. . Finishing Marlon B.'s DMX1580S . After having replaced both input gain potentiometers (one had a 14K resistance instead of the expected 10K, and both had more or less bad tracking from CW to CCW), found a dead TL071 op-amp (its outside had been TOTALLY blackened by overheating, probably...) on one of the DAC3 boards. Also had to clean the dirty "output mix" switch that was preventing the mixing of both output channels. Last, I recapped the balancing circuitry of both outputs. . @ratossentos 's H910 restoration (cont') . AAARGHHH!!! Finally solved the previous feedback issue: was actually a combination of the dead LF351 on the output 1 dbx board (see my prev. insta post) AND a bad LF353 on the input dbx board!!!! 😢😢😢 . Now that this second dead opamp has been replaced, the "Feedback" pot on the front panel has gained correct control of the feedback loop again and so is effective on its entire range! 👌👍😊 .
