Look What You Made Me Do 1
Warnings: non/dubcon, and other dark elements. My username actually says you never asked for any of this.
Characters: Curtis Everett, ceo!reader
My warnings are not exhaustive but be aware this is a dark fic and may include potentially triggering topics. Please use your common sense when consuming content. I am not responsible for your decisions.
As usual, I would appreciate any and all feedback. I’m happy to once more go on this adventure with all of you! Thank you in advance for your comments and for reblogging.
Tumblr media
The conference room is set. An array of desserts sprawl across the table on trays, carafes of tea and coffee, ewers of juice, and a large jug of water. There's only one thing missing, aside from your employees. The most basic of necessities.
You search around for one of the cafe workers in their all black attire, the logo the only snatch of brightness on their being; a plume of smoke that reads Everett's. A venue recommended by several of your company members though you preferred the more corporate chain. You approach the man with the buzzcut and stubble along his jaw as sets tongs on each tray.
“Hello,” you greet him, crossing your arms. His grey blue eyes flick down at the gesture and back up. He offers an expression short of a smile. “I'm just hoping you have some cutlery. Oh, and napkins.”
“They're in the truck,” he checks his watch as he gives the monotone answer.
“Shouldn't they be up here?” You insist.
He sighs, “we're setting up. One thing at a time.”
You're taken aback by his tone. You're not in the habit of being mean to service workers but you expect more than his dismissive manner. You poke your tongue into your cheek and tilt your head.
“I understand, there's no need to be hostile,” you reproach.
“I'm not,” he takes another lid off a tray, “I'm just stating facts. You'll get your forks and knives.”
You lift your nose up. You don't like this man. He is too gruff for this business.
“Hmmm, well, thank you. I'll be sure to tell your boss how helpful you were,” you take out your phone as your words drip with sarcasm, “and so bubbly and nice.”
You scroll through your recent numbers. This was a lot of work, the type you don't usually make. The whole event was your idea, to show some appreciation for your employees, but it's left you entirely exhausted.
You hit the number you've been going back and forth with over numbers and arrangements. You step away with a trite smile and turn your back. You wait as the phone rings. It answers on the first.
“Everett's,” the short response, in double.
You blanch and hesitate to say anything more. That's odd.
“Uh, hello, I'm from–” you begin and stop again as the odd echo eeks you out. You turn and face the man with his phone in hand, the screen showing the call on speaker.
“So, you forget to order something?” The man asks.
You squint and approach him step by step. You scoff, “huh.”
“Look, I'll get the forks, happy,” he pinches a set of tongues in front of you, “if there's anything missing, I'll be more than happy to refund it.”
Your mouth pinches in irritation, “right.”
“Curtis Everett,” he drops the tongs on a tray and offers his hand, greeting you by your name.
You look at his hand and reluctantly shake it. His grip is tight, almost painful. You pull away, hiding your discomfort.
“Ma'am,” he smirks and turns on his heel.
You stand, speechless, watching him strut out. ‘Ma'am’? You… you aren't that old. Your grays aren't that bad. Are they?
You strut around the table. The coffee smells great. You pour yourself a cup of the dark roast and blow over the top. You wander around and take a careful sip. It is great coffee, you have to admit. At least to yourself.
“Locally roasted,” Curtis declares as he enters with a box under his arm. “In house, just like all our products.”
“Mm,” you lower the cup, your lipstick stained on the rim.
He puts down a tray and starts to load in bamboo cutlery from the box, nearly sorting it into the different sections.
“Bamboo?” You frown.
“Biodegradable,” he says without looking up, “we are local and sustainable.”
“I don't want splinters,” you sniff.
“Well, you could just use your hands,” he shrugs. “Or are you too good for that too?”
“Excuse me?”
“Listen, lady, I didn't come here to be treated like a dog. I came here to make sure everything was set up properly. I'm a business owner and I'm sure you know that means I could be doing something more important.”
“You could,” you agree.
“But I'm here. I'd call that attentive service,” he insists and flips the flap shut on the box, “you have a good day, ma'am. Maybe try some decaf.”
He walks back out and once more leaves you glaring
As good as the coffee is, it's not worth that man's ego.

Bad Future Squad redesigns!
(This is not a height chart mainly because Johnny's wheelchair was hell to draw so I had to choose between "accurate heights" and "Johnny 13")
Design notes below cut.
Box Ghost's normal body type is already a good mixture of buff and fat, I see no reason for him to get unhealthily buff in the bad future. Also, why did he get taller in the bad future? That's a grown man!
Johnny's wheelchair got a redesign to be more functional and also to resemble his motorcycle. The seat is directly a copy of the seat on his motorcycle, which I referenced extensively, and he also has his "13" logo on the wheels.
Kitty gets her scarf and ring back.
Ember's original Bad Future design was just a fatphobic joke. So I kept the rough concept of "her vocal cords being destroyed made her 'go to seed' and stop taking care of herself" but made it. Not fatphobic. Still a big girl but a lot of that is baggy clothes. Instead of "oh she's fat now" I went with visible signs of her not caring about her physical appearance as much anymore- acne, smudged mascara, no lipstick, baggy clothes.
The name on Box Ghost's tattoo and the flame for Kitty's other earring are just fun little headcanons that have nothing to do with practical character design.

His legs are slightly splayed with heels off the floor, knees bent. Both arms wrap around one of his thighs. His shoulders and neck are hunched forward. He glances out-of frame with a concerned expression, hair spikes drooping. The background features several overlapping red boxes, tilted to offset each other and emphasize his instability. ID 2: A traditional sketchbook drawing of Klavier, colored digitally. He is depicted full-body, standing upright with one of his guitars. He smirks and winks at the viewer. One hand rests against the base of the guitar, curled to hold a pick, while the other brushes his hair away from his face flirtatiously. He wears a black tank-top with the Gavinners logo on the front, and black pants ripped to show skin in the thighs and knees. These tuck into knee-high black lace-up boots. He has on a purple overshirt in the color of his usual jacket, worn off-the-shoulder with sleeves rolled up to just below his elbows. He has on his usual rings, as well as eyeliner and lipstick. Daily Prompts - Day 2
The days gone by...
Tumblr media
Carmen walked into the living room and saw Shadow-san and the twins looking over a mess of boxes, newspaper clippings, and what seemed like photographs.
"What's going on?" She asks.
Zack, who had been head deep in a cardboard box, perks up at the sound of her voice. "Carmen!" He stumbles a little trying to get up, almost tripping over a bunch of stuff, actually.
"Me and Ivy found a bunch of stuff from our childhood!" He explains.
Right, Carmen remembered Zack and Ivy had gone to Boston for a week.
Lately, Team Red hadn’t been busy at all. For some reason, VILE had been on the down low, and for a while now, the renovations for the Carmen Sandiego Brand Outhouse warehouse had been finished.
So the team had taken a little bit of time off.
Carmen had decided to visit Player in Canada, the twins (homesick) decided to stay in Boston for a week, and Shadow-san (after lots of reassurance) decided it wouldn't hurt to make a small trip to Japan.
Zack made his way over to Carmen, holding a bunch of photographs.
"Look! It's Ivy when we were little! Wasn't she a dork!?" He said between giggles and snorts, showing Carmen a picture with a little girl with freckles using what looked like an oversized mechanic outfit and holding a wrench way too big for her little hands. Muck covering her face and clothes.
"Aww, she looks cute in this." Carmen takes the pile of pictures from Zacks hands, skimming through the rest.
On the couch, Ivy, who had been showing Shadow-san an old album piped up. "Yeah, right! Come over'ere Zack let's see who's the real dork!"
Zack's laughs turned nervous instead of amused. "Aha~... Don't be mad, sis, you hear Carmen, she called you cute!"
Before the bickering can continue, Carmen covers her mouth to help disguise a loud snort.
"Oh no, what pictures did you give her, bro?" Ivy asks despite not making much of an effort to leave the couch. She even restarted her conversation with Shadow-san right away after scolding her brother.
"I, uh... what's you looking at, Carm?" Zack tries to look at what made Carmen lose her composure.
She gladly flips a picture of two little Boston ginger kids; dressed as funky little aliens, with plastic bags on their heads covered with cardboard circles poorly painted in blue and green and black hairbands with two sticks and a white pompom on top glued in each; green boas and fisherman boots, and lots of lipstick painted circles on their faces. In each of their little hands, a Red Sox knock-off bag, well... a bakery paper bag with the Red Sox logo painted in red lipstick.
"That must’ve been a fun Halloween." Carmen teased. Zack stared at the picture, mouth agape, and eyes equally as wide. His expression looked so goofy, Carmen couldn’t help laughing out loud at it.
At least, until Zack started tearing up.
Immediately, she stopped laughing and started apologizing instead.
"Zack, I- I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make fun." He shakes his head.
"That's not it, Carm. It's not your fault."
With the change in atmosphere Ivy’s chat with Shadow-san is put on hold, and Ivy makes her way to Zack.
"Bro? What's wrong?" She asks, concerned.
He looks at her with teary eyes. "This was the last Halloween we spent with mom and dad Ives..." He shows her the picture.
"Oh, Zack..." They hug.
Wanting to give the twins some space, Carmen goes to sit on the couch, next to Shadow-san.
"I think this was my favourite Halloween of all time..." Zack muttered after a bit, looking at the photo.
"What!? That Halloween was awful!" Ivy complained, separating from the hug. "Our costumes sucked and we barely got any candy, beside it rained while we were out..." She lists off.
Zack chuckled wetly. "Yeah, but we made the costumes ourselves. It was the most fun I'd ever had, back then. And we even got to use Red Sox bags! Even if they weren't the real thing... and I know we didn't get any candy, but the candy we usually had from our neighbourhood sucked anyway and... really, the only reason I went trick or treating was because I liked doing it with you. And I know it rained, but after the rain, mom and dad helped us clean up, and we got to coudle up in the couch all together and have hot coco and watch my favourite movie of all time!"
Ivy was speechless.
"So yeah... that was my favourite Halloween we ever had." Zack concludes.
Now it was Ivy's turn to tear up. "Yeah... you know what? When you put it like that, I guess that was my favourite Halloween we've ever had, too." They hugged again.
When they separated Ivy's nose was runny so she complained and went to the bathroom to clean up. Zack whipped his face on the sleeve of his shirt and went back to the task of sorting out the boxes.
On the couch, Carmen smiled at the twins. Shadow-san did as well.
He touches Carmen’s arm to get her attention. She looks at the newspaper clippings on his lap.
"Ivy was showing me reports of their accomplishments in the racing field." She notices several news articles talking about a sibling duo taking on the car racing game with their own hands. She smiles fondly.
After a while, she looks back at Shadow-san, who was frowning.
"What's wrong?" She asks him.
He looks at the mess of the room. "Sometimes I wonder how your life would've been if I had never taken you to VILE island..." Oh, oh...
"Shadow-san..."
"I know I can't change the past, but sometimes I can't help but regret you never had this... any of this." He gestures at the pictures. "And it's in great part my fault."
She knew he didn't just mean her childhood or the lack of pictures there of. He meant getting her involved with VILE, being on their hit list, and even the obligation she felt in stopping their affairs. But, in retrospect, she couldn’t imagine her life any other way.
"You're right." She says. "We can't change the past. But for all its worth... I liked my childhood. I know it wasn’t a regular childhood but, up until school, I have only good memories." She puts her hand on his shoulder, in what she hopes is a comforting gesture.
He lets up, sighing, then giving her a shy little smile. "Too bad there are no pictures of it then?" It sounds like a joke, but-
"I would KILL for a picture of Miss Booker wet after one of my pranks!" She says immediately.
It's so out of the blue and so sincere, Shadow-san bursts out laughing, soon being joined by Carmen.
It calls Zack's attention from the reminiscence he was up to, and Ivy’s as soon as she comes back.
"Hey, Zack? What did I miss?" She asked.
"I have no idea..." He replies.

July 12, 2021 Promotional session for the French brand Kilian. Moonlight in the sky and roses in the ice. Two fantastic fragrances, one with fruity notes and the other with woody notes, which perfectly match the fragrance notes we associate with ZZH. Kilian is a brand of exclusive perfumes that are distinguished by high quality and originality. The Kilian brand was founded in 2007 by Kilian Hennessy, grandson of the founder of LVMH and global producer of Hennesy cognacs. He came from a long-standing family tradition of producing luxury products, and in 2007 he presented the first collection of Black Masterpiece perfumes. Kilian perfumes will be loved primarily by fans of oriental and woody aromas. Beautiful perfume bottles further enhance the sense of luxury and elegance. That's why I'm not surprised that ZZH was chosen to promote its fragrances. His personality may be associated with discreet luxury, so desirable nowadays. Through clothing, clothing accessories and jewelry, ZZH discreetly shows us that even without eye-catching, extravagant clothes, you can look perfect and dignified. Clothes do not have to be clearly marked with the designer's or fashion house's logo to notice the excellent quality and cut characteristic of a specific designer and his collection. I chose one of the photos from this promotional session - the one in which ZZH promotes Roses in Ice eau de parfum. In the white set, ZZH really looks like a real rose in ice. A white double-breasted suit in a warm cream color with distinctive brown buttons contrasts with the cold, even icy white of the shirt, which further emphasizes ZZH's nice skin color. ZZH sits at a table with a bottle of perfume on leather boxes. A bottle that looks like it was carved from a single piece of crystal. ZZH leans on the table top and raises his right hand to his mouth. He has delicate make-up on his face and the complete lack of jewelry is immediately noticeable. The beauty of ZZH is his pride, beautiful skin, well-groomed hands and thick, nicely styled hair. Additionally, he has huge eyes and sensual lips with a hint of lipstick. ZZH appears to us as a real rose among ordinary flowers, beautiful and perfect in every detail. A thoughtful look can mean a lot, and a hand placed close to the face may suggest that ZZH wants us to remain silent. The gray background, slightly tinted with purple, perfectly highlights the silhouette of ZZH. Yes, ZZH is a real rose among flowers here.

A large, hot pink box has somehow appeared in your house.
Inside, amongst a large amount of pink tissue paper and loose glitter, is a variety of items:
♡ A 12 pack of dried Pinkan berries
♡ 3 jars of hand labeled jam; Pinkan, Pecha, and a Pecha-Cheri mix
♡ A light pink t-shirt with a glittery pink Barbie logo
♡ A tube of Barbie-pink lipstick
♡ A set of K-pop esque photocards of Barbie and her friends
♡ A box set of Barbie's previous movies
♡ A bust open plastic container; presumably the source of the loose glitter
A note is also attatched, written in pink glitter gel pen:
"Hiya, Sidon! It's me, Barbie! The best part of my career is talking to my fans. I've put together a little gift bundle for you, so I hope you enjoy! The berries were grown on my friend Midge's farm, and the jam was made by yours truly!"

Friends to the End
Look who's here!!! My very first Skullector dolls! Purchasing them was intense lol I'm a genuine collector, not a scalper, so I'm happy to have these! I love the Chucky series, so I had to have these! Quite the dramatic and messy launch, and I've seen some negative reviews, but I'm pretty happy with these. The box has the bathtub setting where Tiffany first becomes a doll, complete with Frankenstein on TV and lots of floating bubbles. Chucky has the classic red hair, and his infamous knife is the doll's hair barrette. She has the Good Guy overalls and shoes, and of course the scarring on the face. Tiffany is sporting her signature black lipstick and heavy smoky eyeshadow and platinum blonde hair. Her boots have lipstick heels (look closely and you can see T ♥️ C etched into them), and she's also wearing fishnet stockings. Her nails are painted her classic black color and she even has her tattoo on her collarbone. She also comes with a red clutch decorated with black lips and scars, plus large black hoop earrings. Her dress is white with red heart splatters, and she has a cropped faux leather jacket. Overall, I think these dolls look great! They're not meant to be the characters, but rather inspired by them. A lot of people think Tiff should have her wedding dress and full leather jacket, and even that Chucky should have been a male doll. But if we look at the other Skullector dolls, they're all females except for Frankenstein. Pennywise, Beetlejuice, Gremlins, and all other male characters are female dolls except one. I'm okay either way, but to each their own I guess. Anyway, in conclusion, I'm so glad I was able to get these! They went live on my birthday, so I say they're my present lol FedEx was a day late delivering them, but at least they're here! It's play time!

Review: "Coca-Cola Party" Barbie Fashion doll from Mattel (1998)
Earlier this month, I got to go to a local flea market with one of my younger sisters. I'll admit, we got extremely twisted around, and spent 20 minutes trying to find the exit, but it was a very fun trip, and we both got some goodies!
The doll I'm reviewing today is one of the dolls I got: Coca-Cola Party Barbie from 1998. I'm not entirely sure how much she originally retailed for, but I bought her for $12.00 USD.
Tumblr media
Here's Barbie, still in her package. The box claims it folds out into a play scene, which didn't work out well for me, as we will see momentarily.
The back of the box reads:
"Barbie®️ is having a party with her friends and plenty of COCA-COLA. You're invited for all the fun!"
Beneath that paragraph is instructions on unfolding the backdrop to play with.
Without further ado, let's get Barbie out, she's been in her box for 25 years!
Tumblr media
Here's Barbie with all her accessories. She comes with a (kind of lopsided) stuffed polar bear wearing a red hat, a pretend bottle of Coca-Cola (which was rattling around loose in the box, since the elastic band holding it in place disintegrated... ew, and lastly, a red hairbrush. These 90s Barbie brushes have many more bristles than newer doll brushes, and actually work quite nicely when I can't find my wire wig brush.
Tumblr media
Barbie has green eyes, accented by peach and brown eyeshadow, shoulder-length light blonde hair, with thick, blunt bangs, and berry red lipstick with a lightly darker outline. It looks a bit choppy due to the dents the packaging left in it, but it's actually pretty even. Her hair is SO soft, in my opinion.
Her hair covers them most of the time, but Barbie also wears a pair of red stud earrings.
Barbie uses the Mackie face sculpt, which was originally created for the collector dolls designed by Bob Mackie, who disliked the toothy Superstar face sculpt used at the time, but was later used on playline dolls, like this one!
I think she's very pretty!
Tumblr media
Barbie wears a mid-thigh length red dress with white sleeves. The bodice has the Coca-Cola logo in white, with a few white bubbles on each side. Beneath it is a multicolored stripe horizontally across the front.
Barbie has 8 points of articulation, with movement at her:
Head
Shoulders
Waist, which twists left and right
Hips
Knees, which are rubber with an internal click mechanism (I always called them "Bend and Snap" legs as a kid)
Tumblr media
Barbie also wears scrunched white socks (my mom tells me she wore many a pair as a kid and teen in the 90s, haha), and red tennis shoes with painted white laces, soles, and a white "B" (for Barbie), in a circle on the sides.
Tumblr media
Barbie has a red ring on her right hand, which matches her earrings.
Tumblr media
Here's the backdrop. Supposedly, you can unfold it into a play scene, but it didn't turn out very nicely for me, so I gave it to my sister.
The shelves and the chair for the polar bear didn't want to stay up, so they look very strange.
Tumblr media
Barbie also came with this sheet of punch-out 2-dimensional cardboard pieces, including a bowl of popcorn, a pizza, two magazines, three attached bottles of Coca-Cola, a puzzle with a rollerblading polar bear holding a bottle of Coca-Cola, a playing card box, a phone book with a polar bear on the cover, and a pen with a polar bear on it.
Tumblr media
Overall, Barbie is such a pretty doll, and I like how cute yet casual her outfit is! The cardboard accessories fell short for me, but I'm sure younger kids must have had fun with them in 1998.
I definitely feel like Barbie is worth the $12 I paid for her, and would recommend her!

have my au style of kwazii
i tried to make him have the design as an orange tabby and a calico mix as good as i could get him
and yes i do plan making calico jack also a calico orange tabby mix
this was my first time drawing a octonauts character and background
this was also my first attempt at making the octonauts octo-alert logo on the door:
Tumblr media
idk what if that's what it is or just the octonauts' logo
I've got headcannons and i wanna share em
(i know my grammar is horrible hush)

The Best Evening Bags for Minimalists with Elegant Simplicity
Tumblr media
In the world of fashion, less is often more. Minimalism, with its focus on simplicity, clean lines, and functionality, has taken the fashion industry by storm. For those who embrace a minimalist lifestyle, finding the right accessories, including evening bags, can be a challenge. How do you find a bag that is both functional and elegant without being too flashy or over-the-top?
The perfect evening bag for minimalists is one that complements your outfit without overshadowing it. It should be sleek, versatile, and made to hold just the essentials. In this blog, we’ll explore the best evening bags for minimalists, focusing on designs that offer a blend of simplicity and sophistication.
1. Understanding Minimalist Style
Before diving into the best evening bags for minimalists, it's important to understand what minimalist fashion truly means. Minimalism isn’t about deprivation or lack of style; it’s about intentionality and quality. A minimalist evening bag should focus on:
Simplicity: Clean lines and understated designs are key elements of minimalism.
Functionality: The bag should serve its purpose without unnecessary adornments or features.
Versatility: A good minimalist evening bag should work with multiple outfits and occasions.
Quality: Minimalist fashion places a strong emphasis on high-quality materials and craftsmanship, ensuring that each piece lasts for years.
With this in mind, let’s look at some of the best minimalist evening bags that combine style with functionality.
2. Essential Features of a Minimalist Evening Bag
When shopping for a minimalist evening bag, there are a few key features to keep in mind. These features will ensure that the bag remains both functional and stylish without unnecessary frills.
Neutral Colors: Minimalist evening bags typically come in neutral colors like black, white, beige, or gray. These shades are versatile and can complement almost any outfit, making them ideal for a wide range of events.
Compact Size: The beauty of minimalism lies in its ability to strip away excess. A minimalist evening bag should be compact, offering enough space for essentials such as your phone, keys, lipstick, and cards, but not so large that it becomes cumbersome.
Quality Materials: Minimalism places a strong focus on craftsmanship and durability. Look for evening bags made from high-quality materials such as leather, suede, or vegan alternatives.
Simple Designs: Avoid bags with excessive embellishments or logos. Minimalist bags feature clean lines, sleek shapes, and subtle details that create a timeless, elegant look.
3. Best Minimalist Evening Bag Styles
Now that we know what to look for in a minimalist evening bag, let’s explore some of the best styles that embody elegant simplicity. Whether you’re attending a formal event, a casual dinner, or a cocktail party, these evening bags will ensure you stay chic and organized.
a. The Classic Envelope Clutch
The envelope clutch is a staple in minimalist fashion. Its clean lines, slim profile, and simple fold-over design make it the perfect accessory for a night out. This timeless style is perfect for minimalists because:
It’s compact yet functional, offering enough space for essentials without being bulky.
It often comes in neutral tones like black, cream, or beige, making it versatile.
The sleek design ensures that it complements any outfit without taking away attention.
b. The Structured Box Bag
For those who prefer a more architectural look, the structured box bag is a great choice. Its geometric shape and solid structure offer a refined elegance, making it an ideal minimalist evening bag. Key benefits of this style include:
The structured shape creates a modern, polished look.
Its rigid design keeps your belongings safe and organized.
Often available in neutral or monochromatic colors, it adds a sophisticated touch to any outfit.
c. The Minimalist Wristlet
A wristlet is a perfect option for those who want to keep things hands-free. With a simple loop that slips around your wrist, this bag combines practicality with style. Wristlets for minimalists often feature:
A slim design that holds only the essentials, like cards, keys, and a phone.
High-quality materials such as leather or vegan leather, providing durability and a luxurious feel.
A sleek, unobtrusive look that pairs well with both casual and formal attire.
d. The Foldover Crossbody Bag
Minimalists who prefer a bit more versatility may want to opt for a foldover crossbody bag. This bag can be worn as a crossbody for casual outings or carried as a clutch for more formal events. It’s perfect for minimalists because:
The foldover design creates a clean, streamlined silhouette.
It offers enough storage space for essentials without looking bulky.
Crossbody straps are often detachable, allowing the bag to easily transition from day to night.
e. The Pouch Bag
For a truly minimalist look, consider the pouch bag. This style is as simple as it gets—no embellishments, no hardware, just a sleek pouch that holds your essentials. It’s perfect for minimalists who want a bag that doesn’t compete with their outfit. Benefits include:
Its understated design makes it easy to pair with any outfit.
The pouch’s simplicity emphasizes high-quality materials and craftsmanship.
It’s lightweight and easy to carry, making it ideal for evenings when you want to travel light.
4. How to Style Minimalist Evening Bags
Now that you know the best styles of minimalist evening bags, let’s talk about how to style them. The key to minimalism is balance—your accessories should enhance your outfit without overwhelming it. Here are some tips for styling your minimalist evening bag:
Pair with Neutral Tones: Minimalist evening bags look best when paired with neutral or monochromatic outfits. Black, white, beige, and gray are timeless choices that complement the simplicity of the bag.
Keep Jewelry Simple: If you’re opting for a minimalist evening bag, keep your jewelry simple and understated. A pair of small hoop earrings or a delicate bracelet will enhance your look without clashing.
Let the Bag Speak for Itself: A minimalist evening bag should be the focal point of your accessories. Avoid pairing it with overly elaborate shoes or jewelry. Instead, let the bag’s simplicity shine through.
5. Benefits of Investing in a Minimalist Evening Bag
Minimalist fashion is more than just a trend—it’s a lifestyle choice that emphasizes quality, durability, and intentionality. Investing in a minimalist evening bag comes with several benefits:
Timeless Style: Minimalist evening bags are designed to be timeless. Unlike trendy bags that go out of style, a minimalist bag will remain fashionable for years to come.
Versatility: Because minimalist bags are simple and understated, they can be paired with a wide range of outfits and worn on various occasions.
Durability: Minimalist bags often emphasize quality materials and craftsmanship, ensuring that they last longer than mass-produced, trend-driven accessories.
6. Final Thoughts: Simplify Your Evening Look
In the world of minimalist fashion, less truly is more. By choosing a minimalist evening bag, you’re not only embracing simplicity but also investing in a versatile, timeless accessory that will enhance your wardrobe for years to come. Whether you prefer an envelope clutch, a structured box bag, or a sleek wristlet, the perfect minimalist evening bag will combine elegant simplicity with functional design.
With the right evening bag, you can make a statement without saying too much—sometimes, simplicity speaks the loudest.

The Ultimate Guide to Choosing the Perfect Designer Clutch
Tumblr media
In the world of fashion accessories, the designer clutch stands out as a must-have item for anyone looking to elevate their style. Whether you're attending a glamorous evening event or simply stepping out for a chic dinner, a designer clutch can be the perfect finishing touch to your ensemble. This article will guide you through everything you need to know about choosing the right designer clutch for every occasion.
1. Understanding the Appeal of Designer Clutches
Designer clutches are more than just bags; they are statements of luxury, style, and sophistication. Unlike larger handbags, clutches offer a sleek and compact option that forces you to carry only the essentials. This minimalist approach is not only practical but also highlights the elegance of the design. Designer clutches are crafted with high-quality materials and often feature unique designs, making them coveted items for fashion enthusiasts.
2. Types of Designer Clutches
When it comes to designer clutches, there are several styles to choose from, each with its own unique appeal:
Envelope Clutch: Named for its envelope-like shape, this clutch is ideal for formal events. It’s sleek and usually made with luxurious materials like leather or satin.
Box Clutch: This structured clutch is perfect for adding a touch of glamor to your outfit. Often embellished with jewels or metallic finishes, the box clutch is a go-to for evening wear.
Wristlet: For those who prefer a hands-free option, the wristlet is a great choice. It comes with a small strap that fits around your wrist, making it both stylish and functional.
Pouch Clutch: This soft, unstructured clutch is versatile and can be dressed up or down. It’s often made from materials like leather or suede and can feature intricate embroidery or beading.
3. How to Choose the Right Designer Clutch
Selecting the perfect designer clutch online depends on several factors:
Occasion: Consider the event you’ll be attending. For formal events, opt for an envelope or box clutch in a classic color like black, silver, or gold. For more casual outings, a pouch clutch or wristlet in a fun color or pattern can add a playful touch to your outfit.
Size: Think about what you need to carry. A smaller clutch may only fit essentials like your phone, keys, and lipstick, while a slightly larger one can accommodate additional items like a compact or small wallet.
Material: The material of the clutch can dictate its overall look and feel. Leather clutches are timeless and durable, while satin or velvet options exude luxury. If you’re looking to make a statement, consider a clutch with embellishments like crystals, embroidery, or metallic finishes.
Color and Pattern: While classic colors like black, white, and nude are always safe bets, don’t be afraid to experiment with bold colors or patterns. A vibrant clutch can be the focal point of your outfit.
4. Top Designer Clutch Brands to Consider
When investing in a luxury clutch, it’s important to choose a brand that reflects your style and values. Some of the top brands known for their exquisite clutches include:
Chanel: Known for their timeless elegance, Chanel clutches often feature the iconic quilted pattern and interlocking CC logo.
Gucci: Gucci clutches are synonymous with luxury and are often adorned with the brand’s signature motifs like the interlocking G or the red and green stripe.
Saint Laurent: Saint Laurent clutches are known for their sleek designs and luxurious materials. The YSL logo is a mark of sophistication and style.
Bottega Veneta: Famous for their intrecciato weave, Bottega Veneta clutches are a symbol of understated luxury and craftsmanship.
Judith Leiber: If you’re looking for a statement piece, Judith Leiber clutches are the epitome of extravagance, often featuring intricate designs and crystal embellishments.
5. Caring for Your Designer Clutch
To ensure your designer clutch remains in pristine condition, follow these care tips:
Storage: Store your clutch in a dust bag when not in use to protect it from dust and sunlight. Keep it in a cool, dry place to avoid damage from humidity.
Cleaning: Gently clean your clutch with a soft, dry cloth after each use. For leather clutches, use a leather conditioner to maintain the material’s suppleness. For fabric or embellished clutches, spot clean with a mild detergent and avoid rubbing too harshly.
Handling: Be mindful of where you place your clutch, especially at events. Avoid setting it on the ground or in areas where it could be easily damaged or stained.
Conclusion
A designer clutch is more than just an accessory; it’s an investment in style and sophistication. Whether you’re looking for a timeless piece or a bold statement clutch, there’s a perfect option out there for every occasion. By understanding the different types, materials, and brands, you can confidently choose a clutch that complements your style and enhances your overall look
