ARCANE DRINK HCs

So I was bored at an ungodly hour of the night so instead of sleeping....I did this.

This was written before season 2 came out. Thought this would just be a fun little ting.

Yea she does that. It's either that or she makes a cooler amount of jungle juice from random stuff she grabs from the bar and makes that last for a good while.

I don't even think she likes the taste of alcohol that much. Hell I think she airs on the lightweight side. But if she's drinking she's gonna want it to be sweet and taste like juice.

Vander - Whiskey

Cmon, the big guy of the undercity gotta have something that tows the line of sophistication and earthiness. He likes the subtle complexity that it offers. Something to take the edge off after a night of running the bar.

He's not the type to get "carried away" with it but...if he isn't careful he could def chug down a thing of Sir Davis like it didn't cost 90 bucks.

Other than that he's probably gonna keep it cute with a pint of beer on the reg.

Vi - whatever gets her drunk quicker

Cmon....We've seen the season 2 shorts. We know how bad it gets.

Imma be real I wouldn't be surprised if she just got to the point of chugging straight everclear like she does NOT care.

But sure let's give her a normal non angst circumstance. I think she'd develop a taste for whiskey. Ya know as a treat.

I'd like to think Vander gave her her first drink when she was still young, not like a full pour, just a bit for the taste. She hated it at first but over time it grew on her. Now whenever she has it, she's reminded of him.

Cait - Martinis

Cait doesn't drink very often, she's more likely to drink at events her family hosts.

I think she likes to keep it classy with a martini cause it's nice to sip, plus it's a bit stronger so it makes her pace herself. But she's not an olive girly, she's a citrus twist girly. Depending on her mood it's either gonna be orange or lemon.

Mel - That's that me espresso (martini)

This would be a fav for her to have when she has an evening to herself. It's creamy, rich, a Lil sweet. It's a nice combination. She'd also have this when she's with Jayce or anyone she considers a close friend. Otherwise she is not bringing this to a function.

Nope at the function she is a pinot grigio haver. It's light, fruity, and keeps her pushing.

Jayce - Beeyah

This dude will have a DAY of being a politician amd immediately hit the fridge for a Modelo and a lime wedge like it's a cold cigarette to ease the pain.

He's like Mr. Boss in that one episode of smiling friends asking the waitress what kinda Lagers they got. But at the same time being very anal about the fact that beers and lagers are not the same thing.

Viktor - Vodkah + mules

No this isn't because he's eastern european.

Ok maybe partially but that's not the point.

First off I don't think his body takes hard  liquor straight up that well, so occasionally he'd have a straight shot of vodka just to feel something. It hurts but not in the usual way ya know.

But in reality if he wants something to enjoy once in a while it's gonna be a classic Moscow Mule, it's not that strong and is nice to sip.

Silco - Scotch

This feels self explanatory like look at him.

Sevika - Whiskey

Similar to Vander she's into Whiskey but she's not in it for the savoring of it. Like in her case she will actively down that sir David and grab another one off the shelf once the first bottles done.

Ekko - dry as a desert

Given the environment that the firefights have curated I don't think he's the type to drink. I wouldn't be surprised if that whole area is dry and honestly good for them.

Dating Ekko but Vi has a crush on you...

so let's start from the beginning (from the start it's kinda boring ngl)

you, ekko, powder and vi (also with mylo and claggor before their death) were childhood friends

but after vander's, mylo's and claggor's death, after silco took jinx under his wing and after vi was put in jail, everything change

you didn't saw ekko or anyone else for a long time, so you were alone

but one night after many years, firelights found you and kinda kidnap you if i can call it like that

you had a bag over your head so you couldn't see anything, but you heard someone walking around you

that someone took the bag off your head, she squinted at the light and then you saw a person with and owl looking mask?

you frowned and you switched to defense mode, asking questions like who is he, what he want, etc..

you gasped when you saw ekko, but now he wasn't as cute as he was when he was a lil kid, he was hot

well after that you talked for hours, telling each other what happened etc

ekko showed you what he built over those years and you loved it

and you loved it to the point that you become a firelight and you were ekko's right hand (but don't tell scar;))

and after few months you two started dating

so ekko now captured vi and had a 'little' talk with her and when they went to release caitlyn from her handcuffs, you were there

you were standing in front of caitlyn giving her some food so she can get a bit energy

vi didn't recognize you at start but when you turn to face her she was amazed, you change a lot

you walked towards her or that what she thought

you walked towards ekko, who was sitting next to her, you bend down to give him a kiss on his forehead

when you bend to kiss him, vi and caitlyn could perfectly see your ass, which made caitlyn blush and vi smirk

vi liked you for a long time but she didn't really thought about love when she was a kid

but when she realized you're dating ekko, ohoho she didn't like it a bit

she was jealous, like a lot but she could hide it well (that what she thought)

she thought that she was better partner for you, she was older and stronger, etc

she tried to restore her relationship with you, because she didn't see you for years, so ekko didn't mind at first

but ekko isn't stupid and he notice that vi is more touchy with you and she is always checking you out

so he became jealous as well

so whenever vi was nearby, he put his arms around your waist or kiss you

vi just rolled her eyes but inside she was furious

vi flirted with you, a lot

sometimes her and ekko get into a fights because of you, but nothing serious just vi picking up on ekko telling him tha you deserve someone mature or a real (wo)man

vi makes fake scenarios in her head when she sees you and ekko kissing, hugging or just holding hands, imagining that she was at ekko's place

ekko would sometimes complain when you two cuddle or are alone that vi is looking at you too much and that you gave her too much attention, i have to admit that he is also kinda insecure that you will leave him, but he just loves you with his whole heart

she would also stare at you, just admiring your beaty and ekko didn't like it, like he agree with her that you are beautiful, but you were his and his only

when he gets more jealous or just overwhelmed with things, he would fuck you all night, make you moan his name for vi to hear and he would mark your neck with hickeys for vi to see them the next day (yk let her know who you belong to)

it kinda affect their friendship because vi is stubborn and she can't give up or take a hint

and ekko definitely wouldn't give you to her, you are everything to him

Second season of Arcane just dropped, and boy am I exited.

First of all, the only thing I write here is apparently my options and stuff, so sorry 'bout that. So without further ado, lemme share my review on the first act of Arcane season II:

Honourable mention amongst everything is of course the music, tho I can't really believe that they got Woodkid again (gotta love 'em tho),

I gotta give out another honourable mention to the spec ops Enforcer squad that Cait put together. For some reason I wish we got to see moar of them. That, and we got knock-off Vander, but enforcer? He's the highlight of the squad, hands down.

Runner up is gonna have to be (for me) the weird sisterhood that Sevika and Jinx formed. I didn't expect it at all, but gotta say I'm here for it. I do like the fact that both of 'em were like "well we were pawns... ain't no more bitch". Like the whole first season they hated each other's guts and now it's like "we gotta do some'n about the Undercity situation...bet".

Next up, we have Heimerdinger adopting Ekko's whole crew. The lil old man just found his place in the Undercity apparently, and it's pretty nice I gotta say. He's a great addition to the tree community centre situation they've got going on,

Continuing off from this, is the whole teacher - protégé relation between Heimerdinger and Ekko. It's nice, it's cute and quite honestly an interesting dynamic.

Moving on now. I've no clue where to rank this (this is actually not a ranking post), so I'll just put it smack dab in the middle. I GOTTA give immense love to hobo jesus Viktor. Also ain't no one telling me he isn't hobo jesus. His weird godly-hood comeuppance was a whole ass rollercoaster. First we got him butterfly style cocooned (also, comatose I guess), he then reawakened, body moar purple than Thanos, he then proceeded to do a confession a.k.a that whole "affections" thing (the fuck you mean Vik, the fuck we mean Riot?!), moves back to the Undercity and promptly becomes hobo jesus, like the hell? All in all I fucking loved that arc, 10/10.

Powering the fuck on, in my eyes and opinions, a huge "fuck you" to the one and only Ambessa Medarda. Man does her character piss me off. She is the ultimate player and that makes me tip my imaginary hat to her but that's 'bout it. She is a master manipulator, she's cunning, annoying, I swear if she was an animal she'd have scales and her every opinion/ advice is titled "war".

Next up on the roster is, the man, the myth, the legend...(drumroll please) clueless Talis himself! This man is so confused and lost CONSTANTLY that it's not even funny anymore. His only guidance is in the form of Mel, he's all over the place and his moral compass is questionable at best. Love this idiot to bits tho,

After blues clues boy, I find it appropriate to mention probably the best part. Which is, the root of all problems apparently...the magic, a.k.a the arcane. Which, as we find out is on acid? I don't know what corrupted amalgamation was that in the chamber but it felt like the arcane was on acid and so was I simultaneously. Suffice to say it was wild, the arcane is wild.

Before I reach the end of this review/rant thing, I must mention a point that I'm most excited about, and a point that I absolutely hate, so here we go again:

We finally see glimpses of Warwick, which undoubtedly I'm most excited for, because let's be real that beast-man will rock everyone's shit (if he turns out to be a cheap imitation of what and who Warwick is imma be pissed),

I fully and whole heartedly want to kill the old fucker doctor hoodless a.k.a Singed. He creeps me out, gives me slight Dr. Frankenstein vibes (but worse), he's got his fingers in a lot of pies and he's old as fuck but somehow still alive?! Like this crazy motherfucker is 70, someone kill him please!

And I shall end it with the lovely and incredibly stupid sort of couple VI and Cait! At first I was like, "please don't fight, don't hurt my blacked out soul". Then, in the Undercity I was like "yes! please stay together, trust each other and perhaps love each other", to my absolute shock and miracle it seems like Riot heard our collective cries and made them happen just to rip it all away. I hate y'all at Riot, but man do I love y'all too. Their emotional turmoil rollercoaster was both daunting and electrifying. Suffice to say I loved it.

Warning ⚠️‼️: blood, stitches, needles, mentions of punishments, mentiond of overstim, cuddles, kisses, a lil bit of arguing

"Here you are. Alright, I'm gonna contact Vi--"

"no please! Don't tell her, I don't want her to worry, she's already working hard right now! Please, Ekko, don't say anything! I can handle it." You pleaded Ekko not to spill anything as you lean against the door frame, with an open wound on your thigh. You hear Ekko sigh in annoyance. "Fine, fine, I'll let you deal with your own business, but it's going to be worse." Ekko shakes his head as he turns away, walking down the steps of you apartment. "Thank you." You slipped into your shared apartment and closed the door locking it. You quietly limped over to the bathroom. You quickly sit on the toilet cover as you gather the first aid kit. You scatter the box to find bandages, stitching needles, and disaffecting alcohol. You look at your nasty wound as you quickly gather your cotton cloth and used disaffecting alcohol to clean your bad wound. You drench the cloth in the alcohol and pat it against your thigh. You begin to tear up as the alcohol hits your wound, "Fuck me." You sigh sharply as you look at the stitching needle. You think if it's really necessary to stitch it up, but you start to be honest and just hate needles. You quickly put it away and continue to disinfect it. After, you start to peel back a bandage. As you hiss at the pain, you realize you didn't scan the apartment. You stop everything and begin to listen into the apartment. You realize you hear footsteps hurrying to the bathroom. You jump up in a hurry to close the door, yet you're too late. Your red haired girlfriend is deadpan at you, as her hand is the one that stopped the door from closing.

"Vi-Vi! H-Hi, baby! W-What are you doing he-here?? J-Just popping up at t-times and plac-places." You scatter for words as you try to hide your giant gash. She smirks at your cute rambling. "What's the matter, sweet stuff?" As she notices the medical supplies around you.

"i-I, uh.. I have a small, very small, scratch, A-And I was just cleaning it up. Nothing a bandage won't fix." You smile nervously as you lean your wounded leg out of view. "oh really? May I see this tiny wound?" Vi raises her eyebrows with her sly smirk still on display. "U-Uhm no need." You reach over to push Vi out the door. You fail when Vi sweeps both her hands under your armpits and places you up on the white bathroom counter. "Hey!" You feel Vi sorta man handle your thighs as you hiss from the pain. Your bloody gash is bleeding less than it was when you ran inside, but it's still opened. You hear Vi sigh as she stands up and grips the bridge of her nose. "Vi, listen. Before you get mad, just know, I was about to handle it and this was an accident on my behalf." You tried to make the situation better. "By not stitching it and masking your pain with a bandage, that you know won't cover it or heal with?! Babe, what the hell?! Why did I have to find out from Ekko??" Vi raises her voice, getting a little heated. You sigh, "I didn't want you to know... Because I wanted to go on the big mission at the end of this week. And than this happened... I was hoping to cover it before you got back..." Your eyes tilt down at your hands clasped in your lap. You hear Vi sigh again before she cups your cheeks and kisses you. This shocks you, but you take in the kiss. Vi moves away from your soft lips to look into your soft eyes. Her thumb grazes your cheek. "You still should have told me instead of me sneaking in through the window to catch you in time." You smile nervously as she grabs the needle and cleans it. She sits on the toilet cover to get a perfect view of your wound. You groan and whine at the thought of stitches. "I just didn't want to be taken away from the mission..." You grip the counter nervously as you speak so softly. You know not telling Vi was wrong and you tell her your fully admit it as well.

"babe, I wasn't going to take you off the mission. I needed you. And by this, you would still be able to operate with it," Vi begins to drive the needle through and out the gash. "Fuck me!" You hit the counter, bruising your palm. You can't move as much, but that's what made it worse. "I would, if you told me the truth." Vi smirks at you as she continues and eventually finishes. You pant as Vi puts the needle down and cleans around the wound. "At least powder didn't stitch your wound." Vi kisses your thighs and goes to the sink to wash her hands. You roll your eyes as you are reminded that she stitched herself with a staple gun. "You need to tell me, baby. Don't hide from me anymore, okay? I need to know your okay. I love you so much." She dries her hands and cups your face again. She gives you a loving quick kiss on the lips, resulting in a innocent smile from you. "but you did hide this from me, soo... You're going to get an punishment, sweet stuff," she watches your innocent smile fade into a shocked blush expression. "W-What?"

"oh, you didn't think you were getting out of this with no punishment, right? Oh my little muffin, I'm going to overstim you until the only words you can muster is my name. I'm going to to edge you until you hate my guts," Vi is smiling mischievously as she runs her hands on your waist and inner thigh. You try to muster words for plea or beg for forgiveness, but Vi covers your lips with her finger. "No, no, baby. You need to own up to your mistakes. But all in due time, now it's time for some cuddles and kisses." Vi scoops you up and takes you to your shared bedroom. She undresses you until you're fully comfy and she does the same as you lay on your good thigh. Vi crawls into bed placing kisses from your hand to your shoulder to your soft lips. You giggle and Vi lays down by you, so you can curl up into her strong arms. "I love you, baby. I love you so much, baby." Vi kisses your head softly. "I actually don't know what I would do without you... Other than Powder," she smiles a little and rubs your tense shoulders. "Well, I'm glad I met you, Vi. I love you so much... Maybe even more." You look up at the red head as you give her a soft kiss. After a few soft kisses, you two enjoy the silence of your apartments and the sounds of kids outside playing in the alleyways.

"ohhh, I can't wait to see your legs shake violently." Vi hums, breaking the silence.

"V-Vi!!"

+she doesn’t have tattoos because he hates the commitment of it BUT he will draw full sleeves on her arms with marker if she’s bored 

+(i def feel her and powder are super close just bc they’re both artsy. ekko too) 

+they have a stutter and slurs some words together sometimes and gets REALLY frustrated with it. 

+i like the idea of them always signing when they talk ^(esp if they’re stuttering or slurring it helps them focus better on what it’s trying to say) 

+will go selectively mute anytime she gets upset and then it’s either signing/ huffing/grunting that she’ll communicate by (sometimes she’ll draw different expression faces in her arm and just point to them to express how she’s feeling 

+absolutely loves messing up her hair 

+cannot sit in a chair properly. silco and vander are counting down the days until they accidently fall out of the barstool (“Kenji don’t lean back like that” x100) 

+VERY expressive when they talk and knock over their cup too many times (completely on accident though because she has NO spacial awareness) 

+ruffles her bangs almost all the time, and scrunches her face whenever she does 

+either lacking simulation or is overstimulated. no inbetween.  

+poor volume control. She's either WAY too soft spoken or WAY too loud. 

+also if this wasn’t obvious she’s an ENFP 

+forgets that she has a chronic illness all the time and that she can’t do everything the same way everyone else does. (also since it varies every day it makes it easier to forget) 

+ ^she’ll lay with her head upside down on the couch feet in the air and then black out when she stands up confused as to why she passed out even though it’s obvious 

+“You do know how filthy the floor is.” “Mhmm.” “So why are you laying on it?” “Because floor time is important and my back hurts when I’m sitting.” “C’mon bring your sketchbook up to a table at least, that way you're not under one, I’ll get your brace for you.” “Ughhhhhh. Fine.” (she has almost gotten stepped on because of this though) 

+There are probably some days where she wakes up and knows she won’t be able to stand up without passing out so I’d like to think she has a wheelchair just in case (or she just stays in bed all day) but her wheelchair definitely has so many cute things on it that she did. (probably has lights on the wheels or something?) 

+Has sooooooo many fidget toys/ she’s ALWAYS moving someway. Leg bouncing/ finger tapping (to calm herself down if she gets anxious she will touch each fingertip with her thumb and then do patterns with it) 

+Has to keep their nails short because they will dig them into their palms when she gets overly anxious/depressed/selfloathing (Vander noticed the scars on her palms bc sometimes she would break skin and was like ‘okay yeah we need to do something about that’ in a nice way ofc) 

+sarcastic lil mf but cannot pick it up for the life of him

+LOVES doing bold eye makeup that has glitter in it! also loves white eyeliner 

+finger guns anytime they say anything mildly concerning 

+horrible anxiety though and she knows she shouldn’t be anxious half the time but she is and hates being alone because of it 

+first time she tried to dye her hair by themselves and their whole head was mustard yellow. after that silco helps and she just does one bang strand . 

+anytime she has to remember a number she signs it to keep it in her memory. always works. 

+ makes her own claw clips for her hair and has SOOO many of them.

+falls asleep at the bar all time time esp if vander or silco are there just gently rubbing her back 

+she makes fun earrings despite refusing to get her ears pierced because she hates needles. but if anyone wants them she’d give them away 

+won’t flip people off but rather thumbs down them. thinks it’s HILARIOUS that some people get even more mad at that. 

+wears bulky platform shoes or no shoes at all and has fun socks that are almost always mismatched 

+cannot wear rings that aren’t open/adjustable. terrified they’re going to get stuck on her finger 

+if the conversation gets too serious she will zone out because she doesn’t want to say the wrong thing. will come back later and give that person something she knows will cheer them up though. 

+she’s very quick to react but this also means that if she gets upset enough she cries as an initial reaction which definitely makes them feel like they’re weak 

+she will draw freckles on her face to highlight the really light ones she has 

+always has chapped lips that she bites at and they’re bleeding 70% of the time 

+actually likes helping vander clean cups 

+she’s always wayyyyy to nice to everyone (will get walked over because of this) and  vander and silco def help her stand up for herself more. they appreciate it when any of her siblings try to help her but they tell them to try to let her figure it out for herself. 

+VERY clumsy. hates going to places where she can’t touch anything because she will just go completely stiff because she’s so scared she’ll touch something she shouldn’t  

+can trash talk anyone who hurts her family but never anyone that hurts her.

Okay so here we go: ARCANE THOUGHTS

I’M FUCKING SAD

cried when Silco was like. A good dad at the end. Even as he’s fucking DYING because she SHOT HIM he was still like “no it’s okay I love you I literally do not hold this against you. Something I would have done at your age, dw about it”

Actually Silco’s ENTIRE fucking character was incredible. One of (if not THE) best written villains I have ever seen. He had a justifiable goal, went too far but in the confines of the universe it wasn’t even really much further than anyone else, he was just better at it - but then he gets a daughter! The way all of his cronies looked at each other and at him when Powder first threw herself at him, the way he just slowly sort of curled around her, the fact that she was unstable as shit and technically a massive liability and he was repeatedly told this but still he protected her because she was his KID. The fact that he’d spent his entire life working towards the same goal but literally turned it down because he loved her more. The scene where he’s talking to Vander’s statue like “I get it now”. Fucking heartbreaking, thank you

The way they portrayed Jinx’s madness????? INCREDIBLE. The way that sometimes we can see what she sees, or hear what she hears, but we also get just as much from an outside perspective and we can see exactly why she does what she does while simultaneously seeing that she’s unstable af. The way we see how she perceives things and rewrites interactions real-time so we know that, to her, it’s not an overreaction at all! But to everyone else...

Other reasons I’m fucking sad: THEY ALL VOTED UNANIMOUSLY. The whole fuckin council is like “actually, yeah, we can have peace” and now they’re all going to FUCKING DIE and I’m SO UPSET ABOUT IT. I want Mel to survive and I understand that she’s right in the path of the missile but here me out okay, like hear me out, what if she doesn’t die because she’s one of my two favourite characters and I love her

Speaking of Mel playing people, still not over the QUEEN SHIT level of shade we got right at the start when Mel gave that other councillor a child’s toy for his birthday. And the fact that he fuckin LOVED IT and continues to play with it to this day. He doesn’t even know. Icon

Lil fluffy man. Heimerdinger (had to google that). Love that lil man but also he really does need to understand that not everything can be stretched out. Like, if she understood the time crunch relative to a human lifespan and ajusted his advice accordingly then he would have gotten on a LOT better with the rest of them

Also Viktor, I love you, but the animators really need to remember which side you hold your crutch. The sheer amount of scenes where it was in the wrong hand was STAGGERING like... his right leg is the injured one. So it should always be in his right hand (when he’s using it). And yet. Edit: have discovered I was ENTIRELY wrong about this my bad (ily Viktor)

OH OH ALSO I’M REALLY FUCKING SAD ABOUT THAT LIL SCIENCE LADY. IDK HER NAME BUT THE ONE THAT GOT FUCKING DECIMATED BY THE HEXCORE. SHE WAS CUTE I LIKED HER AND I FUCKING SCREAMED
