lump in my armpit i've ignored for like a year,,,,, getting an ultrasound on friday 🧍

#saw an NP today and at first she was like 'seems like a cyst' and just suggested I go to a derm for an ultrasound and/or biopsy #but then she felt it some more and couldn't tell if it was movable or not and she said 'you're scaring me now girl' GREAT #so she was like 'let's go ahead and do the ultrasound' so that's happening friday #hmmm :))))))#as for why I just ignored it: too busy (lame excuse but it's true) didn't change size and only every now and then was tender #like when putting on deodorant #but oh boy #health anxiety is going up and down #personal

i dont know what to say other than if you think all human bodies should smell like a spring breeze then you need to lower your standards. everybody sweats. everybody stinks. its called body odour because it comes from your body which, believe it or not, everyone has. some people are going to have BO even if they use fragrances and antiperspirant/deodorant. and if you think commenting on how bad somebody smells is a good idea then newsflash for you: it isnt. grow up.

#my whole life ive struggled with body odour... my family would always tell me how much i stink even when i jst showered and put on deodorant #every single pore of my body sweats when i get anxious or hot. and i sweat the good smells right off. its not my fucking fault. if i had th #choice i would obviously not smell like this. so like why are you commenting on how bad i smell as if i have any control over it

I need deodorant that lasts like men's but smells like women's

I prefer men's since it doesn't melt off my pits now, but what even is "cool blue"??? I don't know what it is but I guess it smells better than b.o???

I've used woman's and I can conclude, cucumber is queen, best scent

oh top surgery update btw. ive got pretty much all sensation back in my chest with the exception of right around my scars and obviously nips don’t feel a thing. BUT. and this is fascinating to me. entire right side under my arm, to just about where the scar is? nothing there. absolutely numb. can’t feel a thing. why are you broken they didn’t even cut that part open

There is something to be said for

“I like these clothes because they mess with your preconception of me and I want people to stop sticking me in a certain box”

vs

“I like these clothes because they make me feel more comfortable in my own skin”

and how they’re sometimes but not always the same thing

#this is about how I spent a long time admiring girls who wore more masculine clothing #because it was in your face that they weren’t going with the stereotypical ‘girly’ clothes #and spent years getting the courage to go shopping and get a men’s white button up #only to find #‘oh no I really don’t like wearing this’#not even for sensory reasons! I just. didn’t enjoy looking masculine. even though I thought it was cool.#turns out that I. being a cis girl. enjoy looking more feminine. and personally felt real uncomfy looking masculine.#but I also didn’t like the constant T-shirts or ‘nice clothes my mom picked out’ because they also didn’t make me comfy in my own skin #my mom has good taste it’s just different from my taste #she likes earth tones and flowy shapes and jeans #and it turns out that. left to my own devices. I really like skirts and bright colors and leggings and patterned pretty button ups #and how when I started buying clothes I actively liked wearing #I started putting more effort into my own hygiene #I washed my hair more often #I got hairbows #I put on deodorant more consistently and actually cut my nails at a normal time #weird #shocking even #and this is not to say clothes are everything or that I wasn’t happy before that #it just. I used to hate clothes shopping with a fury and passion and now it’s like. I can handle it. because I can use sensory accommodation #and I actually know what I want

#pros of showering im going out tomorrow and it might be nice to not smell like shit #cons of showering such a pain takes way too much effort wont will have less time to play video games #and also when going out tomorrow i can just put on deodorant and a different shirt and nobody will know.......#thats the cool thing about how awesome i am you cant SEE when i havent showered #my hair doesnt get dirty or greasy and my skin is always clear and not oily or whatever either.....#its why i can go weeks without showering without anyone noticing as long as i dont smell bad #so i dont actually really have to #also for the sake of this poll i will Not tell you when the last time i showered was Dont even worry about it

straightened up my room yippeee

#by which i mean took out the garbage bc it was full made my bed and organized my bag. which is all cleaning up my room ever is #but reporganizing my bag is the biggest once bc i scatter it to the seven winds of the sky. so i just have to grab everything and put it #back. bag tour: 1. sketchbook 2. notebook 3. book of crossword puzzles i always forget i have 4. my big fuckass wallet 5. my keychain with #80000 things on it 6. (i think it was 6) thing of pens 7. mosquito block (i should also have sunscreen but its missing). i think thats all #thats in rhere currently but usually my OH wiops 8 or whatever Glasses case. inside the glasses case is 2 chapsticks my nail clippers my #lens wip a hankerchief And a little drawstring bag with a spare core for my portable charger and my headphones jack for if they die #i forgot to mention in my wallet is my portable charger + a cord for it. and also a little open up fan and a thing if trivia cards. and then #like all the cards i have and approximately 3 pounds in change its a heavy wallet #ummm yeah. so usually i also have my bluetooth earbuds in but theyre charging. and then i usually have my umbrella #and when im Going out i put in my deodorant and my hairbrush just in case #and up until just now i had a big ring of hairties but i donated that to lamp since my hairs too short to rly need them anymore. and i #always keep 3 on my hairbrush anyways just in case i need them for whatever reason #i think thats everything. its pretty compact #OH and i have a waterbottle i havent been taking it out very much tho. mostly bc i havent been Going out very much #i need to wash it tho its in the bin to be washed. 👍👍

just tried biking all 13ish km of the road i live on right now since the weather is decently nice and funny enough

1. I've known this road since I was like 4

2. I've never seen the other half of it till today. im 27

and oh my GOD i was not expecting to be hit back to back with four steep as SHIT hills. Like I saw the first one and am like "Oh! What a nice little challenge, it's like the hill I bike up when I come home from town" and then RIGHT a couple feet after is ANOTHER and im tired but rev myself up like "I do it every day I can make it" and for a while it's all chill until i see the biggest hill of my LIFE going right down into a four-way pass and am like "oh my god"

Anyways I get pass that and there's an even bigger one right on the other side and knowing how dead it is, i decide to risk it and ZIP right through there but this bastard is so big and im so tired i have to hop off my bike like "yeah. im turning back after this" and i did 😭 i didn't make it y'all...... I had another 6km to go why is this road so fucking LONG

good to know that while my mom is very good at smelling mold and stuff like that and im very good at smelling blood

#kinda not so nice when it makes you a bit dizzy and in the place next to you someone just had an accident where they bled a lot #i just keep having the scent in my nose and it is. not that nice.#very tempted to spray around perfume outside and like on the balcony so i can sorta cover the scent but thats probably not the best either #now i just put some nice smelling deodorant on my wrist and keep putting my wrist right in my face fncbjdbxbd

God, i am having a rough go of it right now. My insurance is fucking stupid because I'm on Medi-Cal and the plan they gave me fucking sucks and i need a new psychiatrist because i'm out of my SSRI AND my ADD meds so my mood is WIDLY fluctuating and i feel like shit and this has rendered my constitution akin to that of a sickly victorian child so i've been dealing with a 2-week-long cold and woke up this morning with a SEVERELY swollen uvula so i've been sleeping all day so i missed class and i just feel like shit and hopeless and like there's nothing i can do about it and my account with my therapy program has been put on hold because i owe like $900 because it's not covered by my stupid fucking insurance anymore and i'm just so stressed out and i feel embarrassed bringing it up to anyone because i feel like it's all my fault and i just made stupid choices that led to this and i hate it and i'm angry and sad and tired and my throat hurts so fucking bad

#emma posts #it must be a really hard scent to replicate or preserve #I do stock up on seasonal lilac stuff i like every year for as long as I can though #I’m still going through my deodorant and body wash stash #used up the cleaning supplies though but those are harder to get #I usually can only get them while seeing a few doctors of mine and I don’t see those ones as much #the cleaning products also seemed more expensive 😬#the wax melts are available at the grocery store year round though! and my clay hairpins will last for ages #as well as my resin stuff with the flowers in it. provided I keep caring for them properly #that’s a secret that they don’t (that’s a lie. they probably do) want you to know about.#those clay hair pins and combs that look like those flowers can be worn whenever. not just for weddings #and my mom got me two small ones for Christmas! I’ve wanted some for years and I’m so excited to wear them when the weather gets warm enough #at the moment though it’s too cold for me to put my hair up very often and I’m always wearing a hat when I go out
