apparently it's an unpopular opinion but honestly i feel really bad for marinette. you can tell she wants to do right by adrien but hasn't figured out what that is, and other people (gabriel, nathalie, a bit of ivan and that last comment adrien made about remembering a time his father genuinely loved him) keep confusing her every time she tries to unload that burden and just tell him. and the fact that she hasn't old chat noir and the only one she can even talk about it with is nathalie whom she can't be completely candid with and whom i'm not sure she should even be wholeheartedly trusting... like i'm getting anxious just trying to place her point of view.
no i was thinking about this in the shower like SHES ONLY FOURTEEN!!!!!! not only is she expected to make decisions and keep secrets from her boyfriend these same secrets are ones she needs to keep FROM THE WORLD???? and she’s just a kid like what the fuck… it’s low key a haha funny thing in shows like these that the superhero kids r smart and a lot of the adults are kinda dumb but also simultaneously there are EXTREMELY MANIPULATIVE ADULTS here who are fucking everything up!!!! marinette is in MANY WAYS as much of a victim as adrien is in this whole situation because like. yes he did not ask for any of this and it’s so horrid that he does not know the truth and is being indirectly manipulated in the process (forcing himself to believe his dad was good and that he should’ve appreciated him more or tried harder while he was alive etc :()—but at the same time marinette is being somewhat told here HAHAHA FUCK YOU!! if you tell adrien this he’s gonna be so fucking sad and also EVERYONE WILL SHIT ON HIM AND HE WILL BECOME A PUBLIC TARGET. everyone will think he’s just as evil as his dad. everyone will attack him with insults and the press will bombard HIM with questions. his only parental figure left in his life? she’d have to go to JAIL or maybe WORSE if you tell the truth, and no one will be there to raise him!! hah!! and like. this is definitely gradually killing her and eating her up inside and yet she can barely do anything about it because she’s one of the few things adrien has left in his life and if she falls apart because of all this what will be left of him?
at the same time, how long can she keep this up? how many accidental almosts can she endure, in terms of discovering letters gabriel left wanting to turn adrien into the next hawk moth, in terms of alya accidentally discovering these secrets and being SO HORRIFIED she needs that memory erased to carry on?? those same memories that weigh down Marinette’s shoulders every day… how much more can she take?
no matter what she does it’s a lose-lose situation, really. and i think a part of her knows that. it’s just a matter of which loss, and how quickly each plays out
#ask#miraculous ladybug#ml s6 spoilers#ml spoilers#mlbposting#MY BABIES…#like im sure when she gets time alone when she’s tossing and turning in bed some nights#she’s playing out every scenario in her head#telling adrien. not telling adrien. telling alya. telling chat noir. she ALWAYS has a reason when questioned and#surely that’s because she’s played this out in her head#over and over and over again#her heart vs her head…

Distance Between Us:
It all started slowly, too slow for you to realize.
The day you started to notice it was when it was late in the evening, and you were sitting on the couch, waiting for Bakugo to come home.
He had promised to spend the evening with you after work, but as the hours ticked by, your excitement turned into frustration. Finally, you heard the front door open.
Bakugo walked in, still in his hero uniform, his face tired and serious. "Sorry, I got held up at work. Some idiot caused a mess in the city," he muttered, tossing his gloves onto the table.
You smiled, trying to be understanding. "It’s okay. I’m just glad you’re home now. Want me to heat up the dinner I made for us?"
"Not hungry," he replied shortly, already pulling out his phone. "I need to check the patrol schedule for tomorrow. There’s a lot going on."
You sighed, your shoulders dropping. "Katsuki, can’t it wait? You’ve been working all day. We barely get time together."
But he didn’t seem to hear you, his eyes glued to the screen. "Huh? Yeah, sure, whatever you say."
The evening dragged on, and though he was physically present, his mind remained consumed by hero work.
You ended up eating dinner alone while he sat at the kitchen table, typing away on his laptop.
---
Another time was when he had made plans out of nowhere to hang out with his friends and ditch out on the two of you had planned.
It was a rare weekend when Bakugo didn’t have patrol or missions lined up.
You had planned a quiet day together—something simple, just the two of you.
But as you were setting up breakfast, his phone buzzed on the counter.
Bakugo glanced at the screen and smirked. "It’s Kirishima. He wants to hit the gym and grab lunch afterward. I’ll be back later."
Your stomach sank. "I thought today was for us? We haven’t had a day off together in weeks, Katsuki."
He blinked as if realizing for the first time that you might have feelings about this. "We can hang out later. It’s not like I’m gone all day. Plus, I haven’t seen the guys in a while."
You bit your lip, trying to keep your disappointment in check. "But we haven’t seen each other in a while either."
He paused for a second, then ruffled your hair in a halfhearted gesture. "Come on, it’s not a big deal. I’ll see you tonight." Before you could argue further, he was already grabbing his gym bag and heading out the door.
---
Another day came, and he did the same.
Bakugo’s dedication to his work often left him exhausted, and his sleep schedule was all over the place.
One night, you stayed up late, waiting for him to come to bed.
You had something important to talk about, but he was still in the living room, sprawled out on the couch, catching up on sleep.
"Katsuki," you called softly, standing in the doorway.
He grunted, barely lifting his head. "What is it?"
"I wanted to talk to you about something. It’s been on my mind for a while."
He groaned, sitting up slightly. "Can it wait? I just got back from a double shift, and I’m dead tired."
"But it’s important," you insisted, stepping closer.
He sighed, rubbing his eyes. "Y/n, I can’t deal with anything serious right now. Let’s talk tomorrow, okay?"
The next day came and went, and so did the conversation. You couldn’t help but wonder if you’d ever get the timing right.
---
Then, of course, came another.
One evening, Bakugo was in the backyard, practicing his explosions while you watched from the patio.
You had been waiting for him to finish so you could spend some quality time together, but he was completely absorbed in his training.
"Hey, Katsuki," you called out, waving at him. "How much longer are you going to be out here?"
"Not now, babe," he shouted back, his voice carrying over the sound of crackling explosions. "I’m almost done!"
Almost turned into an hour, and by the time he came inside, you were curled up on the couch, half-asleep.
He walked past you, grabbing a water bottle from the kitchen.
"Sorry, I lost track of time," he said, but there was no apology in his tone.
You gave him a small smile, too tired to argue. "It’s okay," you mumbled, though deep down, you wondered if he even realized how much you had been waiting for him.
---
In each of these scenarios, Bakugo’s priorities—whether work, friends, or personal routines—seemed to overshadow his time with you. While his intentions might not be malicious, his actions often left you feeling overlooked and craving the attention he gave to everything else in his life.
───────────── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──────────────
The evening was calm, the golden light of the setting sun filtering through the kitchen window, casting a warm glow across the counters.
You stood at the stove, carefully stirring the simmering pot of stew. The gentle aroma of sautéed vegetables, rich broth, and spices filled the air, blending seamlessly with the soft hum of the overhead fan.
Tonight, you had decided to prepare something special—something hearty and comforting, like the conversation you hoped to have with Bakugo.
It had been a while since the two of you had truly spent time together.
His hero work had consumed most of his days, leaving you with fleeting moments of his presence.
You understood, of course, the weight of his responsibilities, but that didn’t make the distance any easier.
So, as a gesture of love and an attempt to reconnect, you had spent the better part of the evening preparing this meal.
The kitchen was cozy, lit by the soft glow of under-cabinet lights.
Plates were set neatly on the table, silverware arranged perfectly beside them.
A bottle of chilled sparkling water stood in the center, and the faint crackle of the stovetop added a soothing rhythm to the room.
You glanced at the clock on the wall, noting the time. He should be home any minute now.
You adjusted the flame under the pot, letting the stew bubble gently, and moved to check on the freshly baked bread cooling on the counter.
The sound of the front door opening broke the quiet, followed by the rustling of heavy boots on the doormat.
Your heart gave a small flutter at the familiar noise.
He was home.
You didn’t look up from your task, your focus fixed on the pot as you gave it one last stir.
Toward the front door, the faint creak of the door closing reached your ears, followed by the soft thud of a duffle bag hitting the floor.
Bakugo’s presence filled the space immediately, even without a word.
The faint scent of smoke and ash mingled with the aroma of dinner, a signature of his return after a long day on patrol.
You heard the stretch of leather as he raised his arms high above his head, likely working out the stiffness from hours of action.
His footsteps echoed softly against the hardwood floor as he made his way down the hall.
You could picture him rubbing the back of his neck, his hair likely a mess from the day’s exertion.
The sound of his approach grew louder, each step deliberate yet unhurried, as if he were easing back into the calm of home.
You stayed at the stove, stirring slowly, waiting for him to join you in the kitchen, the moment of connection hanging in the air like the steam rising from the pot.
The clatter of the wooden spoon against the pot ceased as you set it down gently on the counter.
Wiping your hands on the apron tied snugly around your waist, you turned toward the kitchen's pillared entrance.
The soft shuffle of Bakugo’s steps nearing the kitchen tugged at your curiosity, and you couldn’t help but abandon your task momentarily.
You stepped around the corner, leaning casually against the frame of the kitchen entrance.
Resting your hand lightly on the wall, you peeked out toward him.
The sight of Bakugo, mid-stretch with his arms behind his head, immediately brought a fond smile to your lips.
His usual scowl was softened by a tiredness that clung to him, his messy ash-blond hair catching the dim light of the hallway.
He hadn’t noticed you yet, too busy absentmindedly rubbing the back of his neck, likely sore from a long day.
His broad shoulders rolled slightly as he worked out the tension, the faint sound of his knuckles popping filling the quiet space.
The corners of your lips curled further upward as you admired him in his element—worn out yet still exuding the confidence and strength you loved about him.
Before you could say anything, his crimson gaze lifted, finally catching sight of you standing there.
His expression didn’t shift much—just a subtle raise of his brows as if to acknowledge your presence.
You straightened slightly, your smile warm and inviting as you prepared to greet him.
But before you could utter a word, he spoke first, his gravelly voice breaking the silence.
“I’m going upstairs to shower. Gotta get this grime off my body.” His tone was matter-of-fact, and he started walking toward you without breaking stride, cracking his knuckles as he moved.
Your smile didn’t falter as he approached, though the hurriedness of his words made you hesitate. “Oh, well, that’s great,” you began, your voice light and teasing. “But don’t take too long becau—”
“Oh yeah, by the way, before I forget,” he interrupted, his voice cutting through yours without a hint of malice, just his usual bluntness. “The gang and I are gonna hang out later, so I won’t be home for long.”
The abruptness of his words hit you like a splash of cold water. Your mouth hung slightly open mid-sentence, the rest of your words caught in your throat.
Bakugo’s gaze didn’t linger long, already focused ahead as though his announcement was nothing out of the ordinary.
Bakugo’s heavy boots thudded softly against the wooden floor as he approached you, his expression unreadable but relaxed.
He stopped just in front of you, his tall frame towering slightly over yours.
The familiar scent of ash and sweat lingered faintly, a testament to his grueling day.
Without a word, his hand reached out, rough but warm, and landed gently on your head.
His fingers ruffled through your hair in a way that was both playful and dismissive, tousling it slightly.
A light smirk played on his lips as he pulled his hand back, his crimson eyes meeting yours briefly.
“I know you can handle things here, so I’ll leave you to it,” he said, his voice low and casual, like he hadn’t just brushed past the idea of spending time with you.
As you stood out in front of him, the confidence and courage you had gathered from cooking in the kitchen had disappeared.
Now that you felt this way, there was no way you were going to bring up spending time with him over dinner.
Even though you had spent all evening preparing this relaxing for the both of you to enjoy, you couldn’t bring yourself to to tell him.
You were scared that if you had opened up, he might have gotten angry and dismissed all your worries with his furrowed brows.
Your heart sank a little at his words, but you forced a small smile, not wanting to let it show.
He turned on his heel without a second glance, his footsteps carrying him toward the staircase that led to the second floor of your shared home.
As he walked, his broad shoulders swayed slightly, his relaxed demeanor a stark contrast to the tension that suddenly gripped your chest.
You stood frozen for a moment, your mouth hanging slightly open, the words you wanted to say stuck somewhere in your throat.
Tears pricked at the corners of your eyes, but you blinked rapidly, willing them away. You hated how they burned, how they threatened to spill over.
This wasn’t the first time Bakugo had brushed things off, but tonight, with the effort you’d put into dinner and the mounting distance you felt between you two, it stung more than usual.
He reached the first step of the staircase, his hand brushing against the railing as he prepared to ascend.
At you stood, something inside you snapped—a small but resolute voice urging you not to let the moment slip by.
Swallowing hard, you gathered the courage you had left, your voice trembling slightly but steady enough to cut through the air.
“Can I go too?”
Bakugo paused mid-step, his back still facing you, as the silence stretched between you both.
For a moment, you wondered if he had even heard you or if he’d continue up the stairs without a response.
Then, he turned his head slightly, revealing his side profile, his crimson eyes glancing at you.
“You wanna come?” he asked, his tone even and unreadable, a single brow raised in surprise.
Your hands instinctively came together, fidgeting as you avoided his gaze.
“Yeah,” you said softly, your voice barely above a whisper. Gathering a bit more courage, you glanced up at him, noticing his blank expression.
It only lasted a second before you looked down again, unsure how your request would be received. “I mean, if that’s okay…”
Bakugo stared at you for a beat longer, his brow still raised as if trying to gauge your seriousness.
Then, his features softened, his raised brow lowering as he gave a small, nonchalant nod.
“Yeah, uh, sure,” he said, his voice carrying a casualness that made it hard to tell how he really felt.
Without another word, he turned back toward the stairs.
Relief washed over you, and a small smile crept onto your face as you followed his movements with your eyes.
It wasn’t much, but his agreement made you feel a little better, a small step toward closing the gap that had been forming between you two.
As Bakugo reached the first step of the staircase, he stopped again, his hand on the railing.
He turned his head just enough to look back at you, his expression neutral but firm.
“I’m leaving by 6, so get ready,” he said, his tone leaving no room for negotiation.
Then, without waiting for a response, he ascended the stairs, his heavy footsteps echoing through the quiet house.
You stood there in the kitchen, your smile slowly fading as his words sank in.
Glancing at the half-finished dinner you’d worked so hard on, your arms dropped to your sides, mirroring the exhaustion settling in your chest.
The kitchen felt colder now, emptier, as you stood there alone, staring at the plans you’d made that now felt insignificant.
With a deep breath, you tried to shake off the weight of disappointment, forcing yourself to move and tidy up the counter.
But no matter how much you willed yourself to focus on the task at hand, the sting of his casual dismissal lingered, leaving a quiet ache in its wake.
───────────── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──────────────
The soft hum of the Porsche's engine filled the quiet evening air as Bakugo sat in the driver’s seat, his hand drumming absentmindedly on the steering wheel.
His gaze occasionally flicked toward the house, his sharp crimson eyes scanning for any sign of you.
The minutes ticked by, and though he didn’t say it out loud, he was growing impatient.
But there was a part of him that understood why you were taking your time—he had sprung this last-minute outing on you, and you deserved a moment to get ready properly.
Inside, you were slipping on your white Converse, carefully tying the laces with precision.
The finishing touch to your outfit had just been added—a chic combination of blue jeans, a navy blue tank top, and a white cardigan that fell perfectly against your frame.
You smoothed down the fabric, giving yourself a once-over in the mirror by the door.
Your navy blue purse rested comfortably on your shoulder, and the messy bun you’d styled earlier sat perfectly atop your head, with the white headband completing the look.
Satisfied, you grabbed your keys and reached for the door handle.
As you stepped outside, the soft glow of the porch light illuminated your figure.
The evening air was cool against your skin, and the faint scent of freshly cut grass lingered.
You glanced toward the sleek black Porsche parked in the driveway, where Bakugo sat waiting for you.
Inside the car, Bakugo looked up as the light from the open door seeped out, drawing his attention.
His sharp gaze landed on you, and for a moment, his breath hitched.
You looked stunning—effortlessly chic yet understated, the kind of beauty that didn’t need to try too hard.
The way the soft curls framed your face, the navy blue of your tank top complementing your skin, and the casual elegance of your outfit made his heart skip a beat.
He blinked, trying to maintain his usual composure, but the faintest tint of pink crept onto his cheeks, betraying him.
It was subtle, just enough to hint at the effect you had on him, but it was there.
His grip on the steering wheel tightened slightly as he tore his eyes away for a brief second, trying to recover.
"Damn," he muttered under his breath, glancing at the dashboard as if it could somehow distract him.
But his gaze inevitably drifted back to you, his expression softening in a way only you could bring out in him.
He didn't say anything just yet—he wasn’t the type to gush—but the way his cheeks betrayed a rare blush spoke volumes.
The soft hum of the Porsche’s engine was steady as Bakugo sat, his hand draped nonchalantly over the steering wheel while the other rested against his mouth.
His sharp crimson eyes flicked away from you as you descended the steps toward the car, trying to keep his focus elsewhere.
The blush that had crept onto his cheeks earlier lingered faintly, and though he wouldn’t admit it, seeing you like this had thrown him off his usual composure.
You opened the passenger door with care, stepping into the car and adjusting yourself in the plush seat.
The faint scent of Bakugo’s cologne mingled with the new-car smell, giving the cabin a warmth that was uniquely him.
As you closed the door gently behind you, you glanced up to see him leaning against the driver’s side, his elbow propped on the car door and his hand casually gripping the wheel.
His relaxed posture was natural, but the way his eyes darted toward you from the corners of his vision betrayed a subtle curiosity.
“Sorry I took so long,” you said softly, brushing a loose curl behind your ear.
Your voice broke the quiet tension, and you weren’t sure if you imagined his lips twitching into a faint smirk.
“It’s fine,” he replied, his tone gruff yet calm, as he adjusted himself in the seat and placed both hands on the wheel.
Hearing the simplicity of his response made you smile, a quiet warmth blooming in your chest.
You carefully removed your bag from your shoulder, placing it neatly on your lap.
Bakugo, meanwhile, shifted the car into reverse, the soft rumble of the engine vibrating beneath you as he backed out of the driveway with precision.
You stole a quick glance at him from the corners of your eyes.
The streetlights outside cast a warm, golden hue that framed his sharp jawline and stern features as he focused on maneuvering the car.
He looked so effortlessly confident, so in control—it was hard not to admire him.
Reaching up, you flipped open the vanity mirror above your head, giving yourself a quick once-over.
You smoothed down a stray curl and checked your lipstick, making sure everything was still in place.
Satisfied, you closed the mirror with a soft click and adjusted in your seat, letting your gaze wander back to him.
The quiet of the ride was broken only by the sound of the tires rolling over asphalt and the faint hum of the radio playing low in the background.
You bit your lip lightly, debating whether or not to say what had been on your mind.
Finally, you took a small breath, your fingers beginning to fidget nervously with the strap of your bag.
“Sooo…” you began, your voice tentative as you glanced out the window, gathering your thoughts.
Bakugo didn’t respond immediately, his focus remaining on the road ahead. His silence urged you to continue, so you did.
“How do I look?” you asked, your tone light yet tinged with curiosity.
Your gaze flickered toward him briefly before quickly looking back down at your lap, where your fingers continued to toy with your bag strap.
The quiet hum of the car filled the space between you and Bakugo, the tension thick enough to cut with a knife.
His eyes were fixed on the road, one hand on the wheel, while the other rested lazily on the gear shift.
You waited patiently, watching him through your peripheral vision, hoping for some kind of reaction to your question.
He didn’t answer immediately, his gaze momentarily darting toward you before returning to the street ahead.
The streetlights flickered as they passed, casting warm, golden hues across his sharp features.
His silence stretched on, and for a moment, you wondered if he hadn’t heard you.
Finally, Bakugo turned his head slightly, his crimson eyes flickering toward you.
His gaze traveled up and down, taking in the effort you’d put into your outfit—the way your cardigan fell over your tank top, the way your jeans fit perfectly, and the way you’d styled your hair just so.
His expression remained stoic, but his eyes lingered just a beat longer than usual before he turned back to the road.
“You look,” he began, his voice even though there was a slight edge of hesitation.
He glanced at you again, briefly meeting your expectant gaze before focusing back on the street.
You could see his jaw tighten slightly, as if he were searching for the right words. “Good.”
That was it. Just one single, lackluster word.
Your shoulders sank immediately, the corners of your mouth pulling down as disappointment washed over you.
You slumped back into the passenger seat, crossing your arms loosely over your chest and shifting your gaze out the window.
You had spent so much time getting ready, hoping that maybe this time, he’d notice—really notice—and say something that would make you feel special.
But “good” was all you got.
Bakugo, on the other hand, was far from unaffected, though he certainly didn’t show it.
His mind was racing, replaying the moment he’d glanced at you and the way your face had lit up with hope.
His knuckles tightened slightly on the steering wheel, and a bead of sweat formed at his temple as frustration with himself began to build.
His brows furrowed as he stole another glance at you.
You were staring out the window now, your expression unreadable but your body language screaming disappointment.
“Tch,” he muttered under his breath, gripping the wheel tighter.
You remained quiet, sinking further into your seat as the car rolled through the neighborhood streets.
Your fingers toyed with the edge of your cardigan, your mind replaying the moment over and over.
Maybe you’d set yourself up for disappointment.
Maybe this was just who he was—gruff, blunt, and not the type to shower you with compliments.
Still, you couldn’t help the small ache in your chest.
Bakugo’s jaw clenched as he continued to drive, the silence between you both growing heavier with each passing second.
───────────── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──────────────
The drive to Kirishima’s house was silent, the tension lingering like an unspoken weight between you and Bakugo.
He didn’t try to make conversation, and honestly, you weren’t sure you’d be able to respond even if he did.
Your disappointment sat heavy in your chest, though you were doing your best to push it down and keep your composure.
When the car finally rolled to a stop in front of Kirishima’s house, Bakugo shifted into park and stepped out without a word, slamming his door behind him.
You sighed softly, your fingers gripping the strap of your purse as you reached for the handle of the passenger door.
Opening it, you slid out of the car, closing it gently behind you.
Bakugo was already several steps ahead, his strong strides carrying him toward the house without so much as a glance back at you.
You swallowed hard, your throat feeling tight as you followed behind him, your fingers nervously playing with the strap of your purse.
You felt small and distant, the space between you and Bakugo feeling far more than just physical.
As Bakugo reached the front porch, the sound of laughter and chatter drifted through the air, spilling out from behind the closed door.
The lively atmosphere of the gathering inside only seemed to amplify the quiet distance you felt from him.
Bakugo raised a hand and knocked on the door firmly, stepping back slightly as he waited.
You stopped a few paces behind him, your hands gripping your purse strap tightly as your mind raced.
You were determined to stand tall, to keep your emotions in check and not let anyone see how you were feeling.
The door swung open after a few seconds, revealing Kirishima’s grinning face.
His red hair was as wild as ever, and his cheerful energy was almost infectious.
“Yo, man! You made it!” Kirishima greeted Bakugo with a hearty slap on the shoulder before turning his attention to you. “Hey! Good to see you too!”
“Hey, Kiri,” you said softly, forcing a small smile as you stepped closer to the door.
“Come on in! Everyone’s already here,” Kirishima said, stepping aside to let the two of you in.
You followed Bakugo inside, the warmth and energy of the room enveloping you immediately.
Mina, Jirou, Denki, and Sero were sprawled out in the living room, laughing and chatting amongst themselves.
Mina was the first to notice your arrival, her eyes lighting up as she waved enthusiastically.
“Hey, you two!” Mina called out, jumping up from her seat and rushing over to you.
She wrapped you in a quick hug, her bubbly personality as bright as always. “You look so cute tonight! I love your outfit!”
“Thanks, Mina,” you replied, your smile faltering slightly as you glanced toward Bakugo.
He was already making his way toward the group, offering a brief nod of acknowledgment before settling into a seat near Sero.
Denki grinned, leaning back on the couch and tossing a chip into his mouth. “Look who finally decided to show up. We thought you might’ve bailed on us, Bakugo.”
“Shut it, Sparky,” Bakugo shot back, though there was no real bite in his tone.
As the group erupted into laughter, you found yourself lingering near the edge of the room, unsure where to place yourself.
Mina noticed your hesitation and grabbed your arm gently.
“Come sit with us! You can’t just stand there looking all pretty and quiet,” she teased, leading you toward the group.
You let her guide you, settling into a spot on the couch beside Jirou.
The lively conversation around you was a stark contrast to the swirling emotions in your chest, but you did your best to blend in, laughing when it felt appropriate and nodding along to the banter.
All the while, your eyes occasionally flicked toward Bakugo.
He was laughing with Sero and Denki, his usual gruff demeanor softened slightly by the presence of his friends.
But not once did he look your way, and that small detail gnawed at you more than you wanted to admit.
You inhaled deeply, forcing yourself to focus on the moment and not the ache in your chest.
Tonight was about being with friends, and you were determined to make the most of it, even if things with Bakugo felt more complicated than ever.
You sat on the couch, nestled between Jirou and Mina, trying to focus on their lively conversation.
Bakugo was across the room, laughing with Sero and Denki as if the weight of the world didn’t exist.
You glanced at him briefly, your chest tightening before quickly averting your eyes back to Mina, who was animatedly recounting a story about a recent date with Kirishima.
“So, get this,” Mina said, her face lit with excitement. “Kiri and I went to this new arcade last week, right? And they had this claw machine he swore he could beat. It was filled with these little red dragon plushies—totally his thing, you know?”
Jirou smirked, leaning back against the couch. “Let me guess. He spent way too much money trying to win one?”
“Way too much!” Mina exclaimed, throwing her hands up dramatically. “But he finally got it, and he was so proud of himself. It was adorable.” She giggled, her expression softening.
“Honestly, though, it’s not even about the claw machine. Kiri and I just… we have fun, you know? We go out, we talk about everything.”
Jirou nodded, a small smile tugging at her lips. “That’s exactly how it is with me and Denki. He’s a dork, but he’s my dork. We go to concerts, hang out at record stores, and just… talk. Like, really talk. He tells me about his day, his dreams, even the dumb stuff that happens during patrols. It’s nice, being so connected.”
The warmth in their voices as they spoke about their relationships was palpable, and it made you feel like a shadow in their light.
You shifted in your seat, suddenly hyper-aware of the tightness in your throat.
“And you,” Mina said, turning her bright eyes toward you. “How are things with you and Bakugo?”
Jirou tilted her head, her expression curious but kind. “Yeah, how’s it going? You two seem solid.”
The question hit you like a punch to the gut.
You opened your mouth, but no words came out at first.
Your fingers fidgeted with the hem of your cardigan, and you forced a smile, even as your chest felt like it was caving in.
“Oh, we’re fine,” you said, your voice a little too high-pitched. You cleared your throat quickly, trying to steady yourself. “Everything’s good. Really good.”
Mina beamed. “That’s great! You two are like, the power couple. I mean, he’s Bakugo—grumpy as hell but so in love with you. It’s obvious.”
“Totally,” Jirou added, nodding. “You balance each other out, right? He’s all intensity, and you’re like this calming presence. It works.”
You laughed softly, the sound hollow to your own ears. “Yeah, it works,” you echoed.
They bought it, smiling warmly at you before diving back into their own banter.
But inside, you felt like you were crumbling.
The truth was, things weren’t fine.
They hadn’t been for a while. Bakugo’s constant focus on work, his friends, and his own world had left you feeling like an afterthought.
You glanced at him again.
He was leaning back in his chair, laughing at something Denki said, his sharp features softened by the rare smile on his face.
It was a side of him you loved, but right now, it only made the ache in your chest worse.
Forcing yourself to stay present, you turned back to Mina and Jirou, nodding along to their conversation.
You couldn’t let them see the truth—not here, not now.
So you plastered on your smile and pretended everything was fine, even as the weight of your unspoken feelings threatened to crush you.
---
An hour passed as you, Mina, and Jirou chatted away about everything under the sun—relationships, patrol stories, and even a hilarious moment when Denki shocked himself trying to fix a broken lamp.
Despite the warmth of their company, a small part of you still felt detached, your earlier feelings lingering like a shadow.
Mina, ever the bubbly one, suddenly perked up. “Hey, I just thought of something! Let’s go to the other room and watch a movie! I’ve been dying to see that new romance everyone’s talking about. What do you think?”
Jirou shrugged, a hint of a smile on her face. “Sounds good to me. I could use a break from all the noise out there.”
You hesitated, but the thought of getting away from the others, even for a little while, seemed appealing. “Yeah, sure,” you said softly, your voice steady despite the turmoil inside.
The three of you made your way to a quieter room down the hall.
It was cozier than the bustling main area, with soft lighting and a plush couch that wrapped around most of the room.
The atmosphere immediately felt more intimate and calm, a perfect escape.
Mina grabbed the remote and flopped onto one side of the couch. “Alright, let’s get this show on the road!”
Jirou settled next to her, her legs tucked beneath her while you took the other end of the couch.
The movie started, its opening scenes filled with charming banter and budding romance.
The three of you fell into a comfortable silence, the story drawing you in.
As the movie progressed, the lighthearted moments gave way to more emotional scenes.
The characters faced challenges, their love tested by misunderstandings and miscommunications.
Then, the pivotal scene arrived.
The male lead stood in the rain, his face etched with regret as he argued with the female lead.
Her voice broke as she shouted, tears streaming down her face. “You don’t get it! I feel invisible to you!” she cried, her words hitting too close to home for your comfort.
Your chest tightened as you watched her crumble, her emotions raw and unfiltered.
The male lead, realizing his mistake, stepped forward and pulled her into his arms, holding her tightly as she sobbed against his chest.
Your heart ached, the scene striking a chord that you couldn’t ignore.
The floodgates opened, and before you knew it, tears were streaming down your face.
Your breathing grew shallow, and your palms began to sweat as you clutched the couch cushion beside you.
Mina and Jirou, engrossed in the movie, didn’t seem to notice your reaction at first.
But as you sniffled quietly, Jirou glanced over, her expression softening. “Hey, you okay?” she asked, her voice gentle.
You quickly wiped your cheeks, forcing a smile. “Yeah, I’m fine. It’s just… really emotional,” you said, your voice wavering slightly.
Mina turned her head, concern flickering in her eyes. “It’s okay to cry, you know. Scenes like this get me every time,” she said, offering you a reassuring smile.
You nodded, appreciating their kindness but feeling exposed nonetheless.
The movie continued, but your mind was elsewhere.
The female lead’s words echoed in your head, intertwining with your own unspoken feelings.
“I feel invisible to you.”
The weight of those words settled in your chest, and though you tried to focus on the screen, the tears wouldn’t stop.
You wrapped your arms around yourself, trying to keep it together, but the truth was, you felt more vulnerable than ever.
The tears came harder, no longer quiet sniffles but soft, trembling sobs that you couldn’t hold back.
The scene on the screen blurred as your vision clouded with tears, and your chest felt impossibly heavy.
Mina and Jirou both turned toward you, their expressions shifting from casual concern to alarm.
“Whoa, hey… are you okay?” Jirou asked, leaning closer, her voice gentle but tinged with worry.
Mina’s brows furrowed, her lips pressing into a thin line.
She grabbed the remote and paused the movie, the room falling into silence except for your shaky breaths.
She scooted closer to you, her hand resting lightly on your arm.
“Alright,” Mina said firmly, her tone serious but warm. “What’s going on? This isn’t just about the movie, is it?”
You shook your head quickly, trying to wipe the tears away with the back of your hand, but they just kept coming.
“It’s nothing,” you stammered, your voice barely above a whisper.
Jirou gave you a skeptical look. “Come on, don’t do that. You’re obviously upset.”
Mina nodded, her grip on your arm tightening just slightly in encouragement. “Yeah, we’re here for you. So whatever it is, just say it.”
For a moment, you hesitated.
The lump in your throat made it hard to speak, and you didn’t want to burden them with your feelings.
But the way they looked at you, genuinely concerned and ready to listen, broke down the last of your defenses.
“It’s… it’s Bakugo,” you finally admitted, your voice cracking as fresh tears rolled down your cheeks. “I just… I feel like we’re drifting apart.”
Mina’s eyes softened, and Jirou tilted her head slightly, her expression thoughtful.
“What do you mean? Did something happen?” Mina asked, leaning forward, her tone gentle now.
You took a shaky breath, your hands fidgeting nervously in your lap. “I don’t know… it’s like he’s always so busy, and when he’s home, it’s like I’m not even there. He doesn’t notice when I try to do things for him. I cooked dinner tonight, hoping we could eat together and talk, but he just brushed it off and left to hang out with you guys.”
Mina’s face fell, a pang of guilt crossing her features. Jirou’s lips pressed together, her brow furrowing.
“I know he’s a hero, and I know his job is demanding, but… I just feel so invisible to him sometimes. Like I’m not a priority,” you continued, your voice trembling. “And I’m trying so hard to be okay with it, but it’s just… it’s hard.”
Mina reached for your hand, squeezing it tightly. “I’m so sorry,” she said softly. “I didn’t realize things were like this.”
Jirou nodded, her gaze serious. “That sounds really tough. You shouldn’t have to feel like that, especially not with someone who’s supposed to care about you.”
You sniffled, grateful for their support, but still feeling the weight of your emotions. “I don’t know what to do anymore. I love him, but… it feels like he’s slipping away.”
Mina wrapped an arm around your shoulders, pulling you into a comforting hug. “You’re not alone in this, okay? We’ll figure it out. And honestly, Bakugo needs to hear this too. He probably doesn’t even realize how much he’s hurting you.”
Jirou nodded in agreement. “Yeah, he’s not exactly the most emotionally aware guy, but he cares about you. You just have to tell him how you feel.”
Their words brought a small measure of comfort, but the thought of confronting Bakugo about your feelings still terrified you.
You knew they were right, though. Something had to change.
You sat there in Mina’s embrace, your tears slowly subsiding, though your chest still felt tight.
The weight of their words lingered, and you knew they were right.
As terrifying as it seemed, you had to talk to Bakugo.
But how? He wasn’t exactly the type to sit down and have a heart-to-heart.
Mina pulled back slightly, her warm hands resting on your shoulders as she looked you in the eye. “You have to tell him,” she said firmly.
“And not in a ‘hinting’ kind of way. Lay it all out. He’s not good at picking up subtle stuff.”
Jirou nodded, leaning back on the couch. “Yeah, Bakugo’s not gonna magically figure it out. But if you’re honest with him, I think he’ll listen. He’s stubborn, but he’s not heartless.”
You sniffled, wiping your face with the sleeve of your cardigan. “I just… I don’t want to come off as needy or like I don’t support him. I know how hard he works.”
Mina sighed, shaking her head. “Girl, no. This isn’t about being needy. This is about being in a relationship where you feel seen and loved. You’re allowed to have needs, too.”
Jirou added, “And honestly? If he doesn’t get that, then that’s on him. Relationships are about both people putting in effort. It’s not all on you.”
You nodded slowly, their words sinking in.
It wasn’t easy to hear, but deep down, you knew they were right.
You couldn’t keep bottling everything up and hoping things would magically improve.
Mina smiled softly, brushing a stray strand of hair from your face. “Look, Bakugo might be a hothead, but he’s not a bad guy. If he knew you were feeling this way, I think he’d do something about it. But you’ve got to give him the chance to step up.”
You sighed, fiddling with the strap of your purse. “I guess I’ll try talking to him later… when we’re alone.”
“Good,” Mina said with a nod, her tone encouraging. “And if you need backup, you know where to find us.”
Jirou smirked slightly. “Yeah, we’ll set him straight if he doesn’t get the message.”
The three of you shared a small laugh, the tension easing just a bit.
Mina grabbed the remote and turned the movie off completely, standing up and stretching.
“Alright, let’s get back to the others before they start wondering what we’re up to.”
You nodded, standing up and smoothing out your clothes.
As the three of you made your way back to the main living room, you felt a mix of emotions swirling inside you.
Anxiety, hope, and determination all competed for space in your heart.
As you stepped into the room, Bakugo was standing near the corner with Kirishima, laughing at something Sero had said.
His usual sharp smirk was etched on his face, but there was something different in the way his eyes flickered toward you, a hint of something unreadable beneath his confident exterior.
For a moment, you just watched him, debating how you’d navigate the rest of the evening while the conversation with Mina and Jirou still echoed in your mind.
What you didn’t know, however, was that Bakugo had heard everything.
It wasn’t intentional.
On his way to the bathroom earlier, he had walked past the closed door of the cozy room where you and the girls had been talking.
At first, he hadn’t thought much of it—just chatter from Mina and Jirou, nothing unusual.
But then he caught the sound of your voice, trembling slightly, and his feet had stopped.
He hadn’t meant to eavesdrop. Really, he hadn’t.
But something in your tone made him pause, leaning against the hallway wall just out of sight.
He listened as Mina and Jirou pressed you about how things were going between the two of you.
He heard the way your voice wavered when you said everything was fine—so unconvincing that even he could tell it was a lie.
And then came the confession.
You weren’t happy.
You felt ignored, neglected.
You felt like he didn’t see you anymore.
The words hit him like a punch to the gut, and for a moment, he couldn’t breathe.
You, the person he cared about most, felt like you were slipping away, and he hadn’t even noticed.
His knuckles clenched, and his jaw tightened as he leaned his head back against the wall.
Guilt surged through him, hot and unrelenting. He wasn’t great with emotions; he knew that.
But hearing you spill your heart out to your friends, feeling like he didn’t care enough—it stung more than he wanted to admit.
When Mina and Jirou encouraged you to talk to him, he heard the hesitation in your voice, the fear of being seen as needy or overbearing.
It made his chest ache. You should never feel like that—not with him.
He had walked away before you left the room, needing a moment to collect himself.
By the time he rejoined the group, his mind was racing.
As you stepped into the living room, Mina nudged you gently with her elbow. “You’ve got this,” she whispered before heading to the group, leaving you to take a deep breath and square your shoulders.
Bakugo, standing near the corner, glanced your way.
His sharp smirk remained, but his eyes lingered on you a little longer than usual, softening for the briefest second before he turned back to Kirishima and the others.
He didn’t say anything, but in the back of his mind, he was already planning.
He wouldn’t let you feel like this again. Not if he could help it.
---
The night had wound down, and one by one, everyone began saying their goodbyes.
Mina and Kirishima gave you tight hugs, Mina giving you a reassuring smile as if to silently remind you of the conversation you’d had.
Jirou patted your arm, her subtle way of showing she was rooting for you.
Bakugo, meanwhile, was his usual self—casual nods, a few gruff “See ya’s,” and a fist bump for Kirishima.
His energy seemed as steady as ever, though you noticed the way his eyes flickered toward you more than once, a slight crease in his brow that he didn’t quite hide.
As the two of you made your way to his car, the quietness of the night enveloped you.
The cool breeze brushed against your skin, and the sound of your shoes crunching against the gravel filled the silence.
You felt Bakugo’s presence ahead of you, his confident stride unchanging, though he occasionally glanced back to make sure you were keeping up.
When you reached the car, he pulled his keys from his pocket, unlocked the doors, and slid into the driver’s seat.
You followed, gently closing the passenger door behind you and placing your bag on the floor by your feet.
The faint scent of leather and his cologne filled the space, a scent you usually found comforting.
Without a word, Bakugo started the engine.
The low rumble of the car filled the stillness as he pulled out of the driveway and onto the street.
His hands rested on the wheel, firm but relaxed, his eyes trained on the road ahead.
You glanced at him from the corner of your eye, trying to read his expression, but it was the same stoic mask he always wore.
The weight of the evening felt heavy in your chest, and despite the warmth of the car, you felt a chill run through you.
The drive was quiet at first, the soft hum of the engine the only sound between you.
You wanted to say something, anything, but the words felt stuck in your throat.
You fidgeted with your fingers, your gaze shifting between the passing streetlights outside and Bakugo’s profile.
He hadn’t said much since you left Kirishima’s house, and it left you wondering if he’d noticed the distance between you—or if it even mattered to him at all.
Bakugo’s hands tightened slightly on the wheel as he drove, his jaw clenching and unclenching as if he was working through something in his mind.
His gaze remained steady, but every now and then, you noticed his eyes flicker toward you, though he said nothing.
The silence was deafening, and with every passing second, it felt like the space between you grew larger.
Finally, unable to take the tension anymore, you shifted in your seat and let out a soft sigh, your voice barely above a whisper.
“Thanks for driving,” you said, your tone polite but distant.
He grunted in response, a low “Yeah,” his focus still on the road.
The quiet settled again, heavier this time, and you found yourself staring out the window, the lights of the city blurring past.
You wanted to say more, to breach the gap between you, but something held you back.
Bakugo, meanwhile, stole another glance at you, his expression unreadable.
He wanted to speak, to address the weight in the air, but the words felt foreign to him.
For now, he just drove, the road stretching ahead, both of you caught in your own thoughts.
The car hummed softly as the city lights flickered past, but the silence between you and Bakugo felt louder than anything else.
You leaned your head against the cool glass of the window, your eyes fixed on the blurred scenery.
Your hand rested on your lap, fingers nervously fidgeting with your nails as your thoughts raced.
What had started as disappointment had now spiraled into uncertainty.
You couldn’t shake the weight of the conversation with Mina and Jirou, nor the growing chasm between you and Bakugo.
You’d tried so hard to keep it together, but being here, so close yet feeling so far, made it even harder.
Bakugo kept his eyes on the road, his grip on the wheel firm.
Inside, he was battling a storm of emotions.
The echoes of your words from earlier replayed in his mind, mingling with the snippets of the conversation he’d overheard at Kirishima’s.
“I just… I don’t know how much more I can take.”
He wasn’t good with words.
Hell, he wasn’t even good at feelings most of the time. But he wasn’t stupid—he could feel the distance, and it frustrated him because he didn’t know how to close it.
His crimson eyes flickered to you briefly.
The way you sat there, so quiet and withdrawn, tugged at something deep in his chest.
He hated seeing you like this, especially knowing he’d been the one to make you feel this way.
After what felt like forever, Bakugo’s resolve finally cracked.
His hand hesitated on the wheel, fingers tightening for a moment before he let out a sharp breath.
Slowly, almost cautiously, he reached over.
His hand covered yours, warm and slightly rough, the weight of it grounding you.
You blinked, startled by the sudden contact, and turned your head to look at him.
Bakugo didn’t meet your gaze right away.
His eyes stayed focused on the road ahead, his jaw tight, like he was bracing himself for something.
His thumb shifted slightly, brushing against your fingers in an awkward but earnest gesture.
“Hey,” he said, his voice quieter than usual, almost hesitant. “Stop doin’ that.”
You stared at him, confused. “Doing what?”
“Fidgetin’ like that,” he muttered, finally glancing at you for a split second before looking back at the road. “You’ll mess up your nails or somethin’.”
His words were gruff, almost dismissive, but the way his hand stayed on yours told you there was more to it.
He wasn’t just talking about your fidgeting—he was trying, in his own clumsy way, to tell you he cared.
Your chest tightened as you looked down at your joined hands.
The warmth of his touch, the slight awkwardness of the gesture—it all made your emotions bubble up again, but this time, they weren’t as heavy.
“Katsuki…” you began, your voice barely above a whisper.
“Don’t,” he interrupted, his grip on your hand tightening just a fraction. “Don’t say it. Not here, not like this.”
You nodded, swallowing the lump in your throat, and leaned back against the seat.
For the first time that evening, the silence between you didn’t feel quite as suffocating.
The car came to an abrupt stop at a red light, but the tension in the car felt like it had slammed into a wall at full speed.
Bakugo’s hand hovered over the wheel, his knuckles white as he gripped it.
His chest rose and fell with uneven breaths, but your anger was a storm now, and it couldn’t be contained.
“Seriously?” you demanded, your voice sharp and trembling. “If not here, then where? If not now, then when?”
Your hand yanked away from his, the warmth of his touch replaced by the cold sting of frustration. “You always say that, Bakugo. You always brush our problems away. You… you brush me off like I’m some kind of bug.”
His eyes darted to you, his lips parting as if to defend himself, but you didn’t give him the chance.
“You treat me like I’m not worth your time,” you continued, your voice cracking under the weight of your emotions. “Do you even know what I was doing before you came home? I was cooking dinner. For you. For us.”
Your hands shook as you gestured toward him, your words pouring out in a rush. “I did all of that so we could talk, so we could try to fix this. Just so I could know—know for sure—that I mean something to you.”
The light turned green, and Bakugo hit the gas with a little more force than necessary, his jaw tight as he stayed silent.
But you couldn’t stop now.
“But of course,” you spat, your voice rising, “your friends are more important! Work, training, hangouts—all of it is more important than me!”
The car swerved slightly as Bakugo’s grip faltered, and he shot you a glance, his brows furrowed in frustration and guilt. “But they’re not! You’re more important—”
“Don’t give me that crap!” you cut him off, your voice almost a shout now. “If I’m so important, then why do you keep pushing me away? Why do you make time for everyone and everything else but not for me? Huh? Answer me!”
Bakugo’s mouth opened, but no words came out. His silence was deafening, and it only stoked the fire inside you.
“Why, Katsuki?” you pressed, your voice trembling with a mix of anger and hurt. “Why do I have to fight so hard to feel like I matter to you?”
The car pulled into your driveway, and Bakugo threw it into park, his hands gripping the wheel so tightly it looked like he might snap it in two.
For a moment, the only sounds were your ragged breaths and the faint hum of the engine.
Finally, Bakugo exhaled sharply and turned to you, his crimson eyes filled with a mixture of guilt, frustration, and something else—something softer, something that looked a lot like regret.
“You do matter,” he said, his voice low but firm. “You mean everything to me, damn it. I just… I don’t know how to show it.”
But you shook your head, the tears you’d been holding back finally spilling over. “That’s not enough, Katsuki. It’s not enough to just say it. I need to feel it. And right now, I don’t.”
Your words hung in the air, heavy and unshakable, as Bakugo stared at you, his expression unreadable.
For once, the explosive hero had no words, and the silence between you felt like it could split the world in two.
Your chest heaved as the emotions you’d been holding in for so long spilled over.
Tears streamed down your face, your voice trembling and raw as you finally let everything out.
“Why couldn’t you have just spent time with me?” you cried, your voice breaking as your gaze locked on Bakugo.
He flinched at the pain in your voice but said nothing, his hands clenching into tight fists on his lap.
“Why couldn’t you see that while you were having fun, I was feeling miserable?!” you continued, your words cutting through the silence like shards of glass.
Bakugo’s eyes darted toward you, filled with a mix of guilt and helplessness, but you didn’t stop. You couldn’t stop.
“Listen, Katsuki...” you began, your voice softer but no less intense. “I love you. So much it hurts.” Your words hung in the air, trembling with sincerity. “But it’s starting to feel like... like you don’t feel the same.”
His head snapped up at that, his crimson eyes wide and frantic. “That’s not true!” he blurted, his voice rough and unsteady. “Don’t—don’t say that, alright?”
But you shook your head, your tears falling harder now. “Then why does it feel like I’m always fighting for your attention? Fighting for a moment of your time?”
Your voice cracked, and you pressed a trembling hand to your chest, as if trying to hold yourself together.
Bakugo opened his mouth to speak, but no words came out.
His jaw tightened, and his gaze fell to his lap, his fingers gripping his knees so hard it looked painful.
You could see the frustration, the guilt, the turmoil swirling in his expression, but it wasn’t enough.
It didn’t fix the ache in your heart.
“I don’t want to feel like this anymore,” you whispered, your voice barely audible. “Like I’m not enough for you. Like I’m not your priority.”
Bakugo’s head snapped up again, his eyes blazing with emotion. “You are my priority!” he insisted, his voice desperate now.
“You’re everything to me, alright? I just... I just don’t know how to handle all this shit sometimes!”
His voice cracked at the end, and for the first time, you saw something in him you rarely did—vulnerability.
He looked at you like he wanted to say a million things but didn’t know where to start.
But it wasn’t enough. Not yet.
“Then show me, Katsuki,” you said, your voice steady despite the tears streaming down your face. “If I mean so much to you, then show me. Because words aren’t enough anymore.”
His breath hitched, and for a moment, the only sound in the car was the faint hum of the engine.
Bakugo looked at you, really looked at you, and for once, the explosive hero seemed completely lost.
Bakugo’s chest rose and fell with unsteady breaths as he stared at you, his crimson eyes shadowed with guilt and frustration.
He opened his mouth to respond, but the words seemed to die in his throat.
His hands clenched tighter on his lap, and he turned his gaze to the steering wheel, as if looking at you was too much to bear.
The silence stretched, heavy and suffocating.
You could feel your heart breaking all over again as you watched him struggle to say something—anything—that could make it better.
“You’re right,” he finally said, his voice low and strained. “I’ve been a shitty boyfriend.”
The admission startled you.
Your breath hitched, and you blinked through your tears as you waited for him to continue.
“I’ve been so focused on everything else—work, training, trying to keep up with everyone—that I didn’t realize what it was doing to you. To us.”
He dragged a hand through his hair, the motion rough and frustrated. “And that’s on me.”
His voice trembled slightly, and he slammed his fist against the steering wheel, the sharp thud breaking the tense quiet. “Dammit, I didn’t mean to make you feel like this. Like you don’t matter.”
You watched him, your tears still falling, but something in his voice tugged at your heart.
It wasn’t just guilt; it was desperation.
“But you do, alright?” he said, turning to face you fully now. His crimson eyes locked onto yours, raw and unguarded.
“You matter more than anything else in my life. I just... I don’t know how to balance it all without screwing it up.”
His hands trembled as they rested on his thighs, and you realized how much it was costing him to admit this.
Bakugo Katsuki, the man who always seemed so sure of himself, so strong and unshakable, was unraveling in front of you.
“You’re not the problem, alright? I am,” he continued, his voice softer now. “And I swear to you, I’ll fix this. I’ll fix us. Just... don’t give up on me yet.”
Your heart ached at the vulnerability in his words, but the pain you’d been carrying for so long still lingered.
You looked at him, your tears blurring your vision, and took a shaky breath.
“Katsuki, I’m not asking for perfection,” you whispered, your voice trembling. “I’m asking for you to try. To make me feel like I’m worth it. Like we’re worth it.”
He nodded, his jaw tight as he swallowed hard.
“I will,” he said, his voice firm despite the emotion in his eyes. “I’ll prove it to you. I’ll be better. For you.”
You stared at him, searching his face for sincerity, and what you saw there made something in your chest loosen.
He looked at you like you were his whole world—like he couldn’t bear the thought of losing you.
For the first time in a long time, you felt a flicker of hope. It was small, fragile, but it was there.
“Okay,” you said softly, your voice barely above a whisper. “I’ll hold you to that.”
Bakugo nodded again, his eyes never leaving yours. “You can.”
The car fell into silence again, but this time, it wasn’t heavy or suffocating.
It was filled with unspoken promises, with the beginnings of something better.
And for now, that was enough.
---
Bakugo’s hand enveloped yours, firm yet gentle, as if he was anchoring himself to you.
The warmth of his grasp communicated what his words had struggled to convey earlier—a need, a desire to hold on to you no matter what.
The silence in the car was filled with unspoken understanding as you both sat there, the weight of the evening settling between you.
When the car finally pulled into your driveway, you barely had time to move before Bakugo was already out of the driver’s seat.
He strode purposefully around the car, his movements sharp yet filled with intent.
You blinked in surprise as he opened the passenger door, crouching down to your level.
His crimson eyes met yours, raw and unguarded. “You mean a lot to me,” he began, his voice steady but thick with emotion.
“So much... and I’m sorry for not showing you.”
Your breath caught in your throat as his words tumbled out, each one more heartfelt than the last.
“I’m sorry for not replying. I’m sorry for not being there. I’m sorry for not showing up,” he continued, his voice cracking slightly as he leaned closer.
“I promise, though, from now on... everything I do, I’ll do it with you on my mind.”
His hands found their way to your thighs, a touch so gentle and deliberate it sent a shiver through you.
It wasn’t just an apology—it was a plea, a vow.
“I promise you,” he said, his voice barely above a whisper, “that from now on, I’ll do everything in my power to make you feel loved. So please, don’t give up on me. Please, don’t lose hope.”
Your heart clenched at the vulnerability in his tone, the rawness of his confession.
Tears pricked at the corners of your eyes, but you managed a small, wavering smile as you placed your hand over his.
“You swear?” you asked, your voice trembling with emotion.
His grip on your thigh tightened just slightly, his crimson eyes boring into yours with unwavering determination.
“I promise,” he said, his voice firm yet soft.
That was all you needed to hear.
A small, genuine smile spread across your lips as you nodded.
For the first time in what felt like forever, you felt the weight lifting off your chest.
After a moment, Bakugo stepped back slightly, holding out his hand to you.
You placed your hand in his, and he helped you out of the car with a gentleness that contrasted his usual brash demeanor.
Once you were both standing, he didn’t hesitate—he pulled you into a tight, almost desperate hug.
His arms wrapped around your waist, holding you as if he was afraid you’d slip away.
His head rested against your shoulder, and you could feel the tension in his body slowly melting away.
“I missed you,” you whispered, your fingers threading gently through his spiky blonde hair.
“I missed you more,” he murmured against your shoulder, his voice low and filled with emotion.
You stayed like that for a while, wrapped up in each other’s warmth, the world around you fading into insignificance.
It was as if time had paused, giving you both a chance to reconnect, to heal.
When he finally pulled back, his hands still rested on your waist, and his gaze locked onto yours.
The intensity in his eyes took your breath away, and before you could say anything, he leaned in, capturing your lips in a deep, passionate kiss.
It wasn’t just a kiss—it was an apology, a promise, a declaration.
His lips moved against yours with a fervor that made your knees weak, his hands tightening slightly on your waist as if to ground himself.
You responded just as passionately, pouring every ounce of love, frustration, and hope into the kiss.
When you finally pulled apart, both of you were breathless, your foreheads resting together.
His crimson eyes softened as he looked at you, a small, genuine smile tugging at his lips.
“Thank you,” he said softly. “For not giving up on me.”
You smiled back, your hand coming up to cup his cheek. “Just don’t make me regret it.”
He chuckled softly, his voice lighter than it had been all evening. “I won’t. I swear.”
In that moment, standing together in the driveway under the soft glow of the porch light, you felt something shift between you.
A new beginning, built on honesty and love. And for the first time in a long time, you believed things could truly get better.

note: I hope this work finds you well! I really want to make this look good so please let me know if anything should be edited. Thank you and please enjoy.
hongjoong
you're his PRINCESS! he takes it so seriously too. he puts a ring on your finger as soon as possible and treats you like actually royalty. is at your beck and call 24/7. his fsvorite thing to do is take you to events and show you off to all his friends and colleagues. "this is my wife. isn't she so beautiful? shes so smart and talented too." will show you off to anywhere and everyone. he's just so in love with you. he also let's you into his studio and has a special chair for you and plenty of pillows and blankets.
seonghwa
dresses you up in the finest clothing ever. sure, if you already have your clothes that you like that arent from any big name brands, he's not gonna toss them out or anything. he's only going to add your collection. designer bags, clothes, shoes, and even glasses if you wear them. he'll deck you out in only the more coveted brands.
yunho
he will turn off any game for you at any time if you ask for his attention. he wouldn't do this for anyone else but you. you're his special princess so you take priority over his games. he also teaches you all about his hobbies and take you to all the cool pop up's and museums. if you want anything, he always makes sure to get it for you.
yeosang
takes care of you with everything! literally everything. he may be a busy idol but he makes sure you take your vitamins, do your morning and night routines, take a little bit of personal time, and everything else. if you're studying, he'll make sure you take a break. he'll run your a warm bath and make you something to eat after. he gives mother hen vibes but it's not in an annoying, naggy way. he just loves you and want's to make sure you're healthy.
san
picks you up and carries you everywhere. he's so strong and he loves showing off his strength to you. if you're siting on the couch, minding your own business, he'll throw you over his shoulder and take you up to your shared bed room. he also carries everything for you, especially shopping or grocery bags. his princess should never carry anything.
mingi
buys everything for you! mingi needs a gf that is okay with him paying for everything but he will literally lose it if you pay for him. he has the mindset that dudes should pay for everything and take care of their partners, but it's not like in a toxic way where he won't let you work or anything. he would just prefer that your money goes towards spoiling yourself (although you never need to because he spoils you so much).
wooyoung
i have two for him so hang on tight. wooyoung is such a romantic and i cannot express that enough, first of all, he drives you everywhere! he would rather get hit by a train than let you ride the said train all alone. if he can drive you, he is going to drive you. also...he lovesss taking you on 3-4 day trips around the world. he takes you to paris, tokyo, la, Shanghai....everywhere! takes care of everything too. ugh i want my own wooyoung (im so scared of driving please drive me!)
jongho
he lets you sit on his lap. even if you get shy or complain that you're too heavy. he lterally does not care. he will pull you down onto his lap and bear hug you so you can't get up or leave. he thinks you look so cute and just like a princess when you're sitting on his lap.

she’s gone
pairing: jack hughes x fem reader
summary: you wake up alone in pain, blood on the mattress
warning: mentions of miscarriage
you toss and turn through the night feeling the dull pain in the bottom of your back due to your pregnancy, 6 months in to carrying twins, a boy and girl.
you and ack had both struggled lately, jack had been really stressed due to playoffs rolling around causing him to loose sleep and stop eating slightly. but, him and luke had his parents visit with quinn, since the canucks got knocked out of playoffs.
with family visiting that meant more plans and standing to meet them which just caused your exhaustion to fly through the roof, but at least jack was sleeping again, more relaxed and eating which is all you could ask for.
you finally got some peace, jack and luke hug left for a roadie that day, so you just had ellen, jim and quinn over for some takeout, way more relaxing than what yous had been doing, since they were going home in a few days.
so here you are tossing and turning, trying to fight that pain but you give in when it moves to your lower stomach a small cramp. you move to sit up but stop, immediately stripping back the sheets and turning your lamp on to see it.
blood.
a lot of it.
stained onto your sheets.
you feel your breathing begin to pick up, as you scramble to grab your phone, quickly dialling jacks number.
“y/n baby, everything-“ he starts but you don’t even register him speaking and cut him off.
“j-jack,” you stutter and you immediate hear rustling about in the other end, jack seeming a lot more awake now.
“baby, baby, what’s going on, talk to me.” he rushes out, hearing luke groan in the background.
“i-i woke up and there was blood, a lot of it. i’m worried jack.” you get out before your voice breaks, sobs wracking your body. you hear silence on the other end before more rustling.
“ok, listen to me baby. call my mom, she’ll be over in an instance ok, she’ll help you,” he starts and you hear him wake luke up, “i’m gonna be on the first flight out ok, i’ll see you in a few hours.” he says and you nod before realising he can’t hear.
“what if they’re hurt?” you ask and you hear him take a wavering breath.
“hey baby, don’t think like that ok?” he asks, and you hear his voice break slightly, “but i’ll see you in a few hours, be brave for me ok?” he asks and you quickly reply with an ‘ok,’ sending him a small ‘i love you’ before handing up to call ellen.
he’s right, she answers after the first ring immediately awake hearing your sibs over the phone.
“y/n, honey what’s going on?” she asks and you explain the situation, feeling you’re breathing go ragged.
“ok honey, i’m gonna need you to breathe for me ok? you gotta breathe for your babies.” she says, and you hear a car door slam, meaning they’re probably on her way over.
“ok, we’re gonna be thee in no time ok? just take some breaths.” she soothes and before you know it, she’s opening the front door with the spare key you gave her, calling out your name.
“y/n honey?” she calls out before finding you in bed, still sat in the same position you woke up in, scared to move.
“oh honey.” she coos coming over to take you into her arms, sitting by your legs, rubbing circles on your bag as you cry into her shoulder, soaking her sweater. “take some deep breaths for me honey.” she says pulling away to wipe your cheeks, “i called the ambulance, so it should be here soon.” she says and you nod, sniffling.
“i-im sorry for waking you. i got scared and jack said to call.” you stutter taking a moment to try and calm your breathing.
“hey now, don’t apologise. you know that if you need anything you call yeh? we’ve seen you grow from a baby into you today. if you can’t get to your parents you call us.” jim says stern but soft to make sure you understand. he takes the seat exit to you rubbing circles on your back, as you nod.
the ambulance crew arrive shortly after, jim leading them through to you where they begin taking some vitals, using some of their gear to check your babies.
“is this your mom?” the emt asks and before you can reply, ellen speaks up.
“yes, is everything alright?” she asks and even the smallest gesture can make you nearly start crying again, your mom and dad living 1000’s miles away from you has made your pregnancy so hard but ellen has always felt like that second mom to you, jim a second dad and luke and quinn being siblings you never had.
“well, we’re struggling to hear a heartbeat for one of your twins, but the other is nice and strong. so, we’re gonna take her to the hospital so they can check her over.” the emt says, before helping you to stand.
you opt to change your shorts to some of jacks sweatpants, before they lead you down to the ambulance where they lay you down on the small bed, hooking you up to some of the machines while ellen rides with you, jim following behind in their car.
the ambulance ride is full of silence, you being left in your own thoughts as they transport you to the hospital. you seem to arrive quite quickly, before they wheel you into a small cubicle the nurse doing some checks.
they take your vitals and some bloods before they bring out the ultrasound, moving to check your babies, and by the way the nurses face falls you know exactly what’s coming.
“i’m so sorry miss y/l/n, your baby girls has lost her heartbeat. i’m sorry but you’ve experienced a miscarriage.” she says, and the world stops.
your little girl. your little girl that you and jack spent 6 months caring for, that you spent 6 months carrying and nurturing, gone. you and jack had just finished their shared nursery, two cribs. luke and quinn just bought yous gift baskets, one for a girl and one for a boy. ellen’s son jim just bought yous car seats and a stroller. two of each, now you won’t need them. you’ll only need one.
you find yourself shaking your head not believing it’s real.
“n-no, it can’t be right, it’s w-wrong,” you cry your voice breaking at the end, ellen immediately by your side, pulling you into her arms.
“i’m so sorry honey.” she whispers, her own voice wavering slightly, as she tightens her grip, holding you close.
“because your nearly into your third trimester we’re going to have to perform am emergency c-section to make sure your little boy is delivered safely, along with your little girl.” the nurse says, ellen pulling away from you.
“like now? like i won’t carry full term?” you ask, quickly wiping your cheeks in a panic.
“it’s the safest thing for your little boy and you. yous both can end up in a dangerous position if you don’t do the surgery and deliver your girl.” she says and you nod.
“ok, do it. um, when will it happen?” you ask the nurse quickly checks her ipad.
“your going to be booked in for around 1pm tomorrow, as we need to run some tests before you head in.” the nurse says sending you a small smile before leaving.
“i need to call jack.” you mumble but ellen stops you.
“he’s on a plane sweetie, he won’t be able to pick up.” she says, sitting by your legs, rubbing your knee comfortingly.
“what did i do wrong?” you ask tears welling in your eyes again, ellen taking a deep breath.
“you didn’t do anything wrong honey, unfortunately our bodies just can’t handle everything and that’s not our fault.” she says, and you look up to see her own eyes welling with tears as you nod, moving to take her hand, grounding yourself.
you get moved into a hospital room, where they give you a hospital gown to change into, ellen helping you before getting back into the bed.
jim is finally let in, and you see quinn following behind him face softening at the sight of you. he’s like your older brother so having him here really meant a lot to you.
“i’m so sorry y/n,” he says, coming straight over to give you a hug, “jacks on his way, shouldn’t be too long.” he says, pulling away giving you a small smile before leeching on the end of the bed.
“i have to get surgery, deliver our babies early.” you say voice small swing quinn’s brows raise before relaxing again, knowing he’s keeping you calm to an extent.
a couple hours pass and you see the sun start to rise at around 6am when the door swings open seeing jack stood, luke behind him, jacks hair messy dressed in baggy sweatpants and a hoodie with his eyes red, immediately tearing up when he sees you.
“jack,” you whisper before he’s over in seconds, wrapping his arms tight around you as you feel your shoulder grow slightly wet with the thin hospital gown. you feel your own tears fall as you hear the others leave, giving you some privacy.
“i’m so sorry i wasn’t there.” jack says, voice breaking as you shake your head pulling away.
“you wouldn’t have known, i was fine a few hours before it came out of nowhere.” you say your hand shakily moving to wipe his cheek before he takes it between his own bring it to his lips to press a kiss to the back of it.
“you must have been so scared,” he whispers, cradling your hand between his, perching on the edge of your bed, being as close to you as possible, “what did they say?” he asks and then you realise he doesn’t know.
“u-um, we lost the little girl.” you stutter out and seen his face drop completely before sobs wrack his body, as he drops to your chest, your arms enveloping him your own tears falling silently as yous process what’s going on.
“i have to have surgery to deliver both of them it’s the safest thing for us.” you say, gently stroking the back of his head, “but it’s gonna be ok, cause it has to be.” you say voice wavering as he pulls back, taking your cheeks in his hands.
“i promise you i’ll be here the whole time, ill never leave your side ok?” he says and you nod, afraid if you speak you’ll end up breaking down again.
you look over his face seeing the bags under his eyes, realising he probably went back to not sleeping so you bunk along the bed, patting the space beside you. he crawls in, taking you in his arms as you cuddle up to his chest knowing right here is where you two need to be right now.
“how’s little baby boy?” he asks gently stroking the back of your head with one hand the other coming to rest gently on your bump.
“happy and healthy.” you say with a small smile. the thought of being able to meet your little boy is amazing but under these circumstances your finding hard to be happy about it.
“that’s good.” he hums and before you know it the two of you are fast asleep, the presence of the other keeping yous both calm and at peace.
the next time you wake up, the others are back in the room, only quinn and luke awake while jim and ellen are asleep in the small chairs. you also realise that jack is up, sitting with you laying against his chest.
“d’you get some rest?” he asks and you nod, pulling yourself, to sit up with jacks help.
“have you got a name for your little boy?” quinn asks, bunched up next to ikr on the small sofa chair next to the bed.
“we had some ideas but couldn’t find one to fit.” jack says, fingers tracing up and down your arm.
“i wanna name one girl too.” you say, causing all eyes to fall on you, as you look between them, “she’s still our baby, i still have to deliver her.” you say jack nodding, pressing amiss to your head.
“i’d love to name her.” jack says voice small but filled with a happiness, a sad one, but nonetheless a happiness.
the nurses pop in and out taking some bloods and rubbing some tests before they’re ready to take you into the or.
jack gets given some scrubs to change into and a small hair cap so he can come in as well, while the others wait in the waiting area. they numb you with an epidural before your wheeled through, jack following and holding your hand the whole time.
they set up, with a small blue divider set across your chest to stop you from seeing the surgery. jack gets given a small stool, sitting by your head holding one of your hands the other gently stroking your hair, whispering soothing words the whole time.
you start to feel some pressure against your stomach when they start the operation, while jack keeps you talking.
“you got a name yet?” he asks, eyes locked onto yours keeping you from breaking.
“umm, i really liked eloise and maybe jaqueline as a middle name?” you ask and see his eyes tear up, as he presses his lips shut to control himself.
“that’s beautiful y/n,” he says pressing a small kiss to your forehead, “i think she’d love that.” he says and you nod unable to speak anymore.
“how about for our boy?” he asks quickly wiping his eyes before looking back down to you.
“i like brooks lucas.” you say seeing him take a deep breath.
“brooks lucas hughes, i think that’s perfect.” he whispers before leaning down to press a kiss to your lips, both of yous tasting the salty taste of your tears mixing.
“ok mom, your gonna feel quite a bit of pressure here, we’re being out your baby boy.” the surgeon calls out, you and jack looking at each other, filled with love, readiness to meet your baby boy.
after a few minutes you hear the surgeon say he’s out, looking up seeing a small smile on jacks face as he peeks over the curtain.
“here’s here y/n, you did great baby.” he says, brushing a piece of hair out of your face, eyes filled with love.
they quickly wipe him off before holding him against your chest as best as possible, seeing how small his is as a premature baby.
“he’s tiny.” you whisper, finger coming up to strike his cheek.
“he’s strong though, and beautiful. he’s gonna fight.” jack whispers back, head close to yours to see him.
“hiya brooks.” he whispers, finger gently rubbing over the small boys blanket that he’s wrapped in.
they take him away to go in the small incubator due to him being born early when they deliver your baby girl. except this time you don’t hear cries or excitement, it feels like the air got sucked out of the room.
they quickly clean her off before wrapping her up for you to see, the same as brooks.
“hiya my sweet girl.” you whisper, feeling overwhelmed with emotion, seeing her laying still no signs of life.
“she’s beautiful.” jack whispers pressing a kiss to your head, most likely to hide his tears. you take a moment with her while they begin the afterbirth and to stitch you up, before the nurse has to take her away again.
“ok, once your out of here you’ll be able to move around don’t worry about the stitching, we actually suggest to try and move around so you don’t get all achey, and you can change back into your own clothes now if you want.” the nurse smiles before removing the divider.
they finish the surgery and your wheeled back to your room, jack quickly changing into his sweats again, but this time wearing a tshirt before turning to you.
“i’ve got some spare clothes you can wear?” he asks and you nod a small smile on your face. he helps you, being super careful with your body, slipping his hoodie over your head and helping to slide on some of his sweatpants, now sitting looser than before with your deflated belly.
“ok, how we feeling?” he asks, helping you to lag back down.
“a bit better i guess.” you shrug, jack movie to sit next to you on the bed, taking you under his arm, resting across your shoulders.
“we’ll get through this, i promise. and we’ll try for as many babies as you want. i’ll never stop trying for you.” jack whispers a sad smile appearing on your face.
“i’d love that.” you whisper back letting your head rest against his shoulder.
the others file back inside, getting updated on how the surgery went and the babies names.
“he’s called brooks lucas hughes.” you smile looking to luke seeing a few tears spring to his eyes.
“that’s beautiful.” he whispers before his vice cuts out a small chuckle passing his lips. you own your arms the younger boy happily accepting your hug, being careful of your fresh stitches before giving jack a hug as well.
it’s not long before your able to go see brooks, they re connect you to the small iv line and wheel in a wheelchair for you to sit in. jack slowly pushes you through the hospital corridors while ellen walks beside you pushing your iv drip.
the nurse guides you into the nicu, where you see brooks in a small incubator. jack pushes you over to his area before helping you stand seeing your little boy breathing and healthy.
“oh honey, he’s perfect.” ellen coos from the other side, the others agreeing.
“i love you.” jack whispers so not you can hear, arms around your waist helping you stay steady, “i think we’re gonna be ok, might take a while but we’ll be ok.” he adds you nodding, turning t press a kiss to his cheek.
“i know.”

summary: you were on vacation celebrating a friends birthday while matt had to sit home slowly gaining more frustration at the horniness that overwhelmed him.
warnings: smut, pent up, language, oral, missing you, lust, a few uses of the word daddy, sex, breeding, rough, praise, soft degradation?, love bombs at the end for sure

matt’s pov-
I knew these three weeks without y/n would be a challenge, but I never expected it to be this hard.
y/n comes back today, and I am so excited excited to say the least.
i haven’t cum in 3 weeks.. and not all of that was by choice.
I’ve tried to touch myself on multiple occasions, but I just could never finish. It didn’t feel right.
i needed y/n. as bad as ever
but she comes back today and all of that is over.
y/n’s pov-
I grabbed my bags out of my friends car and waved goodbye as I walk up the driveway of my house.
i’m so excited to see matt. of course we video chatted a few times these past few weeks, but nothing is like seeing him in person. I miss him so much.
“matt?” i call out as i enter our home
he comes sprinting down the hallway
“BABY!!” he shouts as he gives me a million kisses and a tight hug.
“i missed you so so so so much” he says in between kisses
“okay okay” i say while laughing and pushing him off me
“i missed you too baby but i need to settle in first” i continue
“you can settle in later princess, i need you now!” he exclaims as he grabs me and tosses me over my shoulder
“matt!! what are you doing!” i say while kicking my feet trying to get him to let me go
he walks me to the bedroom and tosses me on the bed.
“you think you could leave me here alone for three weeks without any repercussions?” he states
i stay silent as i try to maintain eye contact with him as he hovers over me on the bed.
“do you know how hard it’s been not having you here at complete access?” he continues
i maintain my quietness, slowly getting turned on by his demand and neediness for me.
“when I said I missed you, I wasnu’t joking. I miss everything about you. how you look, how you smell, how you feel, how you taste.” he says slowly as he undoes my pants
“i needed you so badly.. and now I’m going to have you just the way i want you, is that okay princess?” he asks me, yet it doesn’t seem like much of an option
i slowly nod my head
“good. now get up” he demands
i sit up at the edge of the bed
“take off my pants.” he furthers
i slide him out his pants and slowly start kissing and rubbing his bulge throw his boxers.
“awe you’re such a smart puppy aren’t you? know exactly what daddy wants huh” he says in a condescending tone
he pushes my head back and lets out his cock.
his dick looked so swollen and neglected, it was already throbbing and leaking precum from only my previous teasing. i had to do something about this
I grabbed the shaft and slowly put my tongue on the tip, teasing the head.
matt threw his head back in a sigh of relief at the sensation that my mouth had only just started giving him.
I keep circling my tongue around the tip and jerking off the shaft until a dominant matthew grabs my head and pushes his cock inside my mouth
in one swift motion, I can feel his throbbing cock buried in my throat. pulsating as he pulls back and thrusts deeper each time with more lust.
I can’t help the tears that starts to flow out my eyes as I find it hard to breathe, but the only thing that kept me going, was knowing the satisfaction that matthew was having.
“fuck y/n fuck fuck fuck” he says as he keeps a steady pace
thrust after thrust after thrust, matt is relentless.
“im gonna cum baby.” he states before picking up the speed
soon after, i feel lines of thick liquid, spilling down my throat as matt releases his grip from my head and pulls his cock back.
I let out a few coughs and exasperated gasps as I try to catch my breath.
matt bends down to me, “are you okay baby?” he says with his voice laced in concern.
i chuckle at the code switch, “i just hope you planning of fucking me as as good as you just fucked my throat”
he smiles, “get on your stomach and arch your back now.” he demands
i climb on the bed and do what he says.
he slides my panties off, “look at this pretty wet pussy baby? you’re so fucking wet and beautiful”
he slaps my ass.
“is this what i’ve been missing out on these past few weeks? fuck” he furthers
bending down, matt sticks his tongue out and starts licking my pussy up and down all the way to my ass crack.
“and you taste even better than i remember.”
he starts eating at my clit while fingering me from the back.
I can’t help the noises that escape my lips I had it felt sensation in three weeks and the lust was only making him feel better.
“you sound so pretty baby, keep moaning for me just like that.” matt says before stopping this stimulation
“i need to fuck you right now before i cum again.”
he positions his cock with my hole before slowly sliding it.
I gasp at the feeling of his long cock sliding inside of me
He didn’t give me too long to adjust to his size before he starts the thrusting and deepening inside of me.
“fuck matt- omg” i say in between breaths, as the sounds of our body parts slapping together echos the room.
“mhm baby how does that feel?” he asks knowing the answer
“you feel so f- fucking good sir. s- so big and deep” i try to make a sentence while being a whimpering mess
“you missed this cock didn’t you?”
“yess daddy. of cour- course i did” i reply
calling him daddy must of set off a switch inside of him because boy did he start speeding up
i couldn’t even speak anymore. i was just making whiny moans and sounds that probably could be heard throughout the whole house.
“fu- fuck daddy please please pl- please keep going. i’m g- gonna cum.”
“cum at the same time as me baby” he says while pushing my head down into the bed and slamming his cock into me even deeper and faster as he chases his high once more.
he starts circling my clit with the hand that wasn’t holding me down into the bed and that’s when i lost every thought i had in the moment.
my orgasm comes tumbling out along with a familiar sensation of pee
“you just fucking squirted on my dick baby. you’re so fucking hot.” he says while slowing down his thrusts, trying to ride out both our highs
he lets go of my head and pulls out of me to idealize his work.
i topple over and squeeze my body to let his cum fall out of me.
he goes in the bathroom to get a wet cloth to clean us up. then comes to join me in bed
“fuck i genuinely missed you so much baby” he says kissing my forehead as he smuggles me into his chest
“don’t ever leave me alone for that long again”
i chuckle still trying to catch my breath & recover from the scene that just happened a minute ago
“i love you, sweetheart” he says as he starts playing with my hair
“i love you more bubs” i respond before closing my eyes in the comfort of his chest

❛LITTLE PINK BOOK❜ ( p. jongsong )
p. schoolmate!jay x fem!reader w. 2.7k
warnings? — 𖦹 ( jay finding your book, your little secret pink book ) !
authors note. first full fic in a minute finally back after week, also thank you for 14k , i appreciate it🫶🏾 🤙🏾🤍
You were the spitting image of girl next door — your dad a business man; your mother a stay at home wife, your family went to church every single sunday, greeted all the older church ladies, smiling when the pinched your cheeks, telling you you’d make a honest wife.
You upheld the same image; getting good grades, having no friends — you kept to yourself , never getting in trouble; boring goody-two shoes if you’d asked other students in your class. So when you dropped your little pink book in front of park jongsong— not noticing as you kept walking, he wasn’t even gonna bother picking it up, but he decided to do something good and return it. “hey!” you didn’t hear him, continuing on down the hall.
he hadn’t seen you for the rest of the day, so he ended up taking the book home with him, tossing it on the table, it opened wide. He didn’t expect to find anything, but he was still curious— what did a girl like you; a little church mouse write about?
Sitting on the edge of the desk, opening the book; reading off a random page — he was so shocked by the contents that he had to read the name over, making sure it was actually yours, he flipped through the pages in awe. Pages upon pages of straight porn is what jay would call it — your every dirty fantasy written down, things you did to yourself, things you want to do to other people, it was a lot — even a confession of the lost of the virginity; god he wished it was him who was the to defile you first.
“fuck.” He curse, getting hard at the words, it was so dirty — then he turned the page, and the first thing he saw just made him harder, his name, he adjusted himself , but it didn’t help as he read the page — ‘I do anything he asked me to’. You were saying that about him , you wrote about what you wanted him to do.
His hands traveled down to his pants, just has his door opened — he quickly tossed the book leaning over to cover up his hard on, his mother walking in; just in time. “you’re home?” he nodded , trying to catch his breath. “yes.”
“why do you look so nice?” he questioned. “get dressed for dinner, we’re meeting your dads new business partner for dinner at their home.” He sighed, he hated these things. “really? do I have to come?” his mom nodded. “yes you do, the y/ln’s are good people, we need to get in their good graces.” He froze at the last name. “y/ln?”
“yeah.” His mom hummed. “they have a daughter, sweet girl she does to your school, do you know her?” he shrugged, trying to keep his cool; yeah he knew you — well he thought he did. “big school probably passed her a couple times.” He said. “well she’s gonna be there tonight so dress nice.” He nodded, she walked out , closing the door leaving him alone.
He picked the book up, sitting it down on the table — finding a outfit for the night. “jay be quick we leave 5!” his mom yelled from the steps. “okay!” he stuffed the book in his pocket with a smirk on his face. “you look nice baby.” He thanked his mom. “be on your best behavior son, your father needs this deal.” He couldn’t promise anything, he definitely had other things in mind. “I promise.”
You sat on your bed, going through your homework; your door opening making you look up. “you wearing that?” your mother said, making you look down at your outfit. “well it’s just dinner with daddy’s co worker.” you said, your mother nodding opting to not fight with you. “I guess so, did you finish your homework? They should be here soon?”
“yes, im just finishing up now.” You said. “good, I’ll call you when you they get here.” She left you, closing the door. You began to put your stuff in your bag — noticing something; your little pink book, it was missing. “oh no.” you said, searching through your bag, dumping everything out — gone, it was gone. “shit.” You couldn’t even remember where you last saw it, you always kept it tight with you.
You began pacing, if anyone found out what you wrote in that book you’d be in trouble — who could even have it? Did anyone have is? If so who? All these thoughts raced through your mind, just as your mother called out for you. “dinner!” you sighed, smoothing out your skirt, you couldn’t let your parents see you shaken up, blowing out a breathe before leaving out your room.
You made your way down the steps — your mother and waiting at the bottom. “there she is, come here baby.” Your mom pulled you to her side, kissing your forehead. “mom.” You whined, the couple in front of you laughing. “these are the parks.” You held your hand out shaking both of them. “nice to meet you.”
“nice to meet you as well young lady.” The older man said. “such a pretty daughter, much prettier than you described her.” You smiled, nodding your head. “thank you ma’am.” She smiled. “our son jay is in the car, getting the gift he’ll be in soon.”
Jay? As in park jongsong? You knew him all too well, he was the subject of just about everything recently you wrote about in your journal — if he was the one to find it, you’d die.
“ah! There he is.” Mr.park called for the boy as he walked in the room, holding the bottle of wine. “sorry it took so long.” He bowed to your parents, his eyes honing in on you. “I do know you.” Your breath caught in your throat, how did he know you? He hardly paid attention to anybody else but his friends. “h-how?”
“you’re in my history class, you sit in the back quite as little mouse.” He smiled, you didn’t even notice the look in his eyes — full of hunger. “head always in a book.” Your mom slapped your arm. “I told you about that.” You hissed. “im sorry.”
“lets take a seat.” Your father guided everyone to the eating area; jay took a seat across from you— you can feel his eyes on you. You looked up, eyes locking on you— did he know? You squinted your eyes in confusion and he smiled, before turning to your father. “may i use the restroom?”
“sure son, yn could you show him?” you looked up from the empty plate. “m-me?” you said. “yes you.” You dad laughed along with the parks. “oh ye-yeah sure.” You stood up, jay mimicking you. “fo-follow me.” You walked up the steps, he followed behind you, book in his pocket — like a predator stalking his prey.
You walked to the end of the hall where the bathroom was, pushing the door open. “here you go.” You went to walk away, until he spoke up. “you really don’t know who I am?” you stopped , heart racing. “we-well we do go to the same school.” You said. “that’s it?” he said, reaching in his pocket — revealing the pink book, your heart dropping. “really?”
“h-how do you have that?” you stuttered. “oh this, you dropped it.” He said. “see I was gonna leave it, then i decided to give it back.” He said, stepping closer to you, making you take a step back. “but you didn’t answer, so I took it home — and then I got a little curious.” He said; so he did read it. “for such a cute and innocent face, you surely write about a lot of dirty thing in this notebook.”
He was now pressing you against the wall. “I also no, daddys little girl has been lying about being a virgin, seems like somebody already popped that little cherry of yours.” He smirked. “jay— princess and the things you said about me, damn.” He dry laughed. “for someone who’s never said a word to me, you surely want me to do a lot of things to you.” His hand came up to your face, caressing it. “what was it?” he teased. “let me do whatever I want to you.”
He was pressing against you, you could feel his hard on your stomach. “seems like our little church mouse is hiding many secrets.” You couldn’t get a word out, but the way his hands traveled down your body, his hand burning your exposed skin made your body tingle. “we-we have to go back down stairs.”
He smiled, stepping to the side, letting you walk past. “yeah we do, don’t want daddy to think im doing anything to his precious little girl right.?” You tried to gather yourself, panties sticking uncomfortable to your cunt as— he walked past you, whispering in your ear. “this isn’t over baby.”
You made it back to your seat before jay did, sitting down. “he’ll be down soon.” You sat down, your mom finally bringing the food from the kitchen — jay finally returning, sitting down in his seat, his eyes on you, you looked down at your plate, secretly fanning your warm face.
He didn’t make dinner easier either , using his foot to toy with you, starring at you so intensely that you would stumble over your words every time his parents would ask you a question.
“dinner was lovely, Mrs. yln.” Jay said. “thank you jay such a sweet boy.” If only she knew the thoughts he was having about her sweet daughter. “it was lovely dear, but I believe there is business to disgust.” Your dad said. “mr.park?” your dad stood. “my office?”
“Mrs. park while the men discuss business would you like some wine?” your mother asked. “sure why not, you kids can go play amongst yourselves right.” Jay laughed. “we aren’t 5.” His mom glared at him. “but im sure we can find something to do.” He turned to you, you could see his eyes full of lust. “right?”
They dismissed you both, sending you both upstairs, putting enough trust in both of you— they were wrong; the moment the door closed to your bedroom, he was grabbing your arm, pulling you close to him, pressing his forehead against yours. “j-jay.”
“so pretty.” He whispered, holding his hands in your hand. “what do you want?” your mind went blank. “an-anything.” You whimpered. “yeah, let me do whatever I want?” his other hand coming up to his collar, undoing the tie. “yes, please ” He could see the look in your blown out eyes— you wanted this just as bad as he did. “okay little mouse.”
Taking the tie — you looked so confused. “give me your hands.” you held your hand out. “I believe this was in that little fuck book of yours.” Your ears were hot from embarrassment. “what was it? Ah I believe it said you wanted me to tie your hands behind your back and have my way with you.” He smirked, turned you around, tying your hands. “what else did you write?”
“yo-you read it didn’t you?” you whimpered, just wanting him to touch you. “yeah, but I want to hear you say it.” He said. “so, tell me baby, what did you write.” He pressed his cock against your ass. You whimpered, he left little kisses down your neck. “i-i sa-said i wanted you to fuck my face.” He smirked. “yeah you did.”
“get on your knees.” He commanded, you compiled immediately. “oh baby , it's like you’re used to this.” He tease. “almost like you’ve done this before.” Truth be told, you haven’t — you weren’t a virgin anymore, losing your virginity to you secret boyfriend months prior, but that’s it.
“i-i haven’t.” hearing that made his cock twitch. “so you were writing all those dirty things without having done any of them.” He laughed furthering your embarrassment. “don’t worry, baby I got you.” He undid his belt, letting his pants fall to his ankles, along with his underwear, his cock slapping against his stomach, it was much bigger than the ones you seen, wanting to touch but you couldn’t due to the restrictions. “give it a kiss pretty girl.”
He hissed as he felt the shortness of your lips. “fuck, now open up.” You slowly opened your mouth, letting him slide his cock into your wet cavern. “fuck, there we go.” He sighed, slowly pushing himself inside. “just be a good girl and let me fuck your mouth.”
He started off slow, just to ease you into it — speeding up his movements gradually, his tip kissing the back of your throat. “fuck your little throat is sucking me like crazy.” You began to gag around him, unable to grab his thighs, he grabbed your head to steady you. “go-gonna fuck your face.”
Using your throat, throwing his head back. “fuck , gonna cum.” groaned, pushing himself fully down your throat, groaning in pleasure as he came, filling your throat with his warm seed. “oh fuck.” He let your hair go , releasing your head — you coughed, lips swollen and wet. “so nasty.” He tapped his cock on your lips. “looked so fuck out just from sucking cock.”
Thing’s escalated from there, he pulled you up. “what else was is?” you felt him reach under your skirt. “what else did you want me to baby?” your voice was sore, legs wobbly as he pushed you on to the bed, arms still behind your back. “i-i wanted you to fuck me.”
“good girl.” he maneuvered your body into his desired position, your ass up in the air — pulling your panties down, the air hitting your cunt, you whined. “look how wet you are.” He tease your cunt with his fingers. “such a slutty pussy baby, little church mouse wants me to use her.” He slapped your ass, you yelped. “be quite unless you want mommy and daddy to hear how much of a slut you are.”
You felt him shuffling behind you, wiggling your hips. “stay still.” You felt another slap on your ass, you bit down on your plushie, moaning as you felt the warmth of his cock. “daddy would be so disappointed.” He slapped his cock on your cunt, teasing the tip of his cock into your hole. “seeing his daughter tied up — fuck!” he groaned as he fully seethed himself inside you. “j-jay.”
He was much thicker than the guy before, filling you up; moving his hips. “fuck this cunt is so fucking tight.” He squeezed your ass. “fuck!” you squealed, “jay please.” He began to move faster, grabbing your arms as he fucked into you, your shoulders were going to hurt in the morning, but you couldn’t care less with the way he was fucking you. “I should’ve known this innocent church girl was disguise.” He groaned. “that you really were a slut.”
He lifted you up by your wrist, roughly fucking into faster. “something else I read in that book.” He moaned. “you want me to make you squirt.” He cursed, his hand coming around to your clit, rubbing it. “if that’s what you want, then I want you to squirt for me.” He slapped at your cunt. “cum for me.” He whispered into your ear, your eyes rolled to the back of the head, as you came, he released your arms, letting you face plant into your pillows as he continued to plow into you.
“fuck, fuck im gonna cum, where do you want it?” he groaned. “i-inside.” Your voice muffled in the pillow. “please.” He grunted, thrusting a few more times, feeling the warmth of his cum filling you up. “fuck.” He stopped moving, his cock twitching.
He finally undid his tie from your hands, gently laying your lower body down. “good girl.” He said softly. “let’s get you cleaned up yeah?”
“jay!” you heard his mom yelling down the steps. “time to go.” He pulled the covers over your body , still holding the book in his hands. “gonna keep this pretty girl.” He smirked. “got a lot of reading to do.” He said , walking out, forgetting his tie — knowing you’d have to walk up and give it back to him, he could see your shy red face as you approach him, nervously giving him the tie back, almost made him horny again. he was determined to do everything you wanted him to do in the book.
He was gonna turn you into his perfect little slut.

Can't help it...
Part 9
inumaki x f!reader
pairing: inumaki x f!reader
summary: Transferring to a new school is tough, but having your three best friends there makes it easier. Things get even more interesting when you start falling for the mysterious boy who rides his motorcycle to school every day. What will happen next?
genre/warnings: [18+] Characters are aged up. Story contains cursing, new friends, alcohol, college!au, no curse!au, dark humour, SMAU and written parts, fluff, smut.
Inumaki's POV:
I’ve been staring at the ceiling for what feels like hours now, and I don’t understand why I can’t sleep. I mean, I’ve always had issues with sleeping—insomnia’s been my constant companion for as long as I can remember—but I thought it was getting better. This past week, for the first time in years, I actually slept well. It was odd, sure, but I wasn’t complaining.
But tonight? Tonight, it’s back to the old ways.
Back to no sleep.
I sighed, running a hand through my hair as I glanced over at the clock.
4 a.m.
Great.
Should I even bother going to school later? Maybe I should just skip. But then… I wouldn’t see y/n.
Fuck.
The thought of not seeing her tomorrow... or today, technically... made my chest tighten in a way I didn’t want to think too much about. I let out another frustrated sigh and turned my head to look at my phone on the nightstand. For a moment, I just stared at it, my mind running through all the reasons why texting her at this hour would be a terrible idea.
She’s probably asleep. You’ll wake her up. She’ll think you’re being annoying. Just leave her alone.
But then again… what if she’s awake too? What if she’s thinking about me the way I’m thinking about her right now?
Before I could overthink it anymore, I grabbed my phone, my thumb hesitating over the keyboard. I typed out a message and stared at it for a second, debating whether or not to hit send.
This is stupid. She’s not awake. You’ll look like an idiot.
But my thumb pressed send before I could talk myself out of it.
Hey… you up?
I tossed my phone on the bed beside me and ran a hand over my face, already regretting it. But now all I could do was wait.
Honestly, I was kind of hoping she would respond. It’s not like I can sleep, so maybe talking to her would help. But at the same time… I kind of hope she doesn’t even see my message. Because… what if I’m being too much?
What if she sees it, rolls her eyes, and thinks I’m just some guy who can’t get a grip? Someone who’s bothering her at 4 a.m. for no reason?
I sighed, staring at the faint glow of my phone screen as it sat on the bed next to me. What was I expecting? That she’d magically be awake, texting back right away? And if she did… what would I even say?
Hey, I can’t stop thinking about you?
Yeah, right. That would go over well.
I shook my head, feeling the frustration bubble up in my chest. Why was she in my head so much? Why couldn’t I just… let it go? Ignore it? Pretend I wasn’t thinking about the way she looked at me earlier, or the way her voice shook just a little when she was mad?
I groaned softly, rolling over onto my side and staring at the phone again. One minute passed. Then another. The screen stayed dark, and the silence stretched on. Maybe this was for the best. Maybe it was better if she didn’t answer.
Because if she did… I wasn’t sure what I’d say next. Or worse, what I’d admit.
But then, to my surprise, my phone buzzed.
I blinked, staring at it for a moment as if I’d imagined the notification. The screen lit up, her name glowing back at me. My heart skipped a beat, and I hesitated before picking it up, as if seeing her response would somehow make this real.

Could you maybe do jason grace x jealous fem!reader? We know that Jason is canonically VERY attractive. He's legit all American boy fr, so obv he'd have so many ppl crushing on him in camp. So reader thinks she's not pretty enough for him or something and jason finds out abt it, and reassures her that's she's perfect :( ahh just some fluffiness maybe?
*ੈ✎ golden boy, can i be your golden girl?
content: jason grace x reader; oneshot
╰┈▸ back cover: part I | part II
warnings: bit of angst BUT it ends in fluff dw
librarian's annotations: IM SO SORRY ANON mitski started playing and i forgot u said "just some fluffiness" 😔😔

sometimes, you could hardly believe that you were dating the jason grace. "the jason grace," as if he was some world-famous football player, which he'll probably turn out to be. every single student knew his name like it was stamped into their brain as soon as they started attending this school. it made you both proud and uneasy, especially when more popular, pretty girls went up to him. you didn't doubt his loyalty, of course, but you often felt that he could have done so much better. any girl would gladly date him as soon as he requested. but he chose a no-name like you, instead. you couldn't count the amount of times your own classmates said "who?" when jason mentioned you.
it wasn't fair, you knew. you could tell he very obviously loved you by the way he handled you with such gentleness it made your heart hurt. his air alone seemed to shine like the sun, illuminating you and everyone around him. but akin to the sun, it hurt to look at him for too long.
and yet, you couldn’t bear to leave his side and offer a better, more suitable partner for him— for you were too selfish. he was all you ever wanted, was it so wrong to hold onto that dream for a few moments more?
(yes, it was)
"you'll be at my next game, right?" jason pressed a kiss to your temple as he cradled you in his arms, your back to his chest. "you're my good luck charm after all."
it was stupid. so stupid, because you knew he wanted you there— he just asked you at that. but it didn't stop the churning in your stomach about how you felt that you didn't belong on the bleachers.
"yeah. i'll be there for sure." you smiled. troubling jason would hurt you more than keeping your thoughts to yourself. you wouldn't let his sunshine dim if you could help it. and that, you could.
your heart was too heavy for you to fall asleep. it weighed you down, filling your lungs so you couldn't breathe. your rampant tossing and turning led you to the moon, shining timidly behind the curtain. you reached out to part it to the side, the moon sneaking into your room and drowning your sheets in a soft glow. it tickled your skin and did away with the uneasiness in your heart, scaring it away into tomorrow. rest easy, now.
but the moon was gone with the night, the sun in its place as it tugged at your heartstrings to wake you up. it's brightness was warm yet harsh, urging you to get ready and see your own golden boy. you heaved a sigh and obeyed, swinging your feet off the side of your bed and getting up. as you picked out your clothes, you caught sight of yourself in the mirror and paused. was this really what he wants? it was hard to believe. you didn't have to look close to see the imperfections etched on your face, your body. put next to jason, it'd only make you seem worse.
"y/n!" jason scooped you into a hug, already dressed in his gear, save for his helmet. the sun does have its quirks after all. his touch burned the most of your thoughts away, leaving only amusement behind.
"you're squeezing too tight!" you croaked out through a fit of giggles only he could make.
he loosened almost immediately, pulling away to look at you with a bright smile, the tips of his ears turning red in embarrassment. "sorry."
you only grinned and pulled him down for a quick good-luck kiss. "play hard, sunshine."
jason's nose wrinkled at the nickname. "sunshine?" he laughed. "whatever you say, beautiful."
his coach blew the whistle for the team to gather 'round, jason waving goodbye before you could answer. beautiful? how was it that he always knew the right thing to say at the right time?
you made your way to the bleachers, sitting near the front where the team's close friends (girlfriends) and family sat. the tendrils of your mind crept up your back once again as you sat near the edge. you couldn't help but feel out of place— many of them were already talking with each other, having been together for the previous years. whenever they'd lean in to giggle at something, you couldn't help but think that they were talking about you. was it because you did your makeup bad today? was your outfit wrinkled? did the wind mess up your hair? the feeling in your gut returned, more persistent than last time.
you forced a bright smile as jason ran up to you once again, a triumphant grin splitting his face. "i won for you!" as he always did. you were happy, truly, and you hoped it showed instead of the emotions you just couldn't seem to get rid of.
"i saw! you did so good, jason!"
okay... something was definitely up. usually, you'd give him a kiss as soon as he came here— where was his kiss? and why didn't your sweet smile reach your eyes? but he knew you wouldn't tell him, especially not with this many people around.
"all for you," he repeated softly, his arm wrapping around your waist as he led you out of the field. "can you come over? i feel i'm in need of your therapeutic cuddles." he looked at you out of the corner of his eye, knowing the only way him to get you in a place he was able to comfort you was by making it seem as if he needed it. because for some reason, helping came so easily to you for the sake of anyone but yourself.
"..alright." you agreed after a brief pause. "is something wrong? or are you just tired?"
ever the angel, your immediate concern was heartwarming. jason gave you a reassuring smile. "just tired."
you came out of his bathroom, changed into one of his shirts. it smelled like him, touched with sunburnt kisses. he was already in bed, half of the blanket folded open for you to slip in.
and that you did, curling up beside him as his arms wrapped you up like a gift. he buried his face into your neck, breathing deeply before he whispered, "you wanna tell me what's going on?"
you froze. how did he know? were you that obvious? you should’ve hid it better! it’s not even a big deal, he shouldn’t have to-
“you know i love you, right?” jason spoke up, interrupting your thoughts. he said it so earnestly there was no other answer but yes. so, you nodded against him.
“only you. did you know you’re my first real girlfriend?” he pulled away, a soft light dancing in his eyes.
“really?” it was a hard thing to believe. with all the girls throwing themselves at him, it would be odd for him to not like any of them. “but, you’re so.. you. you’re kind and smart and talented.. tall and handsome too..”
“well.. i wouldn’t say that…” he chuckled nervously, not expecting to be hit with the side barrage of compliments. “but look at you— you’re smart and sweet, thoughtful and considerate..” he trailed off, his hand reaching up to cup your cheek. “and so, so, beautiful.” before you had a chance to doubt yourself, he leaned in and kissed your cheek, before moving his hand and doing the same with the other. soft lips moved to the tip of your nose, then up to your forehead, ending with one to your lips.
“the prettiest girl i’ve ever seen.” he looked at you with such fondness, all your thoughts disappeared, whisked away into the air.
you met his eyes, a smile starting to show. oh, how he missed it.

fifties baby doll dress for my ‘i do’
you gently wipe the kitchen side, cleaning off the strawberry juice from when you cut strawberries a few minutes before. the fresh strawberries sit in halves in the baby pink heart shaped bowl. you picked it out when you first moved in after asking abby how she wanted to decorate the apartment, to which she replied “anything you want baby”.
you tossed the dirty cloth into the washing machine and close the door before looking at the time on the oven: 17:08. abby would be home any minute now and you were stood perfectly in the kitchen in her favourite nightdress of yours, loose fitting and white, ready to surprise her. you knew how much she loved when you waited for her.
you waited there for a second, looking around the kitchen you had cleaned a few hours before, feeling proud of yourself. you knew abby would be so proud of you too.
the door opened, abbys back to you as she walked in. “hi baby” you said softly, your voice sweet and gentle.
you saw abby stumble a little bit, caught up in her own world, before she turned and smiled at you, quickly rushing through the door before dropping her bag and hugging you.
you laughed at her sudden reaction, hugging her back before feeling her start laying soft kisses on your neck.
“oh how ive missed you” abby sighed, her mouth so close to your ear. she moved down and began to squeeze your waist with her large hands, her fingers deliberate, pushing down into your plush skin.
your breathing began to quicken, your mind forgetting the strawberries and only thinking of abbys hands, her lips, her voice, all driving you crazy.
“i-“ you stutter “i missed you too” you say, finally registering what she had said, your hands unconsciously squeezing her big biceps. you feel her lips move, the front of her teeth grazing your neck as she laughs in reply.
she pulls back to look at you for a second before kissing you again on the mouth, her lips rougher now and more sure. you feel electricity course down your body, her mouth impatient against yours.
“baby” she grunts, as soft as her deep voice can be. her voice is a bird calling in your ear, luring you in, willing you to do whatever she wants. you moan at the thought alone. you know abby, how desperate and needy she gets when shes like this.
“lets go to the bedroom baby” she lulls, pulling back to smile at you, her happiness genuine even through her growing haze of lust. you grab her pinky and follow her into the bedroom.
she pushes the door open with her other hand. your hand slides away from her pinky, confidence leading you to lie on the bed. she watches your movements like an artist looking at their muse, the same smile never leaving her face.
you lay down on your back, leaning on both your elbows with your head leaning on the pink frill pillow. you cross your legs shyly, your babydoll night dress hiking up your thighs. you watch her eyes follow the fabric.
“youre so beautiful” abby says, her eyes dark even with the room lit by the afternoon autumn sun. shes never shy of being truthful around you. her vulnerability only makes you love her more. you giggle in response before she walks over to the side of the bed, putting her large hand on your chin, her thumb sliding in through your lips.
you feel your thighs clench at her change in demeanour, opening your lips further to suck on her thumb. she smiles again at this before pulling away and reaching behind her head to take off her shirt. you look up at her submissively, trying hard to ignore her strong exposed chest, knowing your obedience turns her on. you stay still, keeping your eyes on hers as she unbuttons her trousers.
“i love you so much baby, im gonna treat you so well” she says, her voice soft. she pulls the zip down slowly, looking into you eyes the whole time. she grabs your chin with her hand and pulls your face up towards hers to kiss you.
her hand leaves your face as she shimmies out of her trousers, her lips still on yours the whole time. you feel her lips bump up as she steps out of her trousers before she quickly replaces her hand on your chin roughly, now bending down to your level.
kissing you the entire time, she puts her free hand over your body and onto the bed, moving slowly and surely like a prey to its predator. she lifts her leg up over your body and places herself on top of you. she pulls away from the kiss and you look down at her naked body, glad she hates the feeling of wearing a bra.
the sun has lowered outside, the room significantly darker now, her body over yours soaking up the last of the afternoon sunlight. she pulls away from the kiss and looks into your eyes for a second before moving her hand from your chin to brush up your thigh.
her fingers tickle your thigh as she lightly brushes the soft, short hair on your skin. she lifts up your night dress, reaching further and further up. you feel your breath hitch as she grabs your hip roughly.
“no underwear today” abby says with a proud smirk on her face. you blush in response before shushing her by reaching and kissing her. she kisses you back sweetly and gently, kneading the soft skin of your hip, her hand calloused and rough from the endless hours she spends at the gym.
she suddenly pulls back, her strong arms quickly diving under your back to pull you up with her. she sits you up on the bed, your ass bare on the soft cotton fabric of the fitted sheet.
she reaches both hands to pull your dress over your head. you comply and lift your arms up, allowing her to pull it completely off you.
she throws the dress down over the side of the bed, landing on her trousers and boxers, before sitting back to look at your body for a second.
“so goddamn beautiful” she says softly, a smile plastered on her face.
you smile in response, a silent thank you even though youve heard her say it millions of times. it still means as much to you as when she first said it all those years ago.
she goes in to kiss you again, pushing you back down with her body weight.
you feel your body relax, her lips a comfort on yours, feeling covered and protected by her strong body over yours. you feel her muscles flex as she positions herself over you, her soft pubic hair brushing your thigh.
your breathing is fast and hot, anticipation building up inside of you as her hand traces down the side of your body.
she abandons your lips and moves to your chest, kissing down your cleavage before moving her head to kiss both your breasts. you watch as she closes her eyes and buries her face inbetween your small breasts, pushing them to her cheeks with her big hands, breathing in deeply, her body relaxing against yours.
you smile at this, how did you ever get so lucky?
she pulls her head down and kisses a line down your stomach, kissing all the way down to your pubic hair. she pulls back to look at you, her eyes gazing over your body, awe and adoration whispering through her eyes, penetrating every inch of your being.
your body heats up at this, moving yourself to get more comfortable and spread your legs wider.
she watches your movement, her eyes pinned to where she most wants to be.
she quickly kisses your lips again, unable to resist, pulling her hand down to spread you apart.
your head falls back on to the soft pillow, looking up at the ceiling before squeezing your eyes shut as you feel her finger swipe over your clit. you arch against her finger, desperate for more.
you mewl softly as she pushes harder with her finger, rubbing a repetitive line over your clit. you hear her heavy breathing as you open your eyes again and lift your head up to look at her.
shes staring right into your eyes, her pupils blown, the room significantly darker than before. you blink and shes on your body again, her hand pulled away from your clit to hold herself over you.
she kisses you again, feverishly and rough, before reaching her hand down again between the two of you to continue touching you.
her hand finds your place easily, parting your pubic hair to begin again at your clit, swollen and sensitive from before.
you feel as she positions her clit over the back of her finger thats on you, your breathing both growing heavier.
you begin to moan into her mouth, feeling so much all at once. she pulls away, inches away from your face. you open your eyes from the kiss to watch her face twisted in ecstasy, her breathing hot on your cheek, her loud groans reverberating through the room. as she speeds up her finger you let out a long moan, her eyes opening to stare at the pleasure on your face.
you can tell shes close when her hips start grinding to match her hand, her hand speeding up drastically, her eyebrows furrowed and mouth agape. her moaning gets higher pitched and you know shes close. she cums seconds before you, moaning your name, her hand now going at an inhuman speed, sending you over the edge. you cum with a shout of her name, arching your back like a cat against her body.
both your breathing starts to slow and you gently lower your back down onto the bed again as she steadily removes her hand from between your sweaty bodies, visibly wet at the palm with your cum. she licks a stripe up the middle of her hand, smiling daringly, before falling on her side and pulling you down with her.
“you did so good baby” she whispers after coming down from her orgasm. she reaches down and kisses you, her strong arms wrapping around you. you feel safe in her arms, wishing you could stay here forever.
“i love you so much abby” you pull back to whisper before kissing her again, smiling against her mouth.
“i love you too baby” she replies in between kisses, before quickly burying her face in your neck, smiling mischievously. you giggle as her tongue attacks your neck and tickles you. youve never been so happy.

im actually pulling out my hair because of the abby & ellie being sisters fanfic, I NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS???
abby has you wrapped around her finger.
you had sneaked into the living room a few hours before sunrise, luckily ellie and dina were both fast asleep still. you felt exhausted, but trying to sleep seemed impossible. instead, you tossed and turned on your side of the couch until you could hear the morning birds outside the big living room window.
ellie woke up before dina did. you could see the way she carefully slipped out of dina's arms before sitting up, stretching her arms before letting out a yawn. when she saw that you were awake, she blushed for a second, realising that you must have seen the way she was cuddled up to your dear friend on the couch.
the blush disappeared quickly though when ellie took a look at you and muttered "well, you look like shit." scoffing at her bluntness, typically ellie, you decided to keep quiet. because what could you say? sorry, haven't slept 'cause your sister kept me occupied half the night and then i couldn't stop thinking about her for the other half.
you'd rather not get attacked with a pillow this early in the morning. or even worse, have ellie stomp over to abby's room and create some kind of scene.
you would not want to be in the same house as her when she sees the bruises on abby's neck.
it doesn't take too long for dina to wake up as well, and before she can drop a comment similar to ellie, you quickly say "had trouble sleeping" while waving your hand dismissively. the way dina gives you a knowing smile takes you by surprise, but there's no time to question it as ellie is already heading towards the kitchen.
following her, you're filled with memories of the previous night. meeting abby in the kitchen felt like an answer to your prayer. it seemed to be impossible to get her to yourself, without the interference of ellie, without making it too obvious you were trying to get her alone.
her confident attitude made you weak in the knees, and when the word "good" had slipped past her lips you were sure you'd be melting into a puddle on the floor any minute.
maybe you should have been more embarrassed at how easy it was for abby to make you putty in her arms, but it's difficult to feel embarrassed when all you can think about is how good she made you feel last night. it's really hard to feel embarrassed when all you can think about is how she took you to her bedroom.
when you sit down to eat breakfast with the girls, you're completely zoned out. ellie doesn't pay you any mind however, busy rambling on to dina about the latest issue of that science magazine she's always reading.
sipping on the glass of juice in silence, it's almost as if you're back in abby's room again. you can almost feel her hand around your wrist again as you reminisce how she pulled you towards her bedroom door.
"what?" abby's soft voice had pulled you out of your thoughts. "nothing, i just- it's exactly like i expected it to be." giving her a small smile, abby's lips pulling into her signature smirk.
"you've been imagining how my bedroom looks?" her tone was teasing, but that had not stopped your cheeks from heating up. standing awkwardly in the opening of the room, the way abby had sat down on the edge of her bed and slightly spread her legs had made your heart quicken in your chest.
"why don't you close the door and come over here? thought we could have a little chat..." and the look in her eyes, the way she had looked you up and down as if she was ready to eat you, made it clear that she wasn't actually planning on just talking. so with that, you had closed the door behind you and made your way over to her.
"are you even listening?" ellie's raspy voice breaks you out of your trance, and it's only now you realise that both she and dina are done with their breakfast. "you gotta' hurry up, jesse is picking us up soon."
"yeah, yeah. i'll finish this quickly." stuffing your face with the food in front of you, you don't pay any mind to the sound of a door further down the hall opening. it's not until you hear the familiar voice of abby, greeting ellie with a "hey loser", that you look up.
at first, ellie only grunts something in response. when abby turns around, milk jug in hand, she truly gets her little sister's attention.
"hey, what's that on your neck?"

The Night Shift.

Johnnie Guilbert x Fem!Reader.
Chapter 23.
"Is that taco bell breakfast i smell?" jake said, sounding as if he was about to start floating to locate the smell. he turned the corner into the kitchen, where i was sitting with tara.
it was 7 in the morning, and the 4 of us were about to go finally pack up my old apartment. they insisted on helping despite me saying i could get it all done myself since i didn't own much anyway.
"Yes, jake." she rolled her eyes, tossing him his usual order. he squeeled like a little girl before tearing into the wrap.
"im gonna go get johnnie up." i walked down the hall towards our room and walked in silently.
johnnie laid on the bed with a peaceful look on his face. his arms were tucked awkwardly under his head as his legs were tangled in the blankets.
i gently shook his shoulder, placing a kiss on his forehead. "Good morning, sleepy head. we have breakfast."
he rubbed his eye, black eyeshadow transferring to his finger. "mornin'." he pulled me in, kissing me softly before sitting up. "When you were asleep, i organized the closet. you can fit your clothes in half of it now."
"Oh my god, really?" i furrowed my eyebrows, a small smile growing on my face.
"i mean, yeah. where else are you going to put your clothes?" he slipped on his socks and stood up.
his fingers tangled with mine as he led me back into the kitchen and sat down next to me. he rested his hand right above my knee as Jake immediately started a conversation with them. i passed johnnie his breakfast, and he dug in, clearly starving.
jake looked down at his phone, "what time do you think we'll be done?"
"Well, im not too sure. i mean, theres 5 of us packing up my tiny apartment, so it's probably around noon." i thought outloud, earning a 'hm' from jake.
everyone had finished their food. jake and tara went to get their shoes on and start the car while johnnie went to take off his makeup. i sat in the kitchen on my phone, waiting for johnnie to be done.
"Ready to go?" he asked, his clean face making me smile. it wasn't often i got to see him without makeup.
"mhm." i stood up and stretched. i put my hair into a messy bun to get it out of the way before walking out the door, johnnie not far behind me. "Thank you again for helping with all of this."
"Don't thank me." he hesitated as if he was going to add onto the sentence. he gently rubbed my lower back.
i hummed, "Okay, then."
Johnnie and i sat in the back of jakes car while him and Tara were up front. I zoned out. thinking about my old apartment made me nervous. although i wasn't going alone, something still felt off. after the incident and how easily i got imhured, i didn't want the same to happen to them. Or maybe it was the fact that my creepy old neighbor lent me a piece to a vaccum, and i still need to give it back, but i seriously doubted that was the reason. i decided to shove my paranoia down as i didn't want to let it ruin my day.
it was if i had blinked and we were already there. i picked my head up, rubbing the cheek that was leaning on my arm.
"i was room number 206," i commented, pulling the keys out of my pocket.
"i can't believe theres not a fucking elevator. This bitch has 5 stories." Jake complained as we tromped up the stairs.
"Just be glad she's not on the 5th one," tara wiped smudged lip gloss off the corner of her mouth.
"Exactly," johnnie nods, slightly out of breath.
i unlocked my front door and pushed it open, revealing my still messy apartment. "Oh, i never came back to clean up." i admitted, even though it was plain to see.
"dont worry about it, missy." jake teased in his southern accent.
tara and jake covered the kitchen while johnnie and i started in the living room. we all added songs to the spotify queue and got to work. i was smart enough to keep boxes stored in my closet. There was always a just in case thing. The living room was nearly empty, the only furniture consisting of a rug and a small sofa that i planned on putting by the trash for someone else to take. i didn't have much decoration, either. All that i had was a painting, my mother had made me and a thrifted portrait of marilyn monroe. The only other things on the wall were some empty colorful vases on a small shelf.
we quickly wrapped those up while tara and jake stacked all of my plates and bowls in between wash cloths. I announced we were moving to a different room before heading into the hall to focus on the closet.
The closet didn't take much work. We shoved blankets and towels into one big box before moving on to my bedroom.
my room was a much bigger task, considering this was the room i spent most of my time in. i sat at my vanity and began packing it up while Johnnie took over the closet.
"i want to stream later, and i was wondering if you wanted to be on it." Johnnie mentioned, bagging up clothes that were hung up.
"Sure, that sounds fun. im still kind of nervous though, what if your fans don't like me?" i glanced over.
"They'll love you, i promise." he smiled at me. "i was thinking i could do your makeup for the stream."
"fuck yeah." i agreed, standing up and making my way to my side table. "Didn't we make those plans a while ago?"
"Yeah, but then a bunch of shit happened. and i figured since we're together now, everyone should get to know you a little better." A light blush spread across his face.
"Good idea. im down," i agreed.
The rest of the house was packed up within the next 3 hours. Jake and i moved all of the furniture down to the garbage bins, with little help from tara and johnnie. i took one last look at my empty apartment before locking it up and turning in my keys.

save it, danny - Daniel Johns
NSFW tags - brief mention of smoking, porn with lots of plot, slightly public sex (dressing room area), lowkey awkward daniel
----------------------------------------------------------
"excuse me" you muttered, stepping around a couple making out in a patio chair. you had to actively resist the urge to roll your eyes. out of annoyance, or jealousy, you weren't entirely sure.
you were finally able to step out onto the empty balcony, tuning out the loud Creed song blasting from inside. as the cool air hit your face, you found yourself questioning why you even showed up tonight.
just as you were debating leaving, the sliding glass door behind you screeched open. you stared forward as a man about your age came and stood next to you. you looked over just in time to catch the guy awkwardly place his hands on the rail.
"loud in there" he stated, you nodded with an uninterested sigh. "im daniel." he hummed, clearly not interested in leaving you alone. your head fell back as you looked up at the sky, begrudgingly giving him your name. you continued with your half-assed attempt at small talk, taking note of his thick australian accent
you had both moved to sit on the balcony, sharing a smoke as you talked endlessly. you pretended to ignore him shifting closer to you, letting him think he was being slick. his cheeks flushed with every question you asked, progressively getting more personal.
you had asked him a question about being vegetarian, or as he called it, a "veggie" when the door slid open again. a short man with long brown hair, who you knew as ben from daniels stories, stepped out and gave daniel a knowing look.
"already moving on, huh danny?" he chuckled. your mouth felt dry as you whipped your head around to look at daniel. he had his eyes glued onto ben, his eyes blown wide as he shook his head slightly.
"what does he mean?" you hated how meek you sounded as you spoke, feeling disgusted with the hold he already had on you. he had started stuttering out an explanation, his head turning between glaring at Ben and pleading with you.
you threw your lighter back into your purse, hoisting yourself up and stepping over daniels legs. "it's not like that, Ben's just an asshole" he said pointedly, reaching out to grab your hand.
"fucking save it, danny" you sneered at him, jerking your hand away. you caught the back-end of daniel yelling at ben before you slammed the sliding door. as you made your way through the diminished party, weaving around all the drunk groups of people, you felt your eyes well up.
you scolded yourself for being so sensitive, reminding yourself how little you really knew about him. you swore that you would forget about the short evening you had spent with daniel, regardless of how connected you already felt.
-------------------two months after -------------------
you shuffled through your closet, trying to pick the best top to wear to your concert tonight. your friend, cait, laid on your bed behind you, hitting a vape that made the room smell like peppermint. "what's the band called again?" you questioned, holding a black graphic tee-shirt up to your chest.
"silverspoon? silverseat? something like that.." she shrugged, looking at your shirt and cocking a brow. "i don't care about the music, i care about getting laidddd" cait drug out the last word as she sat up and grabbed your shirt, bringing it close to her face
"speaking of getting laid, what are you? a mormon?" you rolled your eyes as she slid past you, rooting through your closet. "i don't want any grungy, music nerd dick, thank you very much" you stated, leaning back onto your bed
cait gasped, pulling something out of your closet with a frightening quickness "it's perfect." you sat up and saw her holding up a small, lacey black top you never wore. "cait no." you felt slutty just looking at the top, let alone wearing it.
"pleaseeee, it's so perfect" she begged, tossing the shirt into your lap. you knew better then to argue with her. you spent the evening letting her do your makeup, entertaining the possibility of a post-concert fling. you couldn't help but let your mind drift back to daniel, silently hoping he would somehow know to show up, however unlikely it was.
you and cait were fully ready, and, after taking pictures, you were ready to call an Uber and head to the concert. cait briefed you on her limited knowledge in the car, simply telling you there were three guys in the band. she also mentioned that she had her eye on the bassist.
as you stepped out of the Uber, cautiously adjusting your very limited amount of clothing, you took a look around the venue. it was bigger then you expected for a band you had never heard of, but still quite grungy and dark. you silently cursed yourself for letting cait rope you into whatever this was.
you found spots quickly, close to the front since cait had insisted you get there early to watch them warm up. cait was swaying impatiently, telling you her master plan to get the bassist, chris, backstage. you heard her gasp as she pointed to the stage behind you, murmuring something about seeing "her man".
you didn't hear her at all. since, standing front and center, adjusting the mic height, was daniel. you felt the air leave your lungs as you stared up at him, and you swear you felt yourself faint when he looked down at you.
his eyes grew wide, and noticeably excited when he saw you. your stomach felt like a pit, and cait nearly shrieked as you grabbed her arm and pulled her away, ignoring her questions and objections. your heart was beating faster then you knew possible as you yanked cait around the corner, turning to face her as she pulled her arm away.
"what the fuck?" she questioned you, rubbing her wrist where you feverishly pulled at. "sorry, sorry," you spoke with your head in your hands "i just...i know the lead singer. we talked at a party and im pretty sure he had a girlfriend and i got mad and his friend is a total dick-"
you snapped your head up when cait interrupted your rambling by slapping a hand over your mouth, her eyes wide and teeth bared as she looked right over your shoulder. she gestured for you to turn around, and of course, fucking daniel was standing there looking guilty and out of place.
"sorry, im interrupting- im just..i wanted to talk to you?" he questioned with a furiously gentle voice. you definitely hadn't forgotten his accent. your sigh echoed through the extremely quiet hallway as you turned to look at cait. her eyes were wide, and with a very knowing look, she turned around and left you and Daniel alone
you were met with his apologetic eyes, and his murmered apologies. "i didn't have a girlfriend... i wouldnt do that, to anyone, ever." daniels voice was quiet and sincer, which somehow enhanced his accent. you felt the effect his tone had on you, no matter how hard you tried to ignore it.
you grumbled lightly, unfortunately you did believe him, and you couldn't deny that you still thought about him. as if he was reading your mind, he reached down and gently brushed your hair back.
you looked up at him, feeling his nervous breaths fan across your face. you reached your hand up to his "i haven't stopped thinking about you" you were unusually shy with him, feeling the heat rush to your face.
"neither have i.." he whispered, looking deep into your eyes. you felt your own breathing pick up, as you realized how badly you had been craving him for the past two months.
you took a deep breath and leaned up to place a tender kiss on daniels lips, before leaning back to gauge his reaction. his pupils were wide, staring at you with an unnerving intensity. you were, however, aware that you were totally into it.
without thinking, you grabbed daniels hand, rushing him down the hallway into the bands lounge. you were increasingly grateful that his bandmates were nowhere to be seen as you pushed Daniel down onto the couch
"is this okay?" Daniel cocked his head at you, wanting to make sure you were on the same page. "absolutely." with your confirmation, daniel pulled you down onto him, messily colliding your lips.
daniels lack of experience was evident as he flipped you over and grazed his hands up and down your body, slight groans and huffs leaving his lips. he pulled away from you, making quick work of the skimpy top cait had chosen for you.
he awkwardly pulled his shirt over his head as you reached down to work on his belt buckle, his eyes falling on your hands as they shook with anticipation. he reached down and brought your hand to his mouth, kissing the top of it and undoing his own belt.
you giggled at his gesture, feeling your eyes widen as he reached down and placed a hand over your clothed pussy. a small gasp escaped his mouth and he shot his hand up to pull down your shorts.
you lifted your hips so he could slip the tight shorts off of you, and his pupils dilated when they landed on your panties. he weaved his thumb into the waistband, playing with it while he looked up for confirmation.
as soon as you nodded, Daniel was pulling them down, nearly diving into your core. he messily licked stripes up and down your slit, stopping periodically to stuff his tounge into you. his face read completely pussy drunk as he worked on you, encouraging your head to fall back while moans escaped you
you felt his fingers travel to your hole, gently prodding while he looked up at you. he gave a particularly harsh suck to your clit, which made you clamp your legs shut around him while you were writhing with pleasure
he continued pushing his fingers into you, watching your face contort and relishing in the incredible sounds he was pulling out of you. you felt yourself approaching an orgasm much faster then you expected, feeling the band in your stomach grow tighter with each rough pump of daniels fingers
the wet sounds of daniels saliva mixing with your fluids filled the room, almost drowning out the groans coming from daniel and the near screams coming from you
you felt yourself clamp down around daniels fingers, a guttural sound escaping you. daniels eyebrows knit together as he watched you come undone on him, riding you through your orgasm.
you had never felt your body react the way it had with him, and you were spent, lost for words when he was done. both of your breaths were still heaving as you turned to him, sliding down of the side of the couch and spreading his legs
you reached down and pulled out his dick without thinking, leaning down to place a gentle kiss on the tip. just as you pulled back to look at daniels face, the door behind you swung open.
"Dan, get out he- oh..my god" you heard a woman's voice behind you, and turned around to see adalita standing behind you. her eyes raked up and down your body before she turned away and shut the door. you didn't even have time to process the lead singer of magic dirt seeing your bare ass before daniel was gathering up both of your clothes
"sorry" she yelled from the hallway "seriously though hurry up" you and Daniel shoved your clothes towards each other, quickly dressing and exiting the room. Daniel turned and placed a quick peck on your lips, his face bright red as he looked over to adalita.
"go man, you guys are opening" she scolded, watching him jog down the hallway. you were at a loss for words when you felt her hand on your lower back and her breath on your ear "got a thing for musicians pretty girl?"

non apocalyptic au one bed trope with suhyeok or cheongsan HOLY SHIIIIIII I CANT IM SORRY i need to get over them 😭😭
— field trip
cheong-san x gn!reader | 1.5k words
genre: fluff, mutual pining
warnings: swearing, slight Awkwardness, that's all i think!
synopsis: your class has a school trip to jeju island, and you arrive there pretty late in the day. mrs. park decides it's best to go straight to the hotel where you're met with a surprising realization. you'd be sharing a room with your crush best friend, and there was... only one bed.
author's note: at last!!! the cliché one-bed trope!!! thank you for requesting, and i hope you like it!
“Alright, everyone gather around here! Stop running around, you’re not little kids anymore! Come on!” Mrs. Park exclaimed, loudly clapping her hands so everyone would listen. Slowly but surely, everyone gathered at the entrance of the bus and the crowd quieted down. The teacher nodded and then smiled. “I’m sure you’re well aware, but this is this year’s first school trip. Today we’re staying in Jeju Island, which I know you’re all very excited about. But first of all, since we’ve only just arrived and it’s 5 in the afternoon, we’ll head straight to the hotel to assign rooms!”
“Yes, Teach’!”
And so you did. The walk over to the hotel was the happiest moment you’d had in a long while. You spent half of it joking around with Daesu and Wujin until they pestered you too much, and you moved back to talk to Joonyoung and Namra (who were both wearing earphones and visibly trying to enjoy their own alone time), which eventually led you to Cheongsan, who’d been walking at the back alone after Suhyeok had joined the rest up ahead. He was staring at the sea, moving the arm holding his bag back and forth with a slight smile on his calm face. You smiled and joined him, and he turned to you with a grin. You then talked about all sorts of things, including all the fun stuff you’d be able to do here.
The hotel was nice. It was pretty and spacious. Not luxurious-looking, but rather comfortable. More like a home. It was nice.
Mrs. Park clapped her hands and everyone gathered in a group in the lobby.
“Some of the rooms will have three students, and others will have two. You’ll dorm with whoever you’re next to right now! If anyone has a complaint, they can come to tell me, and I’ll change some things.” your teacher explained calmly, her usual kind smile on her face. Your eyes widened and you turned to Cheongsan, drowning out the yelling of protests of some of your classmates. Cheongsan mirrored your expression, before grinning a slightly awkward smile. You figured that was an “okay”, and you smiled back.
And so you all headed to your rooms.
Suhyeok looked disappointed when Namra took a room without him, and his friends teased him. Gyeongsu hopped on Joonyoung’s back, nearly making them both tumble onto the floor of the hotel corridor, while Onjo, Isak and Minji laughed at them quietly. Hyoryung walked after Nayeon, who seemingly tried to ask Namra if she wanted to share rooms with her for real or not. And you… Stood at the door of your room with Cheonsan at your side. You coughed a bit awkwardly and eventually reached for the door handle, accidentally brushing hands with Cheongsan’s as he apparently got the same idea at the same time. You both retracted your hands, and reached again, before laughing and you finally opening the door.
“We got lucky with the pairing. I mean, it could’ve been Suhyeok I’d have to room with. He’d probably spend the whole night talking and I’d get so tired.” you chuckled, tossing your bag aside on the floor. Cheongsan laughed.
“I thought you had a thing for Suhyeok. Guess not?” he said, turning to look at you over his shoulder with a teasing grin. You scoffed.
“No way. And I thought you liked Onjo?”
“No way. She annoys me too much. Just like Gyeongsu does.” he clicked his tongue, smiling to himself. You both turned around after sorting your stuff in the closet and storages, before sighing in relief.
“Ah. I could just go straight to sleep, I think.” you said. Cheongsan nodded.
“Yeah, same. I’m pretty tired.”
You both turned towards the beds–
Bed?
… There was only one bed?
Why was there only one bed? This room was supposed to be for two? Huh?
There was a very deafening silence in the room, in which neither of you moved. Perhaps you were confused, shocked, feeling stupid for not having noticed until now, or considering actually sleeping in the same–
The door burst open and you both jolted in surprise, turning around. “Kids. I’m sorry about the room. Apparently, they very recently changed it to one bed because one of the single beds was broken, somehow, and they switched to a two-person bed. Um…”
You and Cheongsan were closer than you thought, it seemed, because when you tried to crack your knuckles at your sides, your fingers brushed up against his. He didn’t move, only nodding at Mrs. Park.
“I can absolutely find a new bedroom for you guys! If you’re fine with this set-up, then it works too. But if any of you two are uncomfortable, we can switch rooms right now.” Mrs. Park reassured. You smiled and chuckled airily.
“Uh… I’m fine with it, personally.” Cheongsan said, nodding before turning to look at you. You nodded and looked at him, pouting slightly.
“Yeah. It’s, like, okay. I’m not uncomfortable or anything, either. It’s fine.” you said, slightly rambling. Cheongsan bit back a smile at the slight nervousness in your voice and purposefully knocked the back of his hand against yours, and you kicked the side of his foot in return. “Thank you, Mrs. Park.”
“Alright. If you ever change your mind, tell me anytime, okay?”
“Okay.” – “Sure, don’t worry.”
“Then. Sorry again, and good night!”
The door closed slowly, and softly, and quietly, and you were back to the exact same situation. It wasn’t like anything had been resolved. Was there anything to resolve in the first place, really? You abruptly turned around towards Cheongsan.
“I spend a lot of time on my phone really late at night.” you said.
“I watch a lot of dramas on my phone and laptop, but I use earphones.” he replied.
You both nodded in a silent agreement, before each making your way to a side of the bed. You looked down, then back up at each other, then averted your gazes. God, why was it this comfortable and then awkward?! You sighed and cleared your throat.
“Okay. Stop being awkward.” you stated, pointing your finger towards him, “We’re just sleeping in a two-person bed for a night. I might be super attractive and cool but that doesn’t mean you should be freaking out so much that you’re awkward.”
Cheongsan blinked, and before you knew it, both of you were laughing, and the comfortable atmosphere came back. He waved his hand in the air dismissively. “Whatever you say. I feel like you’re making this awkward, but sure.”
You clicked your tongue and set your things on your bedside table.
The evening was spent on the bed, for most. You realized it was actually more fun and practical like this than it would’ve been with two separate beds. You could show him videos you found funny and laugh besides him, and then watch whatever drama he was catching up with with him, without having to move much. Then you played video-games, and Cheongsan bragged about having a better-looking Switch Lite than yours, which earned him a beatdown in Super Smash Bros. You listened to music, without earphones, and both danced like idiots.
At some point, someone knocked on the door and opened it in the midst of your so-called singing competition. You were holding a TV-remote in your hand as you sung your heart out, while Cheongsan stood on top of the bed and held his hand to his chest dramatically, before clapping and wiping away a non-existent tear. “What an incredible performan–”
“No way you’re having a singing contest without us?” Wujin stared, mouth agape. Daesu scoffed behind him, giving you a look that clearly said “you didn’t even invite the best singer of the group” while you chuckled sheepishly. Soon enough, the room was filled with a few of your friends, as you took turns playing karaoke and laughing at how broken your voices sounded. And then, around 1AM, when Mrs. Park caught notice of the ruckus in your room, you were back to only the two of you.
You fell back on the bed and laughed airily, as Cheongsan shook his head with a grin on his face, cleaning up the bags of snacks your friends had brought over and emptied during the duration of your karaoke. “What a bunch of dumbasses…”
You nodded in lighthearted agreement, before heaving a content exhale. “Now I’m really gonna fall asleep.” you said, yawning as you did. You weren’t lying, your eyelids felt heavy and your limbs felt tired… You were slowly, slowly dozing off into sleep.
That was until Cheongsan grabbed your ankles to put them on the bed and pulled the blanket over you, startling you awake. He looked up at you.
“What? Go back to sleep. I’m gonna sleep, too, anyways.”
You were just surprised at how soft the gesture was, but you didn’t say it. Instead you leaned your head back onto the pillow and relaxed. Soon enough, true to his word, Cheongsan climbed on his side of the bed, pulling the blanket over him. He sighed and turned your way, before making a noise akin to surprise as if he’d forgotten if he turned that way he would be facing you, and turning back around. You hid your face with the back of your arm, trying not to grin at his behavior. You spent the night tossing and turning, sometimes awake and sometimes asleep, and by the time the sun was rising, you and Cheongsan were both asleep, with your legs tangled together and his head under your chin, somehow.
You’d certainly both freak out once waking up, but then you'd act as if nothing happened. After all, this wasn't the first time you got yourselves in a situation like this one.

i was thinking but do you know the unsent project? it is this website where you can write a message to your first love that you never sent to them. now imagine steve writing one (or multiple) to bucky after he came out of the ice after nat told him about it... yeah
hello hi anon this broke me and it was too perfect not to turn into a ficlet klafjldskjfalskf thank you
-
Unsent Letters
To:
Steve’s fingers freeze over the keyboard, the cursor blinking at him. It feels like it’s taunting him-- teasing him with the burden of choking out a name. What should he even say? The sender is anonymous, but how many people are named Bucky out there? Would anyone even care?
To: Bu
Steve huffs and backspaces, his hands trembling as he curls them into fists. He isn’t sure what provoked Natasha to tell him about this website. It’s a cruel tease to everything he wishes he could say-- wished he could say before Bucky slipped through his fingers. And now his only option is yelling into an abyss. The text box is black and daunting. He turns it yellow. No, too happy. Green. Yes, that’s fine. Bucky’s favorite color was always green.
His gaze wanders away from the screen of his hefty Dell laptop and out the window of his apartment. DC’s low rising buildings span out in front of him. His gut aches; he misses New York already. But he knows being there would only mangle his soul further, seeing his already alien home torn to shreds by literal space whales. He huffs, thinking of Bucky’s comics. His stories came to life after all. Bucky would have probably vibrated out of his skin if he knew there was other life out there.
To: My astronaut
How’s space treating you? It’s treating me pretty badly, if I’m being honest. If only you could see what it’s done to Brooklyn. I think you’d be pretty mad at it if you knew…
Steve hesitates, reading back over what he’s typed. It’s stupid as hell, and he cringes, but he doesn’t backspace. His fingers find the keys again.
I miss you something awful. I don’t think that even encompasses how much I’m hurting without you. I feel so lost right now-- space is much bigger and scarier than you’d think. I know you’d love it. I wish you could see bits of it, but god, I just want to go home. I want you to come home.
Steve freezes again and finds the screen blurry where tears have welled in his eyes. His jaw clenches as he pictures the way Bucky would laugh at him-- teasing him for his dramatics and ruffling his hair. He wishes he could be there now, rolling his eyes and nudging Steve’s shoulder.
“What’re you upsetting yourself for?” He’d say, gently closing the laptop and coaxing Steve into his arms. “I’m right here, pal.”
And if Steve closes his eyes, he can almost feel Bucky’s warmth enveloping him. But he’s not there. He’s dead, and Steve’s a goddamn ghost, drifting through a future that doesn’t know him.
He opens his eyes and stares at the text box, then clicks submit.
The screen loads, and his message is gone, his pain forever documented in the abyss.
-
For someone who fought aliens two weeks after waking up from his impromptu seventy year sleep, Steve’s life is pretty monotonous. He contemplates this unfortunate fact as he stands in front of his toaster, hair sticking up on the back of his head as he nurses a mug of coffee and waits for his toast to pop.
It’s 5:45 in the morning and he tries to remember a time when he didn’t rise this early. Before the war, perhaps. Though, he’s always been a bit of an early bird. His home life was sporadic to put it lightly and he’d learned from an early age that the sooner he was awake, the better it was for everyone. Vigilance is not a new concept for Steve.
He hasn’t always stayed up late, though. That’s certainly new, and he feels this fact viscerally as he catches sight of his reflection in the microwave. There are bags under his eyes that will be gone by mid-morning thanks to the serum. Dermatologists hate him, Natasha says. Steve thinks he’s pretty lucky that the serum more or less equipped him with a built-in anti-aging agent. His father had started balding by thirty.
His toast pops and he starts a little, blinking blearily at the slightly burnt bread as he pulls it out of the toaster with his thumb and forefinger. He spreads on the same raspberry jam and butter that he uses every morning and tries not to think of how bland it tastes in his mouth as he eats it standing at the counter. Another routine.
He tries not to look at last night’s dishes in the sink as he stacks his plate and silverware on top and doesn’t bother sorting out his hair before pulling on his sneakers and slipping out of his apartment. The sun hasn’t quite risen yet, only the beginning tendrils of light sneaking over the low tops of the DC buildings, and Steve vaguely regrets not grabbing a sweatshirt before he left. It’s not quite Summer yet and the mornings could still get pretty cool.
He’s about to take off down the street when he freezes. Natasha is sitting on the steps of his complex, wearing a pair of pink tinted sunglasses and tossing up and down the keys to her car. Steve blinks, rubs his eyes, then blinks again. Nope. She’s still there.
“Nat?”
Natasha looks up at him and smiles. “Hello.”
Steve shifts, uncomfortable. “Hi. You need something? Is there a mission?”
“No,” Natasha says lightly, standing. “You’re not running this morning, though. Come on, I’m taking you to Starbucks.”
“What?”
“Starbucks. You’re going to try it.”
“I don’t want--”
“Steve, you do the same thing every day. Step out of your comfort zone a little.”
Steve frowns, but Natasha’s right-- he really doesn’t ever stray from his routine.
“Fine,” he says, and twenty minutes later, they’re strolling into the nearest Starbucks.
He’s only been in one before, and that was to use the restroom while on a run. He’d bought a water bottle in an attempt to not be rude and use their facilities without giving them any business, but he hadn’t even considered the expansive menu. All the fancy names were too daunting.
They’re just as daunting now as he stares up at the board, heart hammering out of his chest as he’s faced with indecision. Natasha takes one look at his face, and reaches out to squeeze his arm.
“I’ll order something for you,” she says. “What kind of coffee do you like?”
Steve gives her a pained look. “Um… just coffee?”
Natasha quirks a smile and orders him something called a caramel macchiato. He’ll take it, he guesses.
The drink is too damn sweet and sugary and he almost gags. Still, he was always told to finish what he was given, so he drinks the whole thing.
-
To: Mr. Sweet Tooth
You’d fucking love it here. Everything is packed with sugar and sweetness-- enough to make even my teeth rot. I had something called a caramel macchiato today and it tasted like someone took your ma’s caramels and condensed them into a cup. I couldn’t stand it, but I know if you were here, you’d want at least twelve. I hope you’re enjoying all the sweets you can up in space.
Love, Mr. Boring
-
Steve’s fingers are stiff and frozen as he works at the straps of his stealth suit. The tangy taste of saltwater still sits heavy on his tongue, and he clenches his jaw to keep his teeth from chattering too harshly as he finally peels off his suit. It’s not much better, being naked, but at least the wet fabric isn’t clinging to him anymore.
The mission had been pretty straightforward until some alien tech managed to blast the quinjet to kingdom come, and they all free-fell straight into the freezing Atlantic.
Steve had managed to keep it together as they took down the goddamn mad scientist that fucked them over, but now that he’s home and alone, he can feel the adrenaline crashing.
He’s shaking from more than just the cold as he draws himself a warm bath, and he pulls his knees up to his chest, trying to breathe through the panic that wants to engulf his entire being.
He loses time for a bit, and comes back to himself lying in his bed, burrowed under several thick layers. He feels so cold, down to his very soul-- a chill that he can never seem to truly shake, even when he’s warm.
Not for the first time, he wishes Bucky were there to hold him. He slips off to sleep thinking old, comforting thoughts of Bucky rubbing his hands between his own, coaxing his head under his chin to engulf him in that natural warmth of his. He always was a fucking furnace.
But when Steve wakes an hour later, shaking hard enough to move the bed with the force of the nightmare he’d dropped into, Bucky is not there to soothe away the ice.
-
To: JB
im so cold and i cant breathe ever and nothing feels right. I dont know what to do, u were always the problem solver between us and i cant think straight right now and i just want you here please. I cant do this anymore, im so tired please come back. I need you please
-
The Winter Soldier file sits in front of Steve-- a horrifying nightmare wrapped up in a neat brown folder. Residual nausea swirls around in his gut as he comes down from the horrible high of reading through the contents. His hands shake where they grasp the thick paper. His heart clenches hard in his chest.
Bucky is alive. Bucky is alive, and he’s been unmade.
Steve doesn’t know where he is-- if he’s escaped, or if Hydra found him again. It’s been three weeks now since the helicarriers, and he’s only just gotten the courage to sit down and wade through the shit that is Bucky’s reality.
He just hopes he’s safe. God, he hopes.
Sam says he’ll help him look, and Steve needs to know he’s at least out of danger, but he barely knows where to start.
And he’s sorry. He’s so fucking sorry.
Blinking out of his reverie, Steve looks at his laptop. He feels strange and detached as he reaches for it and logs in.
To: Bucky
And yes, that feels right. He should use his name, since he suspects no one has for a long, long time.
I’m so sorry for what happened to you. I’m sorry that you’ve been hurting so quietly for so long. I understand if you’re not ready to come home-- I understand if you never are. I just hope that you know that there will always be a place with me that is safe. I love you so much and I’m here, forever and always.
Love, Steve.
He’s not naive. He knows it would be dangerous to submit that particular message, so he doesn’t. But that’s okay. That one’s just for him-- for them.
-
“Steve? What is the… Unsent Project?”
Steve frowns and pokes his head out of the kitchen. Bucky is sitting on the couch in the living room, using his laptop, because his own is having storage issues.
Bucky looks at him. “It’s one of your saved tabs. What is it?”
And oh, fuck. Steve had forgotten to remove that from his homepage-- it really wasn’t needed anymore. He blushes all the way to his ears.
“Oh, it’s-- nothing. Not anything important--”
But Bucky has already clicked on the tab.
“The Unsent Project,” he reads aloud. “A collection of unsent text messages to… first… loves…”
He trails off as he processes what he’s looking at, and Steve can’t quite read his expression when he looks at him again. His eyebrows are furrowed, and he’s looking at Steve like he’s some sort of kicked puppy. Steve shifts, uncomfortable.
“Were you sending me… messages? While I was dead?”
Steve swallows. “Um…” and now that Bucky says it out loud, it really does sound quite sad. He shrugs. “It’s Natasha’s fault?”
Bucky shakes his head, clicking on the search bar. He starts to type his name, but Steve shakes his head.
“I didn’t use your name.”
“Oh,” Bucky says, then frowns at him again. “What did you use?”
Steve blushes harder, sitting next to Bucky and taking the laptop from him.
“Um…” he hesitates, then types what he was sure he used as his first alias.
My astronaut
The screen buffers and loads, then fifty or so messages pop up. Steve scrolls down-- it doesn’t take long to find his.
They’re both quiet as they read, and Steve cringes. Jeez, he really had been pretty dramatic. Next to him, Bucky makes a hurt noise.
“Oh, honey,” he murmurs, taking the laptop back from Steve. He reads the message again, then once more, and reaches out for Steve. “Aw, I’m here now.”
Steve huffs, embarrassed. “I know,” he says. “That was way back, like, three weeks after I woke up.”
Bucky stills. “You fought aliens three weeks after you woke up?”
“... More like two.”
Bucky hums. “Are there others?”
“Yeah,” Steve says, reaching out to type on Bucky’s lap, because Bucky is holding him now and he’s quite reluctant to move. He thinks for a moment, then types in the next one he remembers.
Mr. Sweet Tooth
Bucky laughs, and Steve finds himself smiling.
“I find this funny,” Bucky says. “Because caramel macchiatos are definitely one of my favorites now.”
Steve laughs, too, and butts his head against Bucky’s shoulder.
“If only I could tell that to myself back then-- he’d be thrilled.”
“I’m sure,” Bucky says. “Any more?”
Steve hesitates, thinking of the one he’d sent after that nightmare-- when he was low and hurting. Incoherent. He isn’t sure he wants Bucky to see that particular side of his soul, but Bucky has been more than generous in letting him in on his pains nowaday, and it’s not like Bucky hasn’t witnessed Steve’s own current nightmares.
He bites his lip and types in JB. That seems to yield a lot more results, and it takes a while for Steve to find the message.
He hides his face in Bucky’s neck as he reads. Bucky’s arms gradually tighten around him, and a moment later, he feels him kiss the top of his head.
“Honey, I hate that you were hurting so bad,” Bucky mutters against his hair.
Steve shrugs. “We both were,” he says, and it’s true. There’s something to be said about the guilt they both feel for not being able to save the other person at their lowest, but life hasn’t been kind to them. The vitriol, Steve thinks, should be directed at the goddamn universe for keeping them apart, not themselves for fucking dying. They’re working on it.
Bucky’s quiet for a long time. “Yeah, I guess you’re right,” he says. “Is that it?”
Steve shakes his head. “But I never sent the last one.”
“Why not?”
“I wrote it after DC.”
He feels Bucky squeeze him again, and he squeezes back.
“Oh.”
“I just-- I wanted you to know that you didn’t have to come home. That I just wanted you to be safe; needed to know you were safe, but it was up to you. I just needed you to know I was here, if you needed me.”
Bucky pulls back then and cups his face, kissing him soundly. Steve’s surprised for only a moment before he’s kissing back.
“I did know that,” Bucky says against his lips. “I needed time-- I was lost-- but the first thing I knew when I remembered who you were was that you were a safe person, because you’d never force me anywhere.”
Steve kisses him again, then pulls him into a hug. “I’m glad you knew that.” It’s warm, where their chests meet, and Bucky is solid beneath him. Real. He isn’t speaking into an abyss anymore.
-
There’s a sticky note on Bucky’s pillow next to his head when he wakes up the next morning. Steve’s side of the bed is already vacant, and he can’t hear him downstairs. He must have already left for a run.
Propping himself on an elbow, Bucky plucks up the sticky note.
To: My Bucky
Thank you for choosing me to be your home, and thank you forever, for being mine.
I love you with everything I have.
Love, your Steve
Bucky smiles, heart light as he folds the notes. He’ll keep that one with him, he thinks. A little bit of home to bring wherever he goes.

I’m gonna end up in prison anyway.
JJ maybank x you! <3
JJ is upset about jhon B being in prison and takes it out on you… but JJ soon realises he’s in the wrong and apologises confessing his love for you at the same time <3.
Warnings- kissing and swearing. I think that’s it.
Also just wanna say that I know all my writing has been outer banks characters but more characters are coming soon I promise. I’m just obsessed with this show at the moment :)
“JJ your an idiot!” I yelled at him once he’d climbed in to the speeding car explaining what he had tried to do. “well I’m going to end up in jail anyway so who fucking cares” JJ ran his fingers through his blonde hair avoiding eye contact with me sitting tight in the seat next to him.
“I fucking care JJ” I mimicked him in a calmer tone.
He looked at me still panting from the run “you alright?” Pope eyed his best in the mirror from the front seat. “Just a shit day” he inhaled and exhaled loudly turning his whole body away from me and staring out the window.
What the fuck was he thinking trying to bust jhon B out with that plan! We needed to prove his innocents not go on the run again.
Ki drove us back to where we were staying in silence. Her and pope went off in to the night talking about some random stuff, giggling some might say flirting. “y/n” he called out when I was walking away from the car minding my own business “what”.
JJ came around to my side climbing out of the white suit he was dressed in tying it around his torso.
“You still mad?”
“I’m not even mad JJ I’m -just worried” I stuttered trying to think of the right words so I would give him any clues to how I really felt about the boy.
“John B is in prison! I needed to do something It’s him you should be worried about” “I am! But I’m worried about you as well your acting like an idiot your not going to prison JJ so stop blaming all your shit on that, it’s not down to you we’re all doing everything we can to free him but your choices there down to you! So watch them”
“None of you are doing anything” he scoffed, I went closer to take his hand in mine. “why do you think your going to prison?” I whispered looking up at his beautiful eyes holding his hand in to my stomach.
“Because I am! Im going to end up in prison anyway so what’s the point” he shouted pulling away from me looking up at the sky with the roll of his eyes.
“well I’m not gonna let you!”
“You can’t do anything about it y/n were all fucked! ki just got kicked out of her parents house Pope hasn’t been home for days! My dad is a dick head- so is Sara’s and you, I don’t even know what your doing here you could go back home to you warm fluffy bed any time you wanted… John B is already in prison it’s just a matter of time before we’re ALL in there too” he shouted at me with tears in his eyes.
I wanted to hug him because he was in pain but he’d hurt me.
“FUCK YOU! I’m a pogue”
“are you? Do you want to be in prison with us” JJ asked me calmly with a hint of a smile.
I pushed him on the chest and he stumbled back a bit looking at my face knowing he’d hurt me.
“your upset …about John B I know, but you don’t have to be such an asshole! If you wanna fuck your life up and go prison be my guest JJ… but you won’t see the others in there, don’t say I didn’t try to help you because that’s all I’ve EVER tried to do” I shouted with a tear sliding out my dolled up eyes. Side looking him before turning my back with attitude and leaving JJ stood there. Alone.
I couldn’t believe I was actually in love with that ass, he’d never spoken to me like that how I knew he was just hurt.
But I wasn’t going to take that it’s not acceptable, no one should be spoke to like that and if he wanted me to forgive him he was gonna have to work for it. I went to sleep soon after that, on the beat up sofa with scrappy blankets feeling empty inside, though I didn’t get much sleep overall.
I tossed and turned for what felt like hours, playing back the conversation in my head overthinking it. finally getting to sleep around five am.
“Don’t tell me how to wax my bored!” Is what I woke up to.
My head was clanging from lack of sleep and the sun glaring down at me through the dusty window.
“Boys, SHUT UP” I sailed out to them, not being in the mood to be awake yet “sorry y/n! JJ is just being an idiot”
“what else is new?” I wondered to pope coming out into the straight heat blocking the sun with my hand.
Kiara and pope laugh at me while JJ stood there looking guilty underneath his sunglasses. His face showed that he regretted what happened last night but I really wasn’t interested at the moment. He’d pissed me off.
“Don’t you think he’s using to much wax?” Pope pointed at the bored in JJ’s hands.
“don’t tell me how to wax my bored! Jeez”
JJ lifted up his sparkling sunglasses up on to his head in anger at pope.
“I’m just saying…” “guys seriously stop it!” Kiara looked up giving them daggers clearly getting annoyed. “Remember when y/n suggested you shut up, listen to it!”
“wait shhh.. do you hear that?” JJ rotated his head and eyes away from me peering in to the distance of the road “is that…” I trailed off listening out. Jhon b swerved around the corner in his van with a huge smile on his face. The feeling in the air changed immediately.
“JHON B?!” Kiara jumped over the sofa throwing her magazine on the floor running towards him excitedly flopping in to his arms
The boys followed jumping in to a happy group hug I didn’t Wanna disturb. Though it did put a smile on my face.
“what the hell bro?” JJ slapped John B on the back with a beautiful smile fixed on his face. It was nice to see him genuinely smile.
“They let me go” he smiled shrugging while everyone took a step back.
“Come here” jhon B laughed putting his arms out to me, I’d stayed in the dorm frame the whole time just watching. I bounced over and we met in the middle hugging tightly. “Ugh it’s so good to have you back” I whispered softly
“but they just let you go?” Pope questioned confused.
“Sure did- charges were dropped, wheres Sarah?” He looked around and then at me.
“She didn’t come back last night” JJ sighed so I didn’t have to answer “she went to meet wheezie and didn’t come back” he explained again in more detail when John B looked at me for answers again.
Suddenly out the corner off our eyes we saw a speedboat heading to us, with topper and Sara. The confused ,but happy to be reunited, pogues all ran towards it but gently my wrist was grabbed. Stopping me from following.
“can I talk to you?” JJ asked with a sad soft face pointed to the floor,
“maybe if you actually look me in the eyes for once” I told him while folding my arms defensively so I’d get out of his grasp.
“I’m- sorry I’m so sorry y/n, I shouldn’t have spoken to you like that you didn’t deserve to hear that, it came from a place of anger and worry and sadness it wasn’t meant for you”
“That’s what I said to you JJ, I also said I was here for you but you can’t push me away like that” I attacked him with guilt “I know that…” “but theres a reason” JJ fixed his top setting it straight and looked dead into my eye.
This time he took my hand…myy heart beat quickened as I grew more nervous thinking about all the possible things he could say.
“Uh… okay, I really like you..y/n” JJ confessed with a smirk.
“W-what?” My words didn’t know how to come out and my body insisted on making me look like an idiot. I forgot got how to control my body, my mouth was open in shock with What the boy had just said.
“me?”
“Yes, you” JJ’s laughed filled my ears flicking his blonde hair out his eyes . “I said all that’s shit to you yesterday because I know I’ll never be good enough for you… and that hurts so I fucked things up.. but I don’t wanna fuck this up”
“You didn’t fuck anything up, I like you too” I told him softly snaking my hands up to his face holding it so he was looking at me. It was all such a rush.
“but you need to work on your eye contact because you have such pretty eyes” I smiled against his soft lips before kissing him.
Our tongues entered each others mouths and my hand held on to his blonde hair for support. We both pulled away out of breath and burning with the excitement of young love. leaning out foreheads on each other’s.
“Fucking hell y/n, I’d thought out every possibility about how this would go but none of them where like that” he breathed quietly, giggling holding my waist and bringing me closer to his body.
“I promise I won’t ever shout at you again”
“I can deal with the shouting JJ ,it’s the part where you put your self down! That hurts me because I believe in you”.
He looked taken back, “no one- has ever spoke to me like you have” he whispered in realisation, “well then you better fucking listen to what I have to say huh” I raised my eye brow chewing on my bottom lip
JJ nodded his head grinning down before pulling me in to a hug.
“thank you” he whispered in my ear. “For what?” I looked at him funny “for not giving up on me” “no I like you too much” I shrugged looking at the floor to distract my smile.
“I promise I won’t ever give up on you” I told him seriously.
JJ beamed and leant in for another kiss warming my heart and securing me in his strong arms.

Late night chats
Musical beetlejuice x reader
Beej chats with you when he knows you're not listening
Fluff, pining
It was a long rough week, you were absolutely exhausted, you could barely stand, your knees wobbled as you finally arrived home, everyday this week has been hell between work using you to cover everyone and do everything, and personal family drama you had to attend too, you were glad to finally be home, safe, quiet, where nothing was expected of you, you could finally recharge.
Kicking your shoes off and tossing your bag and jacket aside to deal with later.
As you shamble to your bedroom, eager to swap your work clothes to something less constricting, you tap away on your phone, ordering dinner, you were too tired to cook anyway.
In your bedroom, you were quick to ditch your uniform in replacement for an over sized shirt and a pair of pajama pants.
Removing your bra felt like a weight has been lifted, as you slip on your pajamas you felt 100 pounds lighter, you flop down on your bed, barely clinging to being awake, as you were about to doze off, your phone blares to life with its loud ringtone, you groan in frustration, you force your body to get up and dig for your phone in your pants pocket, you miss the call by a second, before you could check who it was it buzzes again, you nearly drop the phone, startled, you fumble with the gadget, quickly answering the call, assuming it was your incompetent coworkers needing a question asked.
"What are you wearing?~"
You frown, knowing that voice anywhere
"Beetlejuice-"
"Oh baby, you will be wearing me by the time I'm done with you~" he moans
You scowl at this joke, too tired to really deal with his sense of humor, yes the ghoul could easily make you laugh with their lewd jokes, but honestly you were so tired nothing else really mattered.
"What-"
"So we gonna hook up? Or are you standing me up?"
"What?"
"Y/n what day is it?"
You're silent for longer then youd like to admit, beetlejuice starts before you could respond
"Friday, movie night, so, let's hear that magic b word sweetheart~" he chimes in a sing song tone.
As tired as you were, I guess a chill movie night would be fine, if you doze off during you could survive the teasing, wouldnt be the first time.
"Hello? Sugar? I'm not hearing my name come from that pretty little mouth of yours~"
You snap back, guess you zoned out longer then you thought, you utter a quick sorry, and shuffle to the living room.
"Beetlejuice, beetlejuice, beetlejuice"
Your apartment goes dark, you sigh, the ghoul had a thing for making an entrance
"HONEY IM HOME" the ghoul shouts, within seconds you are hoisted up from behind in a tight bear hug, Beetlejuice's head resting on you shoulder "babes I missed ya, you're such a mean little thing forgetting about our movie night, or were you just playing hard to get~" he purrs that last part.
Clearly embarrassed you try your best to squirm out of your predicament, the demon only cackles at your actions
"Keep wiggling like that sugar and your gonna give me a-"
The ghoul was interrupted by a knocking at your door, his eyes light up, before you could get a word in, you are dragged along to the front door
"Its showtime"
...
It was amazing how you were still able to order take out with all the nonsense beetlejuice did to the delivery guys, but it just goes to show that it's all about money, and let's be honest, nobody is gonna believe them, yeah sure, a zombie looking guy took the pizza and then turned into a pile of snakes.
...
Movie night was the same as always, Beej successfully snuggling up close with an arm around your shoulder, ever since the change of seasons he found you no longer took the lead on getting up close and personal, meaning he had to take initiative, not that he minded, since regardless of the temperature, you didnt mind him cuddling up, which was nice, you were so warm to the touch, he adored it.
Movie night was always a blast with the demon, yes you've seen this horror films 100 times, but watching them with Beej always made them more lively, his enthusiasm was so contagious. But as much fun as the evening together was you were officially out of energy, you tired in vain to keep awake, last movie night you dozed off midway through you delt with merciless teasing for a week, but all your effort was for not as you felt yourself slip into dreamland.
"Alright Doll what's up next in our-" the demon finally noticed you were out, he frowns, yeah it was cute, and sexy when you fell asleep on him, but it was really becoming kind of a pain on how hard you worked and how much it drained you, breathers are delicate, and besides he wanted to spend some real legit alone time with you.
The demon snaps his fingers and the two of you reappear in your bedroom, you being tucked into your bed, beej floats up beside you in a lounging position.
The ghoul stares at you, watching you naturally settle into a deep sleep, once a few moments have past and beetlejuice was sure you were out cold, he leans back placing his hands behind his head and let's out a deep sigh.
"Ya know doll, the other week I was in the netherworld for business, bumped into an old pal, buddy was going on and on about this demon he was banging, and boy, the look on his face when I told him I was banging a hot little breather, man, fucker was jealous, I mean we arent technically banging, yet." He whispered
This was a habit of Bj's chatting to you when you were asleep, he didnt need to sleep, so this was a nice way to pass the time.
"I showed him that photo of us lyds took, ya know the one, you were sitting on the couch playing with you phone and I had my head on your lap? Yeah, I keep it in my wallet, hell, it's the only thing in there" he snickers
You mumble something unintelligible, Beej hums in response
"Of course not sugar, I dont keep condoms in there, i prefer to go raw, demons cant get breathers pregnant anyways, wink wink"
The ghoul sighs reclining back and putting his hands behind his head
"Ya know, while I was down there, I had to file some paperwork with my Mom, the bitch she is, was going on and on about how I need to stop screwing around with breathers, she just doesnt get me, you know how it is"
You grumble in response
"Oh, yeah I know I told ya a sandworm ate her, shes back, it's a long story" he huffs with a scowl.
"Yeah she was saying how theres no point of me tricking another breather for a green card to live again, and I should leave you alone, fuck her, ya know, I dont need to trick ya for a green card, i know you're head over heels for me babes, and once you finally admit you love me and we fuck around for a bit, then I'll pop the question." He trails off looking in your direction, your were laying on your side facing the demon, as if you were awake listening to his every word, the demon sighs, staring at you sleeping form, god slash satan he had no idea what he did to deserve you, his sweet caring breather. He could always come back to you, you were all his, you just didnt know it yet, and that was fine, for now, soon he'll get you to confess your undying love.
"What would I do without our little chats" he sighs, his eyes fixated on you, a purple hue begins to creep into his hair, he sighs again
"The only time I can be honest with ya huh babes?"
You mumble in response
"Its not like I dont WANT to be honest with ya, its just, come on, you gonna believe me? A demon from hell falling head over heels for a sweet little breather? I can barely believe it" he stares at you, his hair now completely purple.
"You know I love ya right?" The confidence in his voice fading, the question sounding more desperate then anything, as if the ghoul needed you to know or hed die again.
"...beee" you sigh
Beetlejuice perks up at the sound of your voice "bee?" Were you dreaming of him? The ghoul could just melt at the thought
"...beetlejuice"
You were
The purple in the demon's hair began to mix with hints of pink, his little breather was dreaming of him, the ghoul leans into you, his face inches from yours, studying your face in hopes to crack the mystery of what kind of dream you were having
"...beetlejuice" Again you mumble his name in your sleep
"Do you dream about me often babes? Ya know I dream of you~" he chuckles
"Beetle-"
Before you could finish the b word the demon shakes you awake
"Fuck" you say with a start "beetlejuice what are you doing" you grumble less then thrilled to be woken like this
"You were about to say the b word 3 times babes, had to put a stop to it" he chuckles sheepishly "you were babbling my name away in your sleep, guess you missed me huh?" His nervousness turned into a more confident jab
"I was? I-" you babble
"If you REALLY miss me baby cakes I could slip into bed with ya? Keep ya company" he leans in inches from your face, a moment passes and beetlejuice can see the hesitation in your face, yes he's snuck into bed with you multiple times, but he always left before you noticed.
"I wont do anything creepy" he begs grasping your hand as if to reassure you
"....okay" you whisper
The ghoul's eyes light up at your response in a flash he sheds his suit, leaving only a pair of boxers and slides under the covers next to you, the ghoul is over come by the warmth beneath the covers, and quickly latches on to your even warmer body.
"Good night Bee" you sigh "I'll try not to say your name 3 times"
"Night sugar♡" he cuddles into your chest making you the bigger spoon, though you were the smaller out of the two of you.
As you drift back into a deep sleep beetlejuice begins talking to you again
"You really know how to spoil a guy huh sugar, I guess I can wait a little longer till you say the 3 little words, as long as ya keep treating me like this♡ good night y/n, I love you"
