The members were relaxing each in their own space enjoying that it was a rainy day and there wasn't anything to be done, Mina was under the covers of her bed while she played on her Nintendo Switch, SaiDaMo were in a heated Just Dance battle on the living room, Tzuyu was baking a bread recipe she found online, Jihyo was building a new bookcase for her room, Chaeyoung was painting the scene of Tzu baking, and 2YEON were bickering in their room about what was happening in the drama they were watching. So it was calm all around, only the rare sound of discontent and fighting but barely audible… that was until the light went off, at first complete silence engulfed the house, not a peep could be heard, and suddenly chaos erupted, screams came from all directions, the sounds of feet running was heard, things smashing against each other, and cries.
Nayeon and Jeongyeong quickly rushed to their feet when the whole commotion started, they needed to check if everyone was okay but at the same moment Jihyo came running through the door holding her forehead while crying, a moment later Mina came clutching her Nintendo almost hyperventilating from the fear, and lastly came SaiDaMo clutching each other's hands panting from running. Nay firstly checked Hyo for any injury and thankfully found only a little swollen patch, while Jeong helped Mina calm down with breathing exercises, after both girls were calm enough they checked SaiDaMo only to find them shaken up but without harm, with the girls taken care of they set out to look for their missing members but MiHyo were still shaken up and wanted to be held so Jeong had to stay with them since she was the one who knew how to prevent Mina from spiraling into an episode.
Nayeon grabbed her phone to use the flashlight, and after the first step out of the threshold of her room, she heard the pained cries from Chaeyoung asking for help, "Mama!! Mommy!! Pwease help!! 'nybody help!!" cried Chaengie between wrecking sobs, so Nayeon started running towards the sound of her voice while asking where she was, "In da kitchen Mama!! We'n da kitchen" yelled as a response the voice of Chaeyoung.
Finally reaching the kitchen Nayeon found Tzu spread on the floor clutching her hand while wretched sobs shook her whole body and Chae was holding her trying to calm her down while sobbing as well, the scene was heart-wrenching to say the least, Nay also kneeled beside her the girls and began frantically asking what happened, "Lights no more, Tzu cry, me scared. No know wha’ do? Sowwy Mama”. Quickly checking Chaeng over and not finding anything wrong she proceeded to check Tzuyu over, overall she looked fine until she checked the hand she was clutching, finding an angry red and blistered hand, remembering Tzuyu was baking before the lights went out she quickly looked over to the oven and found it off (thankfully), she picked Tzu up, put her on her hip and took her to the sink to put the hand under the cold water to diminish the pain and swollenness, all while Tzu let out tiny whimpers of “Huwts, huwts, huwts”.
Taking Chaeng’s hand on her own she ventured back to her room grabbing something on their way, making a quick stop at the bathroom to grab the first aid kit, proceeded to their destination, and closed the door behind them she put down everything she had brought onto the bed, “Yeobo, what is all this?” asked Jeong breaking the silence, “Some necessities I grabbed on the way, candles to have a light without draining our phones batteries, and the first aid kit to tend to Tzu’s wounds” stated matter of factly Nay going back to dressing Tzuyu’s hand with antibiotic ointment and wrapping it with sterile gauze, finishing it with a bandage. “Our baby got burned while taking her tray out of the oven when the light went out, and apparently only Chaengie heard her so both of them were crying on the kitchen floor” cooed Nay while cradling her baby against her chest and filling her other baby’s face with kisses while telling her how brave she had been taking care of Tzuyu.
“Omo, my poor babies,” said Jeong with a pout, giving quick kisses to the babies, “I’m sorry, should save Chae and Tzuyu. Am a bad unnie,” said Momo with her head hung, “No, I also bad unnie. Only took Hyunnie’s hand and forgot about babies” retorted Sana hugging Momo, “Bad Hyunnie? No help” babbled Dahyun launching to give a bear hug to her yeodongsaengs, in a matter of seconds all 7 girls were crying the older one’s saying they were bad unnies and the babies overwhelmed with the situation. It took close to 20 minutes to calm down everyone but NaJeong were successful after all, they decided to order takeout from their favorite restaurant and meanwhile cuddle while playing some little calm games, when the food came the girls got scared again since they thought it was a monster and they worried about their Mommy going alone, it took a bit longer than they expected but it turns out Jeong had gone into the kitchen to retrieve plastic utensils and sippy cups so they kids could eat comfortably.
Once their tummies were filled and content with all the food, it was already late so the adults decided it was time to get ready for bed, as soon as the words bedtime came out of the caregivers’ mouths the complaints began, “No tired, pway more p’ease” said Mina, “Early, no tired yet” reasoned Hyo, “We’re no babies, we stay up” counterattacked SaMo, and DaChaeTzu only whined and tried to get away from their moms’ comfy embrace. Half an hour later the whole family had showered but only SaMo had clothes on (just underwear), Nayeon was the last to get showered so she was still in her bathrobe, Jeong had showered just before her but hadn’t been able to put on pajamas since the kids were adamant about running butt naked around the room, it seemed as if their bath had woken them up instead of relaxing them, using her ‘there’s no space for retaliation’ stare she told them, “Everyone! Stop messing around, it’s time to get dressed so let Mommy put on her pajamas and then it’s your turn. Arraseo??”, a quick “Ne eomma” was followed by everyone sitting on the bed waiting for their turn to get dressed.
Momo and Sana were the first ones to fully get dressed, they only needed help with the buttons of their pajamas, Momo was wearing a Barbie one and Sana a Harry Potter one; Jihyo and Mina came next, while Jeong helped SaMo, Nayeon went to the kids' room to retrieve the diapers needed for the night, MiHyo wear Pull-Ups so they were waiting for them, Hyo had Hello Kitty pajamas, and Mina Minecraft Creeper pajamas; last but not least came the babies, all three had to be put into diapers, Dubu used Pull-Ups during the day but at night needed diapers since she didn’t like to get up for the potty, and ChaeTzu used diapers all day, their pajamas were onesies with zippers on the back to prevent little naked bums at night, they were matching forest critters themed ones.
Everyone ended up cuddled against Nayeon and Jeong, spread through the eldest king-sized bed, Tzuyu had demanded to be nursed to sleep since her hand still ached, so she ended up asleep on top of Nayeon, with her head on her chest listening to her heartbeat, Chaeng on a similar position on top Jeongyeon, and the rest of the girls cuddled in between.

Momo Unnie!
Tumblr media
word count: 1,972
who: nd!little!momo, cg!nayeon (+middle!dahyun for a sec if u squint very hard, jihyo who is also having a bad day, sana)
“Momo unnie can you help me take out the trash?” “Unnie could you help me with this assignment?” “Momo-ya can you go to the store and grab some milk? We’re all out” “Momo unnie!! can you come here?” “Momo!” “Unnie-“
All day long Momo has been tugged around, back and forth while listening to her name being called from all angles of her apartment. At this point her head was beginning to throb with the worst headache she’s had in months. She wondered how many more times she could hear anything at all before her body exploded.
It bothered her specifically because when she woke up this morning, she was in a good mood. Made her bed, showered, ate some frozen waffles that weren’t for her but she couldn’t resist anyways, and despite her jumping a little more than usual at things, she felt okay. Then her presence started to become a popular request.
“Momo unnie, can you take out the trash for me? I’m running late to drop off Chaeyoung and Tzuyu at their workshop.”
“Sure Ji, leave it to me.” She smiled and thought that it was a simple enough favor she wouldn’t actually mind much, and the garbage was stinky anyways.
Momo took the bag out and tied it into a knot, throwing it over her shoulder. As soon as she reaches the front door, she hears her name again.
“Momo unnie! are you gonna be out long?”
“Nah, i’m just taking the trash out for Jihyo. What do you need, hyun?”
“Oh thank god— I was worried you were going to be gone forever, can you help me with this assignment for my music class?”
Momo hesitated a bit. That would definitely take longer than the trash favor.
“Uh, yeah I guess I can. Let me take this out and i’ll come by your room, okay?”
Dahyun yelled back a “thanks”, already back up the stairs and halfway through her own doorway.
————————————
“Okay, I think you’re doing really well with this part. If you practice it a little more i’ll help you record it so you can send it to your teacher, if you want?”
“Really?! that would help so much unnie, thank you.”
“Of course, if you need any more help just let—“
“MOMO-YA!!” Momo covered her ears as both girls turned around to see Nayeon standing in the doorway.
“Why are you yelling?!” even though Nayeon was normally a loud person, her brain felt like it just rattled inside of her skull.
“Sorry! Can you go to the store please, we’re out of milk.”
Momo sighed. Yet 20 minutes later she appeared back in the kitchen with a gallon of milk and a chocolate bar in her hand.
She moved to the living room, where she sat down on the couch and began to munch on her candy and the cup of milk she poured herself to go with it. She didn’t really feel like she was there. The tv was off, because she was already starting to feel like things were getting too loud, and she just wanted silence. Her brain was beginning to feel incredibly off. Each time she chewed, it made her feel better.
“Is that candy?” Momo jumped and covered her ears again as Sana suddenly popped up behind her on the couch.
“It’s… a chocolate bar. Just got it from the store.”
“Oh!! Can I have a piece? Please please please please unnie~”
She felt her eyes watering, and yet she couldn’t say no. Not when Sana was looking at her with her signature pouty face that always got her everything she wanted. Even tho it was all that was grounding her at the moment.
“Uhm I guess you can…” She looked down at the wrapper and took the chocolate out. “Here, have the rest”
“Thank you unnie!!!” Momo felt herself flinch for the third time that morning.
————————————
Finally, Momo had gone back to her room. Lying in her bed had quite literally never felt better. She contemplated putting her headphones on, but it seemed quiet enough as everyone had gone back to their rooms and were keeping themselves busy so she trusted it to stay that way for a while. Her mind started to wonder, until she was just beginning to doze off and could faintly hear the front door open and close along with someones muffled speaking. There was some more banging around downstairs until it relented and Momo began to fall back into her slumber. That is, until…
The door to her bedroom flung open.
“Unnie.” She didn’t want to move at all, so she pretended she didn’t hear Jihyo from the doorway.
“Momo unnie. Get up.” Her brain started to panic a little bit due to her acting proving to be unsuccessful. But she knew something was up because Jihyo sounded aggravated. Why was she mad?
“UNNIE! GET UP!” her voice was loud, and Momo’s body was shaking— both from her own anxiety and from the sudden closeness of Jihyo who had moved the blanket and was poking her shoulder hard enough to get her to move.
“W-what is it, Ji?” she smacked her hand away and sat up on the side of the bed to face her.
“Are you the one who got milk?”
She blinked. “Yeah?”
“Well, you left it out on the counter. You also left your dirty cup on the couch. Don’t you know how to clean up after yourself?! Please go put them away, I have to cook Dahyun dinner.” With that, Jihyo turned on her heel and went downstairs.
Her head felt bad. Momos head felt really bad. She didn’t understand why the milk was on the counter or remember how the cup got on the couch. Was she processing things right? She could almost hear the blood rushing to her head, and the tears flooding her eyes begging to overflow. Momo was incredibly overwhelmed but she shouldn’t cry— it’s simple. Jihyo just wants her to clean something, thats all.
Momo stood up and left for the kitchen. Her steps were a little bit wobbly and she really did feel very bad. She almost couldn’t tell where she was.
Reaching where Jihyo had gone, she walked to the counter and put the milk that was there in the fridge. It felt heavier in her hand than normal. She also got the cup from the couch and brought it to the sink.
While the water from the faucet filled the cup, she watched until it spilled over and began running over her hand. She felt really weird, she could see the water but for some reason didn’t really register feeling it. It felt like she had stood there forever, until a hand reached over and turned the faucet off.
“Unnie! You can’t let the water run like that! God, that reminds me that the water bill is due today, did you pay it? that’s one of your bills you know.”
Momo just continued to stare at her hand holding the cup in the sink. It was cold, and she didn’t really understand what Jihyo was saying to her. She couldn’t process anything at all. All she could think about was how badly she wished it was quiet, how tired she was of hearing her name, and how small she felt.
It happened so fast she didn’t even know what was happening. A cabinet door closed a little too harshly and she dropped to her knees on the floor sobbing, shoving her fingers as far into her ears as she could— even tho it hurt.
“Unnie? Unnie— what happened?!” Jihyo mirrored her on the floor in front of Momo trying to figure out why she was crying. Momo couldn’t say a word but the closer Jihyo got to her the more she thrashed around trying to get away.
Hearing the commotion, Nayeon had left her room. “Hey guys why are you making so much noi—“ She paused as she observed the scene in the kitchen.
Jihyo turned to her, asking for help.
“Oh, unnie— I don’t know what happened! I was talking to her and trying to get stuff out of the cabinet for dinner and then all of a sudden she started freaking out! I didn’t mean to but she won’t even let me touch her.”
Looking back over at Momo, Nayeon knew immediately what was wrong, and told Jihyo that they’ll order food later and to go to her room for a little while. Carefully, she sat down next to Momo on the floor.
“Hi my sweet girl,” Nayeon tried really hard to leave her voice barely above a whisper so that she didn’t startle her. “You don’t look like you’re feeling too good right now.” Momo shook her head side to side frantically.
“That’s okay, can you tell unnie how old you are? it’s okay if you’re not sure.” Again, Momo shook her head.
“Alright darling, is it okay if i touch you?” At that, the younger girl threw herself into Nayeons arms still sobbing. She held onto her and rubbed her hand in circles gently around her back, putting a little bit of pressure to help her feel better. Nayeon looked down and saw that Momo still had her fingers in her ears, and that they were beginning to turn pretty red.
Leaning down and kissing the top of her head, she took it as a hint to what was actually wrong.
“Is it too loud baby?” This time Momo nodded her head the other direction. Nayeon picked her up and decided to bring her back to her room to avoid anyone coming out and making even more noise.
Sitting Momo on her bed, she crouched down in front of her and gently gripped her elbows. “Can you take your fingers out of your ears for me darling? I don’t want you to hurt yourself.” Momo whined and seemed to push them in even further. Nayeon panicked a little until she remembered about the headphones Momo left in her room for times like this. She didn’t know where she had left them so she began searching through the drawers in her desk and closet until she found them inside the backpack hanging off the back of her chair. Relieved, she brought them back over to Momo and tapped her just enough to get her to open her eyes.
“If you take your fingers out, we can put these on and you can feel a lot better my love.” Momo looked down and hesitated. It was her favorite pair of headphones that she had decorated with Nayeon a few months ago, and they had made sure they got the quietest ones possible. Which is exactly what she wanted right now.
Momo slowly removed her fingers from her ears, grimacing at the soreness and how loud it was again until Nayeon placed the headphones over her ears as soon as she could. Both girls sighed with relief as Momo felt better and Nayeon was glad that Momo felt better.
“Now, do you want to take a nap with me my sweet girl? I’ll even let you hold my bunny” She pulled her sleeves over her hands and wiped the tears that were still stuck on Momo’s cheeks and smiled at the nod she gave.
She tucked Momo into her bed— with her bunny— and quickly sent a text out to their group chat not to knock on any doors or come into their room until later.
Getting under the covers next to her, Momo slid over with the stuffed bunny in her arms and rested her head against Nayeons chest. “If you wake up and need anything just let me know, okay? i’ll be right here.”
Momo definitely still did not feel very good, but at least it finally felt quiet.

pumpkin seeds and pumpkin filling cover the table as tzuyu scoops out another handful onto the table. dahyun watches her adoringly and chuckles as tzuyu carefully plucks the seeds from the pumpkin's pulp.
"almost got all of the seeds out, baby?"
tzuyu looks up at dahyun and nods. she smiles, a bit of pumpkin pulp smeared across her cheek. she spends a few more minutes placing seeds into her large pile before she holds her hands up.
covered in pumpkin pulp and a few seeds stuck to her forearms, dahyun pulls out a warm, wet towel and wipes tzuyu's hands and arms. by the time she finishes, the towel's tinted orange.
"done," tzuyu says as she slides out of her chair. she slips into dahyun's lap, admiring her empty pumpkin.
"are you sure you don't want to carve anything more onto it, baby?" dahyun runs her hands through tzuyu's hair, rocking them side to side.
tzuyu nods and rubs her hand over her pumpkin's smooth but slightly bumpy surface. "i like it dis way."
"okay, love bug. lets put it out on the porch."
tzuyu excitedly hops off of dahyun's lap. she runs to the door and waits, bouncing on the balls of her feet as dahyun carries her pumpkin.
before she sets it down outside, dahyun turns the fake candle on and sets it inside the pumpkin. she puts the top back on and makes sure it's facing the right way.
"there we go. perfect."
tzuyu nods in agreement. she holds onto dahyun's hand, a proud smile on her face as she looks down at her pumpkin. it has a tiny heart carved into it, just big enough to let the candle's light shine through.

the first draft of can we get closer (let's get closer) -- i couldn't bear not posting it, since it is completed :)
(expect similarities, though it's quite different!)
jihyo / tzuyu, 2k. suggestive (basically smut) // MEN DNI
Tumblr media
tzuyu has never liked tattoos.
she's never liked the idea of pain leaving a permanent mark, created by someone else, no less.
perhaps if she were a little more artistic, had a little more in way of creative self-expression. perhaps then she would learn to fully appreciate them, like how chaeyoung did.
she liked them on other people, though, enjoyed looking at all of chaeyoung's little works.
but for now, tzuyu is content without any of her own.
confidently so, she's always thought.
yet here she is, eyes fixated on one park jihyo, suddenly intrigued.
jihyo was, by no means, a close friend. a mutual contact at best and one tzuyu has never really thought much past her profession.
but it's this exact thought that has tzuyu hooked, curiosity piqued. what does park jihyo's tattoos look like?
chaeyoung has fallen asleep on the couch by now, their planning session definitely lasting longer than expected, but jihyo hasn't left, and tzuyu is too distracted to want to leave.
she's too distracted by jihyo.
she can't stop looking at the edges of faded black beneath the sleeves of jihyo's tee, can’t stop catching glimpses of carefully lined maroon when jihyo's lifts her arms just so, stretching languidly from sketching too long. the hem of her crop rises slightly to reveal more ink, right around her ribcage.
tzuyu tilts her head subconsciously, entranced.
unfortunately for her, jihyo is perceptive – and bold.
"checking me out?" she chuckles, throwing tzuyu a playful wink. sets her pen down, happy for an excuse to talk to this friend of chaeyoung she's always seen around, but never got the chance to know. it's casual, flirty.
but tzuyu isn't so easily shaken. "yeah, just… curious." they've interacted enough for her to be honest, she thinks.
jihyo smiles, slightly amused, how tzuyu cuts to the chase so quickly. "see anything you like?"
"okay, i'm not checking you out, just curious."
"sorry, sorry," jihyo laughs, somehow enjoying tzuyu's deadpan way of banter. "pretty girls make me say stupid things."
she pushes herself off the ground and joins tzuyu, the leather couch sinking gently under her. "curious about what?"
it's the most they've talked ever; the most she's heard tzuyu talk, so jihyo naturally wants to keep the conversation going, if only to hear tzuyu's voice more.
"your…," tzuyu says, unexpectedly sheepish at the suddenly very real prospect of jihyo flirting.
"um… your tattoos?" she words it as a question, just so it doesn't come off too imposing – also because she'd been snapped out of her thoughts and in that moment, wasn't thinking of anything but is she flirting?
jihyo doesn't seem to mind her uncertainty at all.
"oh, you saw?" she looks down at her exposed abdomen, before lifting her cropped tee just a little more, and tzuyu gets her first taste of what exactly she hasn't seen.
"they're a bit hidden, but i promise i'm not a tattoo artist who hasn't experienced a tattoo before," jihyo says, like tzuyu was a potential customer expressing her worries. "don't worry."
except that wasn't really what tzuyu was asking for, so she bites her tongue.
but it's like jihyo reads her mind, or maybe tzuyu isn't very good at hiding her emotions, because she asks, "wanna see more?"
"really?" tzuyu perks up, brows raising in anticipation. "do you have pictures?"
"no, but i can show you now," jihyo offers, and tzuyu practically beams.
if tzuyu had a tail, jihyo thinks it would definitely be wagging right now, because she nods so quickly that jihyo can't help but let the excitement rub off her.
she thought tzuyu was shy at first, because they'd never talked much; then, a little stoic in the way she spoke –
but now, tzuyu's just cute.
jihyo lifts the hem of her tee, wisps of red and black revealed. tzuyu leans in, and she makes out a fragment of a flame, curving right below the underside of jihyo's chest. it's elegant in its form, less patchwork like chaeyoung’s and more cohesive.
"i have these, another just halfway down my shoulder, and one more on my back," jihyo explains, eager to share. "it's a big one, but not too big."
she takes off her shirt, and tzuyu jolts back in surprise, heart in her throat.
"oh, you– " you don't have to, is what she means to say, but the moment she sees the tattoo on jihyo's back, she forgets.
it's a breathtaking tattoo, brushstroke-like details, similar to the ones on her ribcage. the red and blacks are a constant theme, and they flow down the dip of her spine, spreading over her shoulder blades and fading off in the edges.
"did it hurt?" tzuyu asks, voice softer, like jihyo's delicately drawn tattoos simply warranted something more gentle. she reaches out to touch, a curious moth to a flame; traces her fingers over the lines. "it's beautiful."
jihyo feels goosebumps rise in the wake of tzuyu's touch, but her chest swells with pride at tzuyu's comment. "it hurt, but it was worth it, so they cancel out, yeah?” she reasons. “are you thinking of getting one?"
"definitely worth it," tzuyu agrees. she didn't know she had a preference for tattoos, but she thinks she might have one now. they looked incredibly good on others, namely jihyo. "but no, i don't like pain."
"didn't think you were a scaredy cat," jihyo teases, grin sly.
the jibe is enough to snap tzuyu out of her trance, and she folds her arms back into her chest with a huff. "not liking pain doesn't mean i'm scared of it," she scoffs. "i would just rather not experience it."
jihyo laughs at tzuyu's silly workaround, a light chuckle leaving her lips that, if not for the fact they were the only ones talking, tzuyu would not have heard.
"who says pain has to be bad?" jihyo muses, leaning into where tzuyu had leaned back. "won't know until you try, right?"
at this point, tzuyu isn't sure if jihyo's still joking or not. it's the same laid back expression, the one she had when she'd called tzuyu pretty, but the words here don't feel quite the same.
"what do you mean?" tzuyu asks.
"you know, like how people talk about mixing pain with pleasure," jihyo says, taking tzuyu's hand in hers.
"like how… if i do this – " she tugs hard, and tzuyu falls forward with a yelp. " –the suspense hurts," jihyo giggles. "but then there're also these butterflies in your tummy."
yeah, there're butterflies in her tummy, but she can't say they're from the pain of her hitched breaths – can't say they're not from jihyo's proximity.
tzuyu is suddenly acutely aware that jihyo is topless, and the only reason she isn't all over jihyo is because she's holding herself up.
"this is– this is different," tzuyu denies resolutely, but she sounds a little out of breath. "not the same as… a tattoo."
"it's about the feeling, tzuyu," jihyo says, eyes fleeting down to tzuyu's lips, then back up.
tzuyu's chest tightens, and she doesn't know if it's the butterflies, or whatever it is jihyo is making her feel.
but isn't that how it always goes – flame burning moth the moment they touch.
there's a beat.
a short one, but a thousand thoughts run through tzuyu's mind in that fraction of a second.
jihyo's eyes bore into hers, and all of tzuyu's thoughts condense into a single sentence –
she’s so pretty.
tzuyu stops breathing.
"can i kiss you?"
it's jihyo who asks.
she's quiet.
can i kiss you?
there's the soft exhale of their breaths, anticipation palpable. a tiny spark.
"you’re really pretty," tzuyu whispers.
all the butterflies come back.
the spark bursts like wildfire, the moment jihyo leans in to press her lips into hers.
jihyo tastes warm, so warm it spreads down tzuyu's neck, into her chest, and she hates that they're in this position now, because she wants her hands on jihyo; wants to feel all that warmth in its entirety.
she doesn’t really know how they’ve gotten here, how they’ve moved so quickly, but doesn’t really care.
the only place tzuyu can reach is jihyo's ribcage, so she does just that, thumbs pressing into ink, fingers curving into her sides. "i really like your tattoos," she murmurs in between kisses.
"mhm," jihyo hums, searching for tzuyu's lips again. "i like you.”
she gives tzuyu another peck, and tzuyu can’t really reply, especially not with jihyo nipping. her teeth close gently with tzuyu’s lips in between, tugging until it hurts ever so slightly, enough to make tzuyu suck in a breath.
“unnie– “ tzuyu mewls, tasting copper on her tongue and digging her fingers into jihyo’s sides. the sensation is odd, but jihyo kisses the pain away.
“that hurt,” tzuyu murmurs.
“that was the goal,” jihyo says, nosing the underside of tzuyu’s jaw before placing another kiss there.
she sucks lightly, and tzuyu feels teeth again, probing. she notes jihyo’s penchant for biting, and is about to reprimand her again for the pain, but then jihyo sucks where she’s bitten, and all tzuyu can do is squirm and instinctively cant her head upward, the buzz that crawls down her neck suddenly addicting.
jihyo pulls back then, licking her lips at the sight of the reddening mark under tzuyu’s jaw. “you look so pretty, all marked up.”
tzuyu barely has a second to respond before jihyo dives in again, this time to the base of her neck, right at the edge of her collarbone. she does the same thing over – sucking, biting, licking – painful, but less so now that tzuyu has experienced it, and there’s such a pleasant hum that follows, making her stomach curl deliciously, choking back her whimpers.
“unnie,” tzuyu breathes out, a silent request she can’t find the words for in her current state of mind.
she wants jihyo to touch her properly, to sate that heat in her tummy, maybe mark her up there, and jihyo can see it in the way tzuyu has unconsciously started moving her hips against her thighs too, grinding with evident desperation.
but she can also hear chaeyoung shuffling, the telltale shifting of someone on the verge of waking up, so jihyo licks at tzuyu’s collarbone a final time, and pulls back.
“not now,” jihyo whispers, hands finding purchase on tzuyu’s waist to stop her from getting off completely on jihyo’s thigh. “chaeyoung."
a short, high pitched sound escapes tzuyu’s throat, a meek whine that encapsulates all her frustration perfectly. it's like her entire vocabulary has dwindled down to nothing, and it's embarrassing the way she even thinks of begging. "unnie…"
"you're so cute, tzuyu," jihyo muses. she bites at tzuyu's neck again, and the sting is warm and insistent.
but tzuyu's also uncomfortably wet now, soaked through with nothing to satiate her. "i still… don't like pain," she huffs, just to annoy jihyo.
"hey, i haven’t shown you what that really is yet,” jihyo teases. “give me an answer the next time i come over.”
the promise of next time makes tzuyu’s tummy flutter; those stupid butterflies jihyo keeps giving her.
she doesn’t entertain jihyo with a response, sitting up and untangling their legs. jihyo laughs, tzuyu’s tantrum terribly endearing, and she’s about to tease a little more before chaeyoung lets out an audible groan.
tzuyu’s eyes widen, and jihyo quickly slips on her shirt. they hold their breath when chaeyoung starts rubbing the sleep out her eyes, groaning again. “this fucking couch… i’m moving to my bed.”
she doesn’t even spare them a glance, trudging to her bedroom in muted thuds.
tzuyu and jihyo exchange looks, before they start giggling uncontrollably.
“i think that’s my cue to leave,” jihyo laughs, trying to regain her composure.
she leans in, puckering her lips, as if asking for a goodbye kiss.
tzuyu taps her cheeks lightly. “next time.”
jihyo narrows her eyes. tzuyu smiles slyly.
“fine,” jihyo pouts. “try not to dream about me.”
with a flirtatious wink, she’s out the door.
tzuyu lets it simmer for a bit, burning the memory of jihyo’s tattoos into her mind. red, black, and flowy. the ones on her ribs curve into her sides, another on her shoulders inching down to her collarbones. and then her back, following the dip of her spine, over her shoulder blades.
a trail of red is scattered down tzuyu’s neck, jihyo’s marks etched into her skin.

kind of the same universe of this fill. i say ‘kind of’ because some things might have been changed here. i’ll admit i didn’t reread it, i just i wanted to write the nahyo :)
-
the world seemed to have turned against nayeon from the moment she had the unpleasant experience of meeting park jihyo.
part of the reason why they’d become ‘rivals’ was nayeon’s own fault, she admits, though jihyo carried half of the blame. their restaurants weren’t direct competition, as everything about them, from the menu to the theme, was different.
jihyo’s restaurant was all about high cuisine, the place was as elegant as its owner. nayeon’s, on the other hand, offered traditional food and a comfortable place that wasn’t not elegant, but certainly not as elegant as jihyo’s. the establishments were meant for different occasions, different clients, and yet nayeon and jihyo couldn’t help but compete.
they competed to be better than each other, to have a better rating to their respective restaurants, to be known as kinder from their clients — everything became a subject of competition when it came to what nayeon and jihyo knew they could beat each other in.
the aversion starts because nayeon is rude.
she usually isn’t, rarely is, but she happened to meet her worst nightmare of a person when her restaurant is about to be closed due to the lack of popularity. she was in the middle of a breakup then, which only made her more frustrated. and so, everything, from the beginning to the end of the day she met jihyo was a mess — everything felt wrong.
“you can’t just buy this place!” nayeon huffs loudly, the palms of her hands hitting against one of the empty tables of her restaurant. “tzuyu, guide this sir outside. please.”
the man who sat in front of her was one of the many people who had made her such an offer that week. he had gone there with a much younger woman, who seemingly didn’t want to be there, but was listening attentively, flinching when nayeon’s voice became sharper.
“listen, miss im. being in this location isn’t good for your business. people that come to this neighborhood have a refined taste, if you know what i mean. and you don’t fit in.” he says patiently, almost like he was mocking nayeon. he gets up, leaving a card on the table. his contact. “if you change your mind…”
“i won’t.” nayeon says, resolute.
the man leaves then, without needing tzuyu’s guidance. the woman stays, looking at nayeon almost as if she pities her. jihyo didn’t — she didn’t pity nayeon, but she couldn’t begin to imagine how it would be if she didn’t have her father to give her what she needs to succeed. so she stays, cleans her throat, and apologizes for her father’s behavior, because she felt like nayeon didn’t deserve to go through that pain.
but one wrong word was all nayeon needed to snap, and if jihyo had known, she would’ve been more careful.
“i’m sorry about my father.” jihyo starts. tzuyu watches them from a distance, making sure nayeon would deal with her less abruptly than she had with the woman’s father. “he can be… harsh, sometimes. but he wasn’t wrong-”
nayeon raises her eyebrows.
“he wasn’t wrong?” nayeon laughs, as if she couldn’t believe what jihyo was saying, but she had hardly given her any chance to explain what she meant. “you have no idea how hard it was to get this place. you would never understand it anyway. i bet he wants this for you, am i wrong?”
jihyo doesn’t falter, understanding nayeon’s anger, trying to be comprehensive despite her accusations. “yes.”
“and you’re here to try to convince me you’re a good girl and that i should give up on the business of my life just because daddy’s princess wants to play chef.” nayeon barks, stepping closer to jihyo, trying to intimidate her.
tzuyu closes her eyes, covering her face with her palm as she watches nayeon lose her temper with someone who had nothing to do with the reason why the restaurant was struggling. at least jihyo knows how to defend herself, crossing her arms and keeping her chin raised.
“i see.” jihyo looks at nayeon up and down. “maybe you do deserve to be in this situation after all.”
and just like that, jihyo leaves. hell on earth had only just began for the both of them.
one thing about living relatively close to her dear enemy was that nayeon kept constantly bumping into jihyo.
if she went to a nearby cafe, there was a possibility that jihyo could be there, which was why nayeon started making her own coffee. at least that was an opportunity to learn new things — nayeon tried to convince herself. but her coffee was surprisingly bad for a chef, and sometimes she gave up and drove to the nearest cafe.
nayeon also couldn’t do groceries by the end of each month. jihyo did it by around that time, nayeon noticed, because she kept seeing her at the market when she was trying to get her monthly groceries. nayeon settled for doing it two weeks into the months. that way, she wouldn’t see jihyo, and, as a consequence, she wouldn’t have her day or even her week ruined.
nayeon could escape from jihyo all she wanted, but the woman would still always be on her mind. after all, how could she not think about jihyo when she was the only person nayeon has ever truly hated. the feeling was as genuine as love — not that nayeon saw it that way, though, because she’d never admit she had only been living to compete with jihyo for the past months.
the sense of winning was what made nayeon’s business get back on track anyway, and that was the only good thing about jihyo that nayeon could think of. sheer hate and her employees help was what made nayeon find her way to make her restaurant popular again, to the point she was competing against someone who had it all from the very beginning.
“like i care that she studied in france,” nayeon huffs. she’s pushing a trolley filled with groceries, heading to the candy session of the supermarket. nayeon couldn’t go a day without sweets. “such an annoying woman.”
she’d been frustrated since tzuyu had praised jihyo earlier in the week.
it was only natural for tzuyu to like a person who treated her girlfriend so well, especially so when dahyun dearly admired jihyo as her mentor and friend. still, despite making tzuyu of a spy to get more information from jihyo and her restaurant for herself, there were things about jihyo that nayeon didn’t have to know.
nayeon couldn’t care less about jihyo’s background. it was important information, certainly, but the way tzuyu delivered the information felt like praise. like jihyo was perfect and nayeon had nothing against her. the worst part of it was that, deep down, jihyo was indeed a bigger competitor than nayeon could have imagined. she had everything — the money, the talent, the great reviews, and a team that was just as loyal to her as nayeon’s was with her.
jihyo only leaves her mind when nayeon realizes that the chocolate from her favorite brand wasn’t in its regular version, but instead it was heart-shaped. valentines day was near. that year, nayeon would spend it alone. being single is why nayeon hadn’t even thought about the date being utterly close, and reality only comes to her when she’s buying sweets.
she’s about to grab a package of chocolate bears from a brand that wasn’t her favorite (she refused to buy heart-shaped chocolate for only herself, that was far too humiliating for nayeon to do) when she notices a short woman trying to reach what she’d been previously looking at.
and of course it’s her. jihyo, the woman nayeon had been mentally cursing for the past hour while shopping.
nayeon smiles, feeling immensely proud of herself for wearing sneakers that made her slightly taller. she leaves her trolley on the side and reaches for the chocolate, forgetting about her pride — and the bear-shaped chocolate she was going to buy.
“thank-” jihyo looks to the side, about to show her gratitude for the person who was apparently trying to help her. “im nayeon?”
“i see you’re buying chocolate, park.” nayeon throws the chocolate in her own trolley. “is it for the boyfriend?”
jihyo understands what nayeon meant by taking the chocolate then. it was only for her own pettiness.
“boyfriend?” jihyo arches her brows. “have you been watching me?”
nayeon blushes. “h-huh? of course not!”
“if you say so.” jihyo laughs. she’s almost sweet when she does. “tell tzuyu to do a better job next time. i will never have a boyfriend.”
jihyo picks a chocolate she can reach — it wasn’t heart-shaped, but it was expensive enough it could be a gift.
“wait, park!” nayeon calls before jihyo leaves with her nearly empty trolley. jihyo looks at her, crossing her arms, letting nayeon know she wasn’t in the mood for her antics. “did you see your restaurant’s online rating is 0.1 lower than mine?”
“wait until valentines day, im. i’m sure people will want a more…” jihyo laughs. “sophisticated place to have dinner with their lovers. maybe you should come by and bring yours as well.”
jihyo turns around then, and nayeon can hardly find the words to react.
“i can’t accept this, jihyo.”
dahyun shakes her head, putting on her apron. she was ready for another full day being jihyo’s second hand, which was something dahyun could never be grateful enough for. jihyo was the best mentor she could’ve asked for — but sometimes she was too good. not that dahyun was complaining, but she truly couldn’t accept what jihyo was offering.
“you can. and you will.” jihyo concludes. “dahyun, it’s just half of the full price. i want to do this for you. and tzuyu.”
“you can’t just get me an apartment, jihyo.” dahyun says, flushed to her ears. “you’ve already done so much for me… i can’t take this from you.”
jihyo crosses her arms. she can’t understand why dahyun wouldn’t accept such gift from her. jihyo knew that not all people had the condition of giving expensive gifts or have received such, but it was normal for her. she was raised like that, receiving everything she could wish for from her parents. for that, jihyo wanted to do the same with dahyun, who she saw almost like a daughter, but not quite. a pupil, if anything.
“dahyun,” jihyo says, her voice serious. “i want to. doing this for you means a lot to me.”
“but jihyo…” dahyun sighs. accepting jihyo’s gift was tempting, she couldn’t deny it. even more so because jihyo’s intentions were genuine, and dahyun knew that.
“you can pay me back by staying with me. working here.” jihyo pouts. “and learning how to caramelize onions without burning them. it’s really annoying.”
dahyun gasps. “i’ve gotten better at that! you told me i had!”
“better doesn’t mean perfection,” jihyo answers. although she was a nice boss, jihyo could be incredibly demanding. that aspect of her, aside from the support only money could give her, was what made her successful in a short period of time. “i’ll wash my hands. today will be busy.”
being a good boss was what brought jihyo to the current situation.
after getting the apartment with tzuyu, dahyun waited until they had completely furnished it to throw a small party, with only people that mattered. there was a lack of communication, however, when tzuyu happened to invite nayeon, and dahyun naturally invited jihyo, as it wouldn’t be possible for them to be there so quickly if it wasn’t for jihyo.
the place was one of a kind, really. dahyun and tzuyu had managed to find a penthouse that wasn’t incredibly expensive, which was already a hard find on its own, and while it was smaller inside, they had a rooftop deck almost as big as the actual house, the perfect setting for spending time with friends.
the day the party happened was right before valentines day, because it was their only day off before the madness that valentines day would be for their respective workplaces. what neither of them considered was telling each other that they had invited their bosses. tzuyu only finds out that they were doomed when jihyo arrives with an expensive bottle of champagne, chocolate, and her ‘girlfriend’.
and then tzuyu is too busy panicking to tell dahyun that nayeon was coming.
“are you two… you know… serious now?” dahyun whispers towards jihyo once tzuyu offers sana a drink and they head to the kitchen.
jihyo is taken aback by the question.
“she is...” jihyo stops, appearing to be thinking about dahyun’s question. “she’s good for me. i think so.”
dahyun sighs. “but do you like her, unnie?”
“i like her.” jihyo replies, giving dahyun a small nod, her cheeks getting slightly red. “i like her a lot.”
“that’s good then, unnie.” dahyun smiles. jihyo looked quite cute when she was embarrassed, which wasn’t something that happened often, so dahyun cherished the moment. “oh, look! even tzuyu likes her.”
dahyun coos, seeing tzuyu smile along with sana. dahyun’s love for tzuyu was natural and easy, jihyo notices. even with sana, jihyo can’t feel that. still, jihyo smiles — she smiles because she’s happy for her friend, and because tzuyu, im nayeon’s little spy, wasn’t all that bad after all. she was even starting to think tzuyu was cute, despite the girl being her enemy’s second hand.
nayeon doesn’t appear for at least an hour after jihyo arrives.
tzuyu considers sending her a text, wanting to know if she was still going, and part of her wanted to tell nayeon not to show up. it was for nayeon’s own good, truly, because if tzuyu could choose between having jihyo or nayeon there, of course she’d pick nayeon, who was equivalent to her of what jihyo was for dahyun.
the delay had a few reasons. valentines day would be in a few hours and nayeon had just seen a post of her ex with her current girlfriend — momo still looked beautiful, nayeon thought as she chugged a dose of pure vodka. she only remembers she was supposed to attend to tzuyu’s small party when it’s already getting dark outside and she’s utterly drunk.
“not a problem,” nayeon tells herself. “wait for me, tzuyu!”
nayeon does her best to look presentable. she makes sure to brush her teeth thoroughly and put on enough perfume so that nobody would know she had her own little party before, a party with way too much vodka, sad music and the bunny plushie momo had given her on their first date as the only invited member.
nayeon was still drunk after all, and despite not looking like she was, she had a hard time to arrive at tzuyu’s new home. taking the elevator makes her dizzy, and nayeon soon starts to regret forgetting that it was supposed to be tzuyu’s happy day before she started her pity party.
“i’m here! i made it,” nayeon sighs, relieved. she knocks at the door and rings the bell instead of deciding between each, keeping a hand on the wall so that she wouldn’t fall. when the door opens, the first thing nayeon does is hug whoever had opened it for her, even kissing the person’s cheek. “tzuyu, unnie is here! huh, why are you so small…”
“it’s dahyun, miss im.” dahyun freezes as nayeon hugs her. “c-come on in. i’ll go get tzuyu.”
dahyun all but escapes from nayeon’s grip, scared. not of nayeon, of course not, tzuyu’s boss was far from being scary, but of what jihyo would think when she saw that nayeon was there. she finds tzuyu at the kitchen, preparing a colorful drink for one of their friends, and she almost growls tzuyu’s name as she calls for her girlfriend, evidently angry.
“why didn’t you tell me nayeon was coming?!” dahyun whispers as if she was screaming, making tzuyu startled.
“you didn’t tell me jihyo was coming either! i didn’t know you would invite her!” tzuyu replied the same way, finishing the drink regardless of dahyun staring at her.
dahyun looks at nayeon from where she stands, watching tzuyu’s boss play with ari, their puppy.
nayeon was welcomed, of course she was. dahyun had nothing against her, even if nayeon liked to make her boss angry, which consequentially made her and all of the employees have to work harder. but nayeon should be kept away from jihyo, just like jihyo should be kept away from nayeon.
“of course i would invite her!” dahyun sighed, shaking her head. “tzuyu, how could you think i wouldn’t invite jihyo? she made this happen.”
“i’m sorry, okay!” tzuyu turns to face dahyun, keeping her head down like a puppy who had made a mess and was aware of it. “nayeon unnie needs to go out more often. and it’s one of the most important days in our lives. i had to invite her too.”
“i know, i know.” dahyun hugs her, knowing tzuyu was starting to feel guilty. “i should’ve realized you would want her here. it’s okay, tzu.”
tzuyu sighs. “at least now we know we have to tell each other who we’re inviting when throwing a party.”
“oh, definitely.” dahyun laughs. she pulls away way too soon for tzuyu’s taste, looking around to try and find nayeon. “i should go find jihyo unnie before… where is nayeon?”
nayeon doesn’t know how that would be possible, but she thinks she sees momo from afar.
even if that is not momo, nayeon walks closer to the girl, entering the deck that had only a few people and the woman she thought was momo. the woman is alone and she looks pretty, like momo, and there was no way nayeon’s drunk mind could understand that momo would never be there. momo wouldn’t — because she never liked tzuyu. and because she was in japan.
for a brief moment, nayeon considers stopping and heading another way. she remembers she was waiting for tzuyu, and that almost makes her turn around, but the possibility of the girl being momo makes nayeon keep walking, and walking, until she’s right behind her.
nayeon was never one to drink strong alcoholic beverages. she could handle beer and wine, but she never exceeded in quantity. ironically, when she decides to do so, she does it with a much stronger option of alcohol. nayeon also never kissed people when she was drunk, but it’s her first reaction when the woman turns around.
she sees a face that is not momo’s, and she knows she’s not kissing her ex then. she doesn’t stop, however. not until she has her lips on jihyo’s, and jihyo is kissing her back — because that was sana, or was it not?
it didn’t feel like sana. sana had gone away to get her a drink, but both of the woman’s hands on her waist were empty, and they were bigger than sana’s. jihyo doesn’t pull away at first, enjoying the kiss without even knowing who was kissing her, her mind making her believe it was sana, just so she could kiss the woman back as intensely as she was being kissed.
“jihyo?”
the voice makes jihyo stop, placing her hands on the woman’s shoulders to pull her away, looking at sana’s direction.
dahyun and tzuyu are right behind her, with their faces red. jihyo wouldn’t dare to imagine what was going on in their heads. she doesn’t want to know, but the moment she looks at the person who had been kissing her, she understands.
“sana…” jihyo pulls away completely, and then nayeon’s hands are no longer on her waist. “sana, i didn’t know it wasn’t you.”
sana’s grip on the cup with jihyo’s drink was strong. if she got any angrier, it could certainly break. “how could you not know?”
“nayeon unnie,” tzuyu reaches closer, wanting to know if nayeon was doing alright. she seemed like she was when she was kissing jihyo, but tzuyu was still afraid nayeon didn’t even know what she was doing. “did you drink?” tzuyu whispers only for her to hear, earning a slow nod from nayeon.
“oh, that is the nayeon girl.” sana laughs. “it all makes sense now. how could i be so stupid?”
jihyo shakes her head quickly. “no, it’s not what you’re thinking. wait, sana!”
sana turns around, so angry that her face burned, leaving the drink with dahyun on the way. nobody dares to say a word. not nayeon’s or jihyo’s employees. but nayeon eventually gathers courage to speak.
“tzuyu, did i just kiss park jihyo?” nayeon asks, starting to sober up.
tzuyu gulps. “yes.”
“oh.” nayeon finds somewhere to sit. she felt like she would fall to the ground if she didn’t. “i think… i just ruined her relationship. on valentines day.”
“it’s technically tomorrow…” tzuyu tries to make it better.
“she was crying when she left.” nayeon mumbles. “i saw it on her face.”
tzuyu stays silent for a moment, wanting to understand what was going on. “what did you drink, unnie? why did you come if you’re not well?”
“momo is dating someone else. i drank when i saw her post. then i kept drinking.” nayeon says. the alcohol didn’t seem to be in her system anymore, and nayeon knew it was there, but after seeing jihyo cry for the first time, she no longer felt drunk. “i’m sorry, tzu. i ruined the night for everybody, didn’t i?”
“not for me, unnie. it’s okay.” tzuyu says warmly, far too used to nayeon being a mess, always there to support her. “come on, let’s get inside. i’ll make you a coffee.”
on the other side of the door of tzuyu and dahyun’s apartment, sana and jihyo talk. sana becomes less angry of jihyo when she sees her cry, and jihyo feels more guilty each second.
“stop lying to yourself, jihyo! you might like me, i believe you do, but you will never love me. and you know that that is what i’m looking for. you’re just… not it.” sana says. she’s not loud, or harsh, but it makes jihyo cry regardless.
“i don’t have that kind of relationship with im nayeon.” jihyo explains herself. “i don’t know why she kissed me, i swear, sana, i didn’t know it was her. i like you and i’m really trying to love you…”
“you can’t try to love someone.” sana sighs.
there’s a lot sana wanted to say, a lot jihyo hasn’t realized. starting by the fact that all jihyo ever talked about with her was work and im nayeon — these things said a lot about jihyo and how she felt, but sana couldn’t tell that to her. jihyo wouldn’t understand. not at that moment, at least.
“look, hyo, i know you didn’t mean to kiss her. that doesn’t matter anymore.” sana continues. “but i’m starting to love you and it would be better for me if we just stopped seeing each other.”
sana’s words are on jihyo’s mind from the moment sana leaves to the moment jihyo goes to bed. when she wakes up the next day, they’re still in her mind, and jihyo keeps wondering when she will ever have a successful relationship with someone special.
romantic love was an unknown feeling for jihyo. she has tried to learn what it is with many different women, but none of them managed to make her fall that deep. sana was nice to her, and out of all the girls jihyo has tried to be in a relationship with, she was the only one who made her heart race. sana treated her like a princess — perhaps that was why jihyo had grown attached.
but then again, liking someone was far too different than loving. and that, jihyo knew, she could never give sana.
the first thing jihyo does when she arrives at her restaurant is having a talk with all of her employees who watched what had happened the other day. she felt like she owned them explanation, and the fact that jihyo treated them all like family was part of why they were so good at what they did, what made them a team.
she speaks with dahyun alone then, because dahyun deserved a proper apology.
“it’s no big deal for us, unnie. tzuyu really didn’t mind it. we had a great time together before all of that happened anyway.” dahyun soothed her.
that seems to be enough for jihyo. she lets her worries aside while she works. it’s almost automatic, really, how she walks around the big kitchen and prepares all sorts of dishes, teaching things to her employees while running to cook as fast as she could. valentines day was always a busy day — despite not owning her own restaurant for a long time, jihyo has worked in other places, so she was used to the rush.
by the end of the day, tzuyu shows up. she’s there to pick dahyun up, and to give jihyo a letter from nayeon.
“jihyo unnie,” tzuyu clears her throat. “before you read this, keep in mind that nayeon unnie genuinely regrets what she did. she’s not… good with words. but i can assure you she didn’t want to make you… uhm… upset.”
“she really isn’t.” jihyo says, clearly unamused. “you should two go ahead. i’ll be going home soon as well.”
dahyun and tzuyu give her their ‘good night’s, but before they go, tzuyu hands jihyo a package. “before i forget. it’s from unnie too.”
jihyo finds a place to sit. before she leaves, she wants to read the letter sent to her, and open the… was it a gif? from nayeon. she didn’t expect to receive an apology, really. jihyo had kissed her back, though admitting that was hard. she didn’t like that she had cheated on sana, and she hated that nayeon’s lips didn’t feel bad, but jihyo wasn’t angry at nayeon. at all.
she doesn’t try to understand what she was feeling. instead, jihyo skips overthinking and focus on her hatred towards nayeon as she reads the letter.
dear miss park,
i’m deeply sorry for my actions last week. tzuyu told me to apologize i didn’t mean to kiss you, though your lips felt quite great i was drunk, and i usually don’t drink much, which is why i didn’t know what i was doing when all of that happened. i’m genuinely sorry to have ruined your night so badly. surprisingly, i did not like to see you cry, because you look pretty doing it, and it makes me think you’re not as hateable as you really are. next time, i’ll be a little less worse, and only do to you what you would do to me.
sincerely,
chou tzu im nayeon (and chou tzuyu. she made me write the good parts. i would never be this soft with you.)
ps.: the wine is not poisoned. i heard from tzuyu that you’re a fan of handmade bear, so i got you wine. happy valentines day.
the letter was short, but there was nothing else nayeon could have really said to her. nothing that wouldn’t sound like she was trying to make a truce. because nayeon wasn’t. but jihyo liked the way nayeon worded what she felt, wondering if nayeon really meant it when she said certain things — she quickly stops once she realizes that was coming from im nayeon.
“i hope you’re telling me the truth, im nayeon.” jihyo mutters as she serves a glass of wine for herself.
tzuyu had forgotten to tell nayeon that jihyo wasn’t picky with her alcohol.
especially not so when she was trying to hide from herself that she was falling in love with her worst enemy. and jihyo was, unfortunately, kind of good at it. success seemed to run after her, even when it wasn’t needed.

hello, congrats with being done with college for now, am here to request a little jeongyeon where she go's to a dog shelter to do some volenteer work with mommy hyo and big sister tzuyu where she helps cleaning the cages and play with the dogs and she just has a amazing day
Hello chimp, of course I'll do this. I'm so sorry that it took me this long to respond.
Little!Jeongyeon. Bigsis!Tzuyu. Cg!Jihyo
Warnings: none
Volunteers
Jeongyeon was on her iPad watching Blues Clues when an ad popped up on the screen about a dog shelter wanting volunteers to help them out with aiding around the shelter along with having the opportunity to meet some of the dogs staying at the shelter which wasn't too far away from where the dorm was.
It was simply an opportunity that Jeongyeon couldn't miss out on so she paused on the ad and she quickly ran to try and find her mommy, however, during her search she had bumped into Tzuyu, who was as equally passionate about taking care of dogs as Jeongyeon, which caused them to both fall onto the floor. “Why are you in a hurry, Jeongie?” Tzuyu asks while she stands back up. Jeongyeon was quick to answer Tzuyu's question. “Doggies! Wook!” Jeongyeon showed the screen of her iPad to Tzuyu.
“Well, what are we waiting for? Let's find Mommy!” Tzuyu yells as she holds Jeongyeon's hand and starts running around the dorm until they find Jihyo in her room, replacing a broken lightbulb in her room. “Mommy, mommy! ‘eed to see doggies, please!” Jeongyeon stuck her iPad in the air for Jihyo to look at what she was talking about. “Oh you two want to go to a dog shelter? I don't see anything wrong with it at all so I think we can go to it.” Jihyo mentions once she had finished with swapping out the lightbulbs.
Tzuyu and Jeongyeon hugged each other, cheering as they were allowed to go to the shelter. When they finished hugging, Jeongyeon pressed a button which sent them over to the website so Jihyo could sign them all up to the volunteering opportunity. “Hurwy up, mommy.” Jeongyeon tells her caregiver as both her and Tzuyu were desperate to do the job since it involved one of the things they both loved the most.
“Okay, just hang on for a minute… alright, done!” Jihyo says to the regressed girls, who were now running around the room out of happiness that they were able to do what they wanted. “Thank you, mommy!” Tzuyu says with a grin on her face, the girl then hugs Jihyo tightly and Jeongyeon was quick to follow in Tzuyu's steps. “Now we have to get ready for the job, because I know that they won't let us show up in our pyjamas.” Jihyo comments which earned giggles coming from Jeongyeon and Tzuyu.
When the trio stopped hugging, Tzuyu went over to her room so she could get dressed, leaving Jihyo and Jeongyeon in Jihyo's room together. “Alright let's get you ready first, sweetheart.” Jihyo says whilst she picked up Jeongyeon so they could check the closet for anything that Jeongyeon wanted to wear. In the end Jeongyeon decided to pick out a brown striped shirt with dark green overalls and some converse to finish off the outfit.
Jihyo decided to simply wear a white T-shirt and sweatpants, Tzuyu also returned wearing her outfit which was a 101 Dalmatians shirt with a skirt to go along with it. “I think we're all ready to go now.” Jihyo says as she grabs both Jeongyeon’s and Tzuyu's hands so she could lead them to the car without much hassle. It wasn't bad at all in fact, the two girls tried to help Jihyo themselves by getting into the car and buckling up.
“Aww thanks a lot buds, I just need to make sure that you're both properly secure.” Jihyo goes around and checks the littles’ seatbelts, once she was satisfied with the fact that they would both be safe she goes over to the drivers side and sorts herself out so she could start the journey to the dog shelter. Jeongyeon was absolutely buzzing with excitement, she often went to dog shelters with Tzuyu and her older sister, Seungyeon, but now she gets to go with her mommy instead.
After around 25 minutes, the trio made it to the shelter, both Tzuyu and Jeongyeon had their faces pressed against the windows since they wanted to know if they could spot any of the dogs, unfortunately, they didn't but their enthusiasm still remained high as Jihyo parked the car and helped to unbuckle them as they were quickly becoming overly happy about the fact that they were going to be able to see the dogs that they were going to take care for.
When they were out of the car Tzuyu took Jeongyeon's hand and she basically blasted off to the main office area. “Tzu, sweetie, don't run too far away!” Jihyo yells, not in an angry way, more like a concerned way. In response she heard a loud laugh coming from Jeongyeon which made her calm down and know that the duo were completely safe. Jihyo was able to catch up with JeongTzu after 5 minutes and when she saw them she was quite surprised by the fact that they were already in the uniform they needed.
“Tzutzu, helped me out, mommy.” Jeongyeon comments since she saw the shocked look on Jihyo's face, Tzuyu had a wide grin on her face because she felt proud of what Jeongyeon said and the smile which was now on Jihyo's face. “Wow you're such good girls for getting ready so quickly, just stay here while I sort myself out.” Jihyo places kisses on Tzuyu's and Jeongyeon's cheeks before she went to put on the same uniform that the other two did.
Now it was finally time for all three of them to do what they've been waiting for, actually being able to help with taking care of the dog shelter. “Wet's GOOOOO!” Jeongyeon shouts in excitement but she was stopped by one of the workers. “We appreciate your excitement but you three just need to sign these things so we know some of the necessary things.” The worker explains as she handed the pieces of paper to Jeongyeon, Jihyo and Tzuyu, the two littles just scribbled on the line and acted like it was a signature whilst Jihyo actually gave her signature.
“Okay, let's go now!” Tzuyu says and she lets Jeongyeon lead the way to where all the dogs were since it was her idea in the first place. Jeongyeon took it as an accomplishment that she got to be the leader of the group despite the fact that she was technically the youngest out of them all. The day consisted of them having to clean out all of the cages that the dogs stayed in and replacing them with new and more fresh items as well as toys so the dogs can be comforted and have fun.
Jeongyeon was thrilled with the fact that she was able to be with her favorite thing in the world plus her mommy and sister. She definitely helped around quite a lot but most of the time she got distracted by what the dogs were doing and she constantly played games with them. For example, fetch, her cheers and giggles could be heard from all across the shelter as more and more dogs showed up to play with her.
“Hey why isn't Jeongie picking up the mess?” Tzuyu questions Jihyo who simply chuckled and responded. “Well she is helping us by keeping the doggies distracted so they don't disturb us while we clear up their mess.” Tzuyu nods her head, understanding what Jihyo meant and she didn't bother to ask any more questions about it since she knew that Jeongyeon was enjoying herself and who was she to burst that bubble.
Hello everyone. I hope you all enjoyed this and that your day/evening/night is going really well. It's okay if it isn't as we all have bad days, just remember you are not alone and you're loved ♡
By the way this is what I based Jeongyeon's clothes off

this is the first part of an au i discussed heavily w gigi bc i have so many ideas :)) i’m going to call it forever home au :))
around 1.6k words ||| cgs!2yeon/little!hyo, focus on tzuyu ||| cw for negative self talk about being little
“nayeon? who’s this?” jeongyeon asked, opening the door for nayeon and the woman following her, who was shivering. the weather was fairly cold, and the woman only had a short sleeve t-shirt on, as well as basketball shorts, and on top of that she lacked shoes and socks.
“this is tzuyu,” nayeon started, kicking her work shoes off by the door, then guiding tzuyu to the living room, sitting her on the couch, then handing a plush to her, then taking off down the hall, presumably down into her own bedroom, then came back with a big jacket. “jeongie, c’mere please!” nayeon called, sitting down on the floor across from tzuyu, then watching jeongyeon do the same.
“hi sweetie, i’m so sorry i didn’t get to talk to you much earlier.” nayeon said, reaching a big hand out to put her hand on tzu’s knee. “i was worried about you being out in the cold for so long. how long had you been there? are you willing to tell me?”
tzuyu looked back and forth between the two women in front of her, and held the plush closer to her chest. something in her wanted to fight against the two women looking at her like she was precious, but there was a fuzzy feeling in her chest that beat out that side, and she couldn’t help but let her eyes fall to the blonde woman’s-jeongyeon’s, shirt, and began to talk. “jus’ a stupid argument with my roommates, they kicked me out..”
she heard jeongyeon sigh, and shuffle forwards towards her, then felt a hand on her face. “can you tell us why they kicked you out?”
tzuyu’s cheeks warmed up, then held the plush close to her chest. she looked away from either of the women, before taking a deep breath. “i got. my classification results and…”
“oh honey, you don’t deserve that,” jeongyeon soothed, moving closer to tzuyu, reaching a hand out to her face, to guide her to look into jeongyeon’s eyes. the fuzzy feelings in her chest intensified, and suddenly it snapped, she started to sob and jeongyeon instantly moved to pick her up, holding tzu against her hip, bouncing her as she paced the room.
“jeong?” nayeon was standing now, looking at tzuyu and jeongyeon. “i don’t think we can take another little, especially her. i know we can look after her for a while, maybe we can find her a good home. you have a few friends who are looking for a little, right? maybe we can see if they’d like to take her.”
jeongyeon nodded, bouncing tzuyu more as she began to sob louder. she leaned towards nayeon, asking for a kiss, and receiving one, then continuing to try and soothe tzuyu. she watched nayeon take off down the hall, probably to jihyo’s nursery, to see if she can find something for tzuyu to wear for the time being. though a bit taller than hyo, both of the women hoped something in hyo’s room would work for now. “shh honey, shh, it’s okay. you’re safe here, nayeon and i love littles, it’s okay,” it took about five minutes when tzuyu started thrashing against jeongyeon, who let her down easily.
“woah, what’s wrong?”
“not a…i’m not a little!” tzuyu claimed, even as she held the plush close to her chest, as big tears ran down her face.
“honey, there’s nothing wrong with being a little, nothing at all, i promise,” jeongyeon told her, trying to calm her down. “you need to regress, little one, you’re going to make yourself sick if you don’t let yourself regress.”
“i don’t need to! i’m not a baby!” tzuyu said, her voice wavering, but her hands reached for jeongyeon.
“i never said you were, honey.” jeongyeon’s hands smoothed down tzuyu’s hair, then went down to her face, rubbing her thumbs across tzuyu’s cheeks, both brushing away tears and trying to soothe her.
“but you were thinking it! i know you were!”
jeongyeon shook her head, feeling her own tears build up in her eyes, then took a deep breath. “i promise i wasn’t, honey. what’s so bad about being small, huh?”
“don’ wan’ be dumb baby.” tzuyu let go of the plush, clenching and unclenching her hands, then closing her eyes, seemingly trying to regain control over her labored breathing. “‘m not goin’ to be a dumb baby!”
nayeon walked back into the living room at that moment, hers and jeongyeon’s own little on her hip. nayeon sat her down by the toy box, then sat down next to her, watching her sort through her toys to find the one she wanted.
tzuyu seemed to be entertained by the toys too, and watched jihyo dig through the toy box with curious eyes, then to jeongyeon. her eyes almost pleaded to be put down by jihyo and nayeon, and jeongyeon obliged.
“who this, mama?” hyo asked as soon as tzuyu was put on the floor next to her, but handed her blocks, as if to tell tzuyu she wanted to play with her.
“this is tzuyu, she’s going to be with us for a little bit.”
“she lil’! like me’s!” hyo cheered.
“careful, honey, i dont think she likes loud noises,” nayeon told her, helping jihyo stack up a tower of blocks.
“she lil’! like me’s!” hyo cheered, this time a little bit quieter now, and watched as tzuyu carefully pushed the blocks jihyo had handed her around and enjoyed the noises they made as they clicked together. hyo didn’t understand how tzu was playing, but she wasn’t going to interfere, tzuyu seemed to enjoy the clicking.
“babe?” jeongyeon called from the kitchen, “can you come here for a moment?”
nayeon looked back and forth between the two littles, then deemed it okay as hyo wasn’t being pushy towards tzuyu, just handing her different block shapes. nayeon placed kisses on both of their foreheads, then stood up, to go see how jeongyeon was doing.
“is you stay with us for long?” hyo asked, then watched tzu cock her head, then furrowed her eyebrows, clicking the blocks together a little more, a smile dancing on her lips at the noises. hyo figured she wasn’t going to get a reply, so instead she just continued on with her conversation, even if tzuyu didn’t reply.
“i thinks i like havin’ you around for a whiles, but you seems smaller than me,” hyo rambled, making her stack of blocks taller until they became unsteady. “tzu watch!”
hyo tipped over her stack of blocks, and cheered when they hit the floor, all of them making clicking noises as they tapped on each other. tzuyu smiled then, one to show her teeth and giggled to herself at hyo’s antics.
jeongyeon had walked back into the living room at that moment, “hyo honey, is it okay if tzuyu wears some of your too big clothes for now? she doesn’t have any with her.”
hyo nodded, happy to share with her new friend. “of courses! wan’ make sure tzu comfy toos!”
jeongyeon smiled, kissing the top of jihyo’s head. “can i pick you up, tzuyu? i want to get you changed and comfortable for the night.” tzuyu seemed to think for a moment, and her eyes looked back and forth from the blocks to jeongyeon, like she couldn’t choose which she wanted more. “i’ll bring you right back to the blocks as soon as i’m done, i promise.” jeongyeon held out her pinky, then watched tzuyu’s shy hand link pinkies with hers.
as soon as that was done, tzuyu lifted up her arms, and jeongyeon lifted her easily. “be good hyo, we’ll be right back, okay?”
“mkay mommy!” hyo went back to her blocks, beginning to build a foundation for whatever she was doing next.
jeongyeon knew she had to make this quick when changing tzuyu, she seemed to rip herself out of the headspace that she needed to be in, and jeongyeon didn’t want her to feel she needed to do that while being changed.
jeongyeon sat tzuyu down on the changing table, then walked around to the dresser in the back corner of the room. it’s where most of jihyo’s old clothes sat, from before she was classified, and jeongyeon was pretty sure that hyo had a large hoodie and some sweats in there. it took her a few moments to find them, and when she did, tzuyu’s face was red and she didn’t seem to have the same energy around her as she had just a moment ago.
“tzuyu, are you still small?” jeongyeon asked, walking towards tzuyu, gently touching the side of the table. her eyes moved from jeongyeon’s face down to her own hands, she tried her best to avoid jeongyeon’s eyes, but it was hard when jeongyeon’s hand gently guided her to look better at jeongyeon, the tears began to fall. she felt fuzzy and jeongyeon felt safe and comforting, which broke down any precautions she might have about crying around someone.
“oh honey, it’s okay. you don’t have to know, i promise. it’s okay to not know.” tzuyu nodded, but her hands reached out for jeongyeon, burying herself in jeongyeon’s neck, trying to hold back the sobs that attempted to wrack her body. “we’ll go slow, i promise.”
“feel fuzzy, jeongie,” tzuyu started, her voice hardly there, wavering and broken. “no like.”
jeongyeon felt her heart break, and in that moment she knew that her and nayeon needed to get in contact with some of her friends to see if they’d be willing to give tzuyu a chance.

Tumblr media
It was the morning of the last day of the month, meaning that it was Halloween Day, Nayeon and Jeongyeon were peacefully sleeping in their bed enjoying the warmth it provided, that was until the door to the room opened and a little voice spoke.
"Mama, hungwy" tiredly said the voice before its owner sat on top of Nayeon's legs poking at her face in an attempt to get the older one awake. Nayeon knew that if she didn’t get up in the next couple of seconds the poking motion wouldn’t stop and the voice would wake everyone else in the house.
Stretching to get rid of the sleep made the other inhabitants of the bed roll away and whine, ignoring the dramatics Nay picked up the little girl that was located in her legs and took her to the kitchen placing her in the highchair, dragging it closer, and putting a toy for the girl to distract herself.
“Okay Tzu, how does oatmeal sound?” asked Nay turning to the baby who was entranced with the toy, who quickly nodded and muttered "Fwuits p'ease" before going back to her toy.
Nayeon started to prepare the oatmeal making sure to keep an eye on the baby, a couple minutes later came Jeongyeon with Chaeyoung on her left hip, Dahyun on her right hip, and Jihyo grabbing the back of her shirt following with her eyes closed.
Jeong deposited each girl on their corresponding chair with a booster seat, Chaeng's chair had a tray that locked into the table so she wouldn't escape without eating, after getting the three girls situated she went to the kitchen to help Nayeon with the meal prepping.
While Nay made enough oatmeal for the household, Jeong cut diverse fruits to garnish their bowls, upon finishing cooking they put the oatmeal in bowls and placed the corresponding one in front of each girl, MiSaMo had joined at some point and moved Tzuyu's highchair into its rightful position.
The rest of the morning went by calmly, the girls spent it watching some Halloween movies and basically just chilling under the covers in the big bed (also known as NaJeong's king-sized bed).
That was until the peace was broken by the sound of the doorbell, Hyo ran to answer the door followed by Mina and Chaeyoung, Jeongyeon ran after them since they shouldn't open the door on their own. But by the time she reached them, they had already answered the door and were hugging their visitors, on the other side of the door stood the Blackpink girls, Jeong was quick to usher them inside also giving them a quick hug before calling for the rest of the family.
Once all 13 of them had greeted each other they sat down in the living room while they planned how they would sit to eat lunch, the Blackpink girls were invited so all the kids could get ready at the same time, and that way they could go to the party together.
They brought out Chaeng's high chair and placed it next to Jeong's seat and Tzu's high chair was next to Nay's seat, also they brought out a little table where the 97' liners sat and the rest sat on the normal table. Once everyone was seated they started eating the lunch that Jennie and Jisoo had bought, the meal was a pleasant one and everyone was enjoying spending time together, that was until JenSoo started whispering between each other and giggling.
“Hey tell us what's the joke, we also wanna laugh,” said Jeongyeon looking directly at JenSoo's way, but they only let out choked laughs, "Yeah tell us what's so funny girls" begged Nayeon while she kept feeding Tzuyu, and herself.
“D-did y-you had an-an ex-exciting night?” asked Soo between laughs, but NaJeong only looked at her confused "What are you talking about? What do you mean by 'an exciting night'?" questioned Nay giving the stink eye.
"Just that you might had an exciting night judging by the state of Jeongyeon's neck" chuckled Jennie pointing to a forming bruise on the ostrich's neck, everyone turned to see what Jennie had pointed out, and their eyes bulged out.
Indeed there was a bruise forming on Jeong's neck, Nayeon wasn't the cause behind it and she was getting mad at how it came into existence. Jeongyeon's life was hanging by a thread if she didn't explain how she had gotten that bruise, the panic was taking over until she remembered that Hyo had slipped into bed with them.
"It was Hyo she's the one that gave this bruise!!" blurted out Jeong looking frantically at her girlfriend, Couldn't you think of a better excuse said in a fake whisper Jennie, "It's true!! She slept with us and she loves bitting to soothe herself" yelled out Jeong.
"Yeah... I remember seeing her biting your collarbone. Sorry Jeongyeon" mentioned Nayeon once her ire went down, hugging the younger girl and peppering her with kisses.
After laughing it out all the girls started preparing their costumes for the night, they started with the older girls while the babies took a nap so they wouldn’t be cranky when they went to celebrate the day.
The first girl to be ready was Momo, she had chosen to dress like Barbie from the Live Action movie, the outfit she chose was the pink checkered dress, and the adults helped her do her hair and makeup.
Next was Sana who decided to dress like Hermione, she got her Hogwarts uniform on and sat while Mama and Jennie Imo did her hair, they had to give it lots of volume so the process was lengthy.
After that came the 97’ liners who decided on a group costume, each one choosing an element from the Avatar: The Last Airbender world.
Mina dressed like Azula, wearing the regal Fire Nation robes like the princess with the headpiece and everything, the final touch was some metallic blue streamers tied to her wrists to simulate the blue fire.
Jihyo decided to wear the clothes of the Water Tribe just like Katara, her Mommy did her tiny braids and placed the beads in there, like Mina she tied blue and white streamers on her hand.
Lisa dressed like Toph, her clothes were the characteristic green of the Earth Kingdom, the thing she loved the most was that she wasn't forced to wear shoes... or so she thought, her Mama told her she was wearing some sandals to go out.
And Rosie chose the Air Nomads, the other girls had jokingly told her she was meant to shave her head for the costume but she told them that wasn't going to happen, her Mommy Jisoo helped her draw her arrow tattoos.
The first member of the School Meal Club that got dressed was Dahyun, she had chosen to dress like Gabby from ‘Gabby’s Dollhouse’, and just like Sana, her hair had to be styled to give it some volume. The finishing touches were the cat ear headband and a Pandy Paws plush.
While Nayeon and Jeongyeon dressed Dubu, Jennie and Jisoo got into their own costumes, and the older girl chose their couple costume to be My Melody and Kuromi, to no surprise since it's a well-known fact that Soo loves Sanrio.
Lastly, NaJeong along with ChaeTzu went to get into their costumes, the 4 took around half an hour to come out from the main bedroom, but the wait was worthy, the tiny family came out as 'the Heelers' from Bluey. It had been a request from the babies who lately were so into the blue puppy show and thought about that perfect group costume.
Once everyone was ready and had their candy bag, they got into their cars and went towards the JYP building where they were having a Halloween party and indoor trick-or-treating hosted by the JYP family.
The night ended with a huge pile of kids passed out in the middle of a practice room after the night of fun they had, there were Twice, Blackpink, Stray Kids, (G)-IDLE, BTS, ITZY, NMIXX, and many more groups kids passed out from the sugar rush.

•TW: Tzuyu has autism, meltdown, self harm (not graphic)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Long years of abuse and ugly comments taught Tzuyu how to control herself and her autism. She isn't going to lie, it is hard, but if she wants to have work and a relationship she has to control herself.
She is smart, she just must act like everyone else around her. You have to blend in if you want to survive. Tzuyu doesn't fully understand the people around her, Except Nayeon. Nayeon never lies, never hides what she thinks or feels. She understands Tzuyu and numbers. Being a financial analyst is easy for her and her boss knows Tzuyu doesn't like working in a team, so Nayeon is mostly alone in her office and works 8 or 9 hours a day before going home with Tzuyu because they work in the same company.
Friendly and kind Nayeon works in the HR department. Many people wonder how they can be together - weird and timid Tzuyu versus outgoing and gorgeous Nayeon. Nayeon doesn't care about other people, she loves tzuyu.
Nayeon can't describe the strong urge she has. She must protect Tzuyu and take care of her, otherwise people would exploit or hurt her. The best way how to protect Tzuyu is having a "little" day. It is a term to describe that Tzuyu can slip in her comfortable age range during their free days, she can enjoy feeling like a little kid for a day or two. On Fridays, right after work, Tzuyu crucially needs to be little.
The office is full. She can't rock, she can't stim if she doesn't want to look even weirder. Tzuyu sees Momo watching her and tries to smile before her mother's strict voice inside her head stopped her.
Don't smile! Your smile is weird.
That's what her mother always told her. Weird.
W-E-I-R-D.
Tzuyu snaps out of her thoughts and slips her hands underneath the desk and starts hitting her thighs. Her punches are getting stronger, but Tzuyu doesn't feel the pain that bad. She often ends up covered with bruises and scratches without knowing where she got them. Tzuyu knows Nayeon will give her a sad look like always when she finds new wounds on her body, but Tzuyu can't stop herself.
Nayeon turns off her computer and packs her bag before leaving her office. The walk to Tzuyu’s office isn't long, just 4 minutes and she is opening the door. Tzuyu freezes when Nayeon appears on the threshold and Nayeon sighs. She will make sure to put ice on Tzuyu’s slim thighs after getting home.
"It’s okay baby, we’re nearly done."
Nayeon strokes Tzuyu’s hair, her long fingers gently scratches Tzuyu’s scalp and she takes Tzuyu’s coat. Nayeon peeks out of the office to see if the hallway toward the elevators is empty. There is nobody in sight so she gently takes Tzuyu’s hand in hers and quickly leads her out of the office and straight to the elevators.
"Just a bit longer and we will be home."
Nayeon has been with Tzuyu long enough to recognize when she is teetering on the brink of a meltdown. She is sure neither of them wants to have a public meltdown, Tzuyu can be stressed and tired but she always breaks down in private even if the process of pushing her meltdown away exhausts her even more.
The elevator arrives and takes them in the underground parking lot. Nayeon unlocks their car before helping Tzuyu inside and buckling her seatbelt. The traffic isn't bad, they will arrive home in 20 minutes or less, and then Nayeon will unpack Tzuyu’s little things.
Tzuyu is getting worse. she is bitting on her short fingers and rocks in her seat. Nayeon is driving as fast as she can and then she fumbles with her keys and tries to unlock the door to their apartment while also holding Tzuyu’s left wrist in her free hand, Tzuyu’s bitting was getting too brutal, a bit of blood appears on her wrist. Nayeon closes the front door and Tzuyu really can't keep her shit together any longer.
She throws herself on the floor right in the hallway. Nayeon winced when Tzuyu’s body collided with the white tiles and quickly hurries to her. Tzuyu bangs her head against the floor just to get rid of the weird feeling inside her brain. It feels as if ants are crawling inside her skull and it drives her crazy.
Nayeon carefully lies down on the top of Tzuyu while also placing her forearm between Tzuyu’s head and the floor. Nayeon’s weight on the top of her calms Tzuyu down, Nayeon kisses her cheeks and presses her body even closer to her. Tzuyu is sobbing, but she feels a bit better, the pressure inside her head isn't so terrible. Nayeon feels the small hands trying to find some way underneath her shirt. Tzuyu’s sweaty hands stroke Nayeon’s warm skin and then both palms press on Nayeons chest so she can feel the heartbeat. Tzuyu is tired, but she is finally feeling at peace.
Nayeon slowly stands up, ready to lie down on the top of Tzuyu if she continues in her meltdown, luckily she is calm so Nayeon pulls her on her feet.
"Do you want to play?"
Tzuyu weakly shakes her head, no. She is feeling too fidgety to play with some of her toys.
"What about a bath?"
Tzuyu is silently thinking, Nayeon knows how much she loves long bubble baths. Tzuyu slowly nods and Nayeon grabs her little hand. Nayeon leads her into the bathroom where she asks Tzuyu if she can undress her. Water is steadily filling the bathtub while Nayeon is undressing Tzuyu. First she needs to treat the small wounds on Tzuyu’s wrist, she doesn't want the soap to sting in it. She puts a cute band-aid with Hello Kitty on the bite marks and gently kisses the thin wrist.
Nayeon adds a bit of bubble bath formula in the warm water and foaming suds start to appear while berry scent fills the air. Nayeon helps Tzuyu with getting in the bathtub and lets go of her hand only after Tzuyu sits down.
Nayeon gets Tzuyu’s favorite bath toys - there is a yellow rubber duck, a wind-up turtle and a glowing jellyfish. Tzuyu pushes the duck around and Nayeon takes a soft washcloth, she is gently running the washcloth over Tzuyu’s arms and chest; she is slow and gentle, the last thing she wants is scaring Tzuyu into another meltdown.
After the long bath Tzuyu feels much better as if the water washed away her stress and anxiety. Not only she feels better but also smaller. Not physically smaller, but mentally. As Tzuyu is waiting for Nayeon to return with a towel, she slowly inches her thumb near her mouth. When Nayeon reappears, she softly removes Tzuyu’s thumb away from her mouth wispering a quick “that’s dirty, honey.” and then wraps Tzuyu in a big towel with clouds on it. Nayeon easily picks her up while Tzuyu starts to suck on Nayeons collar bone. Tzuyu doesn't care where Mama is carrying her, she knows that Nayeon or Mama how she calls her, means safety. No one can be mean to her when she is feeling like Mamas little girl, otherwise Mama will beat them. Nayeon would really beat anyone who is rude toward Tzuyu when she is this vulnerable.
Nayeon goes in their bedroom and puts Tzuyu down on their bed. She is gently drying her hair and blows on the forming bruise on her forehead. She is quite used to seeing Tzuyu harming herself, but it always hurts her heart.
After drying Tzuyu, putting a pull-up on her and dressing her in a nighty, it is time to eat something. Pasta with some sauce sounds good, Tzuyu won't need to chew that much. Nayeon sits Tzuyu down on the kitchen counter and starts cooking. She starts cooking Rotini pasta and opens a jar of Alfredo sauce. Tzuyu is just silently watching her Mama and sucking on her thumb. She isn't hungry, but Mama will coax her into eating at least a small bowl of pasta with the sauce. Tzuyu squirms a bit, but she is too scared to jump off the counter. Nayeon mixes the pasta with sauce and puts it on plates. She lifts Tzuyu again and sits down in the living room. It is easier to make Tzuyu eat when she can watch the TV and have something distracting her.
Tzuyu is comfy. She is warm, the nighty is soft, Mamas arm is wrapped around her waist and she can watch The Emperor's New Groove. Nayeon remembers every word of that movie, Tzuyu wants to watch it all the time.
Nayeon is slowly feeding her the pasta. Slow and steady pace, that's what won't scare her away. Nayeon reaches her hand to grab a blue sippy cup with white hearts, she holds it in front of Tzuyu who takes a long sip of the juice. After dinner Nayeon decides to have a soft dessert, Tzuyu doesn't like cold ice cream, so they have chocolate pudding. Tzuyu is really full after the dessert, she is full and sleepy. Now it is cuddle time.
Nayeon sees Tzuyu is close to falling asleep and she turns off the TV, she carries Tzuyu into their bedroom and puts her down on the bed.
"Do you need to peepee?”
Tzuyu shakes her head, no and Nayeon strokes her hair. Tzuyu grabs her gray teddybear and brings the fluffy fabric closer to her face. The stuffed bear smells like strawberries, Chaeyoung gave her it as a surprise. Nayeon pushes a light blue pacifier between her lips to prevent Tzuyu from sucking on her lips or fingers. During the workdays when Tzuyu needs to act "normal", she pushes her real behavior away and during weekends she acts the way she wants, and sometimes it means bitting her or Nayeon. Occasionally Nayeon feels like a teething toy, she even tried teething toys, but Tzuyu didn't like them.
Nayeon brings a new pair of fluffy socks and puts them on Tzuyu’s little feet, now her baby is warm and Nayeon lies down. She knows what is coming next; Tzuyu will lie down on the top of her. Nayeon is going to wait until Tzuyu falls asleep and then carefully move her. It will take a while.
One of Nayeon’s hand is rubbing Tzuyu’s back while her second hand plays with Tzuyus soft hair. The pacifier is slowly bobbing between her lips and Nayeon is watching her peaceful face. Tzuyu is so calm, the ruckus inside her head is gone, the itching underneath her skin is also gone. Nayeon watches how Tzuyu’s eyes close and her breathing is slower. Nayeon waits for half an hour before gently grabbing her hips and moving her on the bed next to her. Nayeon is still for a moment, she is waiting and observing Tzuyu if she doesn't wake up. Tzuyu’s slumber is deep, she doesn't even budge.
It is too early for Nayeon to fall asleep. She puts one AirPod in her ear and takes her phone. She starts to catch up with Jeongyeon and Jihyo, stroking Tzuyu’s small hand until she starts feeling sleepy. Nayeon puts her phone away and checks on Tzuyu for the last time before closing her eyes.

Sana and Jihyo were planning this trip for years and it's finally happening in a month of work. One of Tzuyu's dreams was going to Disney World on Halloween particularly because it wasn't scary like going to neighbourhoods and asking trick or treat and hearing people screaming during the whole afternoon and evening.
They packed every single thing they would need costumes, baby/toddler/little gears, some pull-ups, Tzuyu's snacks, etc...They are staying at the Disney resort, doing activities everyday.
" Tzu come here to Mama! " Sana said waiting for the little girl to get her dressed so they could go to Magic Kingdom. The little girl came almost running on her toes to Sana.
" Mama 'Ook! Mummy made bwaids! " The girl said in a exited whisper, she showed to Sana the two little braids Jihyo just did on her hair.
" They are beautiful Sweetheart! And you look so good with them! " Sana chuckled and got up from the bed starting to dress Tzuyu up.
They were all wearing matching outfits, just with diferent colored Dismey hoodies, Jihyo begged for them to used. Tzuyu wasn't the one to complain she genuinely loved matching with her Mommys, she was wearing sweatpants and felt confortable to be on them the whole day. It's autumn so naturally it is cold and for a Baby like Tzu who feels cold easily it was the perfect outfit for the day.
" Let's go My Loves? " Jihyo asking picking her and Sana's backpack and Tzuyu's to put on the Little one's back.
They went to the big car on the garage and started their way to the park, it was still morning so they would be having a day full of attractions meeting with some characters eating delicious things, more for Sana and Jihyo.
They day went by fast, and the three of them were getting ready in their costumes to go back to the park for the Not So Scary Halloween Party! They were all dressed up as the Teletubbies, Tzuyu was Po, Jihyo was Laa Laa and Sana was Tinky Winky.
As now at night it was more calm then in the morning Tzuyu choose not to were her sound muffler headphones. They party was great and trick or treating was so fun to all of them. The last thing was the Boo To You parade as soon as it started Tzuyu asked for her headphones, she was a little sick of sleepiness, so she was clinging on Jihyo while looking to the parade.
One thing no one was expecting was that th parade had little jump scares, nothing too much h because there were a lot of kids, but Tzuyu was falling to a younger space every minute. The second last parade car was full of dancing skeletons that would get off the car and try scaring some families.
As much as Sana prayed for them to pass by, one stopped right in front of them, Tzuyu looked away rapidly but got scared the same with triggered a panic cry from the little one. Jihyo started bouncing her and tried to calm her down, but it wasn't quite working out, lucky them because Tzuyu did not cried loud but she was shaking, it was a sign to go home...
As much as it hurts a little to go to the Hotel now , they have to sleep and calm a baby down.
Soon when they enter the room, Tzuyu is visibly calmer, just some sniffles and weak sobs.
" Tzu! Come bath with Mama and I baby! " Jihyo picked the girl up going to the bathroom to take a relaxing bath before sleeping time.
Soon they went to sleep, tomorrow would be just as exhausting as today!

Little!Momo Hcs
hi!! I haven’t posted much of anything in quite a minute so I thought i’d share some thoughts about little momo from this au I have (still working it out) :)
Momo is one of the members who regresses fairly often, she’s only usually big when she’s able to suppress it for times when she’s working but even then she happens to slip sometimes during schedules and has to be brought back to the dorm
She slips between ages but its only ever between 1-5 and she’s more frequently 2-4
Momo is autistic and also nonverbal when regressed
The girls have learned that when she regresses she doesn’t really understand korean very well, so if mina or sana aren’t around it gets difficult to communicate with momo albeit they try their hardest with the little bits of japanese they do know
This causes a lot of miscommunication tho because momo will get frustrated and upset that no one can understand her and vice versa :(
Mina takes care of her the most and is her primary caregiver among the girls, but everyone helps out a lot
Since momo doesn’t communicate verbally, mina got her a bear themed notepad (she loves bears) to write words or draw pictures to help them understand what she wants
They always make sure its nearby with one of those crayola orange markers bc its the only color she’ll write in (they bulk bought 100)
They also have communication cards that chaeyoung drew and had sana write with momo in both japanese and korean so it helps the other members as well
She’s a clingy baby :( she likes to play but other times she will cry a lot until someone picks her up and holds her, and will get really fussy when she’s put down again so she’s always kept very close to someone else
Jeongyeon got her a special weighted blanket that is only about 2 lbs and when she’s feeling very overwhelmed they wrap it around her and it calms her down a lot
Momo doesn’t like sitting on the couch or chairs bc she gets scared of being high off the ground without someone holding her, so they have a special area decked out on the living room floor with soft cushions and pillows, and the girls will sit with her there instead
Bedtime for momo is rough as she deals with a lot of nightmares, and after going through a handful of really terrible long sleepless nights they decided she’s not allowed to sleep on her own anymore
Mina sleeps with her most nights and momo is a lot more fussy when mina is busy or overseas for work but she doesn’t mind sleeping with any of the other girls as long as they make sure to stick to her routine as closely as possible
If she is going to bed with one of the other girls they have to facetime mina until she falls asleep otherwise she wont sleep
When she still has a really hard time during the night, they’ll wrap her up in her blanket and bring her out to her area in the living room and sleep with her there
She’s not extremely picky with food but she’s very specific about what she eats for breakfast in the morning because she wont eat anything else besides dry cereal and a bottle of slightly watered down orange juice
Her favorite member to have take care of her besides mina is jihyo :]
Jihyo even started taking extra japanese language classes to help her communicate with momo better
One of her favorite things is when jihyo holds her while singing songs from a playlist they made for her
Also when sana and nayeon play or stim with her, it makes her feel less nervous about doing it alone
She really likes animals. Even if sometimes the girl’s pets become overstimulating she loves seeing them and playing with them its really cute
Since momo is constantly on the floor they need to clean the dorm twice a day bc she’ll get sick if they don’t… the cleaning stuff scares her tho so they have to give her headphones and take her into an empty (already cleaned) room :(
this is kinda long, but if you want me to make a part 2 (I have lots I could talk about) or have any questions about any of it/want me to talk abt anything specific feel free to send me asks :] i’d love to talk about her

shallow end

"Tzuyu, baby. You can't eat the pool noodle." Jeongyeon let out a small sigh as she walked over to Tzuyu. She gently took the pool noodle from Tzuyu's hands and picked her up. "Let's see if we can get you in your bathing suit, okay?"
Tzuyu looked at Jeongyeon and smiled. She gave her a small nod and started to play with her hair. Jeongyeon pressed a kiss to the side of Tzuyu's head, taking Chaeyoung and Dahyun with her to get them dressed.
"Jeong! Where is Mina's penguin t-shirt?" Nayeon walked out of Sana, Jihyo, and Mina's room. Mina trailed close behind her, holding onto the hem of her shirt.
"You're gonna have to be more specific. She has five of them." Jeongyeon chuckled and sat Dahyun down on her bed to slip her shorts on over her bathing suit.
"The blue one she got for her birthday! You know. I think they all have little hats!"
"It's in the bathroom!" Momo yelled from the kitchen as she walked towards the bathroom. She picked Mina's shirt up from the bathroom floor and leaned into the middle line's room, handing Nayeon the shirt.
"Thanks, Mo."
Momo just nodded and walked into the SMC room and sat down on the floor. She pulled Tzuyu onto her lap and pulled her flip flops out from under the bed.
Almost immediately, Tzuyu started to whine. She kicked her feet and tucked her face in Momo's shoulder.
"I know, love bug. They're a little uncomfy, but I promise you don't have to wear them for too long." Momo carefully slipped the flip flops onto Tzuyu's feet, much to her protest.
"Okay. I've got Sana and Mina ready. Did you get- wait. Where's Jihyo?" Nayeon walked into the SMC room with Sana and Mina and looked around, assuming that Jihyo was with Jeongyeon.
"I don't know. I thought you had her." Momo looked up at Nayeon as she distracted Tzuyu from the uncomfortable flip flops.
Nayeon let out a small sigh. She left Sana and Mina with Jeongyeon and Momo as she looked around the living room. A small happy scream could be heard from the living room from behind the couch as Nayeon picked Jihyo up and carried her into the middle's room.
//
A pool day had been planned for at least a month, and now that it was finally happening, Nayeon finally felt relaxed. She laid back on the pool chair and put her sunglasses on, her face warmed by the sun.
"Nay did you want to help here?" Jeongyeon asked with a laugh as she helped Mina slip into the water. Momo had Tzuyu and Dahyun clinging to her despite the floaties on their arms.
"I'll be in the water in 10 minutes."
Jeongyeon playfully rolled her eyes and watched as Jihyo swam over to the beach balls they brought. She bounced one up into the air and hit it to Momo.
Thankfully, Momo had fast enough reflexes to bounce it to Jeongyeon before Tzuyu got hit with it.
Jeongyeon hit the ball back and forth with Jihyo for a bit while Momo and Dahyun gained enough confidence to let go of her.
"I promise you won't drown, Hyun. That's why we've got the floaties on you."
Dahyun looked up at Momo skeptically but let go. She closed her eyes and held her breath, expecting to sink to the bottom of the pool. Pleasantly surprised that her head was still above water, she started to splash around.
Tzuyu, on the other hand, had no intentions of letting Momo go. "Wan' swim!" Tzuyu whined out as she held onto Momo with one hand. She splashed around, happy to be moving even if it was only a few inches.
"Hyo, please keep the beach balls away from the babies, please." Nayeon looked up as soon as she saw the beach ball bounce off of Dahyun's head. She got up from her beach chair and slowly slid into the pool.
"Nay! Come play with me!" Mina yelled from the shallow end of the pool as she played with a few sinking toys.
"I'll be over in a minute, angel. I'm playing with Sana right now. Why don't you come join us?" Nayeon waved the little over but was met with a small pout.
"Chae! Come play with me!" Mina looked over and watched as Chaeyoung ducked her head under the water. She popped her head back up and shook her head.
"No! Come over, Minawi!" Chaeyoung giggled as she ducked her head back under the water, watching everyone's legs moving.
Mina splashed a little and watched Nayeon bat away the balls that Jihyo was trying to bounce off of her little sisters. She giggled as Nayeon scolded her.
"Chaengie, it's funner over here." Mina pouted and waved her hands to try and get Chaeyoung's attention. Unfortunately, Chaeyoung was much too invested in watching Tzuyu and Dahyun get swim lessons from Momo.
//
"Okay! Lunch time!" Jeongyeon got out of the water and quickly dried herself off with a towel before she grabbed the food they packed. Momo helped Dahyun use the ladder and carried Tzuyu out through the shallow end.
"Want my sandwich!" Sana excitedly hopped out of the pool and sat right beside Jeongyeon. Dripping all over Jeongyeon's previously dry legs, Sana grabbed her sandwich and a bag of grapes with a giggle as she found her own pool chair to sit on.
Jeongyeon dispersed the food as calmly as she could with all the littles trying to grab their food. Once she finally laid back in her chair, she let out a content sigh and took a bite of her sandwich. She closed her eyes and enjoyed the comforting pressure of Tzuyu sitting on her lap.
"Minari, Chaengie. Don't you guys want to eat?" Momo looked up from her sandwich as the two waded in the shallow end.
Mina smiled and shook her head as she held up her sinking toys. "No! Chaengie's playing with me now and Jihyo is too."
Instead of forcing them out of the pool, the caregivers decided to let them play in the pool a little longer. It was rare when they had all regressed that Jihyo, Mina, and Chaeyoung played together.
Nayeon sat up and pulled Dahyun onto her lap. She gave her a tight hug before she grabbed her phone out of her bag. She snapped a few pictures of the adorable scene in front of her before she laid back down.
As hectic as it was to take all the littles to the pool, it was still the perfect time for them to just relax and enjoy life.

hold my hand, i'll never let go of it
-- dahyun / tzuyu. 703, fluff. MEN DNI.
like tzuyu to dahyun, and dahyun to tzuyu.
Tumblr media
“where are we going?” dahyun asks.
tzuyu grins. she interlocks their fingers, and dahyun falls into step beside her.
dahyun’s hands are soft and gentle, and they fit with tzuyu’s perfectly in a way that makes her never want to let go.
“you’ll see.”
their hands don’t sway, because dahyun naturally presses herself close to tzuyu, until her head is on her shoulder, and there is infinitesimal space between them. they lean against one another – tzuyu’s cheek on dahyun, dahyun’s cheek on her.
“close your eyes, hyunnie.”
she can’t see, but she trusts that dahyun’s listening.
dahyun definitely peeks, because she feels soft chuckles reverberating when they reach the spot, and it spreads all throughout tzuyu’s being.
“a picnic?” dahyun giggles.
tzuyu doesn’t even care that dahyun’s peeked, she’s too excited herself. “birthday picnic.”
dahyun giggles again, all giddy and silly and uncontrollable. her eyes crinkle into crescents, smile wide and pretty, teeth showing. tzuyu loves nothing more.
dahyun unwinds herself from tzuyu’s arm, skipping over as tzuyu trails behind. the white and blue mat, the picnic basket bought exclusively for the occasion, the daisies and forget-me-nots scattered around, hand picked from tzuyu’s garden.
“you didn’t have to do this,” dahyun pouts, recognising the wildflowers.
“but i wanted to.” tzuyu smiles, and she moves to join dahyun in the middle of the blanket.
dahyun holds her hand out to help her over the flowers.
she looks ethereal in the evening light, tzuyu realises, a soft glow around the edges that makes everything else fade away in tzuyu’s mind. when their palms meet, dahyun’s fingers envelop hers, safe and certain, and tzuyu thinks she understands why the earth orbits the sun now; why the waves are enthralled by the moon even if they know they'll never touch.
they lay out the spread of food, but tzuyu spends most of her time watching.
dahyun gasps and gapes at anything that looks homemade, and squeals at her favourites. her brows furrow when she’s particularly touched and she takes pictures of everything, all her emotions written on her face because that’s just how she is. tzuyu is completely captivated.
they don’t end up finishing all the food, but the point was never to eat anyways, so tzuyu isn’t fazed. she laces her fingers through dahyun’s carefully, like they’re two shy schoolgirls all over again, smitten by each other but afraid to admit it. they’re far from that now, but being in public makes her cautious.
dahyun doesn’t seem to mind, though.
she moves the picnic basket away from between them and throws her legs over tzuyu’s, finding a place in tzuyu’s lap.
tzuyu encircles an arm around her waist and brings her close, the caution from before waning as she nuzzles into the nape of dahyun’s neck and comfort engulfs her in smells of everything that reminds tzuyu of home. dahyun peppers butterfly kisses on the crown of her head, and tzuyu dissolves into a puddle of pure affection that has her sinking endlessly into dahyun’s embrace. she hums when dahyun strokes her hair, the familiar touch sending a numbing warmth down through to her veins, and relieving itself in a sigh.
“i love you so much,” tzuyu mutters, letting her eyes fall close. “i don’t think i say it enough –
i love… i love your smile, and the way you make me laugh. and how you hold me like this, and try new things with me, and go new places with me,” she takes another deep breath. “and you’re so patient with me, and soft and gentle. and i don’t know if i tell you all of these enough, but i think about you all the time.”
dahyun tightens her hug, and everything quietens in tzuyu’s ears – the sound of the sea smothers, and her thoughts dampen – but she’s always attuned to dahyun’s voice.
“you don’t have to say it out loud. i feel it everyday,” dahyun whispers, lips pressed close to tzuyu’s temple. “and i love you, too. you know that, right?"
this is the centre of her universe, and she follows unceasingly.
i know.
like the earth to the sun, and the waves to the moon.
like tzuyu to dahyun, and dahyun to tzuyu.

happy birthday to dahyun, the only woman ever 🫶
