The sad part is that some people don't understand why people don't like the use of AI even for small things for "enjoyment".

You might not be using it for profit but you using it is enough for people to be wary of you just as much as they would be of someone who reposts works without credit. You shouldn't be surprised by that given what AI has been used for and what more harm it has done than good.

People have used AI to create disgusting images of actual people for their own sick pleasure. People have used AI as a shortcut to create "art" without effort which takes from actual artists who actually spend hours to sketch, outline and color an art piece that people who use AI take. People who have use AI won't know the feeling of taking minutes to hours to days to create something that you enjoy making because they're no putting in any feeling into it.

Now, if you enjoy using it, go ahead. Just know, it's not a mystery if someone decides not to interact with you anymore when you freely use AI.
