Love how from other people's POVs it looked like Joel was being really daring taking on a trial chamber alone, and a bunch of people thought he was deliberately going after a mace, in classic Joel recklessly pursuing murder fashion. And then in his own perspective he stumbles across it by accident, is panicking the whole time, never considers doing an ominous trial, and only wants to go back with friends.
