I like to think Roy leaves little notes for Jamie around the house. Some are for little reminders like "don't forget to pack this..." or a list of meal prep instructions on the food he's left for Jamie in his fridge, etc. and some are just general well wishes like "good morning beautiful, meet you at the club x" or whatever. Except Roy's handwriting is so tragically bad, and this combined with the fact that Jamie already finds reading difficult results in Jamie never having one single clue what the hell that man is trying to say to him. He keeps all the notes in a shoebox anyway because they're from Roy and because Roy always signs them off with "I love you," the one sentence in Roy's handwriting that Jamie is never not going to recognize 🥰🥰

Hello there, darlings!🌻

It’s now been almost a year since we began the 1920s and over two months since the last story post! (How, I truly do not know). But I’ve spent a lot of this time assembling playlists and listening to music as inspiration, so I wanted to add some ~musical vibes~ to our older 1920s posts. I’ll be going through the decade and adding a song to some posts and then reblogging them, like a little reminiscence on how our characters have grown before we continue their journey into the 1930s.

Disney world is a no go for freaky stuff apparently security is crazy tight, I can't imagine Universal would be much different, sorry 😮‍💨

Oh, babe… It’s been done. 😘 You can’t be too freaky like idk what you were imagining, but I know the limits lol My friend straight up fucked a girl there and I do not believe that’s something you can get away with anymore like that threw me LOL He is so brave.

Also, never indulge if it’s gonna affect anyone else’s experience at the park. That’s just common courtesy. And Universal is much easier than Disney especially since people are drunk there on the regular. Especially during Mardi Gras? Oh boy.

Sorry, I sometimes forget casually mentioning going to those parks is unusual. Before Disney started its max capacity rules with strict reservation stuff I used to just pop over to EPCOT for dinner with friends. Used to do lunch at Universal sometimes since that was actually closer to me.

That all being said… I haven’t been that casual at parks for a long while bc the price jumps were insane and I don’t have much expendable income anymore.

Main point of my other post was definitely that I just wanna go to theme parks with someone. It’s very cute and very fun, I enjoy it no matter how many times I do it.

A Childhood Stolen by War 💔

When I think of my little ، daughter Rolan, the first thing that comes to mind is her innocent laughter that used to fill our home with joy.

Rolan, who is just five years old, was once a lively, energetic child, full of innocence and unaware of anything but playing with her toys 🧸🎈.

Since the war began, everything has changed.

We have been forced to flee several times, each time hoping that it would be our last stop 😔🏚️.

Rolan would watch us silently as we packed our few belongings, her eyes reflecting fear and confusion about what was happening around her 😔.

In the last place we went to, Rolan began to suffer from a problem with her skin, which began to become constantly sensitive due to pollution, insect bites, and germs spread everywhere.

Rolan cried from the pain, and we couldn't afford to get her the necessary treatment😢

Access to doctors or medicine became almost impossible due to the ongoing conflict 🚫🩺, and we now live in a place lacking the most basic necessities.

Rolan would ask us innocently, "Why can't I play like I used to? Why does my skin hurt?" 🥺, and all we could do was reassure her that everything would be okay, even though deep inside, we felt completely helpless.

Our constant displacement has also affected her nutrition 🍽️.

Despite all this pain, Rolan remains a child 🌸.

Even in the hardest moments, she tries to smile 😊, searching for small moments of joy in anything she can find around her.

Her story is the story of thousands of children who have suffered because of the war 🕊️.

Her life has been suspended between pain, fear, and deprivation.

All we want is to give her back a piece of the life she deserves 🎨.

We are doing everything we can to provide Rolan with the treatment she needs and to restore the sense of safety she has lost, but we cannot do it alone ����.

We need your support, not only to secure medicine and treatment but to give Rolan the chance to live her childhood as she should 🌸.

Every contribution can help heal her wounds and bring back the smile we’ve missed 💖.

We want to give her a better future, free from pain and fear 🌟✨.
