Mass and Maine doodle dump! I hc Maine as Mass’ younger brother bc the land that is Maine now used to be part of Massachusetts. I like to think that when the territory was claimed as Mass territory, little Mass was just a baby brother and once he grew up and became his own state, he adopted the name Maine. 

He kept some mannerisms from his older brother, and follows him around a lot- he’s kinda like a wet cat personality type of guy aklsjd :P but ye- the skit where Maine and Alaska are talking and Maine says “Ya cant get there from here”, that is originally a Massachusetts saying- 

Also he owns so many lobster plushies, many he’s had since he was little and they were gifted to him by Mass <3

Baby and toddler shuichi both have fluffy snorelax onesies and it’s the one they fall asleep fastest in, very cute on him

Things about Rats i am Observing while pet sitting a pair:

- they are so quiet. I dont know why I expected rats to make squeaky noises and such, but they do not. they make a Lil noise when moving around but thats to be expected that's just the cage* really

- they don't smell bad. I didnt think they would but their owner warned me they might be smelly so I was expecting a sort of pungentness to it, like how Wet Dog Smell permeates the very air around the dog, but you've gotta stick your face next to the cage and sniff to smell it. nbd

-their little paws and noses are so soft??? I havent taken one out to hold em, I dont want em to get loose in my apartment (I have Many Cables) but wow. soft.

- they Will nibble you. it will not hurt. one keeps trying to eat my fingernail when I stick my finger next to their snoot, idk why

more to follow if I have further observations

*to note, their owner keeps them in a larger cage/let's em freeroam for an hour or so normally, I've got them in a Travel Cage thats still 2 stories so theyve got room to roam around ! I have no idea if rats are like bunnies and should be freeroam but their owner takes good care of em and the cage is a sizable one

for the most part i'm outwardly just a 'cis' woman but if i told you my dream gender/gender presentation you'd probably classify me as a machine. i'd lose one of my greatest joys (food) but a sick robot bod is so worth it <3

There was a spider on my bed a few hours ago, he was crawling all over my blanket and he was such a littol guye and I sure hope he ain't here now cause if he was I mighta crushed him-

And I don't want that to happen :( no sirree
