig.
