Hello ! I positively adore the running joke of Idia unknowingly finding Lilia to be the coolest guy ever whenever he doesn't know it's him, like when Silver described his father, or obviously with muscle red. I can't say what'd be funnier, Idia finding out his online best friend is actually Lilia, resident spooky hyper fairy; or them both never finding out, and it'd become even more ridiculous as time goes on. How do you think it'll play out ? You're always so on point

(Also, though it makes sense, I'm still devastated bat boy didn't get a ticket for the Halloween skeleton train : ( does anyone mentions him at some point ? Like how he'd have fit right in with all those Halloween town little freaks, and how he'd have impressed them with his spooks and scared techniques; after all he's been every Briar Valley's children worst fear on Halloween for centuries. I'm on the eng server and I didn't wanna spoil myself by watching the whole thing on youtube)

you and me both, Idia and Lilia being oblivious online BFFs (+ Idia being incredibly intimidated any time Silver brings up his jock gamer dad) is my favorite running joke/subplot. 🤝 it's SO good, to the point where I also am unsure if I actually want it to ever be resolved or not...maybe, like, as a post-canon stinger or something? everyone's standing around covered in overblot ink, and Idia and Lilia's phones go off at the same time...

(legit I do think this is part of why Idia couldn't be present for Lilia's dream, because for some reason Lilia decided he was going to just. embody his past self online. he probably quotes his own battle strategies or whatever in the middle of boss fights. Idia didn't pick up on the whole "oh how weird that we both live on a super remote island" thing, but he would spend thirty seconds listening to General Lilia describing siege warfare and be like "w-wait")

all that aside, however it does end up happening, I do see Lilia being very blasé and all "oh! cool!" about it. y'know, taking it very much in stride! and Idia...very much not.

as for Lilia sadly missing out on Halloweentown shenanigans...he does get one little mention as part of an offhand reference to the light music club, but so far no one has brought up how this basically is just Lost In the Book of Liliatown (Sebek's been too busy yelling about not getting to be in the same group as Malleus). 😔 honestly though, it's probably for the best that he got left out, because he would just settle right in and refuse to ever leave. canon would shatter. we would miss out on all the delightful angst of episode 7 because Lilia is too busy eating poisonous shrubbery inbetween practicing his very best screams, and no one can pull him away from it.

(I can hope for a sequel next year though...)

Truman Show AU

In the Truman Show, everyone was pushing very hard for Truman to have a kid, but he was too busy trying to escape. But what if they HAD had a baby? Maybe Truman gave in, or something more sinister happened (there's already so many human rights violations in this movie, I wouldn't put be surprised if Hannah ""forgot"" to take birth control and whoops, now there's a baby!)

Truman watches the way people interact with his baby girl, and he realises that they're treating her just like they treated him. She's now a prisoner in this cage too.

It's a lot harder for Truman to break out of the dome with a baby (especially with even MORE cameras pointed at the both of them), but he vows to do it. For her.

i see so much of "jily is married but regulus had a silly crush on his brother's married best friend" but what if it was the opposite?

jily is married, bartylus is married (having tryst w evan now and then) but lily knows james has that silly crush on regulus forever because his type is mean ppl and she loves to tease him about regulus for years and one time they got together at family gathering (maybe christmas week?) and lily dropped the bomb at the table "yk james had that crush on you when we were back at the school, right regulus?"

now james is spitting his drink, regulus' jaw on the floor, sirius has the most frightened expression on his face because he did not know that, barty and evan is looking each other amused because well, well. i guess they didn't bully james and his squad for years for nothing.

in which yue qi saves an injured fox kit, which turns out to be an young fox demon. once he's recovered enough strength, he adopts a human form so that he can talk to yue qi properly, but ends up being caught by the slave traders as well. Since he can change form, it would be pretty easy for him to escape, but if he's discovered as a demon he'll never be able to return, and he has no home or family anyways, so he decides he would rather stay and help qi-ge, who will probably get himself killed without someone to stop him from doing stupid shit.

when shen jiu saves yue qi from death by horse carriage, and subsequently is bought by qiu jianluo, fairly quickly qjl realizes he is not human, and delightedly gifts him with a enchanted collar, which renders him unable to chnage forms, stuck in him demonic form and unable to change to full fox or full human shape. like this, he cannot leave the qiu manor at all without immediately giving himself away, even if qjl hadnt also locked him up. like this, he has no choice but to wait until yq makes his way back to the qiu manor at last, but when he's finally freed, he's initially almost feral from how he's been treated, and very nearly kills yqy...

time capsule alpha 17

okay so like we don't actually know what happened to Alpha-17 in the end, right?

it just says that 17 was critically injured by grievous and put on a medical transport to get treatment, and then not-dead ventress commandeered the ship and took off

so with critical injuries it's entirely possible that 17 was stuck into stasis or cryo until he could get help

and entirely probable that ventress got where she wanted and then fucked off, and the ship ended up stranded somewhere and forgotten

which means it is definitely possible that at some point after the fall of the empire, someone finds and patches up and revives 17, who has against all odds survived and is PISSED when he hears what the galaxy's been up to

and maybe kix has also been found much sooner and woken up and is living with a much more chill/brotherly boba on tatooine (go read Keeps Getting Harder to Find, it is glorious, don't be put off by the unfinished tag it ends at a good point)

and one day the doors of the throne room (are there doors? whatever) slam open and everyone on tatooine knows that daimyo fett fears neither sarlaac nor death but the sound he makes when a massive furious clone stomps into the room is maybe slightly possibly fear-adjacent

and kix doesn't even try to put up a front he just squeaks and ducks behind the throne

and alpha 17 surveys everyone in the room with a patented look of disgust and Judgement and bares his teeth in what might be considered a smile if you were concussed and goes

'my dear least favorite little older brother, what the FUCK is going on'
