February's plant for my herbologist tier is the Himalayan blue poppy! This rare alpine plant grows in high altitudes, in misty mountain meadows. It's beauty and scarcity make it an ephemeral sight.

A magical Sunday at The Cloisters

hi there ! im beginning the last year of my studies in french literature and language in my hometown :( i loved that part of my life very dearly and i am very much scared to move out of my city next year... My girlfriend just started her last two years of studies to prepare herself for the exams to become a preschool teacher !! We are at the same uni so we often see each other to study our classes <3 I still feel unsure about my career as a french teacher, i don't know yet if i wanna be a uni teacher or a middle school/ high school teacher...... scary making your own life destiny choices at 21....

Looking back on this, 3 years later, I still struggle to believe how different adult life is. I moved out a few months after this post, changed States and started Uni. Nothing seems easy, but honestly: you realise that, while exhausting at times, being an adult is not so hard as it may seem at first. And it comes with so many cool things too that you couldn't experience before. So this is for every new adult out there: you got this!

Coming of age is the most exhausting process I ever had to go through. I just turned 18 and now realise, that from now on I am the only one resposible for my actions. And that means that I simply cannot hide in bed when something is wrong, I have to get up and fix it. And even tho I luckly was not faced with such a situation yet, I know it will come. And I am scared because it is so new and I do not have any experince in beig forced to be the only one in control. It is new and you cannot learn it from a book. You have to experience it. And that is what I fear. The sitting around and waiting. The waiting for the first big decision I will mes up, the first time I will fail big time. And there is nothing that can prepare me for it.
