Im giving up ever making friends with the white people at my lab. i tried to be friendly and outspoken despite being extremely shy and anxious because for 2 years i thought it was my fault for not reaching out but im done now. no one is gonna make me feel inferior anymore. I'd rather be alone and not speak to anyone than try to be friendly again.
#literally 2 years and they still treat me like an outsider#they stop speaking when i enter a room and talk in whispers when my desk is literally 2 feet away from them in the office#they don't speak to me unless i initiate a conversation#they ask each other how their meetings went and no one asks me despite me asking them#and a thousand little acts like this too#im done#thats it

do not 'oh it's just mascara' me i mean ANYTHING if you would hesitate to leave the house for a certain occasion without applying a certain thing to your face then you wear makeup for that occasion
