WIP Wednesday!

I spent a significant amount of time last night trying to figure out how to explain the concept of this fic and I still can't but since I posted a bit of the angsty part yesterday and the thing is flashbacks and the present, I'm gonna do a bit of "the weekend" now just for fun.

Buck was surrounded by warmth. It was under and around him. He couldn't think of another time when he was that comfortable. It had him settling more heavily into it. And that had the warmth laughing softly and adjusting under him, moving up and down his back. He could recognize that sound anywhere. Eddie. The warmth was Eddie. It hadn't been a dream then. The thought pulled him from sleep a bit more and he noticed more about where he was. He was half on top of Eddie, arm thrown across him, one leg settled between both of his, he could hear the rhythmic sounds of his heartbeat from where his head was laying on his chest, he could feel his skin against his. And he could feel Eddie's fingers lazily tracing up and down his spine. And Buck didn't want to move. Ever.

You don't know about this but Rindou has a separate playlist which has all of your favourite songs and he would listen to it every now and then especially when he misses you. When he couldn't talk to you, he'd grab his walkman and plug in his headphones and that's how he starts his day, a small smile would discreetly pass his lips while listening to your songs and knowing that you're having a good night's sleep over there. Even though his friends would sometimes catch this small action of his, one thing they're curious about is the initials written over his walkman that he always carries around with him everyday, almost as if glued to the man.

20 minutes into the OG Top Gun (haven't seen Maverick, sorry Sam) but Mav and Goose should kiss. Also Mav and Iceman should kiss. My favourite part of 80s movies is the accidental homoerotic tension initially put into the movie under the guise of machismo. Love U.

aaaa clari would you ever consider doing like commissioned letters from your characters? cause i would DIEE for a letter from bmb tomu or da tenko OMG or touya-nii!!!! id pay MILLIONS you don’t even understand, i have such an attachment to your characters i can’t see the characters in the show the same anymore or read fics by anyone else about them now aaaa i luv them so much

oooh so i was considering this a while ago!!! ultimately, i never ended up opening commissions for letters because i wasn’t sure i’d be able to keep up with them/deliver them in a timely manner, and i felt like it would be irresponsible of me to open them without feeling 100% confident that i’d be able to get them out in a decent time frame.

all of this is to say: maybe!!! if i do, i’ll only have a very limited number of spots open—like 3-5—to ensure that i don’t feel overwhelmed and can deliver the very best product possible!! c: but EEEE anon!! i am so incredibly honoured that you’re still interested in these!! <3

I got mega bullied for my music taste growing up and as such I do not share music/playlists that are indulgent and important to me.

Which I’m realising is stupid cause I have a Bachelor’s Degree in music :/

i’m gonna cry it’s raining right now and i just passed by a family where both parents were without an umbrella but their kid who couldn’t have been older than like 3-4 was proudly holding this GIANT umbrella whose diameter was as tall (if not taller) as the kid. both the parents were getting absolutely drenched but u could tell the kid was just so happy to have an “adult” task and carry the umbrella themselves and i think that sacrifice is what love is all about
