It will be the greatest gift in life lessons you ever receive. It seems a lot of people and “things” are falling apart during these times. All over the world there are stories of people and businesses falling in social status, being knocked down in job status or loosing a job title all together, sliding to a lower financial bracket, breaking down emotionally and spiritually, relationships all over the world are falling apart. We either adapt and thrive, or we cling to the past and barely survive! We must learn from our past, and take that wisdom to create a new path for ourselves. When something crumbles and falls, what it reveals to us is an opportunity. We either succeed and celebrate, or we fall and LEARN. We are all creators, and we thrive when we are creating. Whatever we focus on is what will become manifest in our lives and in this world. We don’t even have to know all of the steps, sometimes all we need is a vision and to see in our minds eye the final masterpiece. I am a mater visionary! I have spent most of my life broken “in pieces” focusing on a vision and in the space of creating a masterpiece, and for that I give thanks. I am happiest when I am creating. The asana never ends, the opportunity to create never ends. All or nothing thinking is a terrible habit. Need to pay attention to how often the words NEVER MUST ALWAYS DON'T comes out of my mouth. It's extreme thinking that if you make a mistake that I'm always bad or I never have any luck. Words can be hurtful especially to yourself when you use it enough. Make you feel less of a person, damaged, so low. A goal for today is not to use those key words unless I want to say that IAM ALWAYS ENOUGH.
