My life's inner work, or shadow work, has continually consisted of doing the work of cleansing the window of my mind, that it may become a mirror reflecting inspiration from the most High.

I do this, not with strenuous effort, but through quiet contemplation, through gently reaching and affirming an inward recognition.

Today I walk in the pathway of inspiration. Said inspiration intuitively guides my creative processing of ideas. I honor my boundaries, personal space and privacy so as to not ever step out of the creative flow of energy I've devoted myself to. There is an inspiration within me which governs every act, every thought, with certainty, with conviction and in peace...

Just Admit It- Part 1

I've been playing around with possible friendship dynamics of the Beast Council for fun!! I love imagining what kind of childhood they could have in the Forgotten Land all together.

What if Carol and Sillydillo are the fun-loving extroverts? Leon is the introverted one who's been smitten by Carol for a really really long time but he's too shy about it? And Gori is the friend who is an excellent observer and will bluntly tell you what he thinks (and maybe has a tendency to get grumpy when things aren't easily going his way).

Somewhat of a prequel to this other doodle comic about Leon and Carol- everyone here is still a kid ^_^

#I know beast pack headcanons are so wildly up to interpretation! there's a few canon personality traits and lots of space to fill in betwee #I also just love stories about a group of lifelong friends all doing their best!#so why not play around with them and see what kind of stories about love and friendship they might experience? heehee.#and not all of them are about just Leon and Carol I have other plans!! this is just one of the first ones I have :P #these are quick and very self indulgent but I hope they can still be enjoyable hehe #friend squads for the win!!#also I feel like I draw the beast council a little differently every time I try lol. hmm not sure i like how my brain seamlessly reads in english🤔

#i just finished reading a novel in filipino #im now reading another local novel but in english #i have such a complicated relationship with tagalog and filipino #i mean as of now my comprehension is sufficient. for conversational sitches #and ig its the lifelong consequence of not being taught tagalog as a child #but im not ~fluent~#(tbh a thing i miss from being on campus is being exposed to smth other than the same ol stuff wid my family/relatives)#that i wont have formative experiences/nostalgia to bank on #that i can only interact tangentially through pop culture and whatever literature/media i find #that im forever going to interpret it through the lens of english #(oh the way i had to agonize over this for my thesis. screaming shaking puking)#ig its the small victories that matter #having the moments where i was just reading and not translating every single word #also there were some moments i bust out laughing. did not expect the wit in this prose but it was very appreciated #the way lil dio struggled so much with filipino and social studies (aka araling panlipunan)#i hope shed be a bit happier to see that shes come a long way #for-dellet

SIGH. there is this GIRL in my CLASS who i like genuinely dislike as a person partially bc i tried to befriend her and failed hardcore and it was really awkward but also for a multitude of other reasons. unfortunately she's also one of the only girls in my class i know is gay and she's kinda my type but see point a i genuinely dislike her and i'm pretty sure she doesn't like me or maybe anyone. all this would be fine but the worst part is she doesn't just suck in a normal way. she is a jerk in a way that is psychologically fascinating to me (longtime hobby of Observing People like a weird alien scientist instead of just interacting with them normally) and so i'm just sitting here like. man. kicking my legs back and forth with genuine anger and mentally writing a note that says WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE MUTUALLY FRUSTRATED WITH EACH OTHER BUT IN A KIND OF WEIRD AND GAY WAY ⭕️ YES ⭕️ NO ⭕️ MAYBE. i need to graduate like yesterday before this gets any weirder

#I guess I shouldn't shoot off about these things when I never studied political science in-depth #But I find it oddly impressive that nobody's (yet) come out and said #That they consider Trump the... not lesser but more preferable of two evils #*Because* he'll fuck up the USA on top of all the other countries #Which has its own appeal for those who think America is already too far gone (was *born* too far gone) and the only justice is its death #This was - for better or worse - the lesson most people take from World War II #(Not exclusively liberal or conservative *or* Western)#That a country with a long enough rap sheet can't be internally reformed - only burned to the ground and rebuilt externally #(There was a limited version of the sentiment floating around at the start of Covid I think)#(Where people called the body count and Trump's bungling response to it America/capitalism's just deserts)#(I guess they cut that out right quick)#... anyway I'm not too sure why I started writing this #Maybe because I find it headscratchy that every anti-Trump post on here talks about his malice and his incompetence in the same breath #When these two things have basically opposite pulls on the far-leftists that are (supposedly) so crucial to Biden winning #'What is good for the Democratic Party is good for America' is already a shaky sell to people who aren't lifelong Blue voters #'What is good for America is good for the world' - you try that one at your own peril

Just finished another book about witchcraft and I’m always so so happy to start with another one, I’m truly dedicated to it and it’s such a beautiful feeling to learn new things because you just never stop learning. 🗝️
