#my art #pokemon #galarian ponyta #digital art #hiiii everyone hello please look at my darling angel Amalthea. shes my partner pokemon in pokednd <3 #most of our pokemon went missing so Mia (my character) took our remaining pokemon to get their pictures taken in case they go missing #i did in fact draw all three of them. am going to work on doing digital versions of the other two #its all of our partner pokemons :3 ponyta. impidimp. and mankey <3 #the sketches i did for the other two are so fun i cant wait to draw them #impidimp's made my cousins all laugh so hard they almost cried #this session was so fun and we also talked afterwards about pokemon we may want on our teams in the future #and honestly my potential line up for Mia feels so good #her next pokemon she gets is very possibly going to be a bewear. absolutely out of left field choice but it works so beautifully #im also thinking good options for her would be breloom. grumpig. wyrdeer. maybe mimikyu.#grumpig and breloom are honestly the top of the list. they suit her so beautifully #wyrdeer is also really good. mimikyu would be up to roleplay #mimikyu and bewear would both play into her animal handling skill #mimikyu would also end up disguised as a sylveon #probably play that as mimikyu wanting to fit in with Mia's team since she's really nice to it and it wants her to be its trainer #bewear on the other hand would 1. work well aesthetically for her and 2. would be fantastic roleplay material what with it being a giant #aggro bear and mia is just this gentle giant who is so fucking good with pokemon so its like well.#the nice girl wants me to be nice so i wont kill you because i like her. she gives me snacks and pets me and treats me well

Honestly the blog being much quieter after the main round ended is sort of. more peaceful in a sense? like people are still regularly leaving (probably out of a feeling of "the big tournament isn't for another year why am I still following you" lol) but it doesn't really matter to me because the attention on me being lowered definitely relieves some of the stress. I just get to mess around and do whatever I want here now and the followers that stuck around don't seem to mind much lol

#and like yeah any level of ''slightly big internet person'' could tell you that losing followers isnt fun #but like this isn't my Job this is an impulse decision that got way out of hand lol #i cant be the center of attention All of the time bcuz 1 thats not how it works and 2 it would probably kill me ksjsksk #i dont mind things being calmer now. its nice

cant stop thinking abt my theory that the qunari fled their homeland because of a blight. that theres actually been 6 blights instead of 5 . and if ghilan'nain really does have an arch demon and its not just another corypheus fake-out situation and its Real??? then this is the last archdemon. and the chances of us finding out what happens when all the archdemons die is strongly Not at zero.

#also thinking about how ghilan'nain in the mythos killed all of her creations except those in the sea #because ''pride stayed her hand''#like... My laptop screen fully gave up on me today 😬 I was going to take more of a break between comms when I finished my current queue but I'll probably end up opening pwyw mystery comms as soon as I can!

#I've been having screen issues for a while not so getting a new computer was already in the plans... this just bumps it up in priority #up until now it's been fine to use just at like 1/3rd brightness #now it's completely dark #ahhhh #at least it'll be nice to have a fully functional computer for the first time in a while #rather than the last three half broken hand-me-down laptops I've been using

I made a really disgusting soup this week because several years ago my mom bought these sliced... beet artichokes? I dunno. anyway #they were forgotten in the basement freezer and when I moved I decided to bring them with me and see if they could be eaten #and you can (usually) make a really nice soup with them and potatoes etc but problem 1 was that they were not properly cleaned #and since they had been frozen I saw no clear way to like. fix them. so I popped them in the pot thinking it would all boil apart anyway #and here comes problem 2 - it's all supposed to be blended with that hand mixer thing you know? but I had forgotten it while moving #so I only had my electric whisk available for like 1 kg of root vegetables and almost 2 l liquid all needing to be crushed together #and I could not do it in the pot because it might damage the glaze or whatever so I stood there scooping everything into a bowl #and then tried to whisk it together into a smooth soup with my little electric whisk. I shall tell you that this was not a good idea.#anyway so I have been eating this lumpy yellow-grey mess with bits of peel in it and while writing this I still have three more days to go #every evening has been me going 'if you eat it you can have something nice after ok? don't look at it just swallow...'#and two weeks before this I made a really lovely fake palak paneer and it was a week of bliss and I suddenly started writing a lot #and after that came this soup #it's fine. it's fine. I would be hard pressed to cook anything worse than this for next week. so it's fine.
