Chapter 4

Comments: English is not my first language. The chapter problably has a lot of bad english, but in my defense I wrote this with a terrible headache. Anyway this doesn’t have a lot of plot, I just wanted to write something sweet between them

When Noa looked at Mae, the first thing that came to mind was her eyes. Bright blue, looking deep into his soul. Next thing he thought of was her long hair, entangled and dirty, he often wanted to tell her that she should just cut it all.

“If you are going to be a hairless being, do it right” he never dared to say those words out loud, but the need was strong.

There was a part of him, a confusing and strange part of him, that wanted to touch the brown hair and detangled every not. He has seen Mae do that with her hands.

It had been two weeks since Mae settled in the village. Noa never told the human, but it took a lot of convincing and yelling for the elders to accept her permanently into their clan. He felt almost embarrassed when he had to make an announcement to the rest of the apes, telling them that Mae was a part of them now, and that they should respect her as long as she did her part in the community. Of course, there were disagreements, but eventually most of them came to accept the Echo in the Eagle Clan.

“But going back to her hair…”

“Why only females… come with you?” Soona asked Mae. They were at the lake, getting clean.

“Actually, humans don´t shower next to each other… ideally” the human responded.

“Why?” Case, Soona´s friend interrogated.

“We are shy”

Mae removed her clothes and step into the water, joining the other two females, who were fighting playfully.

“Are you mom?” Case asked.

“What?”

“Your chest”

Mae felt self-conscious, she braced herself, covering up her breast and looking away.

“No, I´m not a mom”

“Oh. Echo thing then”

Soona pinched her friend.

“Chest is big” Soona explained, trying to get Mae out of her shy shelf “Only moms get chest that big… to feed”

“Oh” the human girl said, she uncovered herself, starting to scrub the dirt out of her skin “Yeah, for humans is normal. Most girls have this. You don’t have to be a mom”

They continued getting clean, and when they were done, they relaxed in the grass, watching the sunset.

“I know nobody… sees beauty in you” Case said “but I do. I think you are… pretty”

Mae stayed silent for a few seconds, not sure if she should feel offended.

“I see the beauty too” said Soona “Your body… is different, hairless, thin. But there is beauty… in that. Even if you… are not like ape”

The human smiled, she felt safe, appreciated, loved.

She felt also pretty. And that was nice

“Where were you, Mae?!” Noa asked. He came running to her and almost hug her. Luckily, he stopped in time “Hair is wet”

“Calm down. I was taking a shower, with the girls” Mae said, almost ignoring him and passing by him

“What? You took shower recently” the ape started to follow her into her room in one of the towers.

“Yeah, humans need to shower often. Be grateful, otherwise you would be begging me to take a shower”

When they got into her shared room, she stopped him right at the entrance.

“Goodnight Noa” she said with a smile. This would be fun.

“Wait what?” the male got confused, she wasn’t going to let him in? Maybe chat a little bit like other nights?

“I share this room, Noa. I can´t just invite a boy whenever I want” she had this grin on her face… the ape catch on her game.

“Oh, I see. Well, if I cannot come in, maybe you should come out” he responded back, leaning into the wall.

“And go where?” Mae asked with a funny smile.

“You´ll see”

“Would there be climbing? You know I prefer walking”

“Do not worry. We take horses” he said. Mae closed the door of her room, ready to follow the Eagle Clan leader.

She started to walk when a hand stopped her.

“And by the way, if we climb, just get on my back, Echo” Noa whispered in her ear.

“Are you allowed to run away in the middle of the night?” Mae asked.

They were in a green field with knee-length grass walking under the moon light and a torch.

“I am not running away” the ape said distracted, looking down to the grass, concern in his face.

“What´s wrong?”

“They should be dancing”

“What?”

“I wanted to show you the lighting dancers”

Mae stared at the ape. Was he loosing his mind?

“Wait!” Noa spoke “They are here”

Right when the girl was about to make a sarcastic comment, a firefly emerge from the grass, shining bright. Then, more of them started to fill the air. Dancing.

“Have you seen one of these?” Noa asked her

“No. I read about them. But I have never… woah”

The human watched fascinated how those little insects were producing light and just flying around, illuminating the dark night. It was truly amazing.

“Thank you for showing me this” Mae said with happiness.

“Anytime”

The fireflies kept dancing and Noa kept falling.

still, he understands that you're really scared and tries his best to comfort you

time to put those beefy athletic trainer arms to work

he lets you cling onto them for the whole movie and lets you use then as a stress ball

iwaizumi's a traditional, old school, cheesy hopeless romantic. convince me otherwise.

therefore, his method of comfort usually comes in the form of soothing words and back rubs in his arms

its actually quite nice. he lets you scream into his titties (HE HAS TITTIES AND THEYRE MORE ROCK SOLID THAN REGINA GEORGE'S MOM'S. CONVINCE ME OTHERWISE.)

when you're truly scared scared (like heart pounding, sobs racking ur body, you're def gonna get rlly bad nightmares type of scared scared)

he will probs turn it off bc he thinks that no movie ending is worth this much terror

he cares about you a lot, after all. he thinks its slightly amusing when you're screaming your head off at the obviously fake blood, but he would never want you to be fearful for real

rubs your back and whispers soothing words into your ear

"its ok" "i'm right here" "don't worry, i'd protect you if they ever came" type of stuff

after you've calmed down a bit, he'll try to make you laugh

jokes, tickles, anything, really!

hate to break it to you but

tooru is equally as scared of horror movies

you guys have to cuddle up in blanket burritos together and scream at every jumpscare

honestly you both only make it through the movie through sheer willpower

honestly, he's as affected by horror movies at the average guy

he doesn't find them as terrifying as oikawa, but he's definitely not as unaffected as iwaizumi

but you'd never know that

why?

he just hides his emotions really, really well

also he just sometimes focuses on the wall behind the tv and drowns out the voices

he just sits through them and bears them, basically

now, why? why in the world would he do this when he doesn't even enjoy it?

to make fun of you, duh. shouldn't that have been obvious?

when you leap 30ft out of your seat into the air, he laughs at you

he'll even add onto your fear by like grazing your opposite shoulder when you aren't looking and pretending he didn't do it

hes a brat

but honestly, he partially enjoys it when you spring onto him at the jump scares, no matter how much he denies it

as we all know, the boys a lil shy about asking for affection

with horror movies, he gets your affection without even asking for it! yay!

but once the movies over, if you're really shaken up, he'll use his giant beanpole arms and spoon you until you fall asleep

but then he'll be an ass about it the following week

pokes, grabs, jabs you and will say,

"huh? it wasn't me. maybe it was the (wtv villain or ghost or spirit or wtv from the movie)!"

2/10. makes fun of you and makes the movie even scarier tbh. the 2 points r only bc of the comfort he gives after its over.

like most things in life, bokuto goes between two extremes, and never crosses into the middle

he's either having super insane cut shots that go BOOM

OR he's doing awful and is in his emo mode

same thing with this

he either isn't affected by it at all and just laughs

or he screams when the character breathes a lil too heavily

now, if he thinks the movie's not scary at all, he's pretty good to watch with if you're super scared

during the scary parts, he lets you cling onto his beefy arm while he just watches the movie in amusement

like there's a really scary scene where there's a huge jumpscare into the most climatic scene in the movie and you're burying your face into his arm but in the background you just hear:

"HAHAHAHAHA! Y/N Y/N! YOU GOTTA SEE THIS! HE'S...HE'S GETTING CHASED BY THIS GREY LITTLE CHILD! HAHAHAHA ITHIHIHIT'S EYES LOOK LIKE TAPIOCAAHAHAAHA"

"oh the grey little child is smiling! it's kinda cute! why is the main character guy sweating? he looks like me right after a long game"

"why'd the grey little child pull a purple thing out of his throat? what's that? i wonder what it tastes like though..i think it would be a thick gummy texture, but maybe a little gooey on the inside. definitely grape-flavored. the really sweet artificial good one. oh.. now i want a gummy!"

yeah

he definitely makes it less scary because he makes all the scary stuff seem really stupid

Chapter 5

The drive back to your university with your mom was excruciating. You hadn’t told anyone what’d happened which meant you had to keep a happy demeanor around them throughout the holidays up until now. Dread had settled in your stomach once the drive began and continued to spread the closer you got, similar to when you’re headed to the doctors or the dentist, just a million times worse.

Texting Ella and Sky had helped a surprising amount, turning the majority of your anxiety into rage. Ella was furious when she found out, so her fury, and Sky’s, quickly became yours.

They hyped you up, ready to be at your side and assist in tearing “that shitty fratfuck” to shreds. The support meant so much after everything, especially after the reality of it all set in; you’d seen the picture via snapchat from someone you didn’t know, so how many others had seen it?

Your worst fear was being seen as easy, being used like you were. But you weren’t, were you? Your friends had made sure to try and convince you otherwise, you had to give them that, yet even with the facts laid out in front of you, it was still hard to divert your thoughts away from that ever-looming self-doubt.

Seeing the campus come into view only served to solidify those thoughts and feelings. No matter what Sky and Ella had tried or are willing to do for you, it just wasn’t enough to fix what’s been done.

Your mom helped you bring your suitcase up to your dorm, giving you a tight hug and a kiss on the temple before saying goodbye and heading on her way. Playing okay around your family all winter break was exhausting, so you just chose to sit in silence on your bed instead of unpacking your stuff. Always prepared, you wanted to get here a few days early, using unpacking and settling back in as an excuse, when really you just needed time to collect yourself before the inevitable happened.

He was here, and you were sure he’d seek you out eventually once he spotted you, or maybe when one his friends did and the word made its way back to him. Whichever way it happened, you knew it’d be unfavorable. 

“Hey,” Ella’s voice from the doorway caught your attention, “you look miserable..” How hadn’t you heard the door open? 

“I am miserable, but uh.. let’s just pretend I’m not, okay?” You replied, barely cracking a smile as you glanced up at her. 

She gave you a weak laugh in return, letting the door close as she slowly sauntered over to you, plopping down right next to you on the edge of the bed. “Fine, yeah. You haven’t shown me your schedule yet, by the way.”

“Oh, right-” you paused to reach over and grab your bag, rifling through the various papers in there until finally pulling out the schedule you printed out a couple weeks back. “It’s mostly the classes that aren’t fun.” You stopped to look at your schedule for a brief moment before passing the paper over to Ella, who quickly snatched it from your hand.

She squinted dramatically, holding the paper only a couple inches away from her face. “Yeaaah, these aren’t the best. At least it looks like you’ll have the majority of your pre-reqs out of the way for next year though.” Her observation made you chuckle with a nod.

“Which is what I’m trying to do. Work myself to the bone now, chill out later.” 

“Don’t kill yourself trying to do everything in one fell swoop.”

“I promise I won’t Ella, this is just how I-” A knock on the door drew both yours and Ella’s attention away from each other, an immediate scowl settling on her face. You wanted to ask, but it seems she already knew what you were going to say, quickly shushing you in a hushed voice, “Sky won’t be here until tomorrow night. Don’t answer that.”

You paused, thought for a moment, then nodded once with pursed lips. Ella was a pretty serious person, the mom of the group you could say, so when she pulled that tone, you knew better than to test it. Besides, you didn’t want to see who or what was on the other side of the door, you needed more time.

The next day was a little better, if uneventful. You finally brought yourself to unpack your suitcase, a chance to reorganize everything since you’d gotten a few new things over the holidays. Ella stuck close, bringing food up and into your dorm to take advantage of the empty mini fridge while the two of you binge watched a few random movies.

You stayed cozied up in your bed, having already mapped out and memorized your walking path for each class; longer, less foot traffic to and from. All you had to do was get through the rest of this year, that’s all. Little extra walking never hurt anyone, right?

When classes actually started, the long and complicated walks actually worked for a time; no one gave you strange looks, no one tried to talk to you, and it was pretty quiet. Scenic. But everyone knows everything good must come to an end eventually, and of course it had to be when you were just starting to forget all of this mess.

He caught you between classes. Scenic walks backfired massively when you realized there wasn’t anyone else around on that part of campus. Guess you didn’t think this one all the way through.

You couldn’t help but notice he looked pretty roughed up, sporting a few bruises along his cheekbone, a split lip, and a healing black eye. Seems he’s been busy over winter break.

“Listen, please listen-” Leon pleaded, holding his hands out in a weak attempt to trap you in the hallway. All this did was make you even more uncomfortable. “I know what I did was wrong, but I was not the one who sent that picture around, I swear.” You just stood in place after a few tries to get around him, giving him an almost bored stare. He didn’t really expect to finally catch you, so he stumbled over his words as he continued to ramble.

“I-.. I’m so, so sorry for doing that to you,” he slowly lowered his hands back down to his sides once he was sure you’d stay to listen, “I know that what I did was terrible, and I mean it when I say that I am sorry. I wish there was a way to turn back time and undo it, but I can't. I can't even explain why I did it in the first place, but that's not an excuse. I just- I messed up big time and I was- am stupid for letting it happen.”

To you this seemed sincere, but you really couldn’t be sure and it was safe to assume it wasn’t. Leon managed to trick you for months, who’s to say this wasn’t a trick as well? 

Your look turned skeptical, crossing your arms tightly against your chest with a shaky breath. Despite handling this better than you thought you would, it was still nerve wracking having this kind of talk.

“I'm not good at this, but I'm more than willing to do whatever it takes to make things right, if that's even possible..” Leon breathed out, panting as he tried to catch his breath after talking so fast. “I managed to uh-.. to find everyone who had the picture and I made them delete it.”

“I made them delete the picture.” He repeated, taking another moment to breathe before suddenly looking down to yank something out of his pocket. “I-I got your uh-.. these-” 

Seeing him hold up your panties so casually made you gasp, immediately looking around the hallway to make sure it was still empty before shooting him a glare, whispering a harsh “Put them back! Put them back!” which made him scramble to hide them in his pocket again. 

“Right- right, sorry! Sorry…” Leon was sweating at this point, growing increasingly anxious under your gaze. He didn’t want to mess this up any further, but man he was doing a pretty shitty job at that right now.

His hands were shoved into his pockets as well, both of you blushing with embarrassment, and also shame on Leon’s part. Once he managed to slow his breathing, he started to talk again, a noticeable frown tugging at the corner of his lips. “You don’t.. have to forgive me or anything, I just wanted to make sure you knew that hardly anyone knows and-” His adam’s apple bobbed as he swallowed dryly, turning his head to the side to look at the wall, “.. and that I’m sorry. I really do like you, I guess I just took a little too long to realize it…”

You made another quick glance over your shoulder before looking back at the man trembling in front of you who was still avoiding your gaze. You wanted to hate him so bad, so bad, but it was hard when all you could see was the Leon who was so sweet, the Leon who let you cry to him when the weight of the world was on your shoulders and made you feel so wanted and loved.

“Can we-” you cleared your throat and pulled the strap of your backpack further up onto your shoulder, rocking back and forth on the balls of your feet. “Can we talk later, maybe? Like, in my dorm? I don’t want anyone overhearing any of this..”

Leon perked up when he heard you talk, pulling his hands from his pockets to nervously rake his fingers through his hair, which was now partially damp from the sweat beading off his forehead. “Oh- OH! Yeah, of- of course, yeah, I’m sorry I didn’t- I just needed to-”

You waved your hands in front of your chest, shutting him up so he didn’t spill any further. "And throw those away." He nodded silently, wiping a hand down his face until it settled right in front of his lips, probably knowing he was talking too much at this point. 

There was one more class you needed to go to that day, so you hurried off after telling him to wait outside your dorm until you were done, and he promised he would. Very adamantly, too. At least he held true to his words, standing in the hallway right in front of your dorm room like a lost puppy when you turned the corner. It was cute for a second, though annoyance quickly replaced that feeling as you walked over and let him in.

You weren’t exactly ready to have a full blown talk, but then again, no one ever was. What made it easier was your roommate never returned that semester, assuming she dropped out, so you basically had the whole dorm to yourself for the rest of the year. Or until someone had a roommate issue and needed a change. Didn’t really matter to you at that point.

There was really only one thing on your mind and that was getting Leon to explain this whole ordeal to you. You needed detail, clarification, anything to help you understand what’d been going on behind your back during that time. And he did, telling you just about everything he could; who suggested the bet, who roped him into the idea, the second guessings he had since the start, how he could’ve done literally anything else to avoid the way it all played out, everything.

Obviously you couldn’t just forgive him like that, even though he kept telling you how sorry he was and how terrible he felt about it. You wanted to forgive him, but you weren’t ready, and he understood that. He would’ve been satisfied with any response you gave him, so having been given the chance to really explain and have you listen was more than enough in his eyes.

“And just so you know, my friends aren’t going to let you off the hook,” you pulled your legs up so you were sitting criss-cross on the bed, looking across at Leon who was sitting on the bed opposite of yours.

“Yeah, I know..” he chuckled awkwardly, reaching a hand back to rub at the nape of his neck. “I was honestly expecting them to jump me, but they just give me evil looks whenever they see me.”

You couldn’t help but let out a small laugh, making a mental note to question Sky and Ella about that later. “You’ll never get nice looks from them again and I won’t be vouching for you.”

Leon nodded, silence blanketing the room as you’d finally run out of things to discuss. Though it was awkward, it was nice to have him hanging around again. “Anyways,” you started, standing up from your bed slowly as you vaguely gestured towards the door, “I need to study, sooo…”

“Oh, yeah, totally, uhm..” he followed suit, standing up from the other bed before sauntering over to the door as you held it open for him. He walked out and turned around almost instantly, a small smile suddenly appearing on his face once his eyes met yours, his arms jerking upwards slightly as if to suggest a hug.

“Don’t push it.”

“Yes, ma’am.”

Here are teenage Obi-Wan and Anakin

With the exception of Dooku and Jocasta, I drew all the character as teenagers/young adults btw

Again, quick disclaimer: no clue how the foster care actually works in the UK (esp back then), i did a bit of research but it's not going to be accurate

Obi-Wan was born in 1975, his father died when he was a baby, and his mother got into substance abuse, so him and his older brother were sent into foster care. They got abused by that temporary family, but when he was 5, they investigated those foster parents and they shut them down. He got separated from his brother. He got labeled as a "problem child" after this, so not many parents really wanted to deal with him. He got adopted a few times, but it was mostly abusive families so he ran away a lot, rebelled, and eventually got sent back

When he was 13, he got adopted by Qui-Gon. Obi found him VERY wierd. He is thinking like: this strange man came in, adopted ME of all people, who is labeled troubled, AND he lives alone?! What a wierdo

So they bonded. Took a hefty amount of reassurance, love and support (and a few runaway attempts) but they built a trusting father-son relationship that goes into friendship

Obi met Quinlan in highschool, started dating, turned out to be a longer relationship. He then went to lawschool to become a defense attorney

Anakin was born in 1991. He lived with only his mom, up until Shmi was killed by her abusive partner, Watto when Ani was only 9. He ended up with Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan. Qui-Gon was already 48 by the time Anakin came into his life (I cannot let him die), so he got spoiled even more than Obi. Ani was a huge technology nerd and was a big gamer. (no one can convince me otherwise) Obi-Wan wasn't thrilled to have Anakin in their lives, but he eventually concluded that he was not that bad

He met Padme at a college party. Ani was studying to be a pilot, she was studying to be a politician. Few years later had the twins, but Padme didn't die in childbirth (I cannot let her die either)

Obi-Wan is bisexual and Anakin is straight

The only reccuring character I can think of. He's so iconic that he just materialized into a different play. I'm his biggest fan I adore him so much!! (Somerset Beetroots! & Bobsleigh Bobsleigh! have been stuck in my brain to the point where I have to blurt it out every time I remember it and I blame Luke for that)

I don't make the rules. The one with the most lines that end up stuck in my brain becomes my favorite. I love WFG so so so much he's so so so silly yet so so so morally questionable.

Became my favorite because she knows what to do with wolves and is the only character I can think of that isn't German in this play. Her different accent gave me mild whiplash and I love that.

WOMEN IN STEM!! LOOK I DON'T MAKE THE RULES. THE MOMENT A CHARACTER IS MY TYPE IS THE MOMENT THEY BECOME MY FAVORITE (+ she also has the most lines I have ingrained in my brain). I LOVE MARY SO SO SO SOOOO MUCH!!

Mario The Sheep

Again, the moment a character has the most lines stuck in my brain is the favorite. Mario has me baa-ing almost every time I talk. I blame him for all the weird looks my mom gives me when I go "🐑Inbred?🐑"

Philip + Derek

Philip spoke one time, never appeared again. I love other assistant Philip so much. That one audience member has my wallet because I willingly gave it to them. But of course, assistant Derek has my heart. Love the Woodmans so so much.

Troll Mother

Obvious pick was Troll Son BUT I love Troll Mother purely because she appeared twice and only spoke in one of those appearances.

Obvious pick. I love homocidal women who are pretty :) She's just so :)

Shirley Houses is my favorite detective!! Or was it Sherry Lots? Uh... BASTA!! THEM!! MY FAVORITE!! That's all :)

Was only mentioned, but Cliff and Chip talking about her death immediately shot her up to favorite character status. No but the idea of her just going "wee!!" when she threw herself off a cliff, while depressing, is incredibly funny to me.

Ok how do u explain Lloyds hair color. Bc I'm pretty sure blonde hair isn't a dominant gene, and both of Lloyds parents have brown hair. Did he bleach it??? How??? Where would he get those resources he's like 8 in S1 and also homeless. Actually on that note what color do u think the FSM's hair was. Because ONE of the siblings has a different one than him. I've always thought the FSM's hair was blonde, bc when it greys out it's so pale, and also because angst in the way of Garmadon being different from his family from the start, but like. How would Garm have gotten the brown hair. Do they have a mom or did the FSM perform mitosis???? AND ALSO Garmadon's hair whites out and doesn't grey out despite him being a brunette (and later having black hair but that's bc of the Venom Influence) so. What's up with that. Also why does Wu's hair go white so early we know he was born with blonde hair. And why doesn't it apply to Lloyd too. What's happening. Where am I.

Right off the bat, lets dispel a common genetics misconception. Yes, its true that when a dominant and recessive gene get paired up, the dominant gene will be presented. You're also correct that blonde is recessive and brown is dominant. However! Like all things in biology, its a bit more complicated than that.

To simplify a surprisingly complicated science to the best of my ability, think of it like this. Although you will typically present based on whatever is the most dominant genes you inherited, you are still a carrier of sorts for the recessive genes. So Garmadon has brown hair, but his father and brother are both blonde, which means he has the potential to be a carrier for the blonde gene.

Then there's Misako, who is also a brunette. We don't know what her parents looked like, but lets say one of them was blonde. Even if she presents as brunette, she could still carry the recessive blonde gene.

When both parents are carriers for the same recessive gene, there's generally gonna be a 1 in 4 chance of their child presenting recessive rather than dominant. So, if we assume one of Misako's ancestors was blonde, then Lloyd being blonde is entirely likely.

This is a depressingly oversimplified summary of the situation, but I'm too lazy to get into the nitty grittys. Feel free to look up 'punnett squares' if you wanna learn more!

You do present a fascinating question, though: where did Garmadon get his brown hair?

Scientifically, the only explanation I can think of would be if Wu and Garm had a birth-mother of some kind. But i personally don't like that explanation because it just makes canon way more complicated than it needs to be. Tangentially, I'm also an "FSM Asexually Reproduced" truther all the way. I refuse to consider the possibility of the FSM having procreated with another person. That man either laid an egg or did some kinda mitosis shenanigan and you absolutely cannot convince me otherwise.

Luckily, we have the luxury of considering nonscientific alternatives.

To understand a more magic- and lore-based approach to the question of the hair colors present int his family, let's first take a look at the family tree:

FSM - blonde (as far as we can guess, at least). Half-dragon, half-oni. Also has godly powers of Creation and Destruction.

Garmadon - brunette. Has inherited the powers of Destruction.

Wu - blonde. Has inherited powers of Creation.

Lloyd - blonde. Has inherited a power very similar to the FSM, in that it's Creation-adjacent (listen, if you have a better way to describe Green fucking Energy, then by all means correct me).

Do you see where I'm going with this? Within the context of the FSM and his bloodline, it would not be entirely unreasonable to assume that blonde hair is in some way affiliated with the draconic half of their bloodline, whereas brown hair is more so affiliated with the oni half of their bloodline. So an individual's hair color may not necessarily be determined solely by standard genetics like a normal human would, but rather by which part of their bloodline they take after more strongly.

In this interpretation, Lloyd being blonde can be seen as a visual shorthand to represent how he has taken more so after his uncle/grandfather in terms of powerset and moral alignment.

Personally, I think both of these explanations are equally valid. That being said, it should be noted that a lot of this discussion operates on the assumption that Ninjagian genetics work in any way similar to ours. For all we know, blonde could be the in-universe dominant trait and brown could be recessive. The possibilities are endless.

I mean, c'mon. It's a fantasy story where the world was created by spinning around really fast. Lloyd canonically has shapeshifting powers, for crying out loud. I feel like him being blonde is completely within the realm of possibility, even without the scientific explanation. I feel like holding this series to any standard of scientific fidelity is just downright silly.

༊*·˚ CHIGIRI HYOMA is 100% going to wear YSL LA NUIT DE HOMME EAU DE TOILETTE. this fragrance starts off very subtle, which is exactly what he's going for! super aromatic, and despite it supposedly being a spicy hot fragrance ( as in when you smell it, it's kinda warm ) there's this woodsy and slightly citrus smell that gaslights into making you smell this sweet note that pops up once it fully develops on him!! chigiri was definitely surprised at the warmth and kinda sweet smell it had, also his sister helped him chose it.

༊*·˚ YUKIMIYA KENYU with his sponsor BURBERRY HERO EAU DE PARFUM.  this guy is into some of the classics! despite how strong the scent comes off at first, it dials down to this spicy fresh scent. you'd be surprised how the spiciness isn't overwhelming and aromatic as well. there's an amazing cedar and citrus scent that makes it worth while! it really suits him as he goes with it since its long lasting and when he models it gives him a fresh and woody smell. he most like started wearing it after modelling with burberry and just stuck to it.

༊*·˚ NAGI SEISHIRO wears VALENTINO UMONO BORN IN ROMA EAU DE TOILETTE. this scent it is a nice woody but mineral like smell. a spicy hot middle note that gives you that warmth and comfiness when you smell it. very aromatic and slightly aquatic due to the salt and sage! just giving lots of at home and comfy vibes. he wants to go with something that he can wear on an everyday thing, and something that isn't to overpowering. he also doesn't give a shit if its a men or womens fragrance because his parents probably just bought it for him.

༊*·˚ ALEXIS NESS of course wears VERSACE DYLAN BLUE. this is very citrusy and very amber smelling when you spray it for the first time, but when it starts to dry down the scent will not be as strong and it's subtle! doesn't want to put kaiser's eros to shame. when it dries you'll be surprised to smell that fresh but also warm spicy ( like his mf personality ). hint of woodsy and musk that blends together to very subtle sweet aromatic smell. obviously, he would be a frequent versace buyer because of kaiser but doesn't wanna wear the same thing as him! .

༊*·˚ BACHIRA MEGURU surprisingly wears TOM FORD COSTA AZZURA EAU DE PARFUM. this aromatic smell is definitely unique... it has woody and citrus top notes when first sprayed, but there's a marine like scent after due to the seaweed!! this scent is enhanced due to the lavender, lemon and mandarin but what makes it super interesting is this herbaceous!! the vanilla gives you that warm, kinda spicy with an odd sweet smell? honestly when i smelt it i was like wtf is this bc its so different. bachira's mom bought for him 100%.

༊*·˚ HIORI YO wears MONT BLANC LEGEND SPIRIT FRESH. this screams him and i cannot be convinced otherwise ! this scent is something super freshly light, nothing overbearing due to the aquatic scents because of the grapefruit! theres a hint of spiciness but its super fresh because of the cardamom. the lavender and woody scent is giving a nice soft powdery feel. this has a hint of sweetness, you can't really smell it unless you concentrate to smell it but it hides just a bit behind those wood notes. hiori got this one because when he went out one of the salesperson suggested it to him and he likes how it makes him feel like he's not in his home.

༊*·˚ KURUNA RANZE is giving PRADA LUNA ROSA OCEAN. it’s nice fresh scent that has very mild woodsy notes!! reminds you as if you went to the ocean on a sunny day. it's powdery and aromatic and the musky note it has is super subtle! has that hint citrus scent with a slightly spicy note with it but what makes it an aromatic is the lavender. kuruna at first only smelt this because it said ocean, but he ended up actually liking it so he can feel like an on land shark boy.

cannot stop thinking about baby's first snowman!!

picture a chunky ass baby with curly hair (rip her mum who had the worst pregnancy heartburn because matty's hair genes refused to be suppressed) all bundled up in her puffy northface coat (but of course) and a beanie that's just a bit big for her so it keeps falling in her eyes and matty or missus has to keep pushing it back. and it's been snowing in england with the snow actually settling, proper white december so they decide to let her make a snowman.

of course she demands he have a carrot nose and that he's called olaf (idk if matty's impressed or thinks his child is basic) anyway because she's the sweetest child ever she wraps her scarf around it at the end i think because "he might get cold otherwise" 🥹

STOP THATS SO CUTEEEE. DO YOU HEAR THAT, VEE? THATS THE SOUND OF MY HEART BURSTING WITH CUTENESS.

I think Matty’s laughing and taking pictures of the beanie slipping over her eyes and the missus is like scolding him for laughing at his own child’s expense and like cuffing the beanie so it sits nicely on her head. Which of course only lasts for about 5 seconds. She peeks over Matty’s shoulder to see that all the pictures and videos that he’s taking show a tiny child swallowed up by the puffer jacket and the beanie and scarf, all that’s visible is her slightly pink cheeks and her giant goofy smile (which she gets from her dad).

At first little girl is concerned because the ground underneath her feet has gone “crunchy.” Like it makes noise when she steps over it with her teeny tiny snow boots. So she freezes in place and starts crying. It takes a bit of convincing and repeatedly telling her that it’s like Anna and Elsa for her to decide to accept that she’s safe.

Matty, of course, thinks that she would enjoy herself a lot more if she knew the endless fun that is to be had with snow. So he shows her how to make snowballs using Mommy as “target practice.”

But matty has no idea he’s created a monster. She, is, her father’s daughter after all. He goes to pick her up and she smashed a snowball right into his face. It hurts, like, a lot, as anyone who’s been hit in the face with a snowball undoubtedly knows (me). But he’s not about to make her feel bad so he just keeps a straight face and smiles at her.

She insists she’s tall enough to build the snowman but even though its bottom half is getting to be bigger than her. Matty lets her think shes contributing significantly to the snowman but in reality, half the snow is falling out of her tiny little palm before it even reaches the body of the snowman. Without mom and dad, Olaf would be a dream. But she’s so proud of herself and giggling and constantly repeating “it’s a snowman!” so they indulge her.

When it’s all done, they ask her if she wants to take a picture next to it. “What shall we call him? What’s his name?”

She instantly says “Olaf”

Matty goes to say something, but his wife knows him well enough to stop him. “Let her. She’s a child.”

“An unoriginal child?”

“No. Just a child.”

“Fine, okay, he’s Olaf today, but we’re getting her more winter themed kid films. Being a child is no excuse for being basic.” (Spoiler alert: she’s one of those incredibly picky kids. Much to Matty’s horror, she refuses to try out other snowmen but will insist on replaying “let it go” like sixteen million times all winter.)

They set up the camera, go to stand next to Olaf, and that’s when she gives him her scarf.

Matty’s like “you’re so sweet” and she says she didn’t want him to be cold. We’re all wearing stuff and he’s not. Right then and there, he starts sobbing. The missus begs him to cut it out and stop scaring his daughter but he just says she’s already got good big sister instincts and we should just give her a sibling.

Baldur's Gate 3 Head canons

Hello hyperfixation, old friend. Here are some head canons I have about BG3. Note: I am not super versed on D&D lore, most of these are based on vibes, deeply held wants, and in one case influenced by someone's opinion about a possible goof of dates.

We all know Astarion has red eyes and is blatantly a vampire. But no one really notices in game. In game it is established that vampires have "charms" (I remember hearing it, but I can't remember who said it or if it was more in depth than that). I head canon that vampires have just a really strong passive charm that prevents people from noticing the super incredibly obvious tells that he's undead unless they already know, or are super perceptive. For his eyes: people just think his eyes are brown and any red they think they see is just "a trick of the light".

I think the events of the game take place along the span of like 4-6 months from the characters' perspectives, and the areas of interest are not nearly so close to each other as they are in the game map.

Dammon is the only person in the game who has his shit together. You cannot convince me otherwise.

Shadowheart - after the events of the game - ends up as a plant mom with Lae'zel. I will not hear to the contrary.

The owlbear cub is charmed offscreen - probably by Gale or Halsin - to look like a large dog and that's how they get away with sneaking him into Baldur's Gate which apparently have very strict laws about what animals are allowed in the city. No I have not gotten that far in the game so I have no idea if it's addressed.

The owlbear is actually named by the camp rather than going by 'the owlbear cut'. I'm thinking Thorn - because it's my head canon and I can pick those kinds of things, but also because 'Scratch' and 'Thorn' go together.

After the events of the game most everyone in the party goes back to the blighted village to rebuild and also taking Scratch and the Owlbear cub with them.

Withers doesn't physically travel with the group. When they pack up he just ups and vanishes when no one is looking, when they set up camp he appears and it low-key makes everyone a little uncomfortable.

Volo claims the bag man (D&D lore (?) he lives in the dimension the bag of holdings use and takes an adventurer near a random bag every night) is real, Gale decides that it might actually be real because "our lives are indeed that weird", Wyll tries to convince him it's not real, and Lae'zel is just deeply confused and just sharpens her sword in case.

SPOILER HEAD CANONS:

Karlach's heart is 100% fixable and she comes back from Avernus. I will not hear to the contrary.

When Karlach's heart is fixed, she teams up with Wyll and they travel across the countryside defeating monsters and saving people together and fall in love.

Since Astarion is just shy of 200 years (This one I actually have a reason why I think this) he is eligible to use the Scroll of Total Resurrection to become mortal again.

Gale finds out that he has the Ring of the Sun-Walker and gives it to Astarion so he can live in the sun again post-tadpole.

Okay, first post, deep breaths. Hi, hello, I came up with these very spontaneously and they’ve been bugging me so much, I had to get them out of my system so here they are. P.S. I haven’t finished reading Tokyo Revengers, in fact I’m wayyyy behind from finishing it but still, I love this boy to death so I hope you enjoy this silly brainrot, I'm so normal about him hahaha <3

General headcanons:

I feel like Akkun’s an absolute neat-freak. His room is always way too organized and tidy. His wardrobe is probably color-coded and everything.

Takes extremely good care of his hair. In fact, he’s so ‘protective’ of his hair, he never gets it cut or trimmed by anyone but himself.

Hair gel? What’s that? No, he wants his hair to be ✨authentic✨

Yep, boy owns tons of little trinkets to accessorize his hair. 

Definitely sings in the shower, hands down. 

Though, speaking of that, maybe he prefers baths over showers. 

He doesn’t use cologne, only smells of soap, shampoo, and fabric softener. 

His scent is a mix of cinnamon, lemon, and wildflowers. 

Prefers riding his bike to go literally anywhere, unless it’s very far away, that is. The perfect weather to ride his bike would be when it’s breezy, but not cold, like the spring breeze. 

I dunno why but why do I feel like he’s definitely a lactose intolerant? 

Lactose intolerant but likes ice cream too much. 

He can handle eating spicy food but prefers sweeter meals. 

HE SKATEBOARDS, REAL, YOU CANNOT CONVINCE ME OTHERWISE.

The moms tend to be really fond of him. I feel like he can be quite the people-pleaser when he wants to, so if visiting a friend's house, he'll try to help set the table and even insist on washing the dishes. Plus, good table manners.

He listens to classic rock music and metallica, I personally think he'd love AC/DC a lot - just picture him skating around, headphones on, bopping his head to 'Back In Black' .

Headcanons with reader as his S/O (gender-neutral):

Believe it or not, Akkun is quite the romantic guy. 

The type to be an absolute gentleman, treat you like you’re the centre of his universe, but also let-loose and have fun with you all the same. 

He’ll constantly try to make you laugh - makes a fool of himself with awful jokes but you love him for trying so much. 

Hugs you lots <3 There’s never a shortage of hugs with him. 

His favorite places to kiss you are your cheeks or forehead. He’ll get adorably bashful when you have a full-on kiss on the lips, - at first, you’d always be the one initiating them before he slowly started to relax into them.

Caresses your skin when he’s nervous. He fidgets a lot, but holding your hand or having you close to him calms his mind. During kisses, he’ll caress your cheek tentatively, but if you lean into his touch, he’ll ease up. 

After coming from a fight, all bruised up, the first thing he does when he sees you is slump his head on your shoulder, cling onto you, and even shed a few tears. You’re his safe space. You’ll let him cry as much as he needs to. And he’s always the most honest he can be with you. 

Sometimes, it just gets a bit too hard to keep going, and during those sad days, you’d hold him close as you both lay down and switch from rubbing his back to kissing his face until he’s in a giggling fit. 

Styles your hair for you every chance you give him. The way he gets so excited whenever you let him is way too adorable. He’ll stock up on accessories that will suit your style, too. 

Also, he buys you all sorts of hair products to keep it healthy and nice. 

Having baths with him is very intimate and tender. He’ll wash your hair all gently while rambling about literally anything and nothing while you’ll play with bubbles.

 He texts you little affirmations everytime you’re not with him, along with a bunch of heart emojis. 

Takemichi, Kazushi, Takuya and Makoto all care for you almost as much as Akkun does. You often hang out with them, as the honorary member of the ‘Mizo Middle Five’. 

The day it’s you who comes to him after you get into a fight, you couldn’t recall any other time you’ve seen him look this worried and panicky. Immediately, he’ll tend to your wounds, making sure he’s as gentle as possible. Lowkey, he’ll actually be impressed that you kicked some butt, almost wishing he was there to witness it firsthand. 

At times he’ll feel like he isn’t good enough for you, that he isn’t giving you anything in return. You’re always there for him whenever he needs it. He wants to be the giver in the relationship as well. He wants to protect you as much as you protect him. 

The way he’s so loyal to the people he cares about is one of the main reasons why you fell so deeply in love with him. 

Dates with him are very sweet. He usually lets you decide where to go and what to do, whatever you’re comfortable with. He’ll often take you on bike rides, too.

ok, so the other day my partner and i were talking about characters' names, the context being "oh, some characters don't match the names they were given" and it got me thinking... what would i name the love island characters if i had that power... or what they would name themselves... it gets a little mixed, don't worry about it.

i'm doing this or all seasons, especially the ones i didn't play because... it's fun and i already don't know/care about their grace.

alright, let's begin!

gary - SOLID KYLE, and i say this as a gary stan. he looks like someone who would chug on mountain dew and post those cowboy tik toks showing off his truck. i'm sorry but if you're american you know it's true and it's undeniable. idk what the british equivalent of that is... perhaps gary LOL

ibrahim - chadwick something the third. i remember seeing someone making fun of chadwick boseman (rest in peace) because his name is so white, and by rahim's behavior and way of talking it's giving carlton from 'fresh prince of bel-air. he's a fucking chadwick and you cannot convince me otherwise.

lucas - his father would want to name him fucking archibald because they're filthy rich, but his mom knows better, so she chose lucas. i think it's perfect for him and i wouldn't change it.

henrik - a solid andreas. look at him, he's an andreas! very sweet but still nordic enough to make you wonder.

bobby - probably the day of the week he was born, because if his parents are dumb enough to name him bobby, what would stop them from naming him friday? or maybe the season he was born, spring...

jakub - his name can stay the same because he looks like a jakub, HOWEVER, he would demand everyone to call him by his nickname: white shark

rocco - fernando. and not in the way you say it in english or spanish, but in portuguese. "faer-nã-doo", he would insist because... he's a douche.

graham - a hebrew name that means lovely, so like... jeremiah, or jebediah. probably jebediah. he does not give graham, he gives "catholic mother that is a little too lost in bible lore".

arjun - because he's conceited, (i like him but that smirk is so over-the-top) rahul. every fucking raul or rahul i've ever met was a conceited jerk so... call this based off life experiences.

elijah - it's giving william, maybe willard, even wilford. definitely a nickname that leads you to believe it's william but it's every other name under the sun except for the most common.

kassam is actually perfect, the right amount of exotic vanilla that he disperses.

carl - a nerdy name that wasn't necessarily born in the 40's, so leonard. it's a solid mix between young and old for me, and that's just who carl is. leonard is leo when he's younger, then stays solid for a 30-something-yo, then it's even more solid when you get old. granted, so is carl but i hate that fucking name.

noah - ambrose. um... SHOULD I JUST MOVE ON? it's perfect for him!

felix - (my partner said "lobster" without a second thought and i thought i would share with the class) but to me he looks like a solid martin, although he tries to make a nickname like max catch on, it's not successful.

the s2 girls:

lottie - she probably has a conservative name, like anne marie but lies about it saying she was named after a witch, like piper or sybil. final name would be piper (charmed fans will get it).

hope - viola. i love it, it's simple, small and it can mean so many things depending on what language you speak. in english is a type of violin, but in portuguese it's a type of guitar, and i love that for her. she's a very musical person so that's my name for her.

marisol - she's a solid valentina, the type of name that says a lot about personality. marisol, to me, is such a whimsical name. it doesn't say "intelligent, brave, bold", it says "i sell flowers by the road and wear a dress made out of hemp. also i call my vagina sacred temple." and that's not what homegirl is giving, so definitely valentina.

chelsea - i just hate the name chelsea, despite thinking she looks like one, so i'm naming her summer, because bright, hot, a little out there. everyone named summer (except the girl in The O.C) is a whimsical person, and that's how i feel she is.

hannah - she's a fucking daisy.

shannon - she's giving "my parents gave me the whitest name they could think of but i use a cool nickname" so i'm naming her madison but she calls herself "mad". her parents though? "maddie!"

blake - she's a fully-blown yasmin. it's the type of name that makes you second guess everything you thought about the person because you're not sure where that name is from, or what it means, and that's how i feel about her.

priya - i actually love that name for her, and i don't have as much contact with female indian names to have that... knowledge you know? i like it, keep it.

elisa - beatrice, but she uses "bea" and the bea-hive, because branding. WHY CALLING HER A NAME THAT CANNOT BE USED AS A BRAND, S2 WRITERS???? what was your thought process???

jo - every single girl i've met that is like jo was named angela. girls that will be like "i'll tell you one thing: i don't play games and i don't engage in drama" and baby, that's all they're doing, they're playing games and portraying an angel. fucking angela.

r!hannah - her name is still daisy but she corrects people, wanting to be addressed as "daze", because she's a bad girl now and fucking unbearable.

This is not my idea by I've co-opted it from the homies - imperium demons are actually just the same as their prime selves, the circumstances are different. Imp!Vega is the same as prime Vega and Imp!Gavin is the same as prime Gavin. You cannot convince me otherwise.

Huxley has really fond memories of cleaning up a beach with his moms. He was little and they would do clean up for maybe an hour or two (little kid attention span) and then they would play at the beach for a while and get dinner (nothing beats yummy food after a hard day's work). Huxley falls asleep in the backseat while his moms are singing cheesy old love songs at each other. And then he falls asleep on the couch between them once he gets home. (sometimes I just think about why Huxley is the bestest sweetest boy)

Huxley works for the Department of Land Work Commission right? But what if he specifically does work that is a collaboration between DLWC (or whatever that acronym is) and a local environmental protection commission? Like it's water and earth elementals helping clean up spills, waste, etc. to restore ecosystems and native wildlife. Also maybe they work to do ecologically sustainable (don't think about the meridian shhhhh) construction? Idk that would be cool and would let him dig in the dirt.

Have you seen the way this man dresses? He dresses like a merchant and acts like one. He's definitely a very classy guy, hence the reason why I firmly believe he's the type of person that listens to jazz and soul music.

As for the 80s taste, like you can't just tell me she doesn't listen to ABBA on a daily.

I think out of everyone, he has the most varied taste in music. Will listen to literally anything based simply on his mood.

Like Nina, he listens to pop the most. But I think he leans more towards older type of pop songs.

LOTS of club type of music like Usher, Pitbull, Britney Spears. Definitely a fun person to go clubbing with.

Honorable mention: The Neighbourhood. I am emotionally attached to The Neighbourhood, and I am emotionally attached to Jesper. I just HAD to put this in here.

WYLAN VAN ECK

Ok so the obvious answer would be soft type of music. Lots of acoustic type of songs.

LOVES artists like JVKE and Harry Styles.

His guilty pleasures are the sluttiest type of songs. I'm talking The Weeknd, Chase Atlantic.

In a QPR (queer platonic relationship) with Shadow.

Tails: (I don't feel comfortable labeling the sexuality of a literal ten year old lmao/lh), transmasc, he/they. Looks up to Sonic, literally aims to be exactly like him: he's the only other trans person he knows (who's out to him, at least), and he's cool asf. Admires his bravery. Tails sees Sonic as an older brother figure, and Sonic sees him as a little brother. They've got the ultimate brotherly bond, which also means they argue over the dumbest shit lol.

Knuckles: panromantic, pansexual, transfemme, he/him. Masc presenting, gives off egg vibes (not because he's masc presenting and uses he/him, but because he's hella clueless about trans people). Isn't out to ANYONE, not even himself.💀

Amy: heteroromantic, heterosexual, cisgender, she/they. MASSIVE ally, one of those friends who gives their gay friends rainbow pride merch(/pos).

Shadow: panromantic, asexual, non-binary, all pronouns including it/its, slight preference for he/him. Doesn't give a fuck about gender; they think it's irrelevant to who they are. Though he has pronoun preferences, if someone referred to it using pronouns other than he/him, he would literally not care.

Rouge: greyromantic biromantic, lesbian, cisgender, she/her. Secret mom friend vibes. Has the scariest 'you fucked up' glare known to man(/hj). Takes no shit.

Omega: bro is unlabeled, literally just vibing. Pronouns? Nah bruh (use he/him). A GOD at baking, doesn't brag about it. His life SUCKS; he's lost everyone who was important to him, just when he thought he couldn't lose anyone/anything else. He's also very prideful despite having low self esteem, and those two things mixed together give him an extremely fragile ego that's easily shattered. He genuinely hates his face, because as far as he's concerned that is the face of someone who's failed everybody, including himself. A 'pathetic' face. Would literally start having a panic attack if his mask were to come off for whatever reason. (Jesus this one got depressing, but I just put a lot of thought into his character because I feel like he has a lot of potential as a character that wasn't explored. Literally just 'lol he had a temper tantrum because he got beaten up and called weak' and that's all the backstory he gets? Nahh💀. I could make a whole post going into the backstory I made for him lmao)

Well you’re in for a treat (I’m sort of any of this sounds weird or like I’m crossing a line-I don’t mean to sound creepy since it seems some of the fans are…yeesh.)

First off Alan’s Great Expectations at the beginning took me OUT-then Brody being like “you should sing that”-I don’t know why that was funny to me but it just was. But it was a little too relatable when he started talking about moving to Georgia because I had a huge move when I was 8 or 9 (forgot what he said) cross country so I kinda related to the “not knowing where to fit in” bit. It was kind of funny to me too how he seems to have a very…specific memory? I’m not finding the right words but he remembers so many hyper specific things (His teacher who asked him to sing a solo wearing a yellow sweater, his uncle getting him a Darth Maul action figure at Burger King like those are SUCH random and hyper specific memories and it honestly kind of just makes him a little more relatable? In a sense? But the fact he said “boy soprano” was jus funny to me (Also I will not ignore the “for sureski” thing because that was beyond random lol) Also the fact that he had quit singing for a few years simply because he made some grown men cry like that kinda just made me feel bad haha

I remember being a socially awkward teen too so hearing him talk about that kind of gave him that extra dimension. I kind of took solace in the fact that he was also able to be vulnerable and get into darker topics-I’ve dealt with similar issues and it made me see him in a different light almost? Not in a negative way at all, just in the light that here’s a guy who’s letting himself get vulnerable on a podcast because I do know there’s that stigma and double standard around men being vulnerable and it’s nice to see that he’s able to get real like that. It made me feel so awful for him honestly, especially when he mentioned feeling low confidence, and honestly I cannot think of a negative thing to say about him.

I didn’t know he was casted as Sodapop originally! That was interesting-I would’ve loved to hear him singing Soda’s part in Throwing in the Towel or Grease Got a Hold! Or even Soda’s letter, just his take on Soda would’ve been so interesting to see (I do agree he was destined to play Pony though). But it was pretty awesome how he talked about the rest of the cast-him and Sky seem to be really close which is so super sweet. They’re literally IRL Johnny and Ponyboy. I love his little silly jokes like “my mom was there with her platoon of first grade teachers” “i was a little boy among Trojan Warriors” stuff like that, like he seems like a very well rounded person! Also the way he explained how he knew he was nominated was honestly very sweet-I’ve never heard a Tony nominee talk about how they found out so this was certainly new and I’d love to listen to the other podcasts. (Again, if it wasn’t Jonathan Groff he was up against he would’ve won and you can’t convince me otherwise)

The thing that was my favorite though was his Wizard of Oz recap-it honestly reminded me of the “So this is basically” series on YouTube-his little Defying Gravity thing too like I need to hear a full version-but the little “What da heck” thing he kept doing kept making me laugh-then at the end when he started CACKLING like full on belly laughing-he has a very contagious laugh, I’ve realized-was that him at the end laughing or Alan? Because I could not tell, like the cackling was that him or Alan? I think it was him but I cannot be sure. Anyway.
