the left design is his riolu design! he's meant to be the partner pokemon in pmd:sky! so yeah the rock on his belt is the relic fragment and the badge is an explorer team badge!... it's his partner's badge though (he was a skitty!), and said partner is uhh. Gone 🤡so he's been in a depression arc since, RIP
me and my friend need to nail out a story still but the vibe is kinda even after the final boss the world still collapses so. he's also grungy bc of that woops
