The reason why I was thinking about this incident is because I still have this memory rent free of this blonde actress on Rosie sipping from one of those big blue Listerine bottles with a straw. Was it Sharon Stone?

I found the clip where Rosie addresses the Scope poll for the first time!

Joan Lunden and Charlie Gibson from Good Morning America were the first to kiss Rosie.

So for the rest of the season, until May of 1997, every time a guest came on Rosie, and kissed her, bam Listerine gave another $1,000 to Rosie's For All Kids Fund.

Scope wound up donating $500,000 to Rosie's charity. I never found the clip of the actress sipping on Listerine on Rosie's show.
