Bad Future Squad redesigns!
(This is not a height chart mainly because Johnny's wheelchair was hell to draw so I had to choose between "accurate heights" and "Johnny 13")
Design notes below cut.
Box Ghost's normal body type is already a good mixture of buff and fat, I see no reason for him to get unhealthily buff in the bad future. Also, why did he get taller in the bad future? That's a grown man!
Johnny's wheelchair got a redesign to be more functional and also to resemble his motorcycle. The seat is directly a copy of the seat on his motorcycle, which I referenced extensively, and he also has his "13" logo on the wheels.
Kitty gets her scarf and ring back.
Ember's original Bad Future design was just a fatphobic joke. So I kept the rough concept of "her vocal cords being destroyed made her 'go to seed' and stop taking care of herself" but made it. Not fatphobic. Still a big girl but a lot of that is baggy clothes. Instead of "oh she's fat now" I went with visible signs of her not caring about her physical appearance as much anymore- acne, smudged mascara, no lipstick, baggy clothes.
The name on Box Ghost's tattoo and the flame for Kitty's other earring are just fun little headcanons that have nothing to do with practical character design.

Runaway Rogue
So! A couple of years ago, Danny lost one of his Rogues.
It's not that they got Ended or anything, he literally lost them and couldn't find them. One day they ran off after being defeated and never showed up again. They were one of his Joke Villains, not posing a real threat but still extremely annoying when they wanted to be.
He hadn't seen them in Years now, and with the situation in Amity quelled and more free time on his hands than he had gotten in Years, he decided to finally track the Ghost down and see what he had been up to.
His search led him to Gotham, where he finally found the one Rogue that he had lost all those years ago.
Condiment King.

Danny is glad he actually made a plan for once. Jazz had been on his back about telling their parents he was Phantom, and he had managed to convince her he had a plan. The only thing that would extend how long it took was the frequency of ghost attacks.
He generally didn’t have much free time, so luckily Clockwork was willing to put him in a time bubble so he could get stuff done, like get enough sleep. But mostly he was training. Sometimes with Wulf to make portals, but other ghosts had come by too.
The power that was giving him the most trouble, and that he needed most for his plan was duplication. It took forever and he still couldn’t have more than 3 versions of himself at one time. How Vlad managed so many he had no idea.
Anyway back to his plan. He got all his stuff that he couldn’t afford to lose hidden away, got copies of all his parents blueprints and files, replaced items that he didn’t feel comfortable letting them keep if worse case scenario came, and a few more miscellaneous things.
He decided not to tell Sam and Tucker what he was doing. Though he did give them a mysterious file that they weren’t able to open yet. It would lead them to him later. But he needed their reactions to be legitimate, even if he hated having to potentially distress them for a bit.
He then sent his duplicate in his place back home while he went to the Ghost Zone to keep learning and keep an eye on things. Hopefully things went well, but he planned to spend a full living realm month here just in case his parents faked taking it well.
————————————————————————
It did not go well. About two weeks after his duplicate told his parents they knocked him out and buried him in a ghost proof coffin. Was he glad he wouldn’t have to experience his worse fears as a lab experiment? Yes. Was he still going to have nightmares of being trapped underground unable to escape? Also yes.
He was glad it was his duplicate though. It was easy for him to undo from a distance and since they had been connected he still had all the memories. He typed in the code for the file he gave his friends before he left. Time to go to Gotham, the one place he was able to wheedle out of Clockwork would be best for him.

Red Hood stared down at the small child holding up a box. It was wrapped in newspaper and tied with twine, but was very clearly meant to be a gift. The kid bounced on their toes, trying to hold it up higher.
"I made it for you!" They exclaimed. "Don't worry; it's not a bomb, I promise!"

Good media
Danny is hated by the town until a de-aged Ellie and a year old boxlunch enter the picture. Now the entire towns social media is one and the same. Phantom corralling and running after two chaotic floating ghost toddlers who insist on exploring every damn inch of the town, get distracted by a bug and chase after pieces of dust at the drop of a hat.
The two of them are also incredibly capable of increasing the others energy levels. They really do enjoy each others company. Sadly, Danny now has a full time job worth’s of work on these two. The date boxy and lunch lady are going on better be one heck of a date, or Danny will be angry.
The town loves seeing their hero be a worried parent. The memes are legendary.

(The line is inspired from a fanfic that I read but I thought it was funny if Danny give the Batfamily Pandora's "lunch" from Ghost Zone)
He picked up his food—his Pandora-made lunch—then he took some careful steps towards the center of the rooftop, ready to unveil the horrors contained within the ghost's lunch box. He turned to the Batfamily and Jazz one last time. "Are you truly sure?"
"...I have never been more sure." Jazz said
"I'd agreed," Bruce replied.
Swallowing hard, Danny uncovered the Pandora Box. Today's menu was… "FUCK! It's the Kraken ghost box! GUYS, RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN!"
Jazz froze for a second. That thing was just horrible. However, she began to run away like a flash, hiding behind a column: "The hell is that?!" asked Jazz , as soon as she regained some mental clarity.
"That's Pandora's handmade lunch!" Yelled Danny as he made a beeline for cover, only barely dodging the powerful strikes of Pandora's "lunch". Notice how the quotation signs are in bold? That's intentional.
Pieces of concrete went flying off behind as he considered dodging the attacks. Death by fall damage seemed a lot better than whatever that thing was probably going to do to him.
On the other hand, Jazz, Bruce, Alfred and the boys could only shout "That's Pandora's lunch?!" as they looked absolutely mortified.
Soon enough, tentacles went flying in the boys' direction. Each Batboys quick to get the hell out of dodge before the monster could grab them.
"Danny/Fenton?!" Tim/Damian asked.
"Yes?!" Danny replied.
"You're the worst, you bug ghost!" Damian screamed.
“I asked if you were sure!!” Danny shrieked back. He jerked his head backwards with a yelp as a tentacle flew in his direction.
“You never said we’d have to fight our damn food!” Jason shouted before he started firing off his gun at the squid monster. Each bullet ricocheted off of the tentacles, causing more screams as bullets flew in all directions.
Tim screamed, dodging back and forth. “Stop shooting! Stop shooting!! You’re going to hit us!!”
Damian tried in vain to slash at the tentacles with his sword but all he was rewarded with was a missing sword and smack to the face. He was quickly picked up by Jazz and they both hid behind a column again.
Amidst the screeching, Batman used his grappling hook to fly over the box and then land beside Danny. He snatched the Fenton thermos from his side and then opened it, pointing it towards the Kraken. A beam shot out and then it was gone. Peace finally settled within the room as the Batfamily and Jazz finally came out of their hiding spot or slowed to a stop from their various jumping and rolling around.
“I revoke my agreement,” Batman said with a grumble. “You’re never bringing us lunch again.”
Danny nodded, looking abashed. “Y’know what? Fair enough.”

DCxDP AU: The Ultimate Enemy + The Flash
One of the speedsters (doesn't matter which really) is one of the few survivors of the apocalypse and he just figured out who Phantom is. He can save the world, all he has to do is go back in time and kill Danny Fenton.
Which seems like a great idea, right up to the point where he finds Danny and realizes he is just a 14 year old kid......

Bruce is grateful for the fact that Damian has made friends, he is.
He's happy that his son has met children his own age at school and befriended them. That he is growing from that prickly, unhappy, scarred child he'd first been when he'd come to live with Bruce. That his friends are even normal kids - baring Jon, who is still normal enough despite being the son of Superman and occasionally a super hero himself - with no links to anything strange or dangerous or illegal.
"Oh, sup B."
He just wished that his son's friends were also just a little less...feral.
"Hello Elle."
Elle Nightingale gave him a little wave with the lemon she was holding - or as best as she could considering the space she was working with - and smiled cheekily at him. Bruce felt a headache budding behind his eyes.
"I thought Alfred banned you from the kitchen?" She shifted a bit, nudging a bottle of milk - farm fresh, courtesy of the Kents, passed along via Jon as thanks for looking after him for the weekend. Bruce wished he'd had the foresight to expect that Jonathan Kent staying over for the weekend would mean that Elle, her cousin Billy and their friend BL - the children refused to say the girl’s real name, likely to spite Damian, and thr initials had been a compromise to calling her Box Lunch - would take it as them being permitted to stay over for so long as well. Damian had just given Bruce a an unimpressed look when he'd expressed his surprise at the sudden influx of twelve year olds in his home. As if Bruce was disappointing him at being so foolish as to think his entire pack of hellhounds wouldn't be invading enmass.
"Just getting a snack." He assured her, not wanting her to being the wrath of Alfred down upon his head. The hellions liked doing that, for some reason. "I don't suppose you could tell me what exactly you're doing in my fridge." Bruce tried, looking at the girl curled up in what should have been a deeply uncomfortable position between a few shelves of the large appliance.
Elle grinned. Her canines looked a little too sharp in the odd light of the fridge. Bruce really had to stop thinking of his sons friends as demonic hellions, he was starting to impose impossible features on them when he was sleep deprived.
"We're playing hide and seek." She made direct, unblinking eye contact with him as she brought the whole lemon to her mouth and took a bite out of it like it was an apple. "It’s Day's turn to seek." She added, lemon juice dripping down her chin as she swallowed her bite, rind and all.
Well at least she was getting enough vitimin C.
"Right." He nodded, deciding that it wasn't cowardice that led him not wanting to get involved. No, it was just...good parenting. Letting the kids be kids. It was a sleepover, and Damian was actually playing a game! That was something to be encouraged! Bruce wasn't fleeing from this particular group of children's brand of chaos at all. "...could you hand me one of the fruit cups Alfred made earlier?"
Elle obliged on the condition Bruce didn't tell Damian about her hiding spot and returned to happily eating her...whole lemon...as he shut the fridge door on her.
As he returned to his office he glanced out one of the manor's large windows long enough to see Billy stick his head out from the top of the twelve foot tall topiaries out on the front lawn, checking to see if Damian was about. Bruce shook his head, kids and their ability to climb impossible structures never ceased to amaze him. Billy should be careful not to keep trying to peak for Damian though, he was going to end up getting found that way.

Okay so my first exposure to Danny Phantom was through written works, so I didn't know what a lot of the characters actually looked like until later on when I finally decided to google certain characters. And I got to say... the box ghost was probably the most disappointing of those reveals. I had been picturing a ghost that was inhabiting a box (like a hermit crab). I was not picturing a small man in overalls. So here's my box ghost redesign.
To go with this, here's what I was picturing for some of the other ghosts, I had more physical descriptions to go off of for some of these. I drew: two variations for Nocturne (I actually still don't know what he looks like bc I refused to google it after seeing Undergrowth's canon design), Lunch Lady, Walker, and Undergrowth (I refuse to acknowledge the canon design)

Undergrowth (in my head) is like 8-12 ft tall

Dannymay Day 12: Time Travel
No actual time travel involved in this picture, just some characters from the Bad End Future, because that whole episode was about time travel.
Also, featuring my redesign for Bad Future Box Ghost. I don't like how The Ultimate Enemy made him super buff. He's clearly already strong- he's got the body type of a guy who's actually strong, mixed fat and muscle, this is a guy who's definitely worked hard and can lift heavy things.
Plus he already has a bunch of new traits in the Bad Future. So I just gave him those and kept his regular body type.

Ghostly Host AU
So! Ghosts need a physical Anchor in the living world, or they are liable to fall apart and fade away if they stay for too long.
In Amity Park, this usually isn't too much of a problem. Sure most Ghosts can't stay for a week without a Host, but the ambient Ecto-Levels in Amity Park are enough that they can stay for a few days or so at a time with little worry.
This changes however, during Reign Storm.
When Pariah Dark awakens, Tens of Thousands of Ghosts use the Fenton Portal to escape the Rule of Pariah Dark, running away into the Human Realm.
If Amity Park had stayed where it was, this would have been fine. They could have stayed in the Living Realm for a few days, and maybe the Weaker ones would need to find a temporary Host, but that was fine since Amity was filled with thousands of Liminals.
Unfortunately, Pariah Darks first move was to suck Amity Park into the Ghost Zone, alongside all of the Ecto-Energy that had accumulated there.
Now left trapped in the Living Realm with no way back to the Zone, thousands of Ghosts suddenly needed Hosts or they would start dying off by the Hundreds. In a Panic, they spread out across the Planet in search of viable Hosts.
Any normal Person wouldn't do, they needed a Living Being that could actually handle their Power, or someone who matched their Soul. Preferably both. Liminals were the best since they had a durable Body and a Malleable Soul, so any Ghost could use any of them as a Host.
But outside of Amity Liminals were very rare, and finding someone who matched their Soul was time-consuming and hard. Thankfully, in recent years the population of Aliens, Metahumans, Enhanced Soldiers, and even extra durable baseline Humans had spiked across the world.
All across the planet, People suddenly found themselves stuck with a new Passenger in their Bodies.
Those new passengers thankfully weren't malicious, for the most part, but it was still annoying. The only good thing was that they now had new Powers, which neat.
They could summon the Ghosts in their Body outwardly, and then command the Ghost to use their Powers in whatever way they wanted. Only other Hosts could see another person's Ghost, which meant they looked very awkward to normal people when they fought. Generally, Hosts seemed to act more strangely after getting a Ghost, as if they lost a few of their Inhibitions.
Why did they feel the sudden need to strike a flamboyant Pose? Or over dramatically scream?

Special delivery: Surprise Mini-box!
It had been a while since Danny was a hero in Amity Park, now that he was king he actually had fewer responsibilities than before, which was pretty ironic all things considered.
Meeting with the Observants was the most boring part of his day, but he had recently been entertaining himself with the Zone's ghost children, apparently many of his ex-rogues considered him an honorary godfather. The kids loved him so much it was almost worth missing out college.
His hero past wasn't a problem until Box Ghost told his daughter about his adventures when he fought Phantom on a daily basis, and how it was comforting to have your own hero. Lunch Lady joined the conversation and that could only end one way: Box Lunch wanted to be a rogue.
But she could not be one in Amity Park, her godfather took great care of it and that was already the place of his parents, so after she found a portal she began her search through different cities to find her ideal "hero" rival.
Neither the League nor all of their associates were ready for the baby ghost, the intangibility though basic had thrown most heroes off balance, eliminating the small list of colorful heroes Box had in her hand.
In exasperation she headed towards a new destination "Gotham"; by the time Danny found out about the mess from a guilty Box ghost, Box Lunch was making a mess on Crime Alley. Danny really hoped the vigilante would notice that the cause of the disaster was a child.
