Obi-Wan tried not to look too smug as he watched Anakin’s shuttle touch down in the landing bay of the Negotiator, expelling the man himself a few minutes later. He probably failed. From the face Anakin made at him as he stepped off the shuttle’s ramp and crossed the floor towards him, he most definitely did. Anakin elegantly side-stepped a couple of clones lugging ammunition crates across the hangar and answered their greetings with a casual salute of his own before he finally came to a halt in front of Obi-Wan. He crossed his arms over his chest, but the slightest tug at the corners of his mouth betrayed him even as he drawled, “Well, here I am. Tell me about this new weapon.” Ah, finally. This was the moment Obi-Wan had been waiting for. He let the smirk he’d been holding in show on his face as he answered, “You’re looking at it.” Exasperation bled off Anakin in the Force, and a tiny crease between his brows made an appearance. “I’m looking at what?” Briefly distracted, Obi-Wan gave Cody a nod and a smile as this one walked by behind Anakin’s back. Then, he returned his attention to his former padawan and best friend and shrugged lightly. He raised a hand, knuckles perched to rap against the invisible hull at his back. “Two steps forward,” he began, “and you’d actually be kissing it. It’s a stealth—” A hollow gong sounded from a little to his right. Weird. Obi-Wan hadn’t knocked on the hull yet, had he? Anakin was the first to look over at where the sound had come from, and his eyes widened. “I think Cody just did that,” he said slowly. “Kissing it, I mean.”

I'm looking for a fic that I believe I may have read in 2014? 2015 and Katniss and Peeta were on the victory tour and the train stopped in district 4 or had issues and needed to stop; So they ended up going to the beach and spending the day there and Peeta found seaglass that he gave Katniss as a gift and that evening when they were about to go to sleep there was some talk about Peeta's prosthetics leg and the sand maybe being itchy and that he wanted to take it off. I think it was the first time Katniss saw it off too. It was a work in program back then and that's how I lost track of it!🥺 I'd love to find it again

For the Add a Seat To the Table Series, I've been brainstorming why the knights, Arthur, and everyone else have woken up. I always wanted a threat to the English throne (and a scene showing the Queen and Merlin on good terms) but I'm not wondering if it should be because 'Camelot' no longer is ruled by a Queen.

Because Gwen's rule was totally better than Arthur's for magic. (Going with the idea that Albion is a name for the loose sentient vibes of the country's magic)

12. Sweet Nothing — What sweet nothings do you indulge in to enjoy yourself?

Okay, I love a sweet treat, so that’s how I’m gonna interpret this. I love caramel in any context (except with coconut…) and will get a caramelita at this one local deli or a salted caramel blondie at work.

I’m also big on indulging in nice chocolate when I can. The weirder the better.

There’s other sweets I like (maybe more) but those are the ones that are consistent indulgences in my life.

14. The Great War — What’s in your ‘memory garden’?

I don't really have a lot of memories associated with flowers tbh. I love lilies, so I think a lot of lilies. I kept sunflowers in my house all summer and really loved how they made me feel, so those too. Honestly, I'd love the Lego flowers in there because I adore Lego. Alyssums because that's close to my name (but don't call me that, I'm Al). Roses for the Rose family because they are my emotional support family. Whatever flowers most look like Nick's flutters would be in there too. Oh and poppies. I call my grandmother Poppy.

For a question I wasn't sure about, I actually had a lot of answers!

20. Dear Reader — If your life was a book what would its title be?

I've said it would be "We're All Living in My Fever Dream" for years now. And maybe there's a more creative idea out there but after this past week, that actually feels correct.

not to force it bsaically. sometimes you're in an inhale era (consuming content, reading, etc.) and sometimes you're in an exhale era (creating) and it's best when you have a balance! or like, you see-saw between them yk?

it'd be weird if i didn't choose darkest before dawn because it's literally a fic written as a script so yeah!
