i think the reason i love eighth doctor stuff so much is that because doctor who didn’t really exist for a lot of it basically every installment is radically different in vibe tone story philosophy interpretation of the show etc etc. every single writer seemed to disagree on what the point of c’rizz was or how much of a dick the doctor should be or in the edas literally what actual colour a real man’s eyes were. but absolutely all of them were united by the belief that paul mcgann was kinda hot and they should torture the doctor about it

#ultrakill#gabriel ultrakill#congratulations this is misinformation and by listening to it you have actually gotten a bit dumber <3#you're welcome!#anyway. this is the first post using a new method for the filter. my second time completely redoing it lol#can anyone but me tell the difference? probably not! did i spend hours trying to figure it out? yes!#basically what i did was download an unedited audio from his patreon and compared it to the edited version (the srimp special if u care LOL#and did edits- then compared it to the edited version. over. and over. and over........ and over.......................#ANYWAY.#turns out i have been delaying too little#before i had done between .025 to .075 depending on the audio#its more around .1#i also downloaded reaper to add the bitcrush#so its about as close as i can get it without having the exact number that the filter is supposed to be delayed by#i could not for the life of me figure out why mine has less 'echo' but its close enough..#plus the audio from the streams is not the best quality and already has a slight filter on it anyway so like- theres only so much i can do#cough. so anyway i brought my laptop to work today and spent a long time figuring that out#paid to shitpost on company time~#also i have no idea if this is too loud or too quiet cause the audio levels on my laptop are weird#like anything over 10% volume is super loud#i was at 6% while editing but idk how that is going to translate over to other people uhhhhh idk let me know if its ok

Charles in season 2 (yes it's not going to happen but bear with me) is approached and offered heaven. Straight up. No uncertainty of "you might be given a tranquil eternity", no what-ifs about it. He's told "you are going to heaven if you move on. You will find eternal happiness." And he freaks out. He says "I'm going to heaven?" Because he can't imagine, with all of his anger in him, that he'd ever deserve that. Life hasn't ever been fair to him. It keeps taking everything he loves. Even his afterlife isn't fair to him.
But there it is. A guarantee. He was a good person. Now he can go to heaven. Despite everything he's done, he's earned eternal freedom. And there's Edwin, a foot away, maybe less. And he says, "Charles, you're going. I won't let you stay behind." And Charles can only stare. "What do you mean?" "I won't let you give this up for me, Charles. Heaven is waiting for you. Please, take it."
And Charles hesitates. Because he's never wanted an afterlife without Edwin in it. He can't imagine it. But it's so easy to be convicted when you can't see the other option. For Charles, he's always had a 'what-if'. He's never known what moving on really means for him.
Heaven vs earth should be an easy decision. And it is. Charles always knew what he was going to pick. He picks Edwin every time. "Charles, why do you keep giving things up for me? Please. Why wouldn't you go? How could you do something like this?"
"Because there's no heaven without you in it. Because I won't go anywhere you can't. Mate, it's not even a contest." Nothing else matters to Charles but Edwin. And he'll still choose Edwin every time. Over and over again. Because loving each other means choosing each other over and over and over again and Charles is built to love him, more than anything else in the world.

#jhariah#this one just rawrrfrrr#and then uh another line thats like ‘tell me did you raise a man?’#nice#im just listening to the new album to cope with nasty sickness and feeling out of it#god this album is really good it has every emotion in there like this song for example just the part where they scream the chorus its like#hnnnghhh#hm some other moments from the album im liking a lot uhhh i love re: concerns a lot#the part where hes like reading off the complaints and then the part where hes just screaming and its like BAM BAM BAM BAAAM#sasuke is so good and the bit at the end where its like ‘i just want you to know im so so...’#like hes gonna say sorry but cant seem to say the word for whatever reason and i know nothing about sasuke#but i has to imagine the fan girlies are eating gravel over that one lol it gets me#and theres just that like spooky echoing afterwards#the intro to fire4fun goes SOOOOOOOO hard i was losing my shit its awesome#the entirety of trust ceremony is giving me big feelings but specifically that part towards the end where its all quiet and you hear#its like whistling i think? like a marching band is coming in maybe#but it also kinda sounds like nature too and idk i like got a little bit um magical at that part cuz i was driving down a big hill#and it had been raining but there was a clearing in the clouds and the sun was bright and like at this particular hill#you can just see everything like the land stretches for miles theres trees hills the river farms all that shit#and idk with the extreme stress and depression ive been feeling its hard to have these moments where life seems worth it#and its hard to really feel anything anymore or to feel in the moment but idk i was just going down that hill seeing everything and it was#very majestic so yeah that song is definitely gonna have the same effect as pin eye for me#which i must mention pin eye again its still OOOOGHH very good it came at a pretty good time for me#yeah basically this album is uhhhh whats keeping me somewhat grounded rn i recommend 👍
