Today at the running show it’s been my first proper exercise for Three weeks due to my recent bout of ill health. While I try to do push-ups and other bodyweight exercises at home and plenty of stretches I haven’t been back to a Tree Climbing, I missed out on a parkour event given by PK generations. Over next two months i’ve got a number of health challenges to deal with and today demonstrated to me the importance of keeping going with my fitness regime even it’s just basic stretching it’s better than nothing at all. When the weather improves I’ll be back to Tree 🌳 climbing but I hope to get down to sooner than later Terrell Lewis Brixton Street Gym I joined Ben with his calisthenics training even though I’m likely to be on medication. One of the things I’ve learnt on my fitness journey that it doesn’t matter what type of fitness I do so long as I respect the state of my health and work out accordingly in an environment that I consider to be safe and not endangering my health. So I will be telling myself to try to be gentle and not overdo it, most certainly not over train and take plenty of rest.
