Finally “completed” one of the Link designs! I say “completed” because, you know me… I’ll most likely keep making changes. Especially those pants, my creativity flopped on that front.

Anyways here’s Champion, or BotW/TotK Link! There was a 3/4-year time gap from the events of the first game to its sequel, and I am fully convinced that Link is supposed to look at least slightly older in TotK, even though the game doesn’t really represent that? I tried to keep his design relatively simple and consistent between the two designs, where TotK is more of an “upgraded” version of BotW, rather than a redesign. He wears more or less the same basics but with upgraded gear!

Pink Haired Girl Link: Fantasy

This is Link from that one time they accidentally thought Zelda 1 Link (Hyrule) was a Girl! :D

We nicknamed the Hero of Hyrule "Hyrule" This is TECHNICALLY The same Link, so we call her "Fantasy".

Finally working on a character lineup! It's been long enough, I think it's about time I draw all my link designs alongside one another. It's coming together well enough, I got most of the sketching done. Then it's inking and colouring which is definitely gonna take me awhile 😅

Day 7 done!!!! God damn I am falling so far behind, I was almost done with this on Monday but then got tired and thought I'd finish it yesterday but forgot I had Parent Teacher Conferences last night so I didn't even open my computer by the time I go home. Finally I was able to finish it tonight.

Regardless here it is following the prompts (with some alteration)

I chose to use Captain for this one as he is a member of Hyrule's Nobility and betrothed to Zelda before joining the Hylian Knights. Ignoring the O.C. part of the second prompt I figured this scene from Hyrule Warriors, where Cia lure's Link to a trap and we first meet his Shadow, was a great direction for the trap, and then of course we have Temple/Dungeon and this scene once again fit as they are in the Temple of Souls.

Originally I planned to use Prince but honestly none of the ideas I came up with really felt good to me so I scrapped them and did this.

Welcome back to the depths! Zelda is beholding the wealth of botany available to her. Link is beholding nothing, because it’s too dang dark to see anything.

Raising the Dead

Hyrule warriors Link's first introduction of the hero of Time! I had so much fun with this drawing. it took me way longer than i initially thought it would take but i finally got it to a point at which i can call it done.
