The Twst + Sofia the first theory
Hello, I'm Vanitas and with the new release of the lost in storybook events, I was reminded of something. and then I dug too deep into it so here we go. (spolier ahead)
If you have watched Sofia the First, the first thing you probably remember is the Amulet. In Sofia the First, the main character is given a magical Amulet that does many things like summoning other princesses
Tumblr media Tumblr media
( if you never seen it here it is)
The first thing I thought when thinking of this theory was Silver's necklace, in book 7 silver is given a magical necklace that was his birth parents. I first noticed how they were both given to them by their nonbiological dads. And then, I realize others things about it too.
The first thing I noticed was that in the special, The Curse of Princess Ivy, we learned two things. The first is that princesses can be trapped in the Amulet and that only one specific dragon can break the amulet. My first thought was the draconias since they are the only dragon-like creatures we actually see. It could also be the east dragons or whatever they called in twst but this theory focuses mainly on book 7. Also, I'm pretty sure Knight of Dawn appeared through the necklace so he could possibly be trapped in the necklace like Princess Ivy or Elena was.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Another connection is the lost in the storybook events, Twst has two events where characters are stuck in a storybook and don't leave until they have finished the story in a sense. If you watched Sofia the first, then you might see a very similar thing in it. In Sofia the first, Sofia became a storyteller (I think that is what they called her) That job includes helping storybook characters finish their stories the same way the princesses did for her.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Now, I couldn't directly connect the secret library to anything. However, the books do remind me of those events. I swear we saw those books but I just can't find the pictures anywhere, if you have them then that'll be a huge help.
So, this isn't really a theory. It's more of weird connections I found which could mean something, I just don't know what. If you have any opinions or theories that relate to this, please show them! i love to hear your thoughts

TW for spoliers for Dragon Age Inquistion (I guess????? It't been 10+ years guys) I keep seeing a lot of people talking about Solas and how horrible he is ( keep my wife's name out of your mouth, I love him your honor) but like, honestly as someone who fell in love Dragon Age Inquisition, it triggered my entire love for the whole series . . . people are missing something huge. Literally all of the main companions, and honestly all of the Advisors, are morally grey, fucked up people. Cole - Literally a spirit/demon. Kills people to 'help'. Varric - Bro is in a long term affair with a woman he can't/won't commit to, is constantly running from responsibility. Sera - Claims to be on the side of the small and helpless, could not give two fucks about the elves at all. Is obscenely racist and cruel, especially if you're playing Dalish. Doesn't seem to give any fucks for how her actions make others feel. Cassandra - Seeker/Templar. Thedas cop. Doesn't care that the mages are regularly abused and violated. Blindly believes in the Chantry, and even after she is given evidence of their fucks ups, cannot pull herself away. Iron Bull - Once again, massively dangerous, worse than a cop. Warrior/master spy. Openly infiltrates your group, sees no sin in how the Qunari operate or stripping people entirely of rights. Blackwall - War criminal????? Fucks you in a barn and leaves???? Takes on the identity of a Warden all in hopes that he can pretend hard enough to be a decent person. Again, dude fucks you in a barn. Jail. Gross. Vivenne - Hungrily plays the politics of Orlais. Believes in keeping the mages in Circles, regardless of the abuse, and is constantly out for her own gain. Her reasonings are wholly selfish. Dorian - Bro defends slavery like five minutes after meeting you. The need for gay rights doesn't fix that my guy. Solas - Doesn't see anyone in the world as people unless/until you change his mind. Sees the Iquisition as a means to an end, and your Inquisitor as someone to manipulate to get to his end goals. Cullen - Reformed Templar, fighting addiction and his past crimes. Abused, violated, he didn't believe mages were people. Josephine - Was a Bard in Orlais. Sounds nice, actually murderous. Killed a friend, is haunted by the act. Though sweet, plays the Game as ruthlessly as anyone else. Leliana - Assassin, murderer, has no problems with being brutal and manipulating everyone for her end goals. Every single one of them are terrible. They are people who have done terrible things, brutalized others, and yet have chosen to stay with the Inquisition. From all corners of Thedas, and yet dedicated to protect the world. Even Solas. His goal to tear down the veil isn't a desire to destroy the world. It's to save the very crumb of his people that remains. And in all of these characters, YOU shape them. You help them choose to be better or worse. That is the beauty of Inquisition. When the world is falling to shit, the sky is literally caving in and a would be god is trying to destroy you all out of spite, PEOPLE come together. They want to protect the world. If you're going to apply a cold, unmoving and non-understanding moral compass to Solas, you better be prepared to do it to every single one of them.

The One I Want: Part 4 Snippet
Jake seresin x plus size!reader
Potential Spoliers-ish (Not anything huge) if you didn't read 3.5
morning of first day of new gift shop job:
Jake shoves his hands into his sweatpants pockets and shrugs. “We usually take an hour for lunch. I could always stop by.” “And do what?” You can’t hold back your snort, nor can you conceal the tick of your lips upturning. Your first smile of the day, light as it is, and Jake’s eyes fix on your mouth until you say, “Are you overdue for a new keychain or cheap beach snow globe?” “I might be. Those snow globes are great,” he says with a grin, endearingly crooked. “You know, you shake ‘em around; snow goes all over the place.” “Yes, I’m aware of how they work.” “Well then you understand why I might want a new one," he sasses, all but sticking his tongue out like a child.
a/n: idk guys, i just think they're cute

Hello everybody, my name is Markiplier and welcome back...to Bug questions
(we gotta heal our group trauma, ALSO potential spoliers for episode 8!!!)
1) How's your Bug feeling? (at the end of episode 8)
2) What was your Bugs initial opinion on Lora when they first met her?
3) Continuing on from 2, how did their opinion change after the first conversation with her? (If it did change)
4) Moving away from episode 8 (trynna distract us from the pains of that episode 😔) sorta angsty scenario time!!! (distracted with more pain ^^)
Fran and Daisy had been staying with the bugs for a while now, due to Felix and Audrey both being unable to care for them for personal reasons.
For the most part Bug had gotten on pretty well with the two girls, they had taken care of them a few times and had gotten to know them. They had even heard Fran speak a couple of times!!! Which may not sound like much but is a huge deal in regards to Fran!
Today though had not been a great day and Bug was exhausted. They had to decline caring for the kids today and had taken themself off to their room to have some time alone. People kept knocking at the door and initially Bug was nice enough, they simply asked the person to go away for now and said that they would talk later but they were becoming agitated by just how many people seemed to be knocking on their door so when they heard somebody knocking AGAIN they kinda lost it
They stormed over to the door, their voice edging on shouting as they spoke to whoever was behind the door
"Listen, I am not in the mood for you people to be constantly chapping on my door. I am tired, I am sick and I don't want to deal with you right now! So would you please stop being such a bother and leave me in peace!-"
They roughly pulled the door open as they finished speaking, they rubbed their eyes only to hear quite sniffling. They looked down and saw Fran staring up at them, tears beginning to fall from her fear-filled eyes. She froze as the tears fell down her face before slowly signing a single word, 'sorry', and running off to her room
(Yes this sorta is Chezs scenario from another thing flipped, idc)
5) Another scenario???? What???
(cw: where did the child go?, yelling)
Bug had to wake up super early today, like stupidly early. Chez had to go out, get some stuff from the local town and visit some people so he couldn't take Daisy with him. Bug was asked to take care of her for a while, just until he got back and they, reluctantly, agreed to watch her.
They were sat in the living room, Daisy on the floor paper and crayon in hand, doodling happily as Bug was on a chair. Their eyes kept falling shut, they tried their best to stay awake but eventually they failed and fell asleep. Bug got to peacefully sleep for a couple of hours until they were awoken by the sound of the door opening and a voice calling from the hall
"Daisy! *Bug*! I'm back!"
Bug went to tell Daisy that her brother was back but upon looking at the spot where Daisy once sat they saw...nobody. There was still the pad of paper and crayons surrounding it, but not Daisy. They searched the room and surrounding hallways still no Daisy.
Chez came into the room, smiling, with bags in his hands. His smile fell slightly as he couldn't spot his sister anywhere in the room. He questioned Bug on where she was and when they revealed that they had fallen asleep & that she was gone by the time they woke up well...he freaked out
The bags fell from his hands as all blood drained from his face, he began to tremble as his fear developed into anger
"Fell asleep? What do you mean you fell asleep?! I asked you to do the simple task of watching Daisy for a while, not even interacting with her, simply watching her! And you fucking fell asleep?"
He kept yelling saying how dangerous it was for a young kid to be out their on her own, that Bug was irresponsible, careless and a wreck, he should have known they weren't to be trsuted with something as important as a young living person. He made his way over to the door to go out & search for Daisy and right before leaving he turned to Bug, mumbling his final words to them
"...if she dies it's all your fault"
What happens next dude?

House is definitely autistic, right?
Gregory House from the show Houss M.D i'm pretty sure is autistic. Although, he's a huge ass blah blah blah.
He consistently breaks rules and is rude, knowing what they are. Given his background with his dad, he most likely suffered some sort of abuse and rules were shoved down his throat. Don't listen or survive.
This resulted in house somewhat understanding what the rules/norms are but not why.
He's an asshole because relationships are overrated to him, harder. Not having to talk to people is bliss.
He has problems with change, as if it is an itch. This was shown (spolier) when House was shot and wanted "his" carpet back.
Vicodin addiction is almost a defensive mechanism against people, also being a self destructive habit. Plus, addiction is addiction. House probably has clinical depression tbh.
The way House obsesses over cases is like solving a puzzle for him, he needs to do it. His job is his life. When he's brazenly honest, it's due to his philosophy of 'everybody lies'. They do, but making it your core belief is extreme. House honors honesty, yet doubts it. The truth is important to him, the complex relationship of lying is his truth.
In conclusion, Greg probably has ptsd, ODD(operational defiance disorder), and depression, autism, or all of the above.

!! HUGE HANNIBAL S3 ENDING SPOLIERS !!
I see so many people complaining about the ending. " we want a S4 where both of the are alive 🥺!!" Yeah, I want an s4 too but here is my take om the ending.
It almost couldn't have been more perfect in my opinion. Here are the reasons:
1. THEY DIED TOGETHER. Will would've died anyway. Wether he would've gotten killed by the weird dragon man or some other creepy killer who was out to get him or maybe he would've gone insane or smth idc but, he would've died soon I think. So, better he broke hannibal out and they got their little kiss kiss moment before they died.
2. Hannibal did not harm Will. It was 110% Will whom pushed Hannibal, Hannibal didn't kill Will, and he didn't force him to anything.
3. Will wanted them both of them gone together, as they were gonna be found by the FBI any day. Rather both of them be gone together FOREVER than hannibal going back in the cell or one of the dying alone.
4. Hannibal was like 10 minutes earlier talking about how suicide was horrible, BUT knowing wholeheartedly that Will wanted it at that moment he would give anything for it. He called it the perfect moment, which allowed Will to execute their perfect escape from that world TOGETHER.
Thank u for coming to my Tedtalk

Lucanis x F! Rook
(part 2 of Please Be Rude)
18+ early story spoliers, relationships forming, discussions of death and loss of family, antisocial behavior, depersonalization, suppression of grief, misunderstanding, sex as a favor, dry humping, praise kink, handjob (m!), oral (m!), deepthroat, porn w/ plot
After they came to an agreement to be bound to one another, Lucanis invites his deadly charge out for coffee...
Prev Chapter, Masterlist
-
"Hungry?"
Rassou looked up from her arm, wiping ink away. Eyeing the apple slice he offered out.
"Can't right now. Sterile environment." Her eyes returned to the dark wind of her tattoo.
He nearly rolled his eyes. They had been hit by battle after battle all day. And the way she fought, she had to be hungry...
That first fight, he had shouted to stay behind him, rushing forward. The whip of her hair flew past before he had even finished his command. Sprinting. She was sprinting.
She fought like one runs from a burning house. Lightning released from her in frantic bursts, blade a whirlwind. Running in a chaotic rhythm, a broken beat that wrenched her forward. It was no wonder Varric saught her out; between the damage she wrought on droves of their foes and the terrifying presence she carried, she made an excellent body guard.
"Your arm is bleeding." He sighed, watching the bandage on her bicep leak.
She gave it a glance and wiped the blood trail away with the ink. Focus barely broken.
Spite, naturally, had reached her before he had and was wrapped around the curve of her back. Staring at Lucanis with a possessive glare and a sharp smile. Rassou gave him small whispers, and the demon would rub his face into her like a needy housecat, eyes never leaving Lucanis.
"Mage berserker..." He shook his head, ignoring him. "I've never heard of one like you before."
"They don't live long."
"No, they wouldn't." He chuckled. "Mages are sponges for damage. You're no different."
"I'm quicker. I'm alive." She stated simply. "Fast and mean keeps you standing."
"The way you fight..." He couldn't keep the reverence from his voice. Not sure if he wanted to. "I can't predict you. It's incredible."
She leaned back, flexing her hand. Forearm tight under the shifting of muscle. Spite gave a grimace to the adjustment but didn't release.
"Did the Mortalisi train you to move like that?"
A sharp laugh left her.
"Can you train a thunderstorm?"
He fell quiet, shame in his belly.
"I didn't mean to-"
"I'm not insulted. If you upset me, I'll tell you." She stated, smoothing her arm in ointment.
"Thank you." He sighed, relief lifted the stone in his belly.
"Direct is the only way I know."
She paused her movements, head bowing slightly. Her jaw clenched, then released.
"I have been meaning to thank you." She hushed.
"For?" His eyes lifted in confusion.
"The peace of mind." She leaned her hands on the fold of her legs. "Knowing there's someone who can put me down. You might be the only one that could do it. It's..."
She sighed, softly shaking her head. "There are so few like me because they weren't fast enough, but also because they didn't have a tether."
"Tether?"
"I guess noose is a better analogy." She laughed under her breath. "I like tether more. You're my kill switch, and that... that takes a huge weight off my shoulders."
A strange poisoned pride filled his chest. Woven with emotions he wasn't going to stare too close at.
"I hadn't realized it was that dire."
An incantation uttered under her breath, palm hovered over the fresh ink. The tattoo thrummed to life, some binding settled into skin.
She shook her head.
"None of you know me."
Spite smiled wide.
"But understand me." Her eyes held on his. "I do not fear death. Do not falter. Let your blade be swift."
Wrapping her forearm in gauze with practiced movements, her eyes fell from him again.
"You're very intense. And you need to eat. How can I kill you if you starve to death?"
The side of her mouth lifted in a smile. She leaned toward him and held her mouth open, hands still busy.
He placed the apple gently into her mouth. The warm of her breath stained his fingers.
She chewed, clearly thinking nothing of this exchange while his heart fluttered. He pushed through the foolish adolescent sensation.
"Illario has a lead. He wants to meet at a café tonight."
"Give him my regards." She stood, rolling her wrist. Flexing the stiff from her fingers. Spite whined and followed.
It was remarkable. She not only kept his demon busy but tamed him slightly. The discharge of lightning into him left the hateful spirit a little more hazy. Still set on torment, but quieter in her presence.
"I was offering for you to come with." He smiled, standing to pause her stride away.
"Why?" She stared lost at him.
Why?
A multitude of reasons rose to the forefront.
"Why not?"
Her arms folded.
"General social perception, for one. These eyes don't make friends."
He laughed.
"You think my demonic aura endears people to me?"
Spite giggled gleefully.
'Aw, little Lucanis. So lonely...'
"Fair enough." She mused.
"I rather like your eyes, actually. They're very striking."
She tilted her head at him.
"You know I'm tied to you, not the other way around."
"I want you to come with."
She was quiet for a moment, peering at him.
'Careful little Lucanis, you might get attached.' Spite wrapped his arms around her waist, smiling at him from behind her shoulder.
She pressed a hand to her waist, feeling him there. Her eyes softened on Lucanis after a moment.
"When do we leave?"
-
Rassou's black rimmed eyes followed the tall spires on the horizon, the calm lapping of distant water. The quiet bustle of the night market soothed like cricket song. Rugs softened footsteps, and low lanterns hung as warm beacons.
Her hand rose to her chest. Taking in the unexpected serenity within the sea air.
"You alright?" He paused his comfortable stride.
"I'm fine." She hardened herself again, taking up his momentum. "So... we're grocery shopping?"
"Just a few things." He smiled ruefully. "It's a miracle all of you haven't starved yet."
He popped into stalls, speaking low to the vendors in familiarity as he shopped. They warily eyed her over his shoulder, a natural reaction.
She stood back from these exchanges. If anything, she understood her place. Better as a threat than a person. She barely registered herself as a person regardless.
He kept introducing her to the vendors, glancing over his shoulder, trying to coaxe her forward. She stared back blankly, giving an affirmative nod to his associates.
After the second stop, he counted his haul. All items to fill the needs of their companions, a sweet endeavor. Muttering to himself.
"Fruit... What did Neve need again...?"
"Peaches."
He looked up.
"Her favorite fruit are peaches. They pair well with fried fish." She offered.
He smiled brilliantly at her. Her chest clenched.
"And what does your favorite fruit pair well with?"
"I see the fruit stall." She strode forward beyond him. His gaze tingled on her neck. "We should pick something up for Bellara too."
"Any suggestions?" He took up her stride with a smile in his voice.
"Kiwi." She offered after thinking for a moment.
The vendor seemed especially spooked by her, so she melted into shadow while he caught up with them. Pulling her hood over her head, she wove through the crowd. The people passing held their eyes down and shuffled quicker.
The clank of metal and smell of heat brought her up to a small smithy stall. Those in the line of work tended to be less skittish around her.
"Daggers?" The vendor eyed her appreciatively, the rough of his hands and grit of his voice reassuring her.
She gave an affirmative grunt, and he brought out a few options. Her eyes caught on a wyvern tooth blade.
She tested the weight, balancing it on her palm.
"Hard earned, that one." The vendor chuckled, settled back on his stool, wiping oil into steel. "Hard to take them down, harder to get their teeth from their great thick skulls."
Rassou smiled, flipping it in her fingers. The fluidity speaking for the craft, an extension of her will.
She slid half the coin across the table.
"You got any weapons that need some more bite?" An arc of electricity left her wrist.
"Hey, there you are!" Lucanis met her as she descended the stairs. "Sneaking off so easy, you should've been a Crow." He praised.
"You got your goods?" She eyed his full bag.
"Just about." He hitched his head toward the water. "I'd like to pick up something for Illario, but I'd never hear the end of it."
She slipped his gift into the bag behind his shoulder and took up shadow behind him again. "He seems willful."
"That's one way to put it." He sighed. "He's as stubborn as a mule, and as charming as a viper."
The accusing affection in his voice was foreign to her. Speaking of family was something that only ached hollow inside her.
"He'll like you, though." He offered as if to affirm her. "You're interesting. 'Nothing worse than being a bore'... the trouble that mindset has got us in." He let out a deep breath.
"The café is just ahead." He nodded at a far building as they entered a large garden.
A cat perked its head up from a curl on a rug in their stead. Blinking slow at her.
She kneeled down and offered her fingers to its tiny nose. It purred after a few hearty sniffs and pushed its little apple head into her palm.
"Hello, little one." She hushed in Navarran as her fingers worked into the fur behind its ears. The purring picked up speed.
"You like cats." He remarked softly.
"Cats like me." She clarified. "I think it's the eyes."
"I can never tell if you're joking."
"Good. Keep guessing." She stood, giving him a mock glare over her shoulder.
He smiled with narrowed eyes. "Don't challenge me, travieso."
"Why?" She stalked closer, a sharp smile split her face. Taking the crest of his chin under her fingers. "Are you a viper, too?"
His breath stilled.
"Your cousin is waiting." She tapped his cheek twice, walking past him.
She leaned against the balcony as they entered, taking in the full horizon. Breath quieted in its beauty. The stretch of dark sea moon ribboned, spires rose to the heavens, sailboats lazily drifting through. Spellbound despite herself.
"You're so lucky." Her voice caught.
"Hm?" He glanced at her as he came to the banister.
She swallowed the wonder in her tone. "Your home is beautiful."
"It is." He smiled, leaning his hip against the railing. "I'd like to see yours someday."
Her hand tightened on the railing, white in her knuckles. Memory stabbed into her side.
"I'm not from Nevarra originally. Necropilis isn't my home."
Not anymore.
He got quiet, seeing the tight in her.
"But I can show you around." She relented, releasing her grip. Stretching out the ache in her fingers. "How do you feel about dark dank crypts?"
He smiled gently. "I've always preferred the dark."
He led her to the table. His cousin eyed her from a lean on his chair, a cocky smile a feature of his face.
"You haven't properly introduced us." Illario purred, looking her up and down. "Now where did he find you?" He mused.
She leaned her palms on the table, bringing her gaze down level to his. Widening her eyes to their full capacity in a stare under her brow.
His breath paused. She smiled, her favorite trick as effective as always. Sitting down with her own lean.
"At the bottom of the ocean." Lucanis preened, giving their exchange room to breathe in petty triumph.
Their banter picked up and held the bite that spoke of people who had known each other far too long. Throwing volleys back and forth in practiced blows.
Rassou listened, watching their exchange in silence. Content to stay outside of their warmth.
Their conversation came to a disagreement, which seemed to be a natural trajectory for them.
"Your lead is no good."
"You have better information?" Illario challenged.
"We're compromised. There's no other way Zara could even touch Caterina."
Their argument came to a quiet head, frustration simmering under hushed words. Lucanis insisted they focus inwards, Illario determined to push out.
"If it'll make you feel better, I'll clean house, alright?" Illario huffed, rising from the table. "Leave this to me."
He strode away with tight shoulders. Rassou stood on instinct and watched him go, carving his way through the crowd until he disappeared.
"He's gone." She affirmed, crossing her arms.
"Of course he is." Lucanis sighed, tapping the table, indicating her to sit again. "Illario always caves under pressure."
She folded her ankle over her thigh as she sat, curious to why they were staying.
"What do you want to drink?" He proposed. "They make excellent coffee here."
"Bitter. Hazelnut."
He smiled wide, calling over a waiter with the curl of his raised fingers. Speaking in the language of cuisine as he gave their order.
"Your cousin has very selective hearing." She gave a tight nod to the retreating waiter's wary glance.
"Is that the diplomatic way of saying he's thick-skulled?" Lucanis' eyes twinkled in jest.
"I could be meaner, if you'd prefer." She offered.
"He's always been this way." He shook his head, tossing his eyes in a good-natured roll. "As prickly to anyone challenging him as he is sure of himself. No matter their intentions."
"But enough about my precarious familial ties." He waved his hand affably. "Do you have any siblings? Or the equivalent of them?"
Her hand tightened under the table, and the ache bit at her again.
"Sorry." He sighed, seeing her discomfort. "Family can be a wound."
"It's alright." She hushed. "I'm..."
Stop talking.
"I was orphaned. I was born with a family. Was with them long enough for them to name me."
"I thought your name sounded elvhen." He offered softly.
"They left a note. On my wrist. That's how the necromancer who found me knew."
"Did it say why...?"
Its mother named it Rassou. As soon as it opened its eyes we knew we could not abide such a curse. If you find it before the cold does, know that it will bring a storm down upon you. - First to the Keeper of Clan Lavellan
"No."
The waiter brought their drinks, setting them down and hurrying away.
"I always thought I..."
Stop. Talking.
"I was going to go back. Get answers. Prove myself."
Tears spiked the corner of her eyes. Clouds formed above them, threatening and heavy.
She took deep breaths from her diaphragm.
"They're gone. Ten years now." She took her cup, eyes on the table. "A Duke hired mercenaries to wipe them out. Thought they would bring plague to the human encampments."
The undoing of everything. You can never go back.
"I'm so sorry." He hushed.
She waved her hand dismissively, smoothing the lump in her throat.
"It was a long time ago. Don't dwell on it. I did have companions in Necropilis, Audric and Myrna. Audric taught me how to discharge my storm." She smiled softly. "He always enjoyed the sensation, said it was invigorating."
"Audric is a demon?"
"Spirit, he died during a funeral. Curiosity drives him. We spent a lot of time together in the library."
"I'd like to meet them both." He swirled his cup under his nose, smiling serenely. Taking a reverent sip, a satisfied breath exhaled from deep in his belly. "Bitter and sweet. Like a kiss goodbye."
She drank from her own cup, the rich of the bitter cut through with light hazelnut brought her eyes up into her skull.
"Fuck, that's good... a kiss goodbye." She agreed. "I excel at those."
"Do you?" He laughed.
"Usually a first kiss is the last. What about you, what would a first kiss be?"
"Honey and lavender cream." He mused. "Sweet, intriguing..."
"Really?" She smiled, leaning back in her seat. Cup held over her sternum. "You didn't strike me as a romantic."
"What did I strike you as?" He leaned forward, resting a forearm on the table.
She settled into her own thoughts, closing her eyes. His gaze stayed steady on her.
"Sharp. Heavy with something. Tired around the eyes. Intelligent. Knows a threat when its standing in front of him." Her eyes opened, meeting his stare. "You struck me as a survivor."
He swallowed, eyes fallen to the table.
She maintained his quiet, letting him gather his thoughts as she drank from her cup.
"Should I be sorry for how I reacted?" He finally looked up at her again.
"No. You were right. Don't doubt that." The memory of his blade against her throat was barely noteworthy. "You did the right thing."
His hand tightened on his cup, eyes flitting along the table. "I..."
"Are you ready to go back?" She glanced up at the position of the moon in the sky.
He took a steadying breath out, shaking his head slightly. Bringing his cup to his lips slowly.
"Not yet."
-
Rassou's hands threaded over her belly, staring up at the water rippled ceiling. Strange in her designated quarters. But...
She could afford to settle into the divot cut out for her now. Now that she knew she wasn't going to kill them. Slowly unfurling herself, working out her dynamic that suited each of their personalities. Sweet and encouraging with Harding, inquisitive and funny with Bellara, driven and snarky with Neve. And with him...
Her hands tightened over her belly.
She wore no pretense around him. Coming to him as cold and haunting as she had been born. No role to play.
She sat up. Tying the long tempest of her hair back with fast hands. Pulling a robe around her as she descended down the stairs, grabbing chewing peppermint from her bedside.
The walk across the courtyard was invigorating in its cold. Heat low in her belly, mint in her mouth, chill on her cheeks.
She would give him something in return. An exchange she had fulfilled many times.
Men wanted her like a hand itches for the mouth of a wolf. Danger was a powerful aphrodisiac. And if handled with the fleeting it commanded, could be incredibly satisfying.
He was smart enough to see her for what she was since day one. Lust burned in her belly. Yes, this could be very satisfying.
She edged into the pantry, closing the door softly behind her. He looked up from his book, rising onto an elbow.
"Rook?" The way her title rolled over his tongue sent shivers up her back. "You forgot your dagger in my bag."
"That was a gift." She spoke softly as she drew forward.
His face filled with surprise. "Oh...!"
He made to sit up. She put her hand on his chest.
"Would you like another?"
His gaze held on her hand, then rose to her eyes. Wide with dawning understanding.
"Rassou..." He swallowed, pupils blown wide.
"Say no, and I'll leave." She promised in a whisper. Sliding on knees over him, straddled high over his waist.
His heart pounded under her palm, trying to escape his chest to reach her. She waited, watching his body heave with want under hers.
He finally nodded, looking up at her with eyes dark with need.
She smiled, and dropped her robe behind her.
His breath took at the full of her, only clad in underclothes and long socks. She descended down to him, kissing rough into his throat.
He groaned from his chest, his hands traveling the dip of her back frantically. Grinding his hips up into her center.
She smiled wickedly into his throat. Glad she was right about him. A man with animal hunger simmering beneath the surface.
She pressed her thigh between his legs, and he took up the mount with huffed breath. Grinding the growing hard of him deep into the muscle. Breathing through gasps as she rose to his ear. Sliding her tongue flat up the curve, she panted wanton into the well.
He moaned a curse as she nibbled and sucked at the lobe. His cock throbbing hard against her thigh. Hands digging into the fat of her ass to pull her in a rhythm against him.
She followed his speed, driving her hips in thrusts against him. His hands fell away, twitching at his sides. Neck craned up, moaning with abandon, eyes risen into skull. Fully lost to the drive inside him.
"Good boy." She purred. He jolted against her at her praise. "Let me give to you."
She snaked her hand between them and undid his trousers. His cock greeted her hard as stone and leaking. She wrapped her palm around the pillar.
He groaned hard, chest twisting under her. Her mouth descended back to his throat as the fingers on her opposite hand pushed under his shirt. Finding his nipple standing at attention already, dragging the pads of her fingers across the needy bundle as her hand around his cock gathered the wet and rocked in a tight stroke.
His body writhed beneath her as she worked him with both hands and the bite of her mouth. His cut moans helpless to her, hips fucking up into her fist. Licking at his throat, tweaking his nipple, bringing him closer to the edge. Her own arousal soaked between her legs.
His hand gripped into her bicep with sudden urgency, breath caught in his throat. A tell she had seen before.
She descended quickly down his body, taking the head of his cock into her mouth. Sliding all the way back into her throat.
His hands scrambled along the cot, hips bucking. Head craned all the way back.
She only gave two full bobs of her head and he was gone. Biting into his forearm above her to muffle his cry, hips stuttering as he filled her throat. Cock jolting deeper into the tight muscle as she swallowed around him. Body twisting in release, his knees rose around her shoulders, squeezing her.
He fell back boneless and panting to the heavens, eyes lost under fluttered lids.
She rose back onto knees, wiping her mouth. Pulling her robe back onto her shoulders, tying it at the waist. Tucking him back into his trousers with sure hands.
"This doesn't mean anything." She assured with a clear voice. "Nothing has changed."
She stood, drawing away from him. "Get some rest. We have a lead to follow in the morning."
A hand snapped down on her wrist as she strode away.
Her eyes fell on his hand sharply.
Breath still lost, his eyes were heavy with intensity.
She leveled the full threat of her gaze into him.
He released her wrist.
Turning from him, her back bristled with unneeded coil and a tight jaw. It had been a long time since a human had been foolish enough to lay a hand on her.
She silently slipped back out of the door.

i want to take a short moment here to speculate about some things i just found in pokemon violet and what that might mean for the next pokemon games coming up (as well as maybe some volo reference?) putting this under a cut since there are sorta mild spoilers here? maybe? like probably not really considered spoliers but just to be safe ;w; for context this involves something mentioned in one of the later history lectures at the academy and some information in the Scarlet/Violet Book (also found at the academy on the ground floor in the entrance hall):
ok the first thing i want to mention that piqued my interest is what Ms. Raifort talks about during the History (4) lecture:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
now of course this merchant could be anyone, but my heart really wants to believe that this was volo and not just because i’m such a huge volo fan and want to see him again (hhhh volo please come back... 😭) - but also because of what’s mentioned in a curious little book called the Violet Book (or the Scarlet Book I would assume if you’re playing Scarlet version) this is the page I’m referring to:
Tumblr media
Heath talks here about wandering off from the exploration team, only to wake up when found unconscious by the team later on to remembering nothing but talking with someone in an unfamiliar place, like he was in a dream... obviously there’s some interesting stuff going on in the drawing/writing he references on the left that he has no memory of doing but... I have to wonder. who is this person he spoke with? and where? again, would looooove to speculate that this is volo, that he maybe is a time traveler, something like that, and in addition to him being the merchant that brought the king the treasures. again, big speculation here buuuut i’d love to believe it 😭 another thing that REALLY got my interest was this (in the same book, the Violet Book):
Tumblr media
this imagined pokemon... verrrrry much looks like an amalgamation of the swords of justice from unova (with maybe a dialga butt? lol) now, we of course know we’re most likely going to at least get remakes of gen 5 in the near(er) future. but what’s way more curious about this all is what Scarlet’s version of the imagined pokemon looks like in their book:
Tumblr media
Raikou, Entei and Suicune. the Johto trio. are we maybe getting a legends game based in johto? in addition to the gen 5 remakes for unova? or maybe we also get a legends game for unova? like why these three, y’know? JUST... HHHH... like this is made even MORE curious for me because, tying back into Volo, I’ve seen a lot of people mention that he would definitely be interested in the Sinjoh Ruins since it has ties to Arceus and the Ruins of Alph (IN JOHTO) and just- I dunno... it’s just so interesting to me again, wild speculation on my part but this stuff definitely caught my attention and i had to talk about it a little bit ;w;

TF2 Headcannons part 2
Alright so previously i did some sniper headcannons and now im gonna do some demo headcannons.
warning these head cannons will contain some spoliers for the comics im working on, if u dont mind spoliers go right ahead :>
Tumblr media
Demo is not a fan of halloween, he thinks its evil, mostly cuz of ya know the spell book that took his eye, but thats not the reason why, he thinks its a scam and that it celebrates evil stuff in his oppion, he'll dress up but thats about it, (also every halloween merasmuss comes and tries to kill all of them, so thats sucked out the fun of halloween for him)
Tumblr media
Demo is a book nerd, he's a man of literature and poems, he loves a good book, really he loves books, he loves books so much Medic and spy had to hide all there books from him so he wouldnt go looking around there rooms for books, and spy likes to keep his smoking room private but he'll let Demo come and barrow one of his books from his library with HIS premission.
Tumblr media
he hangs out with scout and sniper the most, he bassicaly sees them as his younger brothers (Demos age i think is 39 or 40, while scout is 29 and snipers 31 i think correct me if im wrong) but Demo has a huge big brother aura around him bassicaly, also when sniper and scout are in a really big argument Demo will step in.
Tumblr media
Demo and Soldier hated each other at first will see more of this in the comics im working on so im not gonna explain it a whole lot.
Tumblr media
but eventually they got over it and became really close friends :)
Tumblr media
Demo is also a fishermen and loves the ocean and everything to do with it ( kinda like Snipers wilderness obesesion), when he was a kid his dream was to become a pirate, but he never got the time to do it, so Sniper and Scout are helping him realize that dream and turn it into reality , (Scout didnt really want to go on a Pirate adventure though the baseball game was on tonight)
Tumblr media
and here is the rest of the team waving bye to them as they sell out to the open ocean on a paddle boat.
Tumblr media
oh.... thats not good.

Terraria has got to be the most funniest and chaotic game i have played (also spolier warning ig!!!), you start the game, make a character, create a world and then you're just plopped in there. No tutorial, nothing. You see some dude with brown (i think) hair and just press right-click, see a dialogue option labelled 'help' and think "oh! this gotta be how to go to the tutorial!" and NOPE! Think again fucker 'cause you better chop some wood and build a house because the night is dangerous (OoOoOoOh very spooky). So, you look up "Terraria Beginner Guide" (or something along the lines of that) and y'know you just get going, build houses, explore the underground, maybe built a hellevator, and you even built an arena (im so proud)! Then suddenly the text "You feel an evil Presence watching you" pops up and you know that you better get to your arena 'cause its very spooky big eyeball time (hooray).
So after you beat the very big Eye of Cthulu you get some loot, fast forward to The Wall of Flesh. This is it. The final challenge in Pre-Hardmode. The Gate to see if you have what it takes to go to Hardmode. And now, it begins. After you throw the doll of the person who pranked you out of a Tutorial into the lava below, you hear a roar, before a wall made out of flesh with two huge Eyeballs and a gaping wide Mouth comes at you. It was a great battle, with you seemingly being at equal with the giant fleshy wall. You threw everything you got at it: Bullets, Fire, Ice, even that Imp you found on the street. Ater a long Battle with many Hardships, you won. But only now....
The Fun really begins.
Oh, you thought that you could go out at night? Think again fucker, mf-ing Werewolves. You thought that Molten Armor/ Meteorite Armor was gonna protect you? Dont make me laugh. "Atleast I have my NPCs?" Wrong! You feel vibrations from deep below. Hardmode is the game's most challenging part imo, because not only is everything new, but also beefier, stronger, and more annoying to deal with. Oh, there's also a new Biome where, you guessed it! Everything kills you! It isnt as bad if you're more experienced and prepared alot of stuff, but unfortunately, most newer Players dont do that, and I've even seen some leave permanently because dying constantly wasnt fun anymore. But we dont quit, do we? No. Because our Mamas didnt raise us to be quitters! Uhh motivational quote, yadda yadda yadda etc. So. you actually persist, get better gear, and even kill a mechanical boss! So you get better weapons and gear, kill another Mechanical Boss and the last one is now dead. So you get clorophyte (No i will not look up how it's spelt and i really couldnt care less), get better-er gear and fight Plantera. This pink plant bitch is probably one of the best bosses in the game, and i am sad that it has some of the worst loot in the game imo. anyways, you unlock the temple, kill golem (Man Re-logic really need to buff this dude) get better-er-er gear and fight the lunatic cultist. Kill him, get the only drop (Man Re-logic really need to buff this dude's loot) and fight the celestial pillars. cool, you can now make weapons from SpAaAaAaaAAaace. Each of which correspond to a class (Solar=Melee, Vortex=Ranged,Nebula=Mage,Stardust=Summoner). but suddenly, the screen gets darker and more wonky, the music is gone and then,
The Moon Lord has Awoken!
Out of bloody nowhere, the final boss is here. The Final Challenge. The Wall between you and the End. After having improved so much and died so much, like, WOW those are alot of deaths, you are at the final blockade. And after a battle you will remember forever, you come out on top, victorious. You are at the top of the 2d Mountain. You have beaten everything. You have beaten
Terraria.

First Friends
Here's another one, this time this about my favorite character, Kakeru Yamaguchi (who is a underated and undeveloped character in my opinion) growing up with no friends and then making ones at Hope's Peak Academy.
Warning: There will be some Chapter 3, 0 and 6 spoliers along with some past bullying, Mitch (and Kizuna) being gross and some Tragedy shenanigans. It also gets a little sad at the end too. So, take care before reading.
Kakeru Yamaguchi grew up in a lonely life. He has no friends in elementary school due to his height as not only he was the tallest kid in his grade, but the tallest kid in school! He was teased; always picked last in various sport games, have his teacher pick out his group in class since no one wanted him to work with him and he’s usually by himself during recess.
It got worst in middle school when he gained muscles and start having a scary face. The kids who bullied him back in elementary school, are now scared of him! Like every time he approach someone, they look and runaway in fear. Even the local delinquents stayed away from him as they know he’s big, strong and can take them out in one punch! But what they didn’t know that Kakeru never liked using violence and that he actually hates his muscles and appearance!
It doesn’t get better whenever he goes around town to buy a student bus pass or a movie ticket; he gets looks due his older appearance. What they thought is a grown-up lying about his age so he can get cheap tickets. But in reality, he’s an actual teenager who just has a huge growth spurt.
Then at the private law firm that he used to interned, he get along with the other lawyers. But besides talking about the latest case or trial, they don’t have anything in common as they’re older and talk adult stuff, compared to Kakeru since he’s a teenager.
The only people that he’s close with are his family. It’s embarrassing; he’s not going to lie. The fact they know his appearance is causing him to get picked on in school sucks. But at least he’s trying his best. And it helps that he’s one of the brightest students there too as he rather spend most of his time at home, reading and studying for class than going out and causing trouble for himself and his family.
But if you pick which family member he’s the closest to, it’s his younger sister, Midori. When he’s not at school, studying or at the courthouse, he’s spending time with her. It’s mainly because she was born with bad health, something that he blames himself for as he feel like he took all the health away from her. She keeps telling him, it’s not his fault and instead blames it on her being unlucky. Either way, he tries to help her out as much as he can.
When Midori start attending school and making friends on her own, Kakeru feels sad that even though she spend some time at the hospital due to her health, she can make friends with no problem! Seeing that makes him jealous and vows to work on his social skills, in hoping to gain just one friend.
High school didn’t get any better. Kakeru had one of the best scores in the entrance exams and people at his new school still won’t go near him! He wish he can join an after school club, but his internship at the law office keeps him from doing that. Even if he didn’t work as a lawyer, no one wanted him in their clubs anyway! So instead, he kept his head low in class and studied hard so he can pass the college exams and get into the best law school in Japan.
Then something happened. During Kakeru’s 2nd year in high school, he got accepted into Hope’s Peak Academy, a special school that accepted only students who excel at their personal fields. Many say it’s one of the best schools in Japan and that once you attend the school, you are set for life. This would look great for Kakeru’s resume and improve his chances for law school…no, almost every law office in Japan want him on their firm, even before he can get to graduate from the school!
People’s opinion of him started to change as they heard he got accepted to Hope’s Peak. Students at his high school started to get friendly around him and ask him tips on how to get in themselves. Of course, he know that the school only accepted the best of the best and most of them have no talent that will even improve their chances. And plus, you have to get scouted out by the school itself! Of course doing what he does the best, Kakeru avoids them in hoping for them to get leave him alone and mind their own business.
At the law firm, the lawyers are a little better about him attending Hope’s Peak. They said that they’re going to miss him around here and hope for the best. They also tell him that some of the best lawyers in Japan attended the school and have successful careers after graduating from there. So, they think that he’s going to be okay.
But one of the lawyers noticed something strange: Hope’s Peak Academy has already accepted students for the school year. Why are they accepting new students now? The others caught on and agreed with him. It’s July and now the school are accepting more students!?!
An older lawyer in the back said he knows why: there have been rumors of an incident at Hope’s Peak Academy and the school board are trying to sweep it under the rug by admitting new students as a form of a distraction. What incident that happened at the school he doesn’t know, but he warns Kakeru to be careful and to watch his back.
The rest tells the man to stop being overdramatic and that he’s just jealous that the youngest member of their firm is going to an elite school, where he’s guarantee for life. One even reminded the old man that it took him three times before he got admitted into a university! The man got angry at the lawyer, saying there were reasons why he failed the college entrance exam TWICE!
During summer break, Kakeru left his old high school and transferred to Hope’s Peak Academy. At least one good thing that came out of this is the chance for him to start on a new page, away from the kids at his old school who bullied him when he was younger and the people from his town who glared at him and was intimidated by his appearance. But one the downside, this mean he’s far away from his family and Midori, who could end up in the hospital on a short notice and the lawyers at the law firm that he respected.
Then September came, which means the start of the new semester at Hope’s Peak Academy. So far, things seemed okay. The students are bit nicer here compared to the ones from his old high school. Kakeru enjoyed interning at a law firm where most Hope’s Peak students whose talent was related to law, worked at. But the one strange thing about the school is that during the Welcome Orientation, the headmaster told him and the new students to stay away from the Reserve Course students and not talk about the things that are going on in the school.
It looked like the old lawyer was on to something.
So, Kakeru should keep an eye out on anything suspicious around the school. But at the same time, he doesn’t want to anything that could get him in trouble and probably get him expelled, which would bring shame to his family. Like he did at his old school, keep his head low and focus on his classwork and internship instead.
As for his classmates, Kakeru finds them…very interesting. Unlike his classmates from his old school, most of them very sociable and have strong personalities. Because of that, he sometimes returns to his dorm room with a headache from being around some of them. Despite that, it seems that they are willing to be around him, which is a good sign. Too bad his timid and shy personality had to ruin everything. Especially when he stutters every time he talks to someone as it’s not too common for them to talk to him in the first place because of his appearance!
In his new class, there are 15 students who managed to talk and to get to know him better.
His first classmate is Mitsuhiro Higa, or “Mitch” who wants people to call him by. He’s the Ultimate Soccer Player and like Kakeru, is athletic. Too bad he’s a total asshole and a creep. One time, Kakeru caught him saying some vulgar comments on one of their female classmates. Rightfully, he called Mitch out from his comments, saying that his mother raised him to respect women and not tolerate those who can’t.
Not surprisingly, Mitch took offense of what Kakeru said and told the muscular teen that he’s famous, can get away with stuff  like that and that he’s better than him. He even tells him that no girl will ever date him due to his stuttering! Let just say Kakeru made a right choice by not punching Mitch in the face, even though he does deserve it.
His next classmate is Ayame Hatano, the Ultimate Sprinter. Like him and Mitch, she’s also an athletic. Unlike Mitch, she’s much nicer to him and the others. Another thing about her is that she takes talent, very seriously to the point that if you don’t see her in the classroom; she’s at the track field running. And also, she likes to go on a long ramble about her talent and other things, which causes Kakeru to get a headache from how much talking he hears from Ayame.
Next is Haruhiko Kobashikawa, the Ultimate Pilot. Haruhiko or “Haru” is a very friendly and sociable guy to be around with. The fact he first flew an airplane was both impressive and at the same time, scary for Kakeru to comprehend. Like Mitch, he’s a pervert, but he’s less likely to be gross about it.
Then there are Haru’s two friends that he tends to hang around with: Teruya Otori, the Ultimate Merchant, the short one who dreams to become head of his family store (which there are a few in Kakeru’s town) and Satsuki Iranami, the Ultimate Clown, whose known for her goofy personality and saying silly things.
Together, the three of them tend to do some crazy things around the school. Some that can get them in trouble! They sometime causes Kakeru to get a headache just from being near them!
Next is Kiyoka Maki, the Ultimate Sniper. Despite her talent, she wants to be a normal teenager instead of being an assassin. And for some reason, she likes hanging out with the trio above. She thinks they lighten the place and she enjoys that. Kiyoka also has a bad habit of speaking before thinking, which got her into trouble with some of their classmates. Other than that, she’s really friendly toward others.
Then there’s Kizuna Tomori, the Ultimate Cheerleader. Kakeru doesn’t like her. One time, she flirted with him, saying he’s attractive and has a handsome face (something that no one told him before). And because of his talent, he makes good amount of money and she wants him to give her money, so she can by expensive things for herself. There was even one time she tried to make a move on him and he told her no! Thankfully Ayame and Kiyoka dragged her away from him as another classmate of their; Akane Taira apologized for Kizuna’s behavior.
Speaking of Akane, who’s the Ultimate Maid, there is something real strange about her. Like, she’s a nice person who usually spends her time cooking meals in the cafeteria or cleaning their rooms. But there’s something about her that throws Kakeru off, like she has a dark side or something…
It appears that Kakeru is not the only person in their class that has a strange feeling about Akane. Mikako Kurokawa, the Ultimate Exorcist, can see something dark about her too. Of course, this is part of her talent as Mikako can sense evil auroras and perform rituals to prevent it or remedy the situation. When she’s not busy performing rituals, she’s bubbly, talkative and is LOUD! Like, she might be louder than when he speaks in court!
Besides Akane, there’s another person that both Kakeru and Mikako has strange feelings about, Yuki Maeda, the Ultimate Lucky Student. For some reason, he doesn’t want to hang with anyone in their class. He won’t talk to them, join any events that some of them planned or even hang out with them during the weekend; just nothing. Then there’s the fact he doesn’t show any emotion at all. Like, Yuki looks gloomy and depressed.
Despite that, at least Akane and Yamato Kisargi, the Ultimate Inventor, tries to talk and hang with him.
Speaking of Yamato, he’s a really nice, has a strong personality, friendly and gets along with others. He’s also known for some of the inventions, which makes him highly intelligent. He’s one of the few people that Kakeru gets along very well. Too bad anytime the two speak, Yamato tends to talk about technology and science, which sometimes confused Kakeru since he only know basic technology, like computers.
Another smart classmate of his is Tsurugi Kinjo, the Ultimate Police Officer.  He’s nice, brilliant and likes to play chess with Yamato when he’s not busy investigating or doing something work related. However, he and Kakeru don’t get along when it comes how the legal system works. Tsurugi hates criminals, thinking there the reason society could never get rid of evil and believes that they’re unredeemable. He even told Kakeru that he read about him defending a client who murdered a man due to self-defense and believes that the defendant got off too easy. Like with Mitch, Kakeru tries to restraint himself from getting into a heated argument with the cop.
At least the smartest student in his class, Rei Mekaru, the Ultimate Professor, is wise enough to not get into petty arguments like he did with Tsurugi. But Rei is very aloof and has the “I’m not here to make friends” mentality. After all, Rei had to grow up faster than him and most of their classmates and she was teaching college courses in the United States, so it’s expected. Despite that, she and Kakeru have conservation on the legal system, some of the most famous cases and such.
Out all of the people in his class, Kakeru has managed to make some friends. One of them is Kinji Uehara, the Ultimate Priest. At first, Kakeru worried that Kinji might shove his religious beliefs down his throat as he and his family aren’t that religious to begin with.  Yeah, they go to the local temple on New Year’s Day to pray for a good year ahead. Or pray for Midori’s recovery whenever she ends up sick again.
Especially, the time where he has to defend a client who was accused of robbing from a mega church who the defendant believes that the church was using money for themselves and not for the poor that they were supposed to help. Kakeru successful have his client plead on a lesser charge when he later found out that the church wasn’t paying their taxes…
When he was told of that, Kinji apologized, saying that there are people who strived against what the good book said for their own selfish means. At least he agreed what that church did was wrong and that they should’ve used that money to help the poor by running a shelter.
As for Kakeru’s beliefs, Kinji won’t scold him for being non-religious and won’t force his own view of faith onto others as respect the freedom of religion of different individuals. It was thanks to Kinji, Kakeru sees religion in a different view.
But that’s not all, Kakeru then learned that he and Kinji has something in common. They love to read and they often talk about philology, meaning of life and like with Rei, how the legal system work since Kinji relieved that he once lived in Italy, where the law works differently than in Japan. Sometimes, they would talk for hours and hours until it was nighttime.
That was when Kinji became Kakeru’s first friend.
But Kakeru made another friend at Hope’s Peak: Katana Inori. She’s special compared to the rest. When he first met her, she reminded him of Midori as she’s small. But she’s also very smart as she’s the Ultimate Surgeon, whose been practicing under her father’s watch at the hospital they worked at. She’s also friendly and calm as talking to her will make your problems go away.
Of course, she gets mad whenever you hurt yourself if you’re not being too careful or sees that you didn’t sleep too well the night before. Then there’s the fact she like to remind everyone to take care of their health when winter came in and people start getting sick. Of course, she works at the hospital, so this is normal for her.
The two gets along well as they both share the same interest of staying healthy and helping out others. It also make Kakeru feel comfortable that she’s a medical professional as she understand the struggles of Midori’s health issue and whenever she ends in the hospital again, Katana tells him that she’ll be thinking about her and pray for her recovery. For his part, he tends to help her out in the infirmary like carrying heavy boxes and reaching for things on the shelves that are taller than her.
For that, Kanata became Kakeru’s second friend.
Then for some reason, every time she’s near him or they’re talking, his face turns red and has knots in his stomach. He doesn’t know why it’s there and doesn’t know how to make it go away. He wants to talk to someone about it, but he’s worried that they might tell the class about it instead. Of course, it doesn’t stop Mikako from sensing it and tells him why: he has a crush on Kanata.
For Kakeru, that’s new as prior to coming here, he never had a crush on anyone before. He finds this strange as he thought he’ll be lonely for the rest of his life as his scary appearance keeps them away from him. But the fact he has feelings for Kanata makes this special as he likes her for her kindness, being calm, understanding and that he finds her cute. He’s surprised that no one made a move on her. Not even Mitch as he thinks Kanata isn’t his type. It’s probably for the best that he doesn’t.
That’s when Kakeru decided that he was going to work up his courage to ask Katana out on a date. He wants to do something small like a having dinner at a restaurant or visiting a park, but nothing too big or flashy. Maybe she’ll say yes and if things go smoothly, she might even agree to be his girlfriend…
Too bad he never had a chance as a few months later, something terrible has happened. The Reserve Course students started getting violent. Fights started break out as they attacked the Ultimate students for having more talent than they have. Kakeru got into one himself when he was trying to separate the Reserve Course student from an Ultimate student and got a cut on his leg for his troubles. Kanata heavily scolded him for getting himself in harm’s way as she treated his injury.
Then the Tragedy struck. It came with no warning. The Reserve Course students are now killing the students and these strange robots that look like a bear started attacking them too. Kakeru and the others were in their classroom when a dying student tells the class to run before the bear killed them. It was thanks to Yamato, they managed to escape from the school by riding on a utility truck that then takes them to a Kisargi Foundation Laboratory on an island.
Kakeru is thankful that Yamato is helping him and the others get to safety from all this mess. But even then, he worries about what happened to the people back at home. The kids, who bullied him and later ran away from him, are they okay?
The townsfolk who glared at him for buying a student bus pass; he knows that some are old and wondered if they can survive the Tragedy.
Then what about his old colleagues at the law firm; it looks like that old lawyer was right on there was something wrong with Hope’s Peak Academy. He hopes that they can make it through.
Then there his family, he’s worried about them the most. They’re not as strong as he is, especially Midori, who might not get the medical treatment she needs during all this. He’s worried that she and his family might die and there is nothing he can do about it. Maybe once the Tragedy dies down; he can look for her and his family and get them help. For now, he has to hide for his safety.
Even the safe of staying on the island wasn’t enough. Eventually those robots, called “Monokuma”, invaded the laboratory and started killing the scientists before started attacking him and his classmates. The class has to scatter in order to hide from them. Kakeru was one of them as he hid in the closet with Kanata and Kinji, his two close friends. Katana said that she feels safe in there thanks to being surrounded by two tall men. This made Kakeru’s face turn red in embarrassment. Man, if only this never happened and they to have a normal life instead.
But this was short lived as the Monokumas got into the closet and took out its’ claw. Using his physical might, Kakeru corned it into a wall and tells his friends to make a run for it. Sadly the closet door closed and it was locked from the outside, which trapped the three with the monstrous thing. It was the last thing Kakeru remembered before getting knocked out by the robot.
When Kakeru later woke up, he has lost all his memories of attending Hope’s Peak Academy. The people that he met, talked and worked with. And course, the two friends that he held close to his heart.
Instead, he gets to see his classmates kill each other, go on trial to see whose guilty of murdering one of them, watch the killer get executed by their “teacher” Monokuma and seeing his remaining classmates, isolating themselves from the rest as they can’t trust them; all for the name of despair.
But the worst part is that Kakeru would be later killed by one of his friends. The friend that he trusted, respected, who understands and won’t judge him for being different. The one who gives him hope for a better future.
Now, it will never happen as he lay down, dying on the art room floor. The fact he couldn’t save Kanata sucks. Whatever happens to her, he hopes Kinji won’t kill her in a brutal way like he did.
Only if things were different, this wouldn’t have to happen.
