Close to this time last year, I was up late scrolling on social media. And I came across a friend’s feed who had reposted @littlemissmomma’s post about her then almost three-year-old daughter, Stevie, who had just been diagnosed with DIPG, a rare + aggressive cancer with a 0% survival rate. I was absolutely heartbroken for this family, and I felt such a deep connection to the Stocks, even though we had never met. Later that summer, my family and I took a road trip to Zion. My daughter and I, wearing our #starsforstevie t-shirts, took a hike up to one of the mountains, and said a prayer for little Stevie, who had passed only six weeks after her diagnosis. We never forgot about Stevie, nor her amazing family. And it was so special to welcome @littlemissmomma on the @womenontopofficial podcast this week. It was full circle. It was magic 🪄 Ashley was kind enough to be an open book with us, talking about the depths of her pain, and how she is navigating her grief journey. She made me realize that no matter how much pain and suffering that we each have gone through, all of us have had to endure pain, and it’s the one thing that unites all of us. Influencer Ashley Stock has opened up on the heartbreaking death of her three-year-old daughter, Stevie.

Stevie was diangosed with a rare brain tumour in April, with Ashley announcing the sad news of her death on Instagram.
